Our experience with Beefalo Bobs was INCREDIBLE. Tammy was very responsive throughout the process of choosing menu items and planning the reception. During the wedding, the staff were incredibly attentive to me and my husband and also to our guests. They were timely and professional. The food was also filling and delicious! I highly recommend them for catering any event.

hings about how well she ran the show and made sure everything went smoothly. We got tons of compliments on the food, and even had people ask if they could take leftovers with them.
Tammy was communicative throughout the booking process, provided numerous quotes as we changed things (guest count, tent size, lighting, etc.). The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because when we gave the final headcount it was for 65 guests instead of 72, but our total final bill was only $3 less than we were quoted for 65 people. They explained this was due to upcharges for certain menu items we selected; however, the menu we ordered off of did NOT include these upcharges listed for some of the items, whereas it did for others. Ultimately, if they update their menu to provide full transparency on pricing, they are absolutely a 5 star company and even with that hiccup, I would still recommend them.

well for you and Mike for your wedding and how much you loved the staff, the food, and the service and that you would recommend us to anyone looking for a caterer. That means a lot to us. Regarding the price question, we had thought we had cleared that up and had sent a follow up email after the call, which it sounds like was not received? After we finalized your order and menu selections, gave you the pricing on the phone, and you paid the balance, we did get a call the day before the wedding with pricing questions from your husband mentioning that one of the upgraded apps and one of the sides were not clear on the site that they had cost more. We offered to change out the upgraded options for any other ones to remedy the concern, but he said he was fine receiving the ones ordered and did not need a refund. We also had that particular web page updated the same day to match the other pages on our site and to help clarify. Since we did update that particular web page and do provide transparent pricing, we are happy to hear you said we are a 5-star company and deserve 5 stars for our service. If you have any additional questions or concerns about anything, we are always here and are happy to help any time, and we do hope for the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

We then worked with Shannon for our walkthrough (she really eased our wedding jitters, coming with questions we didn't even think of!) and the day of the wedding. She and her team made sure the wedding went beautifully and that there was plenty of delicious food. r big day! I am very happy we chose to use Beefalo Bob's! Erica was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and was very patient with all of my questions and frequent phone calls. They arrived on time the day of our wedding and it was so cool to have them smoking food in front of our guests. The smells were mouth watering. The portion sizes were very generous and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the next few days after our wedding as well as give to some of our guests to take home to enjoy as well. So many people raved about how delicious the food was and I could not agree more! We hired 2 of their bartenders who kept drinks flowing throughout the night! Having them provide both food and alcohol was so convenient! All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful on the day of our wedding and we were very impressed! Things could not have gone any better. I would 100% use them for further catering services! I would also like to make it to their restaurant just to enjoy some delicious smoke food and their amazing mac and cheese!
