Beefalo Bob’s provided everything we needed for our reception, then some! It rained on our wedding day and Shannon easily pivoted to our rain back-up plan and set up all of our decorations flawlessly. Staff was friendly, communication during the reception was easy, and folks really enjoyed the cornhole - the option to rent that was a bonus for us! The food was also delicious and the drinks were generously served which means everyone was happy and having a great time. Erica corresponded promptly during the many months of preparation and was flexible, courteous, and professional while we edited our rental list and sent payments. Thank you for an evening we’ll remember forever!!!

I hired Beefalo Bob’s to cater my casual state park wedding, but unfortunately a tropical storm forced us to relocate indoors…disappointing to say the least. Although it wasn’t our ideal place, I have to say that Beefalo bobs more than exceeded my expectations. Both of the catering staff working my wedding were wonderful, but Kristen was especially exceptional! The food was yummy and fresh. My husband said “Best wedding food I’ve had!” Thank you Kristen and the entire team for helping to make our day special!

From the moment we reached out to Beefalo Bob, the experience was awesome. Everything that was promised was equaled or surpassed. Especially the food portions. We had 100 people and had enough food left over to feed a small army! The service was second to none and the food was incredible. Not a single guest had anything to say negative. The 2 employee that was at our wedding did a absolutely fantastic job. From getting set up keeping things going and cleaning up they was so friendly and so polite. Did I mention the food was delicious and I didn't get 1 complaint from any guest.

Beefalo Bobs was absolute perfection for our wedding! They provided food, bar, and desserts. Not only did we receive soooo many compliments from our guests on the food we got to bring home the leftovers! We also chose a cupcake trio for our desserts. Word spread quickly on how delicious they were because we ran out of cupcakes in about 10 minutes! Aside from how great the actual product was; the staff was amazing. We work with Erica prior to our event. She was attentive and answered any questions. Our day of staff were fantastic!! Overall Beefalo Bobs was one of best decisions and truly knocked it out of the park!

These guys just nailed it. We had a bit of a non-traditional setup, with flexible meal times and a need to adjust the positioning of some things, but everyone was flexible and energetic. Put simply, they figured everything out. It's affordable and, obviously, delicious. Seriously perfect.

Beefalo Bob’s was great from start to finish. The staff was really helpful in creating a vision for the food we wanted the day of for dinner as well as our cocktail hour. We went with the open bar package and which was a bonus because they provided alcohol, mixers and regular drinks. The drinks and food were both great. In addition, the staff was really friendly and tentative, especially to myself and my husband!

We learned about Beefalo Bob's when a friend used them for their wedding caterer a few years ago. We were very impressed with their food then and knew we wanted to use them for our big day! I am very happy we chose to use Beefalo Bob's! Erica was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and was very patient with all of my questions and frequent phone calls. They arrived on time the day of our wedding and it was so cool to have them smoking food in front of our guests. The smells were mouth watering. The portion sizes were very generous and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the next few days after our wedding as well as give to some of our guests to take home to enjoy as well. So many people raved about how delicious the food was and I could not agree more! We hired 2 of their bartenders who kept drinks flowing throughout the night! Having them provide both food and alcohol was so convenient! All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful on the day of our wedding and we were very impressed! Things could not have gone any better. I would 100% use them for further catering services! I would also like to make it to their restaurant just to enjoy some delicious smoke food and their amazing mac and cheese!

Beefalo Bob’s truly went above and beyond for our wedding! Not only was the food fantastic, so was the staff! They made sure everything was perfect and helped in any way they could. We received so many compliments on the food. Luckily we even had some to take home and enjoy the next day! I would recommend Beefalo Bobs every, single time!

Absolutely amazing service. From the very beginning they were responsive and made sure everything was smooth. Monthly check ins to make sure there were no changes in plans. Day of service was phenomenal, polite staff, fun, very kind and helpful. Food was amazing as well. Several guest asking for left overs that’s how great the food was!

I can’t remember the two women that came to our wedding to serve our guests but they were phenomenal!!! The food was delicious, service was AMAZING, and the guests were so pleased. I would definitely hired Beefalo Bobs for any future events. The food was DELICIOUS!!!!

Food was a 10/10. Erica was 0/10. Even though the food was great, I'd probably pass. 1. Every time I would email her, I would receive no response for weeks until I called them and she would address over the phone 2. My ceremony was in the same location as my reception. Arriving an hour early to set up catering for the reception would require them showing up in the middle of the ceremony. after talking to her 3 times I kept trying to say we could have them arrive after the ceremony and set up then. She insisted that they would arrive an hour before my ceremony and it wouldn't disrupt at all. I said fine because I was tired of talking to her and lo and behold they were late and we had to push back the ceremony while we waited for them to set up. No idea why she wouldn't just agree for them to set up after the ceremony. 3. A month before my wedding, I called to confirm something with her. She sends a confirmation email but part of it doesn't make sense to. I email asking for clarification and she doesn't answer me. At that point I had given up talking to her since she never answered. Then it's time for my final deposit, I send her the final count and she sends me the amount due. I call her to once again verify that the caterers will not affect my ceremony and she says they won't. oh and I forgot to ask but what kind of alcohol did you want for the bar. Because she never answered my emails, she didn't have all the info she should have asked for previously. After confirming the menu (which included removing an appetizer I was looking forward to because "the price increased"), the final invoice was a few hundred dollars higher than the email she sent. Which wouldn't have been a big deal if she had called or confirmed at a time that wasn't a week before my wedding. Zero attention to detail. Zero communication.

I cannot say enough positive things about Beefalo Bob's and their catering staff. Not only was the food so amazing, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Prior to the wedding, staff was very responsive and helped me to create exactly what I needed. The staff at the wedding were also so kind and accommodating. I has also researched several other caterers prior to booking them and they were the most reasonable/affordable (especially when we changed the contract a bit to meet our exact wants/needs) while also being of great quality. Everyone was obsessed with the food and still talk about the mac and cheese a week later!

Beefalo Bobs was a huge hit at our wedding! They were wonderful to work with leading up to the event & were so helpful with changes during the pandemic. We opted to do on-site smoking & the smell of the cooking food was mouth-watering. They are an affordable option for wedding catering with AMAZING food. On the day of the wedding, they met our every need. We also had tons of leftover food, which was a great plus. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to do BBQ for their wedding!

Excellent service. Don’t skimp on having food cooked on site if you can! Add ones needed: wedding services and trash removal! Time and life savers well worth it. This was our second time with this vendor in 13 years! We will call again for sure.

Food was good. They made a lot of stuff with vegan butter which was great since I’m lactose intolerant. But they showed up late. All in all just an ok experience.

Beefalo Bob's catered our barn wedding, they had never before been to our venue, so they made it a point to travel there and see it first hand before our wedding day to make sure they were prepared! They kept all of the food in our buffet stocked, and served my husband and I at our sweetheart table. They not only made our plates initially, but they continuously came over to check on us and bring us refills. The bartenders and servers were all incredibly friendly and pleasant to be around on our day. Plus, the food is AWESOME! We go to Beefalo Bob's restaurant all the time and love it, so we knew we had to have them cater our wedding. Our guests had so many positive things to say about the food and the servers friendliness!

Beefalo Bob's Catering helped me with our Maryland BBQ themed rehearsal dinner for my son and his wife to be! They arrived early and immediately started setting up and their staff took directions very well. The entire catered event was exactly what I ordered and the food was excellent. We had plenty of food and they even packaged up the leftovers for us to use the next day. They cleaned up at the end and removed all trash and left the area exactly as they found it!! They had a bar set up and managed it well considering we had 80 people attending the event. They even learned to make orange crushes for our guests , they were GREAT!!! I will use them again without doubt for any other event I may have!!

Due to my wedding being a crazy day, I had to gather information from my planner regarding the services on my special day. Beefelao failed to keep the buffet area clean and neat, which is sad that my guest had to see a mess and what I was worried about the most. Before my wedding, I attended another wedding catering by Beefalo Bob and did address my concerns regarding that with the caterer manager. At the end of the night they did not clean up the buffet area before leaving, and my planner was left with that. My husband did ask them to stay longer, which we were willing to pay for; however, that request was not fulfilled. With that information, I would not use them again. The food was great, but the service needs to match it, especially when the client is willing to pay for the staff to stay longer. The low score is based on the services, not the food.

We had never heard of Beefalo Bob's before we started looking for Caterers. Being from Delaware, the low prices of the catering menus are what prompted us to check them out. I am SO happy that we did. All of the food was absolutely amazing. The staff was so flexible with us, and everything ran smoothly. We got delivery & setup, and everything ran perfectly!

Beefalo Bobs did a phenomenal job catering our wedding over labor day weekend. The food was delicious, and the service was fabulous. The various servers they provided for the day were extremely friendly and accommodating to every guest. They offered to serve the wedding party table, and throughout the night were refilling guests drinks from the bar (who was hired by a different vendor)! Additionally, Michelle was such a pleasure to work with. She ensured everything was ordered and ready to go for our big day, and took care of all the details so that on the day of neither me nor the groom had to worry about anything. It truly was a great day all around, and kudos to Beefalo Bobs for going above and beyond to make our day truly special. Thanks again!

Do not hesitate for one minute to hire Beefalo Bob's! They were wonderful from start to finish! The food was fantastic , the price was right, and working with Michelle to organize my daughter's event was great. She is very informative and responsive.... very easy to work with. And we were so lucky that she was one of the staff the night of our event. But, the best info to give you is that they catered our outside wedding on the night of the Ellicott City flood on July 30, 2016 (the wedding was in Clarksville). It was raining like crazy (happily, not until the ceremony, cocktail hour, and photos were finished). The catering station was outside of the tent, so the staff got very wet.... they continued to smile through it all and were very pleasant! The tent company that they used was Grand Rental and they did a wonderful job.... the tent stayed up through the "deluge" and kept us dry! I wish I could give Beefalo Bob's more than 5 stars!

After searching for the perfect caterer for our wedding in our price range, we lucked out when we came across Beefalo Bob's. When we tasted their food options - we knew they would be a huge hit with our guests. We utilized them for our July 3, 2016 wedding for food, bar, linens, and clean-up. We had the smoked turkey, pulled pork, and baked ziti for the entrée options and we are still hearing about how great the food was! Michelle always quickly responded to my questions (no matter how many were in one e-mail) and she was always very nice and helpful. The staff were like ninjas - keeping everyone happy and everything clean behind the scenes. I am so glad we chose them for our catering services and you will be too!

I'm so glad I went with Beefalo Bob's for my wedding. They provided the bartending as well as the catering. The catering manager I worked with prior to the wedding was so friendly and incredibly helpful. She worked with me, tirelessly, to ensure that we got everything I wanted and within a budget I could handle. The event staff showed up to the wedding and got right to work - they smoked our meats right there on the property (mmmmmm!). This is a fantastic restaurant to use for a wedding. My daughter was married on September 26, 2015 and we couldn't ask for a better restaurant to cater this event. The food was excellent, servers professional, and we never ran out of food (which was my main concern) The price was EXCELLENT and worth every penny. This is the second time that I had this restaurant cater an event for me.

We decided to use Beefalo Bob's for our wedding caterer because we wanted to have delicious bbq served hot for our guests. BB delivered! Everyone raved about how amazing the food was. And Michelle who worked with us for months leading up to the wedding accommodated everything we wanted and was such a pleasure to work with. The one stressful thing that happened was that the actual day of the wedding the team showed up without any of the instruction documents but they were able to track them down and everything worked out just fine. Again, the food and the smoker on site with pit bbq can not be topped! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this food! We had buffet style with crab balls and hours d'vours for appetizers. The caterers even made plates for my husband and I and brought them to us so we could be sure to eat something. Everyone loved it I haven't heard a single complaint! The staff that came out that day were fantastic. Anything that I needed they were there to help. We had 185 people for the wedding and everybody was served with in 15 to 20 minutes. We also have a open bar and it was great. I can not say enough about the staff.

My husband and I got married on my families farm and I'm not exactly the fanciest of people. I was looking for what I referred to as a "rustic chic" wedding. The one thing I knew I wanted, pit beef. I spent a lot of time online looking at different menus, comparing prices and the different options. Most offered you two meats, a couple sides and that was about it. Some, even though they said they catered weddings, offered only potato chips and slaw as their sides! I knew I wasn't trying to be fancy, but this was still a wedding! When I came across Beefalo Bob's I thought, these prices are too good to be true. Turns out, I was wrong! For $18.95 a person, we got apps (cheese, crackers & veggies), all four meats (beef, ham, turkey, pulled pork), an entree (baked ziti, AMAZING!), 2 cold sides, and 3 hot! It was so much food, and made it easy to make sure each and every one of our guests were satisfied, including our gluten free friends. Everything was amazing and the staff who served us was very attentive. FYI, the above price did not include the beverages or alcohol, we provided our own. I also wasn't thrilled with their dinnerware so I ordered my own, they did however bring along their own just in case I ran out. Or in our case, forgot that we might want bowls for the salad. Michelle was in charge of our account and was completely on top of things. Whenever I emailed her I had a response almost immediately. I felt like I was driving her crazy but she assured me, it was her job to answer all of my questions and to ask as many as I wanted. I would recommend Beefalo Bobs to anyone looking for a rustic menu, wedding or not. And will certainly look to them for my next catered party!

The entire process with Beefalo Bob's was positive. Michelle and Christina were so nice, and helpful during the planning process. I was back and forth with a million ideas and they were patient with me until we found the exact right menu. The crew the day of was professional and the food was such a hit with our guests.

Michelle was our Catering Consultant and was extremely helpful with everything from helping with food options, and even figuring out how many table clothes I needed. Being a bride planning everything on her own, Michelle was extremely patient with all of my questions. :) Beefalo Bob's did great trays for cocktail hour, all the food for the reception, and we rented linens and chairs from them as well. The food was amazing. Everyone loved it and there was plenty for everyone to have more if they wanted. There was so much food left over we were giving plates of meat away to friends and neighbors and even took it to work. I will be ordering their mac'n cheese for holiday dinners this year! It was the best ever!! The wedding was 2 months ago, and when I see some friends, they still say how amazing the food was. Definitely would recommend!!!

I am very pleased with everything Beefalo Bob’s did at my daughter’s wedding. The staff were always present, attentive to our needs and I never had to ask for anything – it was already done! I also have to mention the kindness of the staff that were sent – they were great!! So happy!

We had a summertime crab-feast wedding with BBQ food & appetizers. (Crabs came from a different vendor). We didn't want a formal sit-down dinner, but more of a laid-back party feel. We needed an assortment of food, so I worked with BB to customize our menu to include extras like wings, meatballs, mini-sausages and desserts, along with one of their sandwich & sides options. They were VERY patient with me (as it took at least 30 emails back and forth for me to make up my mind!) In the end, the food was absolutely delicious, the staff was very friendly and professional, and all of our guests were happy! I went a little over our budget, but I told them where my budget needed to be, and I felt that they were very respectful of that.

I had an outdoor wedding at Swan Harbor in Havre De Grace, MD. Beefalo Bob's was the perfect caterer for this indoor/outdoor fall event! The service was perfect! We had about 100 guests. Family and friends are still telling me how great the food tasted! Everyone loved everything. Not only did the food taste amazing but you can't beat their catering prices. I would recommend them to anyone! Such a friendly, down to earth and fun team to serve you and make your day amazing.

From the staff, to the food to the rentals, everything was absolutely amazing. Michelle went above and beyond to help me plan my menu and coordinate all the rentals needed (tables, chairs, dance floor etc) months in advance. She was so sweet and helpful each and every time we spoke! Laura and Lindsay were on site the day of the even and also went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. The guests are still raving about the food! Favorites were the pork from the pig roast and the Mac and cheese! The best decision we ever made, I would do it again in a minute. The kindness from the initial p/c, the attention to detail, nothing was overlooked, amazing service. The day of the event, I was beyond stress, the Captain came in, took over, everything ran perfectly no fuss, the staff was amazing, we wanted to take them all home. Beefalo Bob's offered us a beautiful wedding reception at a great price! The food was amazing (they catered as well). Everyone was very professional and helpful. They made sure everything was perfect for the day of. They also made things pretty easy on us and worked with us to be able to afford the wedding. The reception hall is very nice for a banquet hall and you are able decorate in any way that you want to. We were very pleased!

From the start, working with Michelle at Beefalo's was fantastic. She helped set us up with a casual, comfortable tasting, and then started in on the task of helping us build our menu. We're pretty laid back, so I assumed we'd be really low maintenance, but it turned out that we made a lot of tweaks and changes to our menu over the year or so we were working with Michelle. She was always super, super helpful - and patient!!! When I wanted to add, change or remove a menu item, shave a few dollars off our bill, or just get some input/advice/information, she was always on hand to deliver it in a fast and friendly way! On the day of, **all** of the staff ran the show professionally, even though we had made the most relaxed "timeline" ever and on top of that, were running over an hour late getting started. Two of the staff were very attentive to my husband and I, making sure we got to eat and drink amid all of the chaos. They also checked in with me a few times to make sure everything was as expected - they were helpful and attentive without being demanding or overwhelming, or drawing us away from our guests or fun. They made sure everything was cleaned up and put away, and made sure we were satisfied before they left us. We loved the food, and the entire time, they were accommodating and never obtrusive. After our event they checked on us via email to make sure everything was to our satisfaction - it was! We were super happy with everything - the food, the drinks, the service, the staff - and have NO complaints whatsoever!

I'll confess, the name alone was a huge draw - I wanted to be able to tell people forever that I used Beefalo Bobs as my caterer, heh. Name aside, their food and service is AMAZING. They were so easy and flexible to work with, allowing us to add and remove things from our contract for months.They provided food for the cocktail hour and dinner, drinks (warm and cold), table linens, chairs, place settings, servers - the servers were a huge help. When my husband and I sat down at our table, a couple of them immediately brought us a plate loaded with everything so that we wouldn't have to get up and go through the buffet to get it. They also cut the cake for the guests (the cake being from a different vendor). The food is fantastic. I really had my heart set on barbecue and boy did they deliver. The meats and sauces are delicious. The only thing that I wasn't sure of for a while was the mac n' cheese - I love mac n' cheese, and every time we ordered it at their restaurant location, it tasted fairly bland. We decided to risk including it as a side anyway, and it came out great for the wedding. I highly recommend choosing them for your caterer. They're very easy to work with, their prices are reasonable, and there's the added bonus of being able to visit their restaurant whenever you want to relive your wedding dinner!

The food amazing. The service amazing. The professionalism amazing. I had them cater the wedding and rented linens from them. They did an above and beyond job. We had the wedding in North East, Md and they are located about an hour from us. They didn't mind the distance. Great job cannot say enough good things about them. Only negative is we didn't get to keep many leftovers because most was eaten during the wedding!

This vendor is amazing! I had my wedding at my home so I needed a caterer and needed to rent everything, tables, chairs, silverware, linens, etc. From the initial tasting to the day of the event, everything went so smoothly. My original contact, Christina was very responsive but left about 5 months into the planning process. Our account was handed over to Michelle with little confusion and she was able to pick up right where it was left off. Michelle always answered all of my questions within a few hours and was always patient and accommodating. She always had my contract updated immediately with any change I contacted her with. She was amazing to work with. The delivery and pickup of the rentals went smoothly. The day of the wedding, the staff who was present was equally as accommodating. They really went above and beyond their duties as caterers. They set up and cleaned up and were really pleasant to work with. The food was great also and I got a lot of compliments from our guests! I would definitely recommend Beefalo Bobs to cater any event!

We were blown away at the level of service provided... Far beyond the call of duty. They were kind and attentive. The food was amazing... So many leftovers we had a cookout the next day with it all! we cannot express how impressed we were... Especially given they came all the way to Berlin, MD!

I used Beefalo Bob's catering for my wedding and I couldn't be happier! The people were awesome to deal with the whole time while I was planning the wedding. And the food was delicious, all through out the wedding and after I was getting compliments after compliments on how good the food was.

Beefalo Bob's was definitely a great choice! We had a low key wedding and their catering was perfect for it. Our guests loved the pulled pork. The crab balls are great for cocktail hour. The baked ziti was good for a vegetarian option. The coordinators were really friendly and helpful. We went for a tasting and got to try everything we were interested in. The girls who set up your contract really helped narrow down details so you don't forget anything. It was also really convenient that they offer DJ services as part of their packages. That really helped tie the timeframes together and eliminate one more detail from the list of planning. They served our sweetheart table and checked back with us several times to make sure everything was okay. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone having a rustic or casual wedding.

Don't let the funny name fool you, Beefalo Bob's Catering is amazing. Their price could not be beat, they have great variety available, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff was just wonderful! They were so easy to work with, quick to respond to emails and our guests could not get over how awesome everything tasted! I would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for food for any event. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Beefalo Bob's catered our informal wedding and also provided the tent rental, tables, chairs and linens. Our guests raved about the food, and the process of working with them was extremely easy. Any email I sent was promptly answered, and Michelle was very helpful.

I had my October wedding at Reflections Hall, owned by Beefalo Bob's. They catered food was great and considered "very different" among our guests. The meat was tender and tasty, and all the sides were delicious. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating to requests.

I had a "backyard BBQ" wedding reception and I couldn't have had better food. Everything was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Did not get standard wedding service like champagne pour and cake serving but the staff helped with table clearing and were SO great! The guests all commented on how tasty everything was and went back for seconds. Several people also mentioned they would use Beefalo Bob's for their catering needs. Thank you so much!!

I had a backyard BBQ for 250 family members and friends this summer. We were in my Mom's backyard in New Hope, PA. We were looking for food that could blend my family and my husband's family's cultures. Beefalo Bob's was very accommodating and altered the menu. We were also looking for a caterer that would fit our budget. Beefalo Bob's prices were the best of all the caterers we researched - great value for the amount of food provided. We chose to do a buffet. Beefalo Bob's set up their own tent and BBQ pit. The food was delicious - everyone raved about the smoked turkey, the chicken, the pulled pork. And we were able to keep all of our leftovers (many caterers don't do this), which meant we were able to feed everyone who came to the house the next day!

The food was awesome! The service ws good, but the planning was a little stressful. I got some incorrect answers from staff. They seemed to just say 'yes' to everything whether or not it was the correct answer. But the BBQ was great

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Beefalo Bobs the food was outstanding and the service was wonderful! It was so good that we wanted to have our daughters baby shower there and we did - The service and food was the best - All of our friends were amazed with everything!
