Kristy and her team are absolute PROS! We hired her to be our Day of Coordinator for our wedding and I couldn't be happier that we did! They made our day an absolute breeze. Even with a rainy morning and unpredictable Missouri weather, they made sure our day was an absolute dream. They are wedding experts in every sense of the word. Kristy brings over 11 years of wedding coordinating and planning experience and it shows! She helped us with planning the timeline for the day and executed it flawlessly, even with hiccups in timing along the way. I would absolutely recommend Kristy and her team at Beginning 2 End!
What a gem! Kristy was our DOC and I cannot thank her enough. I did most of the planning and it was hard to let go lol but...she made sure I understood that my only job was to be mindful and enjoy my wedding day and let her take care of the rest. Well I did and I did and can truly say she made it possible for me to enjoy my wedding day. Everyone was impressed, and my now husband said "I don't know where you found her, but nice job, she's awesome.". She took care of all things you forget about and made sure everything went smoothly and the wedding went off without a hitch!
Kristy and her assistant were amazing to work with. I am type A and it was hard to let go at times but Kristy took control and eased all of my anxieties. She made sure everyone was listening and took care of things that I didn’t even think about. She served me drinks and made sure I was good to go the entire time. She also helped with bustling my dress, which was no easy feat when everyone else was struggling. She really helped my day go so smoothly and was kind to check in on me post wedding to make sure I was okay. Post wedding blues are real and I was definitely struggling a bit. I really recommend Beginning 2 End. You won’t regret booking with them!
At the beginning, I was very excited to work with Kristy. We seemed to connect over the initial call. She seemed detail oriented and organized. As the months went on that first impression was lost. She failed to call on our last phone consultation before the wedding, when I reached out, she blamed food poisoning from a wedding she worked that weekend. When we did have our last consultation, she was very unorganized & did not remember details we had discussed previously plus had me mixed up with other brides. When she arrived at the venue for the rehearsal, I tried to get her caught up on arrangements as she walked around critiquing my venue's set up calling it "weird" several times. This was after I had already sent her a layout of the venue. The day of the wedding, her and her assistant did a fantastic job at setting out my decor pieces on my tables. Setting up of chairs was atrocious. The aisle was narrow and so crooked and when called out, Kristy got an attitude with my other vendor who was just bringing it to her attention after they knew I was upset about the matter. An hour before the ceremony, I did a walk around and there was SO much left to do. My guests saw me as I was frantically trying to make sure the job was getting done. There was a lot of decor that was completely missed, my "welcome/unplugged ceremony" sign was not placed where it was supposed to be and I had given instruction to just put it away but that was not done, it remained near the walkway crooked and incomplete as guests arrived. As the ceremony time approached, none of the bridal party had their flowers on....Kristy, without confirming with anyone in the bridal party, queued the DJ to play the intro song. I was upset about this she stated "it's not a big deal, we can have him play another song or replay this song" I was adamant I did not want the song to be replayed but the song ended up being replayed 5 mins later when ACTUALLY ready to get started. Before dinner started, Kristy AND her assistant left to get ice at which they were gone over an hour. This left no coordination at the event therefore my timeline that we discussed in depth did not get followed because the DJ was under the impression he was to wait for queues from Kristy as per her instruction. Also, my bouquet dedication was one of the important things in my timeline that was missed. Because coordinators were gone for so long, guests had eaten and visited and began to leave and the dessert table was still not out so my MIL and family had to set that out.. When Kristy arrived back, she finished setting out desserts and I noticed the donut stands were not being used bc she could not find them (she ended up finding them after the fact..) We had them pick up pizza for late night snack and they were both gone for almost two hours. During tear down, I had several family members state that they watched Kristy sit instead of actually help. It was agreed in the timeline, she'd be done by midnight but she left before that. Kristy said she would text me the following day to arrange clean up time, but never did. We lost our deposit and finished cleaning up ourselves the following day. Based off other reviews, I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what happened at our wedding, because there's more that I didn't mention here. I originally thought it was just me, but other vendors and family have expressed complaints. Brides beware, don't let your day be ruined like mine was. Find another coordinator.
Right from the start I knew we were going to love working with Kristy. She was very responsive, easy to talk to, and detail orientated. Having Kristy there on our wedding day was one the best vendor decisions we made. She and her assistants took care of so many things behind the scenes and allowed us to fully enjoy the day. Things like sewing a broken strapped back onto a bridesmaid's shoe, picking up extra sharpies that I forgot, and helping me get makeup off my dress. Kristy perfected all the decorations and small details throughout the whole day. If you're looking for someone to have your back on your wedding day then hire Kristy and her team!
Kristy and her assist were INCREDIBLE to work with. They have lots of experience and can handle any hiccups that happen on the day of with ease. They ensure your timeline stays on track as best as apossible and assist with all decorating needs so you can focus on getting ready to enjoy your day. My husband and I are SO thankful to have found her business and were so glad to have had her and her assist on-site for our special day! 10/10 would recommend a wedding planner and 20/10 would recommend Beginnings 2 End!!!
We originally hired Kristy when our first venue didn’t provide any assistance for the day of and we wanted someone who could organize, set up and tear down. I was a very hands on bride so unfortunately not much for Kristy to do after we found new venues that provided those services with our package but she was very helpful when it came to set up and tear down for the reception as well as anything we needed on the day. She was at our beck and call the day of.
Kristy was excellent in helping to determine timeline for the day and to ensure all information for the big day was covered. She and Destiny took care of all the details on the day of! Because of them, as the mother of the bride, I was able to enjoy the day and not worry about the little things.
Kristy and her assistant were absolutely amazing. We had the most beautiful care free wedding and it was 100% due to all of the hard work they had put in behind the scenes and in the forefront. They were always available when needed and stepped in for even the tiniest of tasks even down to cutting fruit for the bar! I can’t thank them enough for the care they took in helping create our beautiful day. Thank you so much ladies!
Kristy helped make the entire day perfect. She not only set up and took down all of our decor and table centerpieces but also moved our arbor to a dry location before a heavy thunderstorm rolled through. She ensured that both myself and my fiancé were happy and always had a drink in our hands. We can’t thank her enough!
Kristy and her team do amazing work to prep the bride and groom for the big wedding day. She contacted me as a vendor weeks before the wedding to get in touch and set up details. The night went amazingly and that is ENTIRELY DUE TO HER. She is the bomb and I can't encourage you more to reach out for coordination.
Kristy was by far such a blessing to have helping me on my wedding day! She made everything go seamless and went above and beyond. Highly recommend having someone coordinate your day so you can enjoy a stress free day that you can remember for the rest of your life!
Kristy really went above and beyond what I hired her to do! Although she was only the day of coordinator we spoke multiple times prior to the wedding and even met at the venue to do a walk through. She also accompanied us at the rehearsal. The day of the wedding was freezing and she spent so much time outside making sure everything was just right. She’s worth her weight in good and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without all of her help!
She had great communication and was on top of everything. I love that she communicated with all my vendors so I didn't need to worry about everyone being on the same page. She set up everything and it looked wonderful. She brought us food and drinks while we were taking photos and made sure my guests were taken care of. I felt like she cared just as much as I did about my wedding day. She knows what she's doing and that made me feel at ease on such a stressful day.
Kristy was a pleasure to work with. She made sure everything was taken care of and that my bride and I were fully taken care.
