We used Bekah Laine as our wedding coordinator and had a wonderful experience! During our consultation, Bekah explained everything in detail and provided a helpful checklist for us to use from 12 months out to the day of. This document alone helped immensely. As things got closer, we received emails reminding us of next steps and additional documents to complete.
About 3 months out, we were assigned Nichelle as our coordinator, and she was amazing! Her calm and organized nature made me feel so relieved and well taken care of as wedding planning ramped up. Nichelle took care of all of the details like when vendors would arrive, an itinerary for the wedding party, and suggesting how the reception hall should be set up. The day of she ensured things were as seamless as possible. She and Gracie (her assistant) truly made our entire wedding day a success. I definitely recommend booking with Bekah Laine!
Bekah was referred to us by a mutual friend and wow - I am so happy she was! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. From the very beginning, Bekah was beyond helpful and made our wedding planning a lot smoother. There are so many details you don't think about when planning your wedding and we're so grateful we had Bekah. She made us feel comfortable from the second we met her and we really enjoyed working with her! Wedding planning can be very stressful (both mentally and financially), but Bekah made it enjoyable for us and helped us figure out the best financial decisions on where to spend our money and where to save. My initial interaction with Bekah was a phone call that was extraordinarily positive. Bekah had the approach and the personality that I wanted in a month-of coordinator for my daughter's wedding. She seemed like a person who would be able to fit in very well with the planning we would have done up to that point, and help us with the final execution of the event. Unfortunately, we were assigned someone else in her company who came in with a very different approach. Obviously, Bekah can't be at every event, but I assumed from the beginning that the overall vibe of someone from her company would fit with what I initially heard in the phone call with her. Unfortunately, our assigned coordinator seem to have some kind of template and she expected our events to fit her template, rather than vice versa. In addition, communication with her was exceptionally difficult. Lest you think I'm just being an unreasonable mother of the bride, the venue actually asked me two weeks before the wedding if I wanted them to have Bekah assign a different coordinator because they were finding the coordinator so difficult to work with. Assuming that no one who is reading this intends to spend $3,000 for a person who makes your event much more stressful and much more complicated, I recommend that you are very clear with Bekah about your expectations up front, and that you change coordinators immediately if the person assigned to you does not see him able to work with you or communicate with you or your other vendors.
It seems that most of the positive reviews here used Becca herself and used her from start to finish. I have no doubt that would be a very good experience. But being assigned to someone else from her company for a month-of coordinator was not. It honestly made the last month up to our wedding extraordinarily more stressful than it needed to be.
I used Bekah's full service planning and design and she did not let me down! Her response time to emails was pretty quick and she would answer any questions I had. Wedding day was absolutely flawless, and she really understood the vision I had for my wedding and made it all happen. The vendors she suggested for me were the absolute best! Her knowledge and experience in the wedding industry was such a huge help. I would definitely recommend her services if you're looking for a stress-free wedding day. She's the best! (Also shoutout to Jackie who assisted the day of).
We had Nichelle lead our wedding day on 9/24/2022 at the Preserve at Canyon Lake and she was wonderful! The day went perfectly because Nichelle and her team coordinated everything without much direction from us. She also rolled with our little changes on the day of, and we highly appreciate that! For instance, we changed up the order of people walking down the aisle right before the ceremony and we forgot table stands for some signs, so Nichelle made the ceremony change figured out how to display them on her own.
We were never worried about the timing of things because we knew Nichelle was on top of it and she guided us through every step of the timeline. She also ran and grabbed something for us in the middle of our ceremony! We literally could not have had the wedding go nearly as smoothly without her.
Not to mention, before the wedding day she was so happy to work with us and was flexible when our cross-country planning and flight cancellations complicated our scheduled venue walkthrough. Your wedding day plans will be completely safe in Nichelle's (and all of Bekah's team's) hands.
Bekah Laine Events is the absolute BEST wedding planning service. First, Bekah is sheer brilliance. She foresees every possible issue and concocts the most incredible solutions. My wedding date is typically 70 degrees; this year, it was low 50s and super windy. One week before the event, Bekah developed two ideas that guests could not stop raving about -- (1) blankets for the ceremony (with a cute sign that said "To have and to hold in case you get cold") and (2) hot toddies / spiced apple cider to keep people warm. They were exquisite features and her execution was perfect. Second, Bekah has a superhuman ability to keep tabs on every detail while remaining calm, reassuring, supportive, and grounding. I don't know how she does it, but it was THE EXACT vibe I needed (and didn't even know I needed!) from a planner. Because Bekah has years of experience and her systems in place, she never appears to be stressed, for even a millisecond, while keeping a thousand balls in the air. Third, Bekah has the most amazing connections in the industry. Need a beautiful podium for your officiant? She can secure it. Need some last-minute lounge furniture sets, with delivery included? She knows whom to call. These connections were particularly useful to me, as I do not live in Austin. I used Bekah's recommendations for almost every vendor I hired and could not have been happier. Relatedly, Bekah takes time to really listen and get to know your vision. Every idea, recommendation, word of caution, etc. was informed by her impeccable understanding of our unique day. Finally, and I am literally getting emotional as I write this, Bekah anticipates your every need on the day of the event. She brings you a glass of water, a supportive word, a thumbs-up from afar, and--again--all the things you didn't even know you needed but that make such a difference. Aside from marrying my husband, I can't think of a better decision I made with respect to my wedding than hiring Bekah. You will be SO glad you did!
Bekah Laine Events was amazing! Nichelle with BLE was beyond friendly and executed everything perfectly. The whole team communicated exactly what we wanted with all the vendors so that everyone was on the same page. When we had the initial meeting with BLE, we were overwhelmed with planning a wedding. We had no idea where to even begin. BLE guided us in the right direction and helped us direct our budget to what was most important to us. During our final walkthrough, BLE answered any and all questions, even if they were minor. BLE made sure everything flowed seamlessly on our big day and they were so detail oriented. Our wedding day seemed stress free and we absolutely loved working with BLE!
We hired Bekah for our wedding in April 2022 and I'm so glad we did. She was amazing! She is such a joy to work with. She gave us great guidance and suggestions and anticipated so many things we needed that we didn't even realize. She had such helpful tools, too, for budgeting, keeping track of tasks and vendors, making seating charts, basically everything. Planning with Bekah made the overwhelming task of planning a wedding into a manageable and fun affair.
Working with Bekah was great. She was incredibly helpful with organizing vendors, coordinating with the venue, and dealing with our unexpected venue change (and subsequent date change) when our originally booked venue closed down. Kelly was our day-of coordinator, and did a great job as well. Bekah Laine Events made our wedding process easier throughout the entire journey, and we'd recommend them without a second thought.

Hiring Bekah Laine Events for my wedding was the best decision I made. I opted for her "Day of" coordination package and Bekah and her team took over about a month to the wedding and were so helpful in getting all of my vendors on the same page and helping with all of those final details. Bekah's team was extremely responsive with any questions I had, and I trusted them completely with my wedding day. The day itself was so totally and completely stress free because I knew that Bekah and her team would take care of everything. The wedding was perfect and the timeline seamless because of their amazing work! My family and friends got to relax and just enjoy the day together! If you're on the fence, I promise there is no money better spent for your wedding!
Booking Bekah as a day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. We were generally comfortable with choosing our own vendors, but when in doubt about some of the details, Bekah was always generous with her advice. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day-of, she took charge, so we could let go and enjoy the experience instead of stressing over things like finding heaters when the weather forecast changed and our rental company ran out of them or figuring out how to get the bar stools moved from one location to another.
We were booked with Bekah Laine through Brushy Creek Events for my daughters wedding. What I thought we were getting was very different than what we received. We basically got a day of coordinator which was fine but that didn't even go well. The ceremony was beautiful but the coordinator dropped the ball at the reception. We were supposed to have a champagne toast - it didn't happen, the late night dessert was served before the cake was cut, and the biggest issue was with the decorations. I planned all of them, there was a form we filled out on the coordinators website which clearly explained where everything was to go after the reception. I got some of the decorations back, some were thrown away and some the coordinator took back with her. After talking to Bekah she did offer to pay for them but the whole situation was very unprofessional.
Bekah is everything you need out of a coordinator and even more in the things you don't even know you need. She was very detailed in the weeks leading up the wedding making sure she understood everything we wanted out of our day. Her process is thorough but in the end it sets you up for a perfect day and helps achieve the stress free day you are shooting for. Bekah is hands on throughout the day and made sure that everything steered clear of us while remaining respectful to our guests and other vendors. Can't say enough about how great she was. You won't be disappointed.
Bekah is the reason my wedding was perfect! My mom described my wedding as ‘a movie where nothing goes wrong.’ I couldn’t agree more, and it is all because of Bekah and her hard work. She gave incredible vendor recommendations, helped me stay in budget, and constructed the best timeline for our day. It was so nice having her there to tell us exactly where we needed to be and what we needed to do. She made sure we had a drink in our hand and leftover food and cake at the end of the night. My entire family can’t stop raving about Bekah and the impact she had on our special day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I can say from experience that it is money well spent and will transform your entire wedding experience.

Bekah is the best wedding planner and coordinator you can find in Austin TX! Especially because she is not part of the big corporation type of company, her price will be half of all the other wedding planners your will find (from the Austin Bridal Magazine). But that doesn't mean you are getting half of the value. In fact you are getting more, because you will feel like you are the only client of her (even though she has other clients too), it is that kind of personable service you will be getting from Bekah. And all the vendors that Bekah have recommended are all extremely awesome choices. I will be writing 5 star reviews for all the them. Most importantly, Bekah is very smart when it comes to sensing what is your style, personality and what's important to you. After one or two meetings, she knows me better than myself. So I don't have spend any effort to explain what type of style or vendor I would like to see, she already got it. Lastly, since I am a project manager for oil and gas, I am super organized and budget sensitive. And that's the exactly the biggest strength that Bekah has, which is being organized and good at managing budget.
Bekah is an awesome person to work with. She's fun and professional at all time. There is nothing that she can't handle to help ease the bride and groom. She will goes above and beyond so you can have the best experience on your wedding day.
Bekah was an absolute God send. I chatted with a number of event planners and after one call with Bekah I knew she was the one. She is an excellent communicator, organizer and risk mitigation queen. She is the pillar of calm and handled two days of chaos like a boss. I also loved her sense of humor and easy going nature. I’d love to work with her again in any event planning capacity in the future.
We found Bekah through our photographer, it was important for me to have a team of vendors whom worked well together and knew the venue since we were planning a wedding from out of town. Bekah was very responsive, met up with me and my family prior to hiring her and handled by mom and sisters questions like a champ! Bekah took over about a month before the wedding and handled all of the still moving parts with ease. The day of could not have gone better, she attended to every detail, protected my husband and I so we could eat and even handled a bridesmaid who had had a little too much to drink gracefully. Bekah is very good at communicating, extremely thorough, and very supportive. She was good at letting people do their jobs and only stepped in if needed. If you are planning a wedding in the Austin Area she is your girl!
My wedding would not have happened as perfectly as it did without Bekah. The only hiccups were extremely small and she handled them in a matter of minutes. (No joke. The vendor messed up the table cloth order and didn't bring enough. She spoke with them and within 30 minutes, the tableclothes were there, hours before the ceremony.)
Bekah was very professional and pushed us where we needed to go throughout the night to stay on track. It was clear she had done many weddings before, and wasn't afraid to tell the groomsmen a thing or two (ie making them spit out their gum before the ceremony).
We would highly recommend Bekah for any wedding or big event.
We are so happy we hired Bekah to be our day-of-coordinator! In the months leading up to our wedding, we had multiple meetings, phone calls and emails with her that always left us feeling like we were in the right hands. And we were definitely right! Just a few days before our big day, the forecast was calling for 100% chance of thunderstorms during our outdoor wedding...so we scrambled at the last minute to secure a new venue and Bekah never batted an eye at the curveball of having to -re-coordinate all the vendors and rethink all the planning we had put into the other venue. And then the big day came, and she took such great care of us and our guests. She made it a point throughout the day to make sure me and my wife were comfortable and informed about the schedule of events. I feel like she went above and beyond what we hired her to do, and we can't thank her enough for how wonderful the day turned out. Planning a wedding is so stressful, that having such a caring and professional coordinator is well worth it! Thank you Bekah!!!

If I could give Bekah more than 5 stars, I totally would. She was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She was our Day of Event Coordinator, but I feel like she had so much more to offer than just helping that day.
From the moment we booked with her, she was extremely accessible and willing to help with any of our vendors. She helped us come up with a great timeline, and even put up with me making a change to it just a few days before the wedding. She also gave me the sweetest box of stuff before the wedding as a gift and it's one of the many things that I think sets her apart from everyone else out there - she thinks of everything.
Throughout the whole day she kept us on track, even when my hair and makeup team got done an HOUR late on me (don't get me started...) and with the random 40 degree day in April, AND some other surprises that popped up! She kept everything flowing so smoothly and my husband and I seriously were able to enjoy our wedding day, which I believe is all thanks to Bekah!

Admittedly, when my wife and I began planning our wedding, I did not think we needed a planner. In fact, I wanted to fold the wedding planner budget into the budget for florals or beverages. I could not be happier to report that, long before the end of our wedding night, Bekah had proven me totally wrong.
We hired Bekah nine months before The Big Day because we liked her familiarity with Austin-area venues and vendors. Seven months before The Big Day, she dug me out of a mound of e-mails and text messages from my parents and helped them book and fully coordinate our rehearsal dinner. Five months before The Big Day, she mediated an hour-long debate about the color and material of our table linens (yes, table linens), sent us frequent (but friendly) reminders about the tasks we needed to complete, and held multiple meetings to help us make cuts (and, eventually, late additions) to our floral, catering, and rental orders. Two months before, she played interference with some anxious parents, drafted a perfect day-of timeline, and quickly responded to wave after wave of e-mails concerning table displays, cocktail ties, and napkin folds, among many other things.
Bekah’s counsel, insight, and management over those nine pre-wedding months is singularly responsible for bringing these otherwise mundane details together into a single beautiful and smoothly executed wedding night. During the entire ceremony and reception, I never glanced at my watch or worried about staying on schedule. Bekah had everything under control, but remained flexible—never once making us feel pressured to move on from a good conversation to start the next event on our to-do list.
Planning a wedding takes more time, effort, and emotion than we ever imagined. We are so thankful we had Bekah by our side!
Bekah was AWESOME. We wanted to have someone make sure the details were taken care of on our big day, and not have it fall to one of my bridesmaids. Since we were planning our wedding from a distance (I moved out of Texas recently), I searched around to find a day-of coordinator that would work with me, allowing me to still make most of the decisions, but to help as needed. We found Bekah Laine Events, and were so thankful that we did!
We had a great pre-planning meeting where we flushed out most of the details/questions/concerns. From there we chatted over the phone once or twice, but trusted that everything would be handled at the wedding. We were right to trust her and were so thankful we had her there!
She checked in with both myself and the groom to see if we needed anything as we were getting ready. We were good, but one of the vendors needed some help...Our florist was flaky throughout the process and was a bit disorganized on the day of the wedding. For example, she forgot to give pins to the groomsmen to place their boutonnierres...I mean really. Thankfully, Bekah stepped in to take care of this as well as help with setting up the decor for the reception. When it came to the ceremony, she was there to make sure everyone walked out when they needed to, and stood/sat where they were supposed to. There weren't any hiccups! For the reception, we had several people with food allergies, and she made sure their meals (including mine) were safe for us to eat. She even asked someone from the kitchen to come out and speak to us to ensure everything was as it should be!
After our dinner, Bekah helped make sure everything went smoothly - she checked in with us throughout the reception to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, but did so in a way that was unobtrusive and friendly. I love that she anticipated what we might need and kept bringing the groom and myself fresh glasses of wine so that we never had to go to the bar! That alone allowed us to continue dancing, mingling with the guests and enjoying our big night.
I HIGHLY recommend Bekah and have told pretty much everyone I know that she did a phenomenal job. It's not just that she was 100% competent and anticipated potential needs throughout the planning process...it's how she carries herself - always professional, always positive, and always calm. If there were any issues on my wedding day, she shielded me from them. We had our PERFECT wedding and she played a huge role in that. Seriously, there's no need to look any further - hire Bekah!
Bekah is the best event coordinator we've ever met! It's because of her expertise and attention to detail that we were able to relax on our wedding day and soak in every special moment. Bekah made sure every facet was organized from the rehearsal to the outdoor ceremony to our indoor reception, not to mention she nailed the decor style we requested. She always has a smile and was so sweet to us, our family and guests. No matter what type of event you're having, casual to formal and no matter what size the guest list or venue, Bekah will help make your occasion SPECTACULAR!!
Bekah is sweet, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond just day of coordination for me...things I never even thought of worrying about, she was fully prepared to handle them immediately. I would highly recommend her to every bride.
Bekah was wonderful, and really helped me get through the day! My only regret was not being able to also pay her for planning services, only day-of services. I think she could probably have helped me make it a lot more seamless and me less crazy beforehand, but the day went really well! She made sure the chapel was ready, got everyone situated on exactly what they needed to do and when, and set up the reception for us, so that all we needed to do was walk in and check to make sure everything was as we wanted! And it was. I learned later that she even stayed after the time we had paid her for to help our families clean up the reception and make sure everything was taken care of. I cannot sing her praises enough!
Bekah and her team truly have a grasp on creating a seamless and memorable experience. She coordinated my wedding about a year ago and my wife and I still rave about how we were completely blown away with how on the day of the wedding they transformed a downtown warehouse space into a beautiful and inviting venue. From beginning to end, working with Bekah was an absolute gift!
I recommend Bekah to anyone! She was absolutely amazing and very detailed. My wedding was so peaceful and throughout the night, many guests complimented me by saying I was the "calmest bride" they have ever seen. She was the glue to my wedding. Her personality is bright and charming, and it is easily noticeable how caring she is. I felt like my peace of mind was her priority. I could tell her anything I was feeling, and she was always 100% understanding, plus solution orientated. All night she ran around ensuring guests were happy, that I was happy, and that events were spot on time. I am so blessed to have had her as my coordinator.
Bekah was amazing especially on the days leading up to the wedding and the day of. She made sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything. During the whole day and night of the wedding anytime I needed her she was right there. At one point, I needed help putting bandaids on my feet and she was right there helping me with it! I would have been pretty crazy without her!
