The staff at Bell Harbor Center are amazing. They provided so many helpful approaches to getting our wedding set up in the best ways possible. Linda K in Sales, and Linda S in Event Services were a dream team - loved working with them. They made themselves available at all times for both on site meetings and phone calls which made putting a big event together so easy and stress free.
Bell Harbor is also the perfect setting for any event. All of our guests were thrilled with the views from this location, as well as the ease of access.

I just got married here a few weeks ago and it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience. Linda responded within minutes no matter the time of day or night. It truly seemed like the team cared about you and wanted to make your day perfect. The caterer raved about the professional and inventory of the venue as they had anything he could’ve needed. The staff was plenty and super helpful throughout the event and before. Emilee coordinated the event and made sure that all the last minute details were accounted for which really helped the day go so perfect. I highly recommend this venue and wish I could get married here all over again!

This venue tour felt different than the rest...the views were beautiful yes, but it was clear the team and client service were just exceptional. To echo several reviews, our event manager, Camila Ormachea, was also incredible. Camila was so professional, organized, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. They have a true gift to make their clients feel valued and special, it never felt transactional with them and we were lucky to have worked with these two, who went above and beyond for us.
The 'Grand Tasting' event about 6 months before our date was fabulous, it was helpful to try to the food and select a meal and was great exposure to other vendors they work with and decor options. Speaking of the food, it was GREAT, and we aren't just saying that. :) We know wedding food is typically just okay and not the star of the show, but that was not the case here as we truly loved it and received many 'seriously, the best wedding food ever!' compliments from our guests. The chef also accommodated some special requests for our guests, which we are so grateful for, and our guests loved the bartenders as well. The team took great care of us and our 200+ guests, as we heard several glowing reviews about the BH team that evening.
Camila and team are operational experts and made sure the logistics were handled and everything ran smoothly leading up to the event and day of. We are so appreciative of the many ways they accommodated us and our vendors to make sure we had a great experience. It looked so beautiful and honestly exceeded any & all expectations. Through several meetings and email exchanges, she took the time to truly understand our vision, appreciate the detail, and communicate with all of our vendors in order to execute it.. and she absolutely nailed it!

Linda is amazing at her job and also simply an amazing person. She very quickly felt like a friend and went out of her way to provide us with so much additional wedding guidance based on her previous years of experience as a wedding planner. As the wedding got closer, we transitioned to working more closely with Camila Ormachea, who was also absolutely amazing and more helpful than we could have imagined. She coordinated all details with ease, was very responsive and accommodating, and was clearly invested in how our wedding was going to turn out. Forever thankful for both Linda and Camila!!
We truly feel like we found a hidden gem in a sea of other beautiful but terrifyingly expensive venues. The actual venue fee is beyond reasonable - the greatest portion of the cost (which is still very reasonable) to hold your wedding here is in the food & beverage but let me tell you, it SHOWS. The food was unbelievably high quality and I believe is the thing that stood out to our guests the most, so many of them are still raving about it. That also includes the service, which was top-tier. Everyone working was very detail-oriented and did an incredible job of making sure the night ran smoothly from handing out champagne as guest arrived and flipping the ceremony space in record time, to a seamless plated dinner experience and beyond. I honestly felt so fancy during our wedding as a result of the service and the food. The room itself is also absolutely stunning and made for such a beautiful backdrop of our ceremony. The pics taken in the World Trade Center room itself turned out amazing, as well as all the pics that we took across the street on top of the attached Bell Harbor Conference Center. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I HIGHLY recommend that you choose the World Trade Center Seattle. I didn’t have to worry or think about a thing day-of and the venue and service absolutely surpassed any expectations I had!

of town, being so close to the city and Seattle’s best attractions made everything feel easy and stress-free for both us and our friends and family. It ended up being the perfect way to showcase Seattle.
What really made the experience exceptional though was the staff. The sales manager, event manager, chef, and everyone we worked with were incredibly flexible, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. We decided to skip a formal ceremony and instead host an extended reception that started on the rooftop before moving into the WTC space, and they fully embraced every idea we had.
We also created a completely custom menu that honestly probably nobody else has ever had before, and instead of pushing back, the chef fully leaned into it and gave us a fantastic tasting experience. We DIYed many parts of the wedding, and the team was always willing to “yes and” our ideas rather than make things difficult.
The venue itself also does so much of the work for you visually. The rooftop views are stunning, and the WTC space with its curved glass has so much character. Our guests constantly commented on how beautiful the venue was, and the food got rave reviews as well.
Most importantly, the logistics felt incredibly easy the day of. Since the venue, furniture, food, and staff were all handled in-house, I mostly just showed up and enjoyed the wedding. We had a relatively casual multicultural wedding with about 60 people, but I honestly think this team could make any type of event feel seamless and special.

The wraparound deck was perfect for cocktail hour and the ballroom gave more than enough space for our 240 guests and a dance floor. The proximity to the Marriott and parking garage made it easy for local and out of town guests to access the venue.
