We hosted our wedding at Bell Harbor, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the early planning stages to the big day itself, the entire staff was exceptionally helpful and supportive. Linda and Camila were especially wonderful, they were deeply caring, highly responsive, and went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. The venue itself is stunning and was exactly what we envisioned. Even when a few details didn't go exactly as planned, the team pivoted quickly to find a seamless solution. We truly could not recommend this venue more highly!

Our Rooftop Plaza paired with the Harbor Ballroom creates a perfect indoor-outdoor experience. During the off-season (November through March), we can host grand events for up to 900 guests in additional spaces, all with the same exceptional service and breathtaking waterfront views. If you’re envisioning something more intimate, our Bay View Dining Room at World Trade Center Seattle is a hidden gem. Perfect for up to 75 guests, it features a stylish indoor space, an outdoor patio, and a built-in bar, ideal for a chic and cozy celebration. Our customizable packages are designed to fit your unique vision and include eight hours of venue access, a private ready room, full setup and teardown, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, cake cutting, dance floor, stage, and the support of our dedicated event managers, concierge, and service team. We handle every detail so you can fully enjoy your day. Our culinary team is proud to highlight the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, using local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients with subtle European influence. We’ll work closely with you to curate a menu that reflects your style and tastes, from hors d’oeuvres and plated or family-style meals to late-night bites and desserts. Chef Hans Reisinger has been with Bell Harbor International Conference Center since 2007 and, during this time, has served all types of catering functions, from large corporate events, multi-course degustation wine dinners, weddings, and large expanded multi-themed receptions. For Chef Hans, passion for the craft of culinary, guest satisfaction, and, most importantly, his team are paramount in his day-to-day efforts. Hans has been working in kitchens since the age of 18. He received his formal culinary instruction in Switzerland and worked in prestigious locations such as the Palace Hotel, Gstaad, and Palace Hotel in Bern. Chef Han’s approach to the culinary you will receive is a nod to the Pacific Northwest with hints of European influence. When not in the kitchen, Chef Hans enjoys his free time with his Wife Adriane, boating the Sound and San Juan Islands and enjoying wine country in Chelan County.

with a level of kindness and investment that was unparalleled when compared to the experiences that we had during our 13 other venue tours. Linda is amazing at her job and also simply an amazing person. She very quickly felt like a friend and went out of her way to provide us with so much additional wedding guidance based on her previous years of experience as a wedding planner. As the wedding got closer, we transitioned to working more closely with Camila Ormachea, who was also absolutely amazing and more helpful than we could have imagined. She coordinated all details with ease, was very responsive and accommodating, and was clearly invested in how our wedding was going to turn out. Forever thankful for both Linda and Camila!! We truly feel like we found a hidden gem in a sea of other beautiful but terrifyingly expensive venues. The actual venue fee is beyond reasonable - the greatest portion of the cost (which is still very reasonable) to hold your wedding here is in the food & beverage but let me tell you, it SHOWS. The food was unbelievably high quality and I believe is the thing that stood out to our guests the most, so many of them are still raving about it. That also includes the service, which was top-tier. Everyone working was very detail-oriented and did an incredible job of making sure the night ran smoothly from handing out champagne as guest arrived and flipping the ceremony space in record time, to a seamless plated dinner experience and beyond. I honestly felt so fancy during our wedding as a result of the service and the food. The room itself is also absolutely stunning and made for such a beautiful backdrop of our ceremony. The pics taken in the World Trade Center room itself turned out amazing, as well as all the pics that we took across the street on top of the attached Bell Harbor Conference Center. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I HIGHLY recommend that you choose the World Trade Center Seattle. I didn’t have to worry or think about a thing day-of and the venue and service absolutely surpassed any expectations I had!

of town, being so close to the city and Seattle’s best attractions made everything feel easy and stress-free for both us and our friends and family. It ended up being the perfect way to showcase Seattle. What really made the experience exceptional though was the staff. The sales manager, event manager, chef, and everyone we worked with were incredibly flexible, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. We decided to skip a formal ceremony and instead host an extended reception that started on the rooftop before moving into the WTC space, and they fully embraced every idea we had. We also created a completely custom menu that honestly probably nobody else has ever had before, and instead of pushing back, the chef fully leaned into it and gave us a fantastic tasting experience. We DIYed many parts of the wedding, and the team was always willing to “yes and” our ideas rather than make things difficult. The venue itself also does so much of the work for you visually. The rooftop views are stunning, and the WTC space with its curved glass has so much character. Our guests constantly commented on how beautiful the venue was, and the food got rave reviews as well. Most importantly, the logistics felt incredibly easy the day of. Since the venue, furniture, food, and staff were all handled in-house, I mostly just showed up and enjoyed the wedding. We had a relatively casual multicultural wedding with about 60 people, but I honestly think this team could make any type of event feel seamless and special.

u options gave us plenty to choose from. Antonio and his team were very helpful from the time we toured the venue to the day of, patiently answering all of our questions. The wraparound deck was perfect for cocktail hour and the ballroom gave more than enough space for our 240 guests and a dance floor. The proximity to the Marriott and parking garage made it easy for local and out of town guests to access the venue.
