Bella Baxter Special Events

Bella Baxter is a poorly organized vendor and failed to perform an effective service at my daughter's wedding. The planners, Katherine and Teryn were running around the event hall more confused about what was happening than my guest. The wedding vows could be heard because no microphone was provided. They chose to speak with my daughter instead of me so to take advantage of her youth and inexperience. This was done despite my reaching out to the to engage the to comply with our written agreement. They use this tactic to even have my daughter give them additional money for help on the nite of the event although this went against the agreement signed months earlier. We had not change the number of guest or anything else and this what they one week before event when my daughter was stressed and anxious about the upcoming event. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone seeking a well organized vendor.

Bella Baxter Special Events is amazing! They anticipated and solved problems before they even crossed my mind! They kept me in the know when things were good and kept me in the dark when need be. They were thorough, professional, and talented. Plus, my mom was able to enjoy the day since Katherine and her crew were there to run the show! Thank you for everything!

All I can say is fabulous!!! Bella Baxter was amazing!! They did full coordination of my wedding in October and they went above and beyond to make my wedding PERFECT! When we decided to hire Lauren and Katherine I was 6 Months pregnant, so I was not in wedding planning mode at all, so I gave them the reins and let them plan from there! I told them what I had envisioned for my wedding and they captured it perfectly! They scheduled all my appointments with all the vendors around when it was convienent with myself and baby which was awesome! They were there anytime I needed them, including the late night texts, emails, and calls ensuring me that "they got this, and it will be beautiful". The wedding was everything that I ever dreamed of. We could not have planned this wedding without them and would recommend them to anyone!! LOVE THEM!!!

Lauren and Katherine were wonderful. I couldn't imagine planning my daughters' special day without them. They were always available when we needed them. They listened to our ideas, and offered some of their ideas and blended them to make my daughters' wedding day perfect. It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry if everything would go according to plan. They took care of all of the details, large or small. I would highly recommend these ladies to make your wedding planning an enjoyable experience.

Bella Baxter did a lovely job coordinating my daughter's wedding. During our planning process, we found it necessary to replace our first wedding planner, and Bella Baxter graciously accepted our plea for help. Much of the preplanning had been accomplished prior to hiring Bella Baxter, however, Lauren stepped in and ensured all vendors were on schedule, as well as completed finding the entertainment and videographer. The wedding was a destination wedding, with my daughter and I living in different states. Consistent communication was key to keep us on track. The set up of the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and receptions was well done. Any details not completed were not obvious to the guests. We did put in quite a bit of work for the decorations, and many were not used. Although not an overall big issue, it would have been better if we had been informed why those items were not part of the set up as we anticipated they would be. The rehearsal had a few no shows, and in retrospect, I would suggest if that was to happen again, Bella Baxter should make sure those people be fully informed the day of the wedding what they need to do, where they need to be prior to the ceremony, etc. It was a bit confusing. We also did not have a structured plan for after the bride and groom left the ceremony, and the families and guests didn't know whether to leave, or stay put. Just minor details that can be improved for future weddings. All in all, Bella Baxter did a good job, and I know that I would have not been able to coordinate, decorate, accommodate everything without their help. Thank you!

We hired a Day of Coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day. We chose Bella Baxter Special Events and we were very pleased with everything they did for us. They met with us a few weeks before the wedding to go over everything for the wedding day. They followed up on all my vendors, so I did not have to and if the vendors had small questions, they were there to answer them. They made sure the timing of the day was perfect and everyone was where they were suppose to be for pictures, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. They made our day run smooth and stress free... We were able to enjoy every bit of our day. I would definitely recommend Bella Baxter Special Events to anyone planning an event or needing any help with their event.

I can say with 100% certainty that my wedding would not have been the same without Bella Baxter. Their services, their professionalism, their ability, their expertise, and their friendship! Every bride needs to have someone like them at their wedding. Bella Baxter worked with me to help finalize vital details that would make my wedding day special. I had a huge meltdown when trying to figure things out myself, and another mini meltdown the day of the wedding. Nothing was going right, everything was a total disaster, then the Bella team showed up and literally saved the day. I left the location early that morning before they arrived, and came back after I was dressed & ready for pictures. My heart stopped when I saw what they were able to accomplish. Everything looked exactly how I wanted it, and they had even thrown in a few touches that they had seen on my Pinterest wedding board. They kept me posted with things I needed to be informed of, and shielded me from any hiccups or problems so that I didn't get stressed on my day. They dealt with everyone: vendors, guests, family, and attendants. They managed, assisted, and kept the entire event and day in control. At the end of the night, my new husband and I were sitting down as the guests dwindled and we could not think of a single thing that could have made the day more perfect. We were so blessed and lucky, especially to have someone else handling all of the details, especially on the day of. More importantly, our families were able to enjoy the event, too, without any of them having to step away from the fun to deal with a crisis because we had the calm and poised Bella team handling everything. Being able to rest easy and enjoy your day is not something that should be unique to just my wedding, every bride deserves to have that, and the Bella team was what allowed that to happen for me!

My daughter's wedding was perfect thanks to the Bella Baxter team. Their on-site assistance and management was superb and allowed all of the wedding party to enjoy the ceremony and reception without worrying over details. Bella Baxter confirmed all arrangements with the florist, caterer, photographer and other vendors. They were on-site early in the day until the last guests left, and were efficient, pleasant, and kept everything moving smoothly. They took away all of the stress my daughter (the bride) was feeling on her big day. When the day was over, the bride and groom both agreed that their wedding was perfect in every way. I enthusiastically recommend Bella Baxter to others!
