The shoes you returned had visible signs of indentations/scuffs on the bottom soles. We put stringent quality control over all returned shoes. Anything that does not pass our inspection or shows signs of wear would be rejected and not put back in our inventory by our quality control team. This is nothing personal and it is a standardized procedure to ensure future customers will only be receiving shoes that have passed the quality check.

This means that the shoes are no longer in sellable condition, and so cannot be accepted for return. Our team puts stringent quality control over all returns. o refund my money. I am really shocked. They refused to help to investigate or open an case with usps, and blamed me that I should buy an insurance if the package is valuable. They chose usps as their return shipping carrier and then refuse to help to investigate when there is an issue with the shipping(The return shipping is $13 by the way). So I ended up spending $744 for nothing. They said the only option is to provide a credit, but my wedding was already finished and I don't need wedding shoes anymore.

However, it is up to our customers to add additional insurance through the shipping carrier directly. We advised you to open investigation with the shipping carrier. lets but they did not have the specific shoes I wanted to try on. So I actually did my research to make sure they accepted returns if the shoes do not work out given that the shoes are so pricey. The heels I wore for my wedding were okay. They were nothing special which I was okay with given all my dress had going on, but still underwhelming, and the soles of the bottom of the shoes were destroyed by the end of the night. I did not think too much of that because, to be fair, I was dancing all night. However, I returned the other two pairs of shoes that I did not wear and the company will not accept my returns because of alleged damage on the soles. I literally only tried them on one time in my own house. I didn't even think to look at the bottom before I mailed them back to be honest because I would not expect their to be damage. After several emails, their peace offering is giving me store credit of only half of the value. Not only did I pay >$300 for my wedding shoes that are destroyed, but I have to pay for 1 of the 2 shoes I never wore and I have to find a way to spend >$300 at a wedding shoe website after my wedding has already taken place. After reading comments, this seems to be a quality issue and their customer service is so stringent. I legitimately think they try to make money by being so strict with their returns. I do not recommend at all - there are so many other companies you can find shoes at - do not waste your money.

to have been tried on a hardwood surface, which caused the indentations to the soles. This means that the shoes are no longer in sellable condition, and therefore cannot be accepted for return. We advise our customers to try on shoes with clean feet on carpeted areas to prevent accidental damage. If we were to send these shoes out to another bride, it would be very upsetting to her. We have already made an exception for you by issuing you a store credit with no expiration date, even though cases like this are usually automatically rejected.
If you think the soles of the shoes you wore for your wedding were 'destroyed', it could mean that you left on the protective plastic cover when you wore them. The plastic bits can chew into the leather, causing deeper indentations. We do also provide instructions in our packaging and on the bottom of the soles to remove the plastic liner before wearing.
Our shoes are made with genuine leather. Genuine leather soles are delicate, smooth and will be subject to marking upon the first wear but they hold up very well in wear. This is a natural process and is a normal cosmetic blemish to leather soles. This does not affect the wearability or the integrity of the shoes. Over time and with more wear, the soles will be more evenly smoothed out.

If the quality / fit was not to your liking, you should not have kept the shoes for almost 2 months before deciding to return them.
We ask that you respect our store policy and we can't make any exception out of fairness to everyone. You expressed to us you would resort to leaving negative a feedback, which is within your rights. They stated that their own blue box could have rubbed off on the shoes creating blue marks, yet if the shoes were not returned in a clear plastic bag this could happen! I returned the shoes in the exact packaging I was provided with no signs of wear! Not to mention the shoes did not fit (I am always a 7.5 and they were way too big) and so I purchased another pair the next day after receiving them in a new size while I sent the others back. I had no reason to wear them or try to scam them! Absolutely horrible customer service and they should be ashamed!

no signs of wear to be eligible for return. The shoes you returned had visible signs of toe marks on the footbed, which meant the shoes were not properly handled while they were in your possession. This meant they could no longer be passed to another customer. For this reason, we rejected your return because the shoes showed signs of wear. For every return we receive, we inspect the shoes very thoroughly to make sure they pass our quality assurance.
In your case, we informed you and emailed you the picture of the shoes showing the signs of wear. We sent the shoes back to you after your return was rejected, so they are now in your possession. However, you have since opened a chargeback with your bank. It is absolutely unfair for you to exploit our business by mishandling the shoes, negating our store policy, keeping the shoes, and then opening a chargeback to get your money back. While we value our customers' feedback, we are also fair and will not be subjected to unfair exploitation.

Initially when ordering I was so excited and had them shipped to the UK where I stay. The shoes are very pricey and so is shipping however I felt they were worth it due to the beautiful images of the shoes but I was wrong. Please be careful, it is a lot of money to invest especially when you have an experience like me and it does not reflect in the quality or customer experience. After the wedding was over, I realized that the tips of my toes were numb and the numbness lasted until the end of my three-week honeymoon. Even though the shoes were beautiful, wearing them for a long time was not ideal. I would recommend switching to flats to protect your toes from nerve damage.

... They were so comfortable! I was running around on my feet all day and dancing all night without any issues. The next day, I only had a tiny blister to show for it. Compared to my past experiences with "nice" shoes, this was a huge win. I still can't get over how beautiful they look and am so grateful to Bella Belle for glamming up my special day!
