Bella Belle Shoes

I tried so many vendors & bridal shoes for my wedding, and simply could not get the beautiful Bella Belle shoes out of my head! Despite the price, I went for it - the perfect color and detail. Matched my personality, my bridesmaids' dresses, and the vibe! Unfortunately they arrived damage and were too big for me. They initially said my shoes weren't eligible for an exchange due the damage, but since I submitted photos of me trying the shoes on on a carpet & my own photos of the damage, they took accountability and offered me my exchange. All within 24 hours! Amazing and understanding customer service. Very excited to try on my smaller size :)

From ceremony to reception, these shoes lasted! My only concern was the clasp which was a bit difficult and hence the rating of 4 stars. I ordered the Skylar heels.

Don't waste your money. For that price point you would expect higher quality shoes and much better customer service. Get Loeffler Randalls instead. It is a total pain to figure out what size you are because the bridal studios only have one size of each model but each shoe fits a little different. For that business model, they should be much more flexible about their return and exchange policy. In addition, I purchased the Serafina and they are really uncomfortable and poorly shaped. There is a huge gap between the shoe and my arch, leaving me with no arch support.

Shoes are uncomfortable and overpriced. The sizing is off and the company is stingy. The don’t pay for shipping which is insane considering how expensive the shoes are and how much you’ll have to go back and forth about the terrible sizing! Ugh AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Honestly just get shoes from Amazon it will be easier and they will be more comfortable!

I purchased the Anita shoe for my wedding. I recently tested them out at my bridal shower and was SO impressed with them. I got so many compliments, guests even asked if I had my shoes custom made for my dress. Admittedly I was looking into a "high end designer" pair of shoes for my big day, but nothing held a candle to Bella Belle in terms of style, price and comfortability. I swear I've been so annoying because I haven't shut up about how much I LOVE these shoes. They are so dainty, timeless and feminine; I cant wait to wear them again on my big day.

I chose the Blue and Ivory heels for my wedding day to provide a little "something blue." The block heel was perfect for an outdoor wedding! The shoes were comfortable for photos all day and were easy to break in. I had to trade sizes in early on and customer service at Bella Belle was top-notch!

Of of the best wedding decisions I made was purchasing the Anita heels from Bella Belle. Not only were the shoes delicate and romantic (and photographed so well!), they were so comfortable too. Definitely do your homework before taking the leap, but once you do, you won't regret it :)

This is the worst shoe company I have ever dealt with. The shoe quality is not only poor but the shoes are in fact Very Uncomfortable. The customer service experience was the most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. Consider this your Warning: DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES- ANY OF THEM

The 12 hour magic is REAL! Not only did they keep my feet blister-free during a night of non-stop dancing, but they also garnered compliments from everyone around. The shoes are even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! I couldn't be happier with my shoes.

I wore the Fabiola block heels for my wedding and let me tell you, they weren't kidding when they said these are 12-hour shoes!! I was comfortable from morning till night! I'll totally be wearing them again and again.

Loved my Sophia heels. They went perfectly with my wedding dress and photographed so well! They're the perfect heels for your wedding day!

I was very very happy with my decision to wear the Florence heels for my wedding! They were extremely comfortable and I was able to wear them literally all day for my wedding day!

Horrible customer service. I was so excited for these to be my Bridal shoes. Unfortunately, the Emma style was too narrow for me. I tried them on, on carpet and wore socks and they’re claiming they have been worn and won’t accept my return. The pictures they sent of the soles of my shoes looked as if someone wore them outside and that absolutely was not the case. They had the plastic still on them and were stored in the box. Truly am sad I won’t be purchasing another pair. Now, I’m out of a wedding shoe and have to start from square one before my first dress fitting.

I truly don’t have enough good words to say about Bella Belle. I got the Jasmine heels for my bridal shower and they were absolutely perfect. The shoes were stunning and they were the most comfortable heels I’ve ever worn in my entire life. 12/10 recommend, you will not regret it!!!

Loved wearing Eve on my wedding day! They were so comfortable, so intricately detailed yet photographed so effortlessly. They truly not only complimented my gown but elevated it.

Received the shoes with very slight toe prints. Tried them on and they were too wide for my feet. Bella Belle denied the return due to the toe prints.

I was absolutely obsessed with my wedding shoes! I had a Catholic ceremony with an extremely long aisle and a reception at a historic outdoor Charleston venue. These shoes survived and thrived in the grass, cobblestone courtyard, etc. I can not wait to style my wedding shoes for a date night and order more! I was soo surprised by the quality of craftsmanship as well, in a world where everything is overpriced and cheaply made these shoes are worth every penny!

LOVE the Dorothy heels! They were so comfortable to walk in all day. The heel wasn’t too high and they were supportive. I was looking for wedding shoes and ended up seeing Bella Belle on instagram and immediately fell in love with the look of the Dorothy heel. They are even prettier in person!

I spent months and months trying to find my wedding shoes. I cannot recommend Bella Belle shoes enough, I first saw their Eve shoes and knew straight away they were the ones after I had all but given up hope! And let me tell you they did not disappoint at all! I got married outside, boho style wedding so was apprehensive about the stilletto heel but I bought grass heel protectors which worked perfectly. The shoes fit in perfectly with my garden party/french countryside wedding and I received so many compliments on them. I also kept them on until the early hours of the morning without any issues. If you're on the fence just buy them - you will not be disappointed!

I’ve purchased the Bella belle Elsa shoes in blue for my wedding and I am obsessed with them! Sizing is very true to size and they are super comfy - the detail and craftsmanship in the shoes are second to none, I know I will feel like a real Cinderella walking down the isle in these shoes and I can’t wait for the moment to arrive!!

My BellaBelle shoes (Florence) are absolutely STUNNING! I have worn them for my bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. They are so comfy for being such a high heel, and I have received SO many compliments on them.

I purchased my wedding shoes from Bella Belle after looking for weeks for the perfect pair. They are wonderful with customer service as I actually received them after a horrible storm and the package had been damaged from shipping. They quickly sent me new shoes without question. The shoes are beautifully made and I felt so special wearing them on my bridal portrait and wedding days. Thank you, Bella Belle for making the most lovely products!

My Bellabelle shoes were one of the most special parts of my wedding day! I felt like a princess in them. I received so many compliments! They were also extremely comfortable, and I didn’t get any blisters which is a huge plus!!

Horrible customer service. I had returned the shoes because they were too wide for me. The return tracking showed that the package was delivered but I received the email from customer service saying that the package was empty and they refused to refund my money. I am really shocked. They refused to help to investigate or open an case with usps, and blamed me that I should buy an insurance if the package is valuable. They chose usps as their return shipping carrier and then refuse to help to investigate when there is an issue with the shipping(The return shipping is $13 by the way). So I ended up spending $744 for nothing. They said the only option is to provide a credit, but my wedding was already finished and I don't need wedding shoes anymore.

LOVED my Audrey heels!! They were the perfect combination of classy and sexy and I (and my feet) felt great wearing them all night. I galavanted through a hurricane in these heels on my wedding day (lol). The pearl detailing on the heels were the perfect touch to complete my look with my crepe gown. THANK YOU BELLA BELLE!!!! Xo

I have seen several reviews across platforms that the soles of the shoes are poor quality and I personally experienced this myself. I purchased 3 heels to try on my wedding. I really wanted to try on the heels in person and looked at retail outlets but they did not have the specific shoes I wanted to try on. So I actually did my research to make sure they accepted returns if the shoes do not work out given that the shoes are so pricey. The heels I wore for my wedding were okay. They were nothing special which I was okay with given all my dress had going on, but still underwhelming, and the soles of the bottom of the shoes were destroyed by the end of the night. I did not think too much of that because, to be fair, I was dancing all night. However, I returned the other two pairs of shoes that I did not wear and the company will not accept my returns because of alleged damage on the soles. I literally only tried them on one time in my own house. I didn't even think to look at the bottom before I mailed them back to be honest because I would not expect their to be damage. After several emails, their peace offering is giving me store credit of only half of the value. Not only did I pay >$300 for my wedding shoes that are destroyed, but I have to pay for 1 of the 2 shoes I never wore and I have to find a way to spend >$300 at a wedding shoe website after my wedding has already taken place. After reading comments, this seems to be a quality issue and their customer service is so stringent. I legitimately think they try to make money by being so strict with their returns. I do not recommend at all - there are so many other companies you can find shoes at - do not waste your money.

Anita Bella Belle Bridal Shoes The most elegant comfortable shoes I’ve ever purchased. The detail and quality of these beautiful heels are just perfection. I wore them on my wedding morning till past midnight on our wedding day. I danced all night and they where just so comfortable! Had so many compliments. Worth every penny! I can't believe how gorgeous AND COMFORTABLE my Bella Belle wedding shoes are! I even wore them again the next day! I changed out of my designer ceremony heels into the Bella Belle Chelsea heel and was so comfortable the rest of the night! Ordering wedding shoes from Bella Belle was one of my best wedding planning ideas. The shoes are truly a work of art. I already have my eye on another pair from their evening line... ;)

These are gorgeous bridal heels that will stand the test of time. I decided I wanted to invest in wedding shoes that I could wear for multiple events, and would keep my feet comfortable, plus they matched my dress so well. I wore the Anita heels in ivory for my engagement shoot, bridal shower, and my wedding day! On my wedding day I was able to spend 5 consecutive hours, standing in the stiletto heels, while not being a regular heel wearer myself, which truly shows the comfort and value of these shoes.

I paid over $400 heels that only lasted less than 3 hours. I only wore them for getting ready pictures, church ceremony, and after mass pictures. I noticed that the sole was peeling off when I got in my limo. I felt so embarrassed when my bridesmaids told me about the condition of my heels. I contacted customer care but there response is that my heels are in good condition for me to use them over again. I am very disappointed with their customer service and more because I paid over $400 for wedding heels. They do not care about their customers, no refunds, and no replacements! Do not buy your heels from this seller.

I wore the Anita for my wedding in a vineyard - not only were these shoes absolutely gorg. They were comfortable taking photos in grass, dirt, gardens, and then dancing afterward. The perfect shoe!

I recently wore 'ELISE' designed by Joy Proctor for Bella Belle's 'Enchanted' collection. The tulle bows matched my dress perfectly! At first I was skeptical about wearing a 4.25" heel, but I read the reviews and everyone mentioned how comfortable Bella Belle shoes were. Let me tell you, all the reviews were RIGHT! These shoes are handmade with quality materials - I ended up wearing them ALL night!!! Received so many compliments too. Can't rave about Bella Belle shoes enough!!!

I absolutely loved these beautiful wedding day shoes. I order the Abigail because we had a beach wedding and needed to be able to walk in the sand. They were incredible comfortable. DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a pair of shoes, tried them on at home and they were too big. I mailed them back to exchange them and received an email a few weeks later saying I could not return them due to damage. I wish I could attach a photo to show how little damage there was. I couldn’t call and the chat support would not help me. I emailed them twice and did not get a response.

Absolutely gorgeous shoes with unmatched craftsmanship and detail. I'm so happy I chose the stunning Kayla block heels, which are so comfortable and chic. I wore them on a dirt and gravel path for wedding photos but they still look brand new and were easy to spot clean. These are truly special wedding shoes that you will have forever!

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a few pairs of shoes to try on for my big day- I loved one pair and returned the others. Several weeks later I got an email saying my return was rejected because one pair of shoes was "damaged" when I tried it on. I never took the protective tape off the bottom of the shoe and only tried them on for a few minutes indoors, so they either exaggerated the damage, or their shoes aren't nearly durable enough for a wedding. They don't have a customer service phone number so I had to exchange emails begging them to help me resolve the issue, but they refused to refund me the $300. Take your business to a vendor that cares about their customers.

I wore the Floral and Beads Kitten Heel to my wedding in December and absolutely LOVED them! Got major compliments from anybody who saw them. They were definitely my dream wedding shoe, especially since I hate wearing heels! I wore these shoes from 9 am to 5 pm and felt great the whole time! The price was definitely worth it.

I wore my "Tess" Bella Belle shoes for our second larger wedding/1 year anniversary (COVID bride). The shoes had blue insoles and served as my "something blue." Gorgeous, high quality, and amazing to wear all night long. The shoes are definitely worth the price but if you can purchase on their rare sale like I did it is even better!

Loved my shoes. Lots of variety. I got a shorter, chunky heel because that's more my style and easier to wear. I wore mine for most of the ceremony and reception, then took them off to dance! I'd say they lasted me like 6 or so hours, and I'm definitely not used to wearing heels!

I love my Bella Belle shoes! I got a pair of Evelyn Nude shoes which matched my champagne-coloured wedding dress. They arrived earlier than expected so I was really pleased about it. My family and friends thought the shoes were gorgeous. They are comfortable, too!

I purchased the Anita Black Pump for my wedding day and was stunned by their beautiful design. The shoes were the perfect little twist of unexpectedness under my timeless gown.
