A warning to future brides! I purchased my dress at Bella's and fell in love, I went to pick my dress up when it was ready and tried it on. I noticed the side panels were not the s...
ame as the sample dress and instead it was sheer and showed my tattoos on my lower hip going down my leg which made me feel uncomfortable. I voiced my concern and the consultant told me "you could take it to your seamstress and have her fix it or we can fix it" not an ounce of remorse or concern but instead told me I could pay more money on it and maybe it will be fixed. The whole experience was ruined at that moment and it made me sick being there. I was walking out and before she handed me the dress I asked her what should I do with it and she shrugged and said "it's your dress now" and left it at that. The following day I emailed the owner and told her what happened, I would like to note that going into this I knew a refund or store credit probably wasn't possible but I wanted someone to actually care and take accountability for the lack of communication that should've been brought up that the dress MAY be sheer. Instead the owners solution was to either pay an additional $250 to fix it and to bring the dress back in to compare even though that should've been the first thing the consultant did when I tried the dress on. When I told her I was not paying more money and I wanted them to take accountability that they did not communicate this could happen with this designer and the dress and to admit that the sample dress was way different her response to me was "How did we know you didn't want your dress to be see through" so I agreed to come in but the day of I was to emotionally distressed to do so so I sent her photos via email of the comparison and over the phone her response was "I don't see what you're trying to show me." Even though it was clearly visible that the sample and my dress were different. My mother ended up going in to show her the dress to show her it was not because the lack of layers that the owner was saying was the issue but that the sample dress she is having soon to be brides try in is not what will be delivered. I am writing this to let future brides know that if they go here to be cautious and to make sure the consultant is knowledgeable on the dress so you do not fall in love with a dress and have it come back different and be out of thousands of dollars! An experience that should've been amazing and exciting was completely ruined for me all because they couldn't have just owned up that they should've clarified to me it was sheer and showed more compassion.

view due to the following reasons. 1st the address in maps still shows the old location. Me and one of my bridesmaids went to the wrong location on our first visit to the shop. I did tell the workers at the shop in October and the old address still shows in Apple Maps to this day. Yes the shops are close by but it is very confusing and made us late for the appointment. 2nd - my specific stylist lied to me on multiple occasions and made me lose faith in the shop. The first lie wasn’t a big deal - it was during my second appointment when I was showing my dress to my mom and the stylist said she picked out the dress - this was not true my maid of honor did (if this was the only lie no big deal it’s whatever but put with all the other things it was frustrating). I did buy my dress during this second try on! And I wanted to order extra fabric to make sleeves for the dress, the designer wasn’t open when I was buying the dress so I had to order the fabric separate from my dress which is fine. I specifically asked my stylist if I could pick the fabric and dress up at the same time (since I live almost an hour from the shop) and she said YES. My fabric arrives at the shop before my dress which is fine (it also arrived December 27th during peak holiday season), and I was given two weeks to pick up the fabric before they charged me for storage ($16 to store the piece of fabric every 2 weeks). I was under the assumption I could keep the fabric there to pickup with my dress since that’s what I was told by my stylist- of course this wasn’t in writing…. So when I called the store about the storage fee my stylist said she never said that and just referred to the contract terms…. 3rd issue with the shop was the measuring done for my dress- I was between two sizes and my stylist said she could see me ordering either size but if I ordered the size down “I’d just have to work hard until the wedding” - not really something I think you should say to a bride. But either way i ordered the smaller size. When my dress came I was so excited to see it on, but it was HUGE! Like I brought it to my seamstress and she said I coulda done 2 sizes smaller…. So like I can’t imagine if I ordered the bigger size. And the notes my stylist put in my file for my dress size completely contradicted what she told me in person. For these reasons - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP . If you do go proceed with caution, and ask for everything in writing. And measure yourself to compare to their measurements.

the boutique with my mom and sisters and pull dresses that I wanted to try! The only reason for 4 stars is my dress did not fit whatsoever when it arrived. I had to hold it up to keep it from falling down when I tried it on. They did measure me and I understand that wedding dress sizes are different than street size, so I didn’t think to question the size number they told me. I was under the impression that I was just going to need minor alterations so that was a little disappointing! Either way I would still recommend Bella to anyone!

She said they can customize it and add the two dresses together, for $100! It was perfect. It was the cut on the top I liked, it was the shape I wanted for the skirt, it had the floral pedals I had liked on several dresses, it had sparkles and beads (but not 100% sparkles and beads, which was my issue with other dresses). The only reason I didn't give them more stars is because we weren't treated as if this was a big event, no special perks, no real excitement in the staff- other places really laid out the red carpet and made it an experience for us all. Also, I bought the floor off the floor for well over what I was budgeting and the manager would not allow any sort of discount though if I did decide to purchase in full then and there she would throw in perks like garment bag, steaming, coupon for other items and storage. I was charged for the garment bag and had to call for a refund on that. I do feel like the manager should've given some sort of discount for it being off the floor and other bodies have been in it. But I was so in love I just bought it and got it cleaned.

Hannah also pulled dresses she thought I would like. The fitting room is located directly in front of the couch where your guests sit...no wandering in front of other parties in oversized/undersized dresses at Bella Bridal! It did end up being a different designer, and I’m glad Jessica understood exactly what I was looking for. I had a concern with the dress, as there was a seam cutting across the middle of my torso that I didn’t like. But Jessica assured me that because the fit wasn’t right, it was accentuating the seam. She was correct; it looked great at the wedding! No seam in sight. My dress came in sooner than expected. Angelique helped me for my first fitting and to pick out a veil. She helped me find a beautiful veil that was perfect for my dress. Everyone was super friendly and respectful and knew what they were doing. I was nervous and self conscious going into it, but they made me feel super comfortable. When I went in for the gown steaming, it was after they moved to their new location. I gotta say, the new place is so beautiful! The old location was great, but this takes it up a notch. It looks so pretty! I highly recommend Bella Bridal. Even if you don’t find the dress you’re looking for, you’ll have a lovely experience!

rm and friendly and the staff really knew their stuff. I purchased my dress in November while they were having a "White Friday" sale and the discounts were well worth looking into. I did not purchase my dress on sale but the ones in store were beautiful. The one downfall that I had with trying on dresses were that they didn't have many in my size (14-16 at the time) so it was hard to envision how they would fully look on me. Jessica was my bridal consultant and she did an AMAZING job! She listened to what I was looking for in a dress, which was hard for me to say since it was my first time dress shopping. She also listened to my price range and ensured she wouldn't go over it until I had the approval. After I had tried on many dresses and was really "out of options" she could see that I was overwhelmed and had me take a walk with my mom to take a break and think some things through. That is when I found my dream dress! This dress was slightly over budget but I was okay spending the extra amount if it was truly going to make me happy. The dress I purchased was the Hadley Bloom Couture Style L428 Sophia, A line with shear bodice and I absolutely love it! Thank you Jessica for all of your hard work and helping me with one of the most important aspects of my wedding day!

but also and a little out of my comfort zone! We put our trust in our consultant at Bella Bridal Boutique. I was surprised when I found my dream dress on our first trip here. I was between two sizes, not having much experience with bridal sizing I relied heavily on the expertise of the consultant. Even though the designer notes for the dress advised that when between sizes - I go up a size, the consultant explained to me that most brides will lose weight before the wedding and I should chose the smaller size. So I did. The dress is custom made to your height measurement so that was taken and off I went so pleases that I’d found THE dress.Then came the heartbreak & chaos!
The dress was too small (mind you body size never changed). Not just tight, but COMPLETELY the wrong size! In fact, the young employee that assisted me into the gown, accidentally ripped it not once, but twice, attempting to button it! We were then advised that we could purchase fabric to fix the tears at $40/yard. We were mortified!! The owner of the store then kindly told me that the dress in one size bigger would have been a perfect fit! I wish I was making this up! Heartbroken, frustrated and angry at this point - I took the dress to the car. Then my courage — and quest for making this RIGHT — kicked in and I re-entered the store. The owner refused to take the dress back, offered no advice or assistance in the resale of this completely useless dress other than letting their preferred seamstress try and salvage it. I was stunned and angry, i left the store to NEVER return!
I tell you our experience, as I’ve repeated it to sooo many others, to strongly advise you to please NEVER SHOP at this bridal shop. Nobody should ever have to deal with such unnecessary stress, strain and disappointment.

e an appointment and went in with all my girls. Our first consultant (I wish I remembered her name…) was horrible. She was super rude and short with us and never smiled. She basically told us to go pick dresses without any guidance then when we did pick them she got mad at us for grabbing them. She was having only 1 girl try on dresses at a time even though there were 2 rooms so it was taking a long time considering you need time to change. Considering this was supposed to be a fun experience, my mom went to complain. The person she talked to immediately apologized and said she could hear what was going on and was about to come to the rescue anyway. Once she came to help (again, I wish I remembered her name), everything was so great! She was kind, fun, asked questions and made things so much fun. We ended up finding a dress everyone liked and went ahead and ordered the dress. They don’t tell you an ETA right away so I had to call and get it later (in the end not a big deal). Everyone’s came in faster than expected except my PA (who got a different color). Hers still came in on time, but the email they sent to notify them didn’t go through so we were unaware it was even in until months later when I called. They only notify the person who ordered the dress that it comes in (and not the bride) and they only notify you once via email. If you don’t pick it up in a certain amount of time there is a storage fee. I get they need a policy, but I think this could be a little better. Overall, I really liked Bella Bridal and would recommend them. Just make sure you get a good consultant and pay attention to when the dresses come in!

When I reminded staff it was over budget, I was offered a discount to buy the dress immediately (though not enough to bring it to budget level). I felt so pressured that I bought a dress that is over budget and I don't love. When I reached out to Bella that same day to see if there were any options, it was met with more push-back "I think this dress can still work for you; alterations can do wonders". Subsequent emails to clarify their terms of purchase (which note both a 30 day cancellation window and final sale) went unanswered. Their policies are standard for the field, but their lack of an ability to truly listen to a bride in both joy and distress or offer flexibility, has made me doubt the entire wedding process.

It was sent back once and when I tried it again, I was told they would be "willing" to try to send it back again or I could take it elsewhere to have alterations. I didn't think I was asking of too much to have the same dress I bought and fell in love with, after all, isn't that the point?! After so much frustration, I ended up with the sample dress, as they told me they had no idea if the dress would come back the way it was suppose to. I regret ordering a veil after the first bad encounter with the extremely rude "customer service rep", as now I am unsure if I will even get it in time for my October wedding as I was told that it would be in late September/early October.

My consultant was very conscious of my budget (even though my mom pulled a dress over, she chipped in the amount out of my budget it was) and I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever! My only complaint is that when we got there we could hardly get in the door it was so crowded, but as soon as I signed in for my appointment we went back to get started. We went about 45 minutes over the appointment but no one rushed us or even said anything about the time. I gotta give a shoutout to my consultant Ava, she was amazing and really made me feel like we we’re friends without losing the professionalism, Also they had super comfy fluffy robes. ay I wanted a Lillian West dress for my wedding. Fast forward two years, I was wedding dress shopping. I had gone to two shops prior and wasn't finding anything that fit the boho vintage look that I wanted that was in my budget. My sister suggested I try Bella. I remembered they had Lillian West dresses! We went and I fell in love with a Lillian West dress they had that just happened to be in my price range because of a promotion Bella had going on at the time! Unfortunately my wedding was 5 months away and the sales rep told me it usually takes 5-8 months to get Lillian West dresses. However, she called Lillian West and asked if they happened to have this dress in stock somewhere in my size that could be shipped sooner. They found one and I received my dress 11 days later! Bella helped make my dream come true by going above and beyond to make it work so that I could have the dream dress I had been wanting! Thanks Bella!

I have never experienced this in a store before, nor do I think I will again. Too me, it seemed a little unsanitary. Secondly, there wasn't a private area for my party, and all appointments were shoved together in the same viewing area. There was a lot of people and it was chaotic. Third, I had a dream dress I wanted to try on, but my consultant was reluctant to put me in it as it wasn't my size. My bridesmaid had to basically demand that she put me in it. I also felt pressured to buy when I said I had another appointment at a different store later that day. It was uncomfortable. My party and I left there very disappointed with the store and service.

She was very professional, positive, and patient. My mother, my bridal party, and I had a wonderful time! My dress and veil were sent out as a custom order. I found the perfect dress and they gave me a discount even though it wasn't my first time in the shop. I can't speak to how the dress turned out since it hasn't come in yet, but the buying experience was easy and enjoyable.
