I should have written this review a long time ago. Ramona at Bella Bridal is one of the most amazing human beings! She went above and beyond to make sure my dress was exactly what I wanted. When the designer made a mistake (at NO fault of Ramona's) she did everything in her power to fix it and give me my dream dress. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Ramona made wedding dress shopping so easy and enjoyable. Could not be happier! Make Bella Bridal the first bridal shop you go to, because you won't need to go anywhere else. Thank you so much to Ramona and Bella Bridal!

I truly cannot recommend Bella Bridal Shoppe enough. Ramona is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met in my life. During your appointment, you have the entire store to yourself. Prior to COVID, this would have been a luxury within itself, but during the pandemic, this provided an unmatched level of comfort and ease. Ramona invites you to try on anything and everything you like, and is happy to pull any suggestions. She will offer you as many or as few opinions as you wish. When I first arrived, I thought I wanted a completely different style of dress. I am so happy that she encouraged me to try on the Haley Paige dress I said yes to! Again, I just cannot thank Ramona and Bella Bridal Shoppe enough, or urge any other brides more to stop by! 💕

Bella Bridal Shoppe was my first and last stop when shopping for a wedding gown. The experience was exceptional from start to finish and Ramona is the best of the best. I brought my mom, aunt, and maid of honor with me, and she made us all feel so welcome. Dress shopping can feel overwhelming but Ramona made me feel comfortable and at ease. Bella Bridal only takes one appointment at a time so it's a very intimate and personalized experience. She carries a stunning selection of dresses from well-known designers. Our wedding was affected by the pandemic and Ramona was so kind, accomodating, and empathetic. She was such a bright light during the wedding planning process and I am so grateful to have been a Bella Bride!

I can’t say enough about Ramona and Bella Bridal. I had been to a few other bridal shops prior to Bella and nothing compared to the experience with Ramona. First off, having your own appointment and studio to yourself takes all the pressure off and makes it so special. Ramona and her team could not of been sweeter, and actually helped me pick a dress I would of never picked for myself. I fell in love! The atmosphere makes the day even more special. To make it even better, when I picked up my gown, Ramona even wrote a little personalized note on the mirror. As a bride who had to reschedule her wedding due to Covid, the little things go a long way, and I truly could not recommend the shop more! Thank you Ramona for everything!

As any bride knows, finding the perfect wedding dress is not an easy journey. It generally entails going to different bridal shops, trying on a variety of gowns, and being left to feel overwhelmed. My only wish is that I found Bella Bridal Shoppe sooner, and visited it first to alleviate the troubles! It was evident when we entered the shop that this would be a completely different experience than the rest. Ramona gives you her undivided attention, genuinely cares about your happiness, and wants to help find you a dress that you will feel 100% comfortable in on your special day. The inventory and quality of the dresses in her store were far superior to any of the dresses I tried on at other bridal shops. I liked two dresses I tried on in her shop, but didn’t LOVE them, and told her I wished there were a dress out there that combined certain elements of each. Ramona expressed that she had a good relationship with the designer and told me she would work with her to create what I envisioned. I had to put my complete faith in Ramona that this dress would turn out to be exactly what I wanted, and mind you, the changes I wanted made were not small by any means! I asked for the fabric, color, and bottom style of one dress be put on the top of another, and adjust the top of the dress to be a halter style with beadwork directly on the fabric of the dress (as opposed to on a piece of lace), along with incorporating the back style of a third dress into “my dress.” As if that was not enough, a month after saying, “yes” to the dress I became a bride whose wedding planning was being impacted by a national pandemic, and living in a world with factories completely shut down. I was nervous, as any bride would be, that my dress would not get here in time for my wedding. Ramona reassured me along the way that it would be fine and that we would find a back-up plan if necessary. Ramona got my dress in on time, and all I have to say is WOW. Ramona completely hit the ball out of the park with my customized dress and delivered on everything she promised. It was everything I imagined it to be and more ... stunning, elegant, and classy! I needed last minute alterations and was pressed for time due to COVID, but Ramona contacted Debra, a seamstress who was highly skilled and did a fantastic job under such challenging time constraints! A couple of my family members were going through medical complications at the time and Ramona went out of her way to personally deliver the dress for me to the seamstress located in a different state - another example highlighting Ramona’s caring nature. It is evident Ramona is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and has a well-established network. She truly exceeds expectations and goes above and beyond in the service she provides. I would highly recommend her and her shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I went to 4 different stores to try on wedding dresses this past January, and my experience at Bella was my favorite by far! First, we got the whole store to ourselves. I brought my mom, sister and aunt with me, and we’re not together often so to have that time together was really special to me. Second, Ramona is simply one of the kindest, sweetest people on this planet. She was so patient as my mom and sister looked through the options, and always took the time to listen to what I loved about each dress. In terms of the selection, Bella has a wonderful range. I tried on a Randy Fenoli dress, which was a more affordable option that I LOVED. But I ultimately went with a Hayley Paige dress that I feel is the most beautiful dress in the entire world. Ramona was there every step of the way, recommending sizing and alterations. I picked up my dress in July and fell in love all over again. Ramona was just so genuinely happy to see me happy, and that means so much to me. I can’t recommend Bella enough. Especially if you’re looking for a Hayley Paige dress, the store has an amazing selection. Could not have asked for a better experience!

I am a COVID bride, we initially started our planning the Spring of 2019, and that Summer I started the search for the dress. I was referred to Bella Bridal and I am so thankful for that referral and for Ramona. Bella was the third shop I made a visit to and no associate previously listened to me the way Ramona did, which ultimately led me to my dress. Her knowledge, guidance, and patience helped me make the best decision, I was thrilled, and my bridesmaids ordered their dresses with Ramona as well. Due to COVID we had to postpone our celebration to next Summer 2021. We are hopeful and I am excited to celebrate in my dress! I had such an amazing experience at Bella Bridal! Katie was wonderful! The salon is beautiful as are all the dresses. I had come here after a not so great experience at another salon, and was a little weary about trying on dresses again. Within 2 minutes of being at Bella Bridal, I knew I was where I was supposed to be! Every dress I tried on was stunning and found my dress!! Ramona was amazing!! She was super supportive, knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. She helped me and gave suggestions while remaining professional! She helped with every step of the process including coming to fittings with me! I loved working with her to much, we even found our bridesmaids dresses at her shop! I had the BEST experience with Bella Bridal Shoppe! Ramona is the kindest, sweetest person in the world and made me feel so comfortable! During my appointment, she gave me 100% of her attention and never rushed me. She also never pushed me to buy anything or stressed me out by telling me I needed to buy ASAP because of timing (which I had experienced at a different shop prior even though my wedding was over a year away). Of course I found the most wonderful dress in her shop and she let me try it on multiple times before I purchased it. I loved the fact that there wasn't an overwhelming amount of dresses to choose from because I feel that only makes things more confusing. She carried the perfect amount which allowed her to display all of them. I also purchased my veil from her. I live about two hours from away and I had called last minute to pick up my veil because I was in the area for something else. She had to close early that day but still insisted on driving to meet me and bring me my veil- during rush hour! I 100% recommend checking out Bella Bridal Shoppe for any bride!

The owner was the sweetest women! Not too pushy like any other dress place you go to. She’s honest, not just trying to sell. Not your typical obnoxious sales person. She was extremely helpful and took her time and to find the perfect dress. She takes the qualities you want in a dress and finds a perfect match instantly. I would like to thank Ramona who is the owner of Bella Bridal for making my dreams come true! When I went to Bella Bridal, I felt very confused about what type of dress I really wanted. I went in with a few thoughts of what I would really like, but ended up with something completely different. Ramona pulled out dress after dress, until I finally decided on 2 dresses and then I couldn't make up my mind. She opened her store for me after hours so that I could bring my family and get their opinion. Thanks to the expertise of Ramona, I felt like a princess on the day I got married. Bella Bridal Shoppe gave me the true wedding dress shopping experience. Ramona is excellent and goes above and beyond to make your wedding dress and accessories absolutely perfect! She has such great knowledge and has an unbelievable selection of dresses. I couldn’t be happier with my wedding shoppe choice for my wedding dress!

My experience at Bella bridal was amazing. I was very nervous about picking out my dress and thought it would be very overwhelming. Ramona made the experience very stress free and fun, I didn’t feel any pressure and found the dress of my dreams! She encouraged me to try an array of different dresses and I’m happy I did because I ended up with a dress I never imagined I would fall in love with! I went back for my bridesmaid dresses for the same experience and found something all the girls loved!

I ultimately didn't end up getting my dress here, but I still feel the need to write a review because of how wonderful this store and the staff are. The dresses are gorgeous, and there are so many different styles to choose from. What stood out the most to me, though, was the impeccable customer service. I messed up the dates and accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong day. Ramona got back to me in lightning speed and helped us find another time that weekend to come in since we were coming from out of town. She could not have been more perfect in helping me feel comfortable and confident while in the store. I could not recommend this place more highly! Definitely check it out!

Ramona truly is the best! This shop may be small, but the dresses are exquisite. It feels like you are shopping in a boutique on Newbury Street, without the intimidating salespeople and prices. Ramona often has trunk shows of different designers, which you can find on her website. I found my dress at a Calla Blanche trunk show; however, she also had many Calla Blanche dresses in stock, so I was able to think about it for a few weeks, then go back to make my final decision. That is another great thing about Ramona; she never made me feel pressured to make a decision, even as I was nearing the 6 month point before my wedding. On top of all of this, she called Calla Blanche to request a customization for my dress. She was on the phone back and forth with them for two weeks, JUST FOR ME! My dress came in within three months and was beautifully customized. Although she does not do alterations in house, she recommended an amazing seamstress who made my dress perfect.

I had a wonderful experience at Bella Bridal! Romona was so patient and sweet and knowledgeable about all of the dresses and the wedding industry. I went twice before I found "the dress" and I am so glad I went back. The personalized attention was first class. They only take one bride at a time so the store is yours! I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a dress. Romona really helped me narrow down my vision and find the dresses that were my style and in my price point. They had a variety of dresses, something for everyone. The Sunday appointments are longer and the store provides champaign and mini deserts. Really making it a whole experience. I am beyond thrilled to work with Bella Bridal again once my dress arrives to pull together the whole look. I would strongly recommend the shoppe to anyone looking for an amazing wedding dress!!

Even before I met Ramona, I knew there was something special about Bella Bridal Shoppe. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with the most beautiful collection of gowns you could ever imagine. I found myself drawn to each and every dress, even the ones I wouldn't actually wear myself. This is truly a testament of Ramona's exquisite taste. And then there's Ramona. Where do I begin... When you're in her shop, she makes sure you have her undivided attention. She only schedules one client at a time, so when you're there the shop is truly all yours! It's an intimate experience with no random onlookers making you feel self conscious. And she's patient. I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for, but when you see so many beautiful dresses in one shop you just have to try them all on! She encouraged me to explore, and gave me her honest opinion when something wasn't as flattering on me. But more importantly, she made sure the decision was my own, without ever imposing her opinion on me. I had no idea how beautiful wedding dresses could be until I found Ramona and her shop. And I had no idea how relaxing and fun this experience would be until I met Ramona. Key word: experience. It's not just shopping for a dress and buying it - it's so much more than that! After you find your dress, Ramona makes sure you're all set for what's to come as well (i.e. making sure you have the BEST seamstress for alterations and that you know how to care for your dress AFTER the wedding). If I lived closer to Bella Bridal Shoppe, I'd probably pop by on a regular basis just to say hello. I had such an amazing experience and felt so beautiful in my dress on my wedding day. It's truly all thanks to Ramona.

Ramona is the best! I am a wedding planner in the aouth shire and I’m now planning my own wedding. Being in the industry I know the importance of customer service mainly when it is about the best day of your life! I first went to a store in NY to try for the first time some wedding dresses and I did not have a good experience! I then found Bella Bridal Shoppe online and from that first phone call while making my appointment it felt so right! I then arrived to the store and I realize I am the ONLY bride in the store ! OMG I was couldn’t believe it! Ramona dedicated her entire attention and time to me and only me! No rush, no limited time, no restrictions on what or how many dresses you can try on and you can tell she is very very experienced! I said YES to the dress right there and she then gave me a champagne glass to celebrate! ❤️ My wedding dress is gorgeous! And as if that wasn’t enough, she recommended me with an amazing seamstress that did my wedding dress alterations on point and very fast!!! I had the most wonderful experience at Bella Bridal and Ramona, the shop owner, is truly a professional with such a talent. Ramona closes her shop down so you have private time to view all the dresses in her store. It made me feel so important and it was such an experience I will never forget. Ramona gives her honest opinions and thoughts and offers her suggestions on ways to make a decision on a dress. Her store is full of gorgeous, trendy dresses that are in style. Ramona also offered her opinions on what colors for flowers/bridesmaid dresses would pair with my Wedding dress. She is well-known in the industry and can offer suggestions on seamstresses and any other wedding vendor. I simply had the best experience at Bella Bridal and Ramona was wonderful to work with and went out of her way to make my Wedding day special!

I couldn't be happier with the level & quality of treatment I received from Ramona at ----. She has a very warm and calming presence and made my gown purchase process practically effortless. Like many other brides, I was coming in from out of town to take care of all the planning. Time was especially limited, and Ramona was extremely respectful of my time. I was fortunate to find a dress almost immediately, there were some minor alternations that needed to be made and Ramona went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I ended up finding a seamstress at another location [one closure to my parents house] and when i asked Ramona if she could be thee during the alterations she didn't hesitate and agreed immediately. TOP NOTCH customer service and a wonderful experience.

I decided to go to Bella Bridal because my sister had gotten her wedding dress their. And I loved my experience. Ramona is AMAZING! She was so helpful in helping me find the right dress. My dress was everything I dreamed of. I very much recommend Bella Bridal. They are the best.

This was the first bridal shop I went to, and I'm so glad it worked out that way! Ramona was wonderful - she listened to me and I felt like I was taken care of. It's a small shop, and I had it to myself, which was so nice - I'm glad I had that experience first, before going to one of the bigger bridal stores where it's more chaotic. Ramona even offered to send me pictures of new arrivals to her shop, which was so helpful. Ultimately I did not end up finding my dress here, though I was hoping to because I really wanted to give them my business, but I would still highly recommend making an appointment here!

I purchased a stunning dress at Bella Bridal almost 1 year ago, and was married last month. Ramona was the perfect host of such a beautiful bridal shop. She gave suggestions without being intrusive, was completely professional, and super friendly! The best part is having the bridal shop appointment just for me and my girls (nobody else could book during this time). I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. I did have a freak out and ordered a different size a month later, and Ramona was completely accommodating and was able to order another size, no charge. The best part was the really sweet text message on my wedding day. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Ramona and her bridal shop to anyone looking for their dream dress, in a relaxed and professional environment!

Ramona is the absolutely incredible. I first called her salon because there was a trunk show being held there and she asked if there was a specific dress I had in mind. She made sure that dress was there for my visit. It was the first dress I tried on - and the one I purchased. Every recommendation Ramona had from accessories to alterations to preserving my gown - was spot on! She is so knowledgeable and so so sweet. On my wedding day, my planner's assistant who was getting me dressed told me she got her (2!) wedding dresses there. We couldn't stop gushing about Ramona and how wonderful the shop is. You will feel like you are the only bride in the world. I wish Ramona sold more than just wedding gowns - because I would only shop from her!!

Wedding dress shopping was not something I was overly excited about - the thought of being on display in a large bridal salon with so many other groups there wasn't an attractive prospect for me. I'm so happy I purchased my wedding gown at Bella Bridal Shoppe! Ramona was wonderful to work with - she was so sweet and patient when working with an indecisive bride like me! I loved that Bella only works with one bride at a time, so you get a lot of personal attention and can look through all the gowns at your own pace. Although the Amesbury location was a far drive, it was well worth it! Now that Bella has moved to Woburn, it's so convenient for Boston-area brides and the new location is absolutely lovely. Let me start off by saying that Bella Bridal has the best and most beautiful wedding dresses! I was very picky and went to seven different bridal shops but none of them compared to the dresses and service that I received from Ramona at Bella Bridal. My dress was an Essense of Australia and was so gorgeous and got me perfectly. I received what felt like a million compliments on my dress on my wedding and could not have been happier with my choice. If you are getting married, you definitely need to check out the dresses at Bella Bridal!

Bella Bridal Shoppe was such an integral part of our wedding. We met Ramona when her shop was still in Amesbury and I was absolutely *convinced* I was going to buy a dress that I had just seen at a previous shop. My mom convinced me to make one last appointment at Bella Bridal and I'm so glad she did. It was just me, myself and Ramona in the store and she gave us such personalized, thoughtful attention, despite the fact that I told her I already thought I found a dress. Lo and behold, I found another with Ramona, one that I would never have expected, and fell in love! Fast forward a few months and there were quite a few glitches with the dress coming in the wrong color from the designer. Ramona was my biggest advocate (through many tears!) and made SURE that dress came in on time. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was wearing the dress of my dreams on my wedding day. Ramona was *so* kind, helpful, and thoughtful throughout my entire process of looking for a gown. On the day we went to "find the dress," my mom, friends and I went to three different bridal shops. Ramona's was the final one of the day, and it blew all of the others away -- it really was like a breath of fresh air. Not only does Ramona have a lovely selection of gowns, but she makes you feel right at home when you're shopping for them. I really appreciated that Ramona never pushed any gowns (as compared to other places...), but gave her thoughtful, honest opinion if asked. When I wasn't quite ready to buy that day, she made it very clear that it would be *totally* fine to come back and retry on my final options, or any others that I wanted to revisit. I actually went back twice (very unlike me -- I'm typically a fast decision maker!) and each time, Ramona made me feel so comfortable with taking my time to make the decision. Ramona knows the industry well and truly seems to love what she does -- her genuine care for each bride that comes into her store is so apparent! A the end of our second visit, my friend gushed that she will definitely go to Ramona's shop to get her gown when she gets married. Bella bridal was excellent! Ramona was very helpful in finding styles that I liked and that would also look good on me, and she helped to make the process enjoyable. She was great to work with and I highly recommend Bella Bridal!

Bella Bridal Shoppe was such an amazing experience!!!!! I would 100% recommend it to anyone. Ramona was so sweet, makes the appointment all about the bride and what she wants, and does not rush you. I was the only bride in the store and was able to try on so many dresses! Ramona ended up pulling one final dress out of the back based on what I liked and wasn't liking and it was perfect! While I chose dresses, Ramona also chose dresses. Ones I never would have picked myself and those ended up being my favorite ones! I had a second appointment after, but plan to go back to Bella and purchase the last dress I tried on! If you want an intimate setting, great dress choices and affordable choices I highly recommend making an appointment. It was the first dress appointment I had, and I felt at ease and relaxed the entire time. My Mom and MOH felt exactly the same way!

Ramona and her store are AMAZING! I would encourage anyone to shop there. You're going to get individualized service in a quiet, intimate setting, that makes a special moment all the more special. I wouldn't have done well at a big bridal salon with a ton of women shopping at once; being at Bella with my mother and my MOH on a quiet Saturday morning was the perfect vibe to put me at ease and let me take things at my pace. I also did a 5.5 month engagement and Ramona was able to find me a dress that would come in on time, within my budget--something I was nervous about trying to do. From making the appointment to picking the dress, and even up to a phone call a couple days before my wedding date to check in, there was personal attention every step of the way. It was truly an incredibly shopping experience.

Ramona and the staff at Bella are amazing. My Mom and I drove to the quaint town of Amesbury last January, and I was lucky enough to have the shop to myself at my appointment. Ramona did not rush me, and encouraged me to try on each dress that I desired. I felt at ease the whole time... shopping had never felt like that before. I had my heart set on a Claire Pettibone gown, and luckily they had several to offer at their sample sale. Eventually Ramona pulled a gown that I would not have noticed. It had all the elements that I had envisioned (cap sleeves, lace back, fit and flare), and it was so comfortable! I had an immediate reaction, and decided to buy the dress that day (rather than order it custom). Unfortunately I gained some weight throughout the year, but the seamstress they recommended to me worked her magic (and I worked hard to get back down to size), and the dress was perfect. My husband loved it, and I loved being able to surprise him. He said I looked like a fairy. My photographer said it was the prettiest wedding gown she has seen. The day would not have been the same without my Claire gown.... and I definitely would not have it without my experience at Bella.

I found my dress at Bella Bridal and absolutely loved it! Bella Bridal Shoppe is a lot different from others and they give you everything you need. The quality of service is amazing compared to the other dress shops I visited. Typically there is just one bride in the shop which is really nice since it can get very overwhelming and distracting when there are other brides trying on dresses. This was really nice and special since Ramona dedicated all of her attention to me while I was looking for a dress and for my return visit when it came in. Ramona has an amazing eye for dresses and she pulled one that fit me perfectly. I totally trusted Ramona and she made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Bella Bridal Shoppe, you will definitely have a positive experience! Thank you again!!!

I wish I could give Bella Bridal Shoppe 10 stars! I live in Boston and its about an hour away but it is totally worth the drive and has such better selection than anywhere you will find in the city. I had the most amazing expeirence buying my dress here. Ramona the owner is so sweet! I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted and never felt rushed. Ramona gives such good advice and has great ideas about how to style the dresses. She really goes above and beyond for her brides! I cannot say enough good things about this place if you are looking for a dress you absolutely need to go here.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I don't even know where to begin. The owner and staff at this shop make you feel so special and comfortable. The selection of dresses is unlike anything I have ever seen.. classic, unique and GORGEOUS! I got my gorgeous Jim Hjelm dress at Bella after having a horrible experience walking in to a different Bridal Shop. From the moment I called them and spoke to Kris, I knew this was the experience I was looking for. They are not pushy, they pay attention to every detail and make you feel so comfortable and relaxed during such a special time. Ramona the owner, even brought us out champagne to cheers once I said "yes"! Ramona also knows the designers personally and made sure to follow up on my measurements with them directly and helped me order custom lace for my veil to match the dress. She also recommend an AMAZING seamstress that is incredibly affordable as well as a great cleaner/preservation service. There are so many big bridal shops out there, and trust me I went to them.. didn't find dresses that I liked.. and was basically bullied in to purchasing them. I found Bella on a whim and was SO incredibly thankful! I recommend this shop to everyone I meet! Thank you SO MUCH Ramona and Bella Bridal!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. Before I even met my husband I went out of my way for years to drive by Bella Bridal just to see the new dress in their window display. Once I got engaged I immediately starting shopping! I had been to 4 different shops before coming to Bella (I lived out of state) and every single one of those shops were very pushy. Being pushy is a sure fire way to get me to not buy something at your store. From the moment I stopped by Bella to make my appointment to the final pick up of my dress Bella made everything pleasant and exciting, they even recommended a fantastic seamstress for my gown alterations. They have a gorgeous array of gowns from bohemian chic to cupcake princess and everything in between. The store is neat and beautifully decorated. The staff is wonderful and I really had fun working with them!!
