First place I had gone to try on wedding dresses. They pulled out several that varied in size from 8 to 20+, but would make it look good on you by clamping it in the back, so I couldn't really tell how big it was. Picked a dress I liked and thought they would order in my size, but she assured me that the seamstress they send everyone to could take a dress in up to 16 sizes and that it didn't matter what size the dress was. This seemed weird to go in to try on dresses specifically to find one that fits well, but she made it sound like this is what everyone did. So I paid another $700 to have the dress taken in, but it wasn't taken in nicely the way they had clamped it at the store, so it feels like it is falling down constantly and I don't feel like I can keep it on very long and was just told to put tape on it. They have their canned spiel to try to make you feel special, but they never leave you alone to discuss with your friend or allow you to see the sizes of the dresses and pressure you to purchase before you leave and make you sign a contract that you cannot return the dress. I should have just not bought it, but they're very good at being salespeople as that is what they are, but the experience was worse than working with a used car salesperson (not a criticism on them, but it's a phrase). I've now spent over a couple thousand dollars and really regret it, but not anything I can do about it in the next couple of weeks before the big day. We will have fun regardless and I could have enjoyed myself without the dress, but my mom never had one and we decided to splurge. Oh, well. Have to remember what is really important about the day -- and, it's not the dress. Still excited, but would steer my friends and family away from this experience.

Charlene, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She made the experience for my best friend truly magical and effortless! She was incredibly kind, sweet, bubbly, easy to work with, ACTUALLY LISTENS to the bride and what she wants and doesn’t want and overall was truly fantastic! Highly recommend! 10/10! I can’t express how wonderful the experience was!

Absolutely amazing bridal salon!! They offer special packages and will even close down the bridal salon for you! All the staff is super nice and will do everything to ensure that you leave with your dream dress. They have a great selection of dresses. You can find traditional, boho and simple dresses, among many other styles. You can even get your bridesmaids dresses and they have suits and tuxes for the guys! Highly recommend if you are close by.

I found the dress of my dreams--whimsical, unique, and a perfect fit. Joanna made my bridal appointment a smashing success and my bridesmaids and I will look back on it with fond memories. She recommend an excellent seamstress and everything went off without a hitch. Do yourself a favor and check out Bella Brides if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind dress for your special day.

When I got to my bridal appointment I was so nervous! I didn't know what to expect picking out such an important dress, but as soon as I put the first one on, I felt so much more comfortable! Sarah was so amazing and sweet to me and told me her honest opinion about each dress I tried on. I found the perfect dress for me and absolutely loved my experience at Bella brides!!!

Jesseca and Sarah are both phenomenal! They both helped me and it was the best. Jesseca was who I had my appt with and she had answers to all my questions and got to know me personally. She was the best, and I am obsessed with my dress.

As the Mother of the Bride this was such a special experience. Our consultant Jesseca had such a sincere energy about her that we knew from the beginning that we would have an optimal chance to succeed! She asked all the right questions and then listened. When I could hear my daughter laughing during the putting on of the dress followed by a radiant smile when she came out I knew it was THE dress.

Jesseca was absolutely amazing! I am so happy with our entire appointment and the service we received. My dress is gorgeous and we were treated so great while we were there. Thank you so much Jesseca!

Best place in Central Oregon for all wedding attire!! The worst part is I won't get to see Jesseca or Sarah anymore now that my wedding is done. They made the experience of finding my wedding dress the absolute best experience ever, so that I absolutely knew that I had to do my whole wedding attire through them including bridesmaid dresses and the mens tuxedo rentals. Finding the perfect bridesmaid dress with my maid of honor was a ton of fun with Jesseca and an experience I will forever treasure, and I loved scheming over the phone with Jesseca for a surprise Tuxedo fitting with my groom:) I never had a worry or concern with Jesseca even when my future in-laws came to Bend to pick up the tuxes and they had not arrived yet. I think they may have been worried, but I knew that Jesseca and Sarah would make everything work out in the end and it did! Bella Brides will bend over backwards and make all their brides feel like sisters and family. Forever love them, and I hope to someday have a daughter to take prom dress and wedding dress shopping there!!

Sarah and Jessica were both so wonderful to work with. They were extremely great listeners and after trying on just a few dresses, I was able to find the one! I had such a relaxed and easy experience and will recommend them to anyone!

Great experience each time we went shopping to try on dresses. They knew exactly what would work and were able to find something that embodied my personality and the personality of the wedding. My Morilee dress was out of production, I think. They offered my the sample that fit me like a glove and included a veil. Since I had a short engagement, the ability to bring the dress home right away was a great perk. They will be helping on getting everything setup to have the dress sent to be cleaned and preserved. All around great experience with manageable prices and fantastic owner and staff.

They made an appointment for me and whomever I was going to bring in the morning. I had the whole place to myself which was nice. She picked out dresses for me based on what I was describing which was so helpful. I ended up picking a dress that I did not think I would have liked as much, and it was perfect. Jessica was so kind and helpful. She didn't push me to purchase anything, she just let me decide. I returned a week later to make sure I liked the dress, and I did! She threw in a headband for free with the dress that looked perfect with it too :)

My daughter had planned a weekend trip to Portland to get her dress and due a terrible snow storm we were not able to make it. After an awful experience at another local bridal shop, Jessica came to the rescue. She nailed my daughters style instantly and made her experience special. She made my daughter feel like a princess and we found a dress that gave us both goose bumps. I would recommend Bella Brides to anyone and everyone. They carry all the same designers that we were going to look at in Portland an their selection was amazing. Jessica saved the day!

Found a beautiful dress, however I got Interrupted multiple times during our appointment for her to help other customers. Tried dresses on while groomsmen were there looking for clothing as well. Kind of awkward feeling.

I can't say enough about Bella Brides. My dress was so gorgeous that people kept talking about it even well after the wedding. And the experience working with Sarah and Jessica was icing on the cake. They made a stressful event so easy. They solved a day before the wedding crisis with ease when I thought I might just dissolve into tears (and I'm not a crier) from the stress of it all. I had friends who went to other shops thinking they would save money but they had to jump through difficult hoops and buy additional pieces to make their dresses work. My dress was gorgeous and needed no additional undergarments to make it stunning. After talking with friends who bought from other stores I'm so appreciative for Sarah and Jessica who made this process easy. Thank you ladies. My dress was stunning!! I highly recommend Bella Brides. My husband and the groomsmen rented suits and shoes. Once again the process was so easy. I'm sure you can imagine organizing the guys was like herding cats. Sarah and Jessica just took care of it all so I could enjoy the day. The guys looked amazing. So handsome.

Sarah and Jesseca are amazing and really know their stuff! I had a wonderful experience trying on dresses. Before going into Bella Brides I was worried that I might feel pressured into buying a dress before I was ready and was a little hesitant. However, once I walked in and met Sarah she put all my worries to rest! I didn't feel pressured in the least and felt great about my dress purchase. The best part was how my now husband reacted when he saw me walking down the aisle in my beautiful gown. At that point I knew I had made the perfect choice. I would recommend Bella Brides in a heartbeat!

I live in Massachusetts but was in Oregon for Christmas with my Dad and his family. It was the perfect opportunity to go dress shopping with my family! Bella Brides is in an adorable part of town and we were lucky to be able to make a day of it and have lunch afterwards :) Anyways, back to the store. Bella Brides is very clean and has a large selection of beautiful dresses. My family was the only one in the store (on December 23!) and the woman that helped me (I think her name was Sarah?) was incredible. She helped answer all of my questions and happily helped me into all the dresses I wanted to try on. Once I found my gown, my consultant was very helpful in figuring out shipping information to Massachusetts. The dress arrived quickly and was perfect! I completely recommend Bella Brides to anyone in the Bend area! I love them!

I grew up in bend and when the time came to pick a wedding dress, the place to go was Bella Brides. A very cute store, that has a boutique feel but not a boutique attitude or price! Sarah has a great selection of dresses and was super helpful in helping me to pick out dresses. I had some things I knew I definitely didn't want and she was sure not to bring me anything on my no list. I didn't find anything on my first visit and I went to a few other stores in portland and didn't find anything I loved there either. I visited Sarah on a random day on my lunch break and she was happy to let me come by without an appt. when I went in I was just looking around and suddenly I saw this dress I was sure I hadn't seen before. I knew right away it was my dress and Sarah helped me to try it on and the rest was history. She was very helpful with information on alterations and preserving my dress afterwards. We also rented our suits from her and they were very nice and fitted perfectly. I'm so happy I was able to meet Sarah and have her help and advice along every the way. Thank you!

I came to Bend because I found the job that I love, and because my now husband was planning on coming to school here. I came from a small town (3500) population in California, and I didn't know anyone. My husband and I were not going to live together until we were married, so he was not here yet, and he hadn't even proposed. But I knew I needed a dress, soon! Because I didn't know anyone, I went into Bella Brides alone on a lunch break. Sara, the owner now, started a friendly conversation asking probably the basic questions, when are you getting married, what kind of dress you want? My answer was, I don't know! I told her I needed a dress for when my man asked me to marry him, because I expected it to be a court house wedding, and I wanted a white dress. I told her I wanted cotton, and comfortable. She did laugh, but I was laughing too! She told me that I would probably not find a cotton dress that matched my description. However she showed me a few that were very simple. I was to nervous to try on ay dresses yet. After a few weeks I went back, she remembered my name, my story, and asked if I was ready to try on dresses, again my answer was no, so she invited me to dinner instead. Then one day as I drove by, I saw a gorgeous Gatsby style dress with a low plunge front, and beaded all over. It was perfect, and opposite of what I was looking for. So I stopped in the next day, and asked to try the dress. It was being tried on already, by another client. Which totally made sense because it was so beautiful. I couldn't try it on because it had already been claimed! Which makes total sense to me. So I looked around and saw the back of a dress which I had scoffed at twice before. I tried it on, it fit perfectly, and I bought it. And after I have this baby, I plan on wearing it around the house... Sara and her employee run the small boutique. I probably wont go in a do business with them again, because I don't plan on getting married again. But I will suggest Bella Brides to any woman who is getting married. Or to any girl looking for a prom dress. Sara was my first friend in this town, all because she was a good person, running a good business. If her service, hospitality, and her dresses weren't great, I wouldn't have bought my dress from her, and I wouldn't call her friend still. Happy dress hunting! PS. It doesn't have to be like the TV shows...

The ladies that work at Bella Brides are absolutely wonderful. Super helpful, listening to your requests, and not trying to push you on budget.

Sarah the new owner is wonderful! My experience at Bella Brides was perfect, it was less expensive than I expected and the quality of the dresses were so high. If you live in or around Bend you must get your dress here! We also got all of our bridal parties tuxes here, some came in the wrong size but she took care of it and everyone looked great! I wish I needed another wedding dress just so I could go back.

When I started dress shopping, this was my first stop. At the time, the owner was Nichole and she was FABULOUS. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She was also very honest, which is a must during wedding dress shopping. She made it fun, easy and productive. After ordering my dress, I took my fiance into the shop to get fitted for a tux. Apparently Nichole had hired a new employee who had never measured a guy before. So Nichole was there teaching her how to measure and place an order. At the time we were told that this girl was from Florida, and had come to work for Nichole to escape a bad relationship. A little weird, but whatever. Later, I took my mom and sister in to look at MOB and MOH dresses. When I called for the appointment, the lady told me that I needed to come pick up my dress immediately and take it to a seamstress to have it fitted. I explained that since my wedding was 9 months away, Nichole and I had agreed that she would store the dress and when the time came for a fitting, I would use the seamstress that comes to their shop. Her response to me was "well I don't know what the previous owner told you, but I can't store your dress, especially not for 9 months and we don't have a seamstress that comes in and works with our clients." Like an idiot, I still booked the appointment to try on dresses and the day was horrible. She started it by coming in 20 minutes late because she shut off her alarm, then couldn't lace up my dress or fit it to me (let alone offer any constructive advice) and ignored us except when she was pushing my mother and sister to buy a dress. When we asked details about a dress she took the dress away and then came back 30 minutes later and asked if we knew which dress we wanted yet. At that point we ran out of there and I refused to go back. Needless to say, I went to the Valley for my bridesmaid's dresses and we went to Prineville Men's Wear for my husband's tuxes. We probably could have saved 10% (if she honored the deal from Nichole) if we had used her shop, but I will NEVER go back there until it is under new ownership. It's too bad too, because that was an icon in the Bend wedding scene. I give it 5 stars when Nichole was there and 0 stars with the new owner.

Very dissapointed. Visited the store 3 times and on two occasions, the sign posted stated open hours but the door was locked. The third, and final attempt, the owner was in and wouldn't allow me to try on the dress in the window because she had a customer already trying on dresses. Perhaps, more help should be hired?

Nicole is great. She is honest, which I appreciated because of her honesty I tried on a dress I wouldn't have and it became THE dress. I absolutley loved it!
