Their location is right in the heart of Winter Park, and is convenient and easy get to. Our brides are often looking for a specific shade of a certain color or hoping to have a combination of colors and/or styles. Bella Bridesmaids was fantastic. They had a great selection, and the process was easy. The store owner, Christa, is super helpful. She is knowledgable and really went out of her way to help me pick out dresses and a color that would look good on everyone. She did all the measurements, and everyones dress fit perfectly.

Would highly recommend ordering bridesmaids dresses from Bella Bridesmaids in cute downtown Winter Park! My girls and I had the best experience going into the store and trying on their beautiful dresses. I went in with a specific dress and color in mind and they had exactly the one I wanted & a variety of different colors to look at to see which one I liked the best. All the girls in the shop were very helpful during the appointment and made it so much fun for all of us. We did end up falling in love with one of the dresses and decided to order them! Christa, the owner, was an absolutely joy to work with through the whole ordering process and was always so timely in answering all of my questions & was always there to help. I had SUCH an amazing experience at Bella's. From the moment I stepped in the door, they were extremely helpful and helped my vision come alive! One of my bridesmaids' dresses came in too small, a month away from the wedding, and Christa went above and beyond to find a dress in time that fit her and allowed her to even have time to alter it. Everything was delivered on time and her response time was exceptional. Definitely choose Bella's if you are looking for great customer service and beautiful dresses!

Hands down the best place to get bridesmaid dresses! Sooo many styles and colors to choose from! Christa and Gina worked very hard to make sure we found a dress that was the style and color I wanted. Christa was very accommodating as my inner bride-zilla was kicking in! Not once did she make me feel like a burden or like I was acting crazy (even though I knew I was). I couldn't decide on what color I wanted, and she talked me through every scenario and what effect each color would have, she let me come in and browse all the different colors and basically take over her store. I felt so silly and the whole time she was very happy to help and calm my anxieties, I absolutely loved working with her! Definitely get your bridesmaid dresses from here!

After much debate about where we were getting dresses, we decided on Bella Bridesmaid. This store was the easiest to deal with considering we couldn't meet to pick the dresses out since all bridesmaids lived in different cities. Bella was great in helping guide us through the process and was easy to communicate sizes, styles, prices, and payment with my girls and the store. One of the better features, which few other companies had, was the ability for each bridesmaid to pay separately for their dress rather than one massive bill. The prices were reasonable and actually cheaper than any other quote we received for those styles. Overall it was a great experience and very easy for us, once they picked their dress styles.

The owner of this shop, Christa, is amazing. I had issues with getting the correct bridemaid dresses in on time, mostly the designers fault, and Christa made sure everything was smoothed out perfectly before the wedding. She has great customer service and was very accommodating. Some of the employees seemed a little clueless at times and were not exactly the best at communicating, but Christa made up for it, big time. I would suggest if you ever have any issues just ask for her and the problem would be taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience with Bella Bridesmaids Orlando! From the time we called to make our first appointment to the time our dresses arrived we were well taken care of. The owner and manager are very kind an extremely helpful even when I had more questions than the average bride (I am sure). I did not have to worry about a thing! The dresses even came in early! We were more than happy with our bridesmaids dresses and would recommend everyone to this store!

I cannot believe the terrible level of service I received at this Bella Bridesmaid. It is shocking. My bridesmaids placed their order in March and were supposed to get the dresses by the end of July. I emailed the store owner, Christa, in mid-August to ask about their status. Instead of being honest, Christa told me they would receive their dresses soon. A few weeks later, they still had not received their dresses. It took several emails, phone calls and voicemails until I heard from Christa. When she finally did contact me, she told me that she had JUST ordered the dresses -- 5 months late. Christa called me and told me that all of my dresses had arrived and that she would ship them by the end of September. They arrived 2 weeks late. Three of my bridesmaids also never received their dresses. I called Christa (this took several attempts) and finally learned that two of my dresses never arrived at her store (even though she told me they were all there and created FedEx mailing labels so my bridesmaids received confirmation that the dresses had shipped to them). Now 6 months late, two of the three arrived and were mailed to them. However, we were still missing one dress. I learned that the third missing dress was shipped to the wrong address even though my bridesmaid sent Christa her updated mailing address and received an email confirmation from Christa that she received it. Luckily, her old neighbor found the dress (after it sat outside of her house for several days in the rain). Christa promised in September to refund my bridesmaids $25 to repay us for our trouble. It is now the beginning of December and they have yet to receive reimbursements. Christa has completely stopped responding to me as well. I do not recommend this store at all. Please don't waste your time or money. I'm so thankful that we started this process in March. If not, I don't know that we would have received the dresses by our wedding. This store is terrible.

I went here last spring with my MOH, my sister to talk to find a dress for my August wedding in Seattle. I have three bridesmaids in FL and 1 in Seattle, where I live. The owner was there and as soon as I said I live in Seattle, started telling me to order from the franchise there. I thought that was really odd because 1) you would think she would want the business and 2) most of my bridesmaids were in the Orlando area. She was very unprofessional. Fast forward to a few months ago when one of my bridesmaids orders her dress from the Winter Park store and they tell her it will be shipped to her house. She hadn't heard anything and decided to call. Apparently, it has been there and no one bothered to call her or ship it to her, obviously. This place is totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Too bad for them because they would have made a lot more money off of me if they weren't so disorganized and rude.

I used Bella Bridesmaid for my wedding gown...they were the closest to me that carried the designer I wanted (Saja). The dress was BEAUTIFUL and the service was excellent in store and leading up to our visit... the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is a small lack of communication about a delay in my dress shipment...but once I contacted them, they wrote back very quickly. Highly recommended!
