I got married on March 2, 2018. I cannot begin to tell you how WONDERFUL working with Caesar and Madison at Bella flora is. My husband and I met with them about 5 months before our wedding at the Crescent. After becoming completely overwhelmed by alllll the decision in planning a wedding I was ready to pull my hair out. I deal with compliance and securities law by trade and couldn’t tell you the difference between egg white and ecru, nor do I care. However, I knew the feeling I wanted evoked at my wedding. I knew I wanted simple, elegant and romantic. I spent 15-20 minutes talking with Caesar and Madison about what I wanted, but I didn’t have a lot of details. I told them my budget and said this is what you guys do. Do your thing!!! They couldn’t believe I gave them such free reign. Let me tell you..... THEY NAILED IT!!!! They created the wedding of my dreams in every possible way all the while staying in budget! They coordinated the flowers, the lighting, the rentals, communicated with the Crescent for me and even ensured I got the custom Neon sign my husband wanted. The magic Caesar and Madison created for my wedding day was beyond anything I could have imagined! And it was completely stress free! (For me anyway). I highly recommend Bella Flora. I encourage any bride that can fit their services into their budget to use them. You will not regret it. They are worth every penny! On top of being amazing designers, they are friendly and genuine ! Just could not ask for more! Thanks you guys for making our wedding everything I had ever wanted!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Bella Flora/Bella Acento! Bella Flora had done the flowers for my oldest daughter's wedding and did not have their sister company, Bella Acento, at the time. Their floral designs were beautiful and we decided to go with them for my younger daughter's wedding as well. Now they have Bella Acento, which is a complete event design and planning business. We met with Cesar and his assistant, Madison, for a design consultation. Cesar listened made suggestions and came up with a design proposal. Then after a meeting with me, the bride, the groom and the matron of honor, the design was tweaked a little and their team went to work. Anytime I thought of something we'd forgotten, they were very accommodating to include it. Then the wedding day arrived. We arrived at the venue early in the afternoon and Cesar's team had been there that morning. One step inside and we could see the evidence of the magic they worked to transform the venue into the desired backdrop for the ceremony in the chapel and then the location for the reception was transformed as well. The worker at the venue told us how professional they were and the crew came in, set up, transformed, and left no traces behind except their lovely work. It looked absolutely beautiful and we received many compliments from our guests as well as the venue workers. Then when the strike crew arrived after the wedding and reception had concluded, they were very professional, fast and efficient, removing everything they'd brought in for the wedding. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a very professional crew, responsive planners and beautiful results. Amazing experience pretty much sums it up for me!! Kudos to Cesar and his team at Bella Acento and Bella Flora!!

On my first consultation with Lucy, she asked me what I wanted and I told her “all white and blush flowers, with accents of gold.” Then, I told her that I wanted cherry blossoms shooting into the sky. My mom were in and out because I already came with photos and all of the details of what I wanted. I had a few other meetings with Lucy, as well as many emails back and forth with Lucy/Emily to make sure everything was perfect in the contract. Once we had the final contract in hand, my mom, wedding planner, and I looked it over. Even at the prototype meeting, I made it clear we had to have cherry blossoms, no matter if they were white or pink. Lucy knew how much it meant to me. We confirmed the final contract and we paid the final balance and I was rest assured that everything we had planned for a year would come to life on my wedding day. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. My wedding was gorgeous. But, it was not what I had envisioned. When my husband and I entered into the ballroom for our reception for the first time as a married couple, I didn’t see the 240 people that were in the room. I didn’t see the band. I didn’t see the lighting. I didn’t hear the applause from everyone cheering us on. All I saw was that my cherry blossoms were nowhere to be found. Not only did we pay for cherry blossoms to shoot out from every single one of our tall arrangements, but that was the THEME! Cherry blossoms are my favorite flower. I wanted cherry blossoms more than anything as part of my floral décor. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHERRY BLOSSOMS? As soon as we got back from our honeymoon, I immediately emailed Lucy and Emily to figure out what happened to the cherry blossoms. All Lucy did was apologize. We ended up having a conference call with her to explain to her how hurt and upset I was about not having the cherry blossoms and she asked me what I felt was necessary to fix the situation that couldn’t be done over. My mom told her that we should receive the money we paid for on the cherry blossoms and Lucy said that was fair and that she would get with her Accountant to give us a refund. It took 3 months of calling and emailing Lucy before we finally received a refund. I don’t believe at all that the refund we received was enough for all of the cherry blossoms we ordered. I won’t go into details of how much the refund was for, but it was a total slap in my and my family’s face. Not only was it a huge mistake on Bella Flora’s part for forgetting the most important detail of our wedding floral décor, but the hurt and disappointment alone should have been thought about instead of giving that small refund that we received. It was so small that it wasn’t even worth having. It was more an insult. In summary, I do believe that Bella Flora did a wonderful job on the décor at the wedding; however, the centerpieces were not what I wanted. The cherry blossoms were supposed to elevate the room and they weren’t there. The cherry blossoms were the focus of the décor and they weren’t there. I’ll never get to have another wedding again to have what I always wanted so that experience is ruined. We went through all stops to be able to pay for the dream wedding I always wanted and I’m sad to say that Bella Flora is the reason I can’t look at my photos and be thrilled because my one and only favorite flower was nowhere to be found in that ballroom. Thankfully, we had a great time and I was able to marry the man of my dreams.

What makes a wedding reception standout and personalized? The flowers are the most important decorations for a wedding venue because it sets the wedding apart from other weddings because the flowers used are personalized according to the brides flower preferences and the colors she chooses for her wedding. Well if you are trained in horticulture or just love flowers or are totally clueless, Bella Flora is your florist. They are the premier florist that will sit with you for hours reviewing your Pinterest pages to understand what you are envisioning and then show you examples of similar things they have done in the past to ensure everyone is visualizing the same arrangements and decor for your most important day of your life. Don't worry if you don't have a Pinterest page they will still spend hours showing you what they have done in the past and then draw up some plans for you. They will draw up your contract documenting everything you reviewed in your initial meeting and then you will come in for a visual presentation of your arrangements for your reception tables. They have a very well organized clean warehouse that provides you with the opportunity to view vases, linens, place settings, candles, furniture etc. that might be needed to transpose your venue into the wedding vision of your dreams. They even created a rectangular chandelier that was garnished with flowers and hanging crystals that was placed over the dance floor at the Ritz. If you just let your imagination run wild they will ensure your vision becomes a reality, they will not let you down, the flower arrangements are breathtaking. Their customer service is excellent even the day of the event if any issues arise they make sure they are corrected immediately. Thank you Lucy Diaz Flores and Emily White for making my daughter's wedding a most spectacular, elegant, sophisticated event with all the flowers, linens, candles, table ware, furniture and that most eye catching crystal chandelier you provided. Family and friends are still talking about the head table and the chandelier; they have never seen anything like it.
