Olivia Gotee was so professional and did such a great job on everyone in our party. She and her person who helped her had to do 6 women's hair and 2 junior bridesmaids along with 5 makeups as well. She started at 9 am in the morning and was done by 2:30. She brought out the beauty in everyone and our pictures are fabulous. Christi, the bride was stunningly beautiful the entire late afternoon and all evening long. You can trust Olivia!!

BellaLuxe came to our August wedding at the Southernmost Beach Resort to do bride + 4 bridesmaids make up. I was a little concerned about booking make up given the heat in August but I was so pleased with the results and it truly lasted all night! I planned our wedding from thousands of miles away and didn't do a trial of my bridal make up so I put full faith in Bella and they really came through. I loved my make up and my gals looked fabulous too!

I cannot recommend Bella Luxe enough! From the time of booking to my wedding day, Olivia made the process seamless. She is an amazing hair stylist and makeup artist. My mom, sister and myself could not have looked more beautiful on my wedding day! My coworkers are still talking about how they were dripping sweat (85 degrees on my wedding day) and my makeup looked perfect all night! Ladies look no further, BOOK HER NOW!

Olivia was the BEST choice I made for my big day. She was patient, responsive, and so talented. my makeup lasted all night and it was HOT out! She is amazing and professional. highly recommend

If you have ever been in the position where you ended up having to re-do your own makeup after getting it done many times, look no further! You WILL NOT ever be in this position if you hire Olivia and her team for your big day. When I say it was such a relief to find Olivia, I truly mean it. I have been in a lot of weddings over the last 10 years as I am in that phase of life. After several weddings I stopped getting my hair and make up done. It was frustrating to pay a lot of money and then end up disappointed and having to redo it. Through these experiences you could see why I was nervous about finding the right person for my wedding day. I wanted to be able to sit back and relax! Olivia’s attention to little details and her artistic eye is like no other. I actually found her by searching the hashtag #keywestmakeupartist and every time I would click on a photo it would lead me back to her IG account. Out of all the photos that come up with this hashtag, hers stood out. Her work is consistent, which to me is key. My entire bridal party said to me that they thought Olivia and her assistant did a wonderful job.. we all know there is usually one that complains.. not this time! One of my bridesmaids even tried to book her for her own wedding the following month but of course Olivia was booked. After my trial with her I asked the name of the lip products she used on me so I could purchase it. The day of the wedding I was telling my bridesmaids I had bought what Olivia used on us so we could touch up but I that I had forgotten to get the gloss. Olivia then said- “here you go” and gave me hers. Not saying everyone should expect this lol but it was just so sweet. It really is the little things. Another plus: she is really cool person. I secretly want to be her friend. Clearly, I cannot recommend her enough!

I can't imagine our wedding day without Olivia & Belle Luxe. Their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and flexibility were outstanding. Olivia made sure to follow my wife's instructions regarding the style of hair and makeup she desired perfectly, while also adding helpful suggestions. The comments my wife received about how beautifully her hair and makeup were done were more than we could count. This only added to how special and beautiful my wife felt on our special day. We HIGHLY recommend Belle Luxe for and occasion.

Olivia did my makeup on my wedding day and I looked jerkers, my make up stayed on completely. She was friendly, flawless. I told her that I don't like heavy make up, more natural, but enough to notice in pictures etc and she did just that. I had so many compliments throughout the night and our professional pictures looked amazing! This was my first time having professionally done make up and it's still unbelievable to me because through all the sweating and a couple of tear warming, and knew how to work her magic. I'm so happy that I had for our special day. I absolutely highly recommend!!

I am so glad I chose Bella Luxe to do our hair and makeup for my wedding! Olivia did makeup for me, my mom, my mother-in-law, and my five bridesmaids, and and Stephanie did all of our hair. They did an amazing job, didn't make any of us feel rushed, and made everyone feel like their own best, most beautiful versions of themselves - it was important to me that everyone felt comfortable with their hair and makeup, and that it matched their own sense of style, and everyone definitely did thanks to Bella Luxe. I was also in the process of growing out a pixie cut for my wedding, so I chose to use extensions on my wedding day, and they did such an amazing job making my updo look like 100% all my own hair. I am also so glad I chose to have Bella Luxe do my hair and makeup for my engagement photos - it was a great chance to get to know them and to feel more comfortable on my wedding day. I also left this "trial" run of my hair and make-up feeling 100% confident I would love how my hair and makeup turned out on my wedding day and that was such a reassuring feeling - they did a fantastic job! Not only that, but Olivia and her team are such a pleasure to work with. Not only are they talented, but they are also super kind, genuine people and they really had great attitudes and put everyone at ease on my wedding day. I would absolutely give them my highest recommendation - thank you, Bella Luxe!

The ladies at Bella Luxe did a fantastic job with hair and make-up for our bridal party. They listened to what ideas we had and shared pictures. They were wonderful to work with and traveled for the occasion.

I was so disappointed by the services from Bella Luxe. Upon arrival, I was advised Olivia and her associate were waiting outside the conference room which happened to be locked. I had to go to the hotel lobby to get the key to unlock the room. I was not happy with my hairstyle after I told her not to make my hair "puffy." By the third try, the hairstylist handed me the bobby pins and told me "Here, do it yourself." At that point, the hairstylist proceeded to tell Olivia that she could not work under those circumstances and told Olivia she was going to leave. Olivia then verbally told the hairstylist it was totally okay to leave and by leave as in leave the other bridesmaids and bride without a hairstylist. Until one of the bridesmaids sat on the chair and demanded her hair be done while Olivia started on the other bridesmaid's make up. Regardless, the hairstylist's attitude was completely unethical, inexcusable and unprofessional and Olivia allowing said attitude. While everyone was happy with their makeup, both Olivia and her assistant's attitudes were unprofessional. When it came time to pay, there was an agreed price per the contract, and coincidentally Olivia was unable to find my contract. In "negotiating" a price, Olivia actually told me "Are you trying to Jew me on the price?" It is unfortunate that Olivia is a good makeup artist, but on the day of my daughter's wedding that I had to deal with attitudes from a vendor that I am paying hard earned money. I almost felt like crying. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this vendor.

I hired Olivia based upon a recommendation to do hair/makeup for my bridesmaids and me. Olivia confirmed that SHE would be there that day and to my disappointment , when I opened the door that morning, she sent 2 others instead. At that time I had no choice but to go with it. But remember, I hired Olivia and she confirmed that she would be there that day. I was debating hiring her to do touch ups later on in the day and this was not relayed to the lady who did my hair. Olivia said that the lady who did make up would provide me with a to-go bag with blotters, lip gloss, etc so I could do my own touch ups but she did not have anything prepared to give me. I ended up not having any lipstick by the time the ceremony began and had to borrow someone’s. Overall our hair/makeup turned out very pretty & we did not need the touch up later on.

Bella Luxe was amazing! Th planning process was so easy, and Olivia was responsive promptly by email and text. The team arrived early, artfully brought the ideas of my mother, sister and self to life in our makeup and hair. Everything was done exactly as requested, and we were finished with more than enough time. I can't recommend them enough!! Thank you!! Sarah Osman

I have such positive things to say about this team when it comes to hair and makeup! I am a perfectionist and these ladies put me at such ease after my hair trial! Jessica did my makeup and she was amazing! I wish I could have her do my makeup for every event I have. She really listened to what I wanted. I don't wear a ton of makeup usually, so this was a little outside of my comfort zone. She did a more natural look and I felt so confident! Christina did my hair, my sister's and my Mom's hair. My sister and I showed her a picture we found on Pinterest and she was able to recreate it beautifully. My Mom is very particular about her hair and she couldn't decide on a look. Christina was so patient and listened to what she wanted. We were all so impressed and felt beautiful for my big day! Thanks for everything!! Brittany

These ladies did an amazing job with our hair and make-up. They had 4 of us done in just a couple of hours and we all looked great. They were fun, professional and very efficient.

I ADORED having Olivia and Christina on my big day, they are both truly professionals, sweethearts and easygoing, they know what they are doing and they do it better than what you ever expected! Specially if you don't have the time to do a make up trial like in my case. My makeup was a dream and so it was my hair! My Maids of Honor as well were pleased and happy with theirs, one of them said it was the best makeup she has had done ever! THANK YOU so much girls! Ps: Thank you Olivia for the great advice about the lights for my decor!

I was so disappointed by the services from Bella Luxe, I was really looking forward to getting my hair and make up by them on my wedding day. My photographer told me about them, I looked it up on Instagram and immediately loved all the hair/make up they posted. I got in contact with Olivia, the owner, and spoke with her numerous times about hair/make-up and what I had in mind. When the day came, I was surprised to find out that the girls doing hair and make up I had never spoken to or met, Olivia would not be there. The make up artist arrived about an hour late. They had no idea of the pricing that I had under contract with Olivia and kept charging everyone more. I had to remind them of what my agreement with Olivia had been numerous times and show them my contract. When it was my turn to get my hair done, I was informed that it would be an extra $40 to get it blown out in addition to the $125 I was already paying to get my hair pinned half up. It wouldn't have been a problem, but it was such a bad blow dry that I had to go in the bathroom and flat iron my hair to try to get all the frizz out before she started the up do. Not exactly what I wanted to be doing on my wedding day. As if that wasn't enough of a hassle, within a minute of getting to my location to have my first look with my finance the Bobbie pins and my hair clip fell out! My photographer had to try to quickly put it together. I could have done a better job myself. I have to say that this was my least favorite part of my wedding. This all could have been avoided with some communication and professionalism.
