We hired Brittany after feeling defeated about postponing our wedding the year before due to covid. Not knowing what this year would be like, we decided to bring her onto our wedding team and it worked out so great! She helped me out of my wedding doldrums and get excited about planning again. I came to Brittany with a vision for a large over the top wedding and she rolled with everything I threw at her. When covid got in the way we pivoted to a backyard wedding but I wanted it to be anything but “backyard.” She made the impossible possible and pulled off the wedding of my dreams. As a mother of the bride you want your daughter's wedding day to be perfect. Because of Brittany and her team, my daughter's day was! Everything was done just as we asked during the set up for ceremony, dinner and dance. Whenever we had an issue or need an item (bobby pin, tape, batteries, etc.) someone would say "ask Brittany" and she either had it or found it! If you are thinking of getting a day of coordinator do it! Brittany was absolutely amazing! We would hire her and her team again without a doubt. She provided great input for our centerpieces and decor to help us create a better overall look for our wedding. We both went into our wedding day not stressed or having to worry about anything. Our friends and close family could spend the morning and night celebrating with us instead of having to set up or tear down. It was great to have someone that our parents and bridal party could go to if there was an issue or question so we didnt have to be asked or worry about anything. Brittany and her team were so amazing to work with! We were extremely impressed with their organization and professionalism throughout the entire process, especially on the day of our wedding. I specifically sought out Black owned wedding coordinator (tough in Minnesota!) to bring my vision of Beyoncé meets Julie Dash Daughters of the Dust to life. I hired Brittany, and couldn’t imagine it coming together if it weren’t for her creative eye, vendor recommendations, and direction. She even went above and beyond at the last minute to supplement the florist and gather and hang florals on the trees with her own ladder to make our idea come to life. I appreciated her patience throughout the process with my indecisiveness and uncertainty (I didn’t spend years thinking about table cloths and linens lol PLUS ever evolving Covid restrictions). Everyone, including the venue coordinator, said my wedding was the most beautiful wedding they’d been to, and all of the other vendors had wonderful, ongoing relationships with her. There were so many little details that we didn’t have to problem solve, or deal with on our wedding day because Brittany and her team handled IT ALL. A lot of stuff came up (as everyone says) the week leading up to the big day and we had Brittany’s undivided attention day and night!

Brittany was a great help and flexible with us during this turbulent year. We originally had a large wedding planned in August and were working towards that until COVID hit and we were no longer comfortable with continuing the large gathering. She helped us pivot to a small, intimate place in Florida that was very beautiful and memorable. All the vendors she found and/or worked with in the past that I chose separately were awesome. I am a florist in Minneapolis who has admired Brittany's style and voice in the local wedding and events industry for a long time. We worked together on a photoshoot this summer. It was a whirlwind of bold colors, laughs and unique touches to the decor. Brittany handmade tile namecards for each place setting -- it's this kind of thing that creates an impact in design. She works ultra efficiently on-site, and I could attribute that to her super organized planning stages that precede the actual event. Our photoshoot was gorgeous, unique and colorful! We have a love of color in common -- my advice to couples: don't be afraid to use colors in your designs! Brittany is easygoing and joyful, but/and she gets business *done*! You will not have to think twice about any details you hand over to her -- in fact, she'll go beyond what you imagined. I couldn't believe the the different looks she pulled together for the the shoot. I also felt very heard when we discussed the design. She left room for my creativity and honored it - working with her is like bouncing ideas off a best friend, but an expert best friend. Another thing that legit sets her apart from other planners is that she has a degree in architecture. Brittany can literally build your event from the ground up, with her own hands. Her architecture skills and experience provides an interesting point from which she can translate your wedding-day wants. She's a gem. Hire her!

My fiancé and I started planning our wedding right after we were engaged in Fall of 2019. We were referred to Bella Mystique by our florist and after an initial meeting with Brittany and Katie, we knew they were right for us. We chose the day-of coordination package as we were doing most of the design planning ourselves. Everything was going along well, and then the pandemic arrived. What followed was months of difficult conversations, drastic changes to our original plans, and questions, so many questions. Brittany was there every step of the way. She engaged us more than she had to give us updates on new state mandates, ideas for putting on a safe event, and keeping us on track as we continued to plan our wedding with the original date. We could not have imagined attempting to navigate the constantly changing environment without her help. Our big day finally arrived this last weekend, but not before yet another curveball which Brittany came to the rescue. 3 days before our wedding, we learned that our photographer was sick and her status for our wedding was in question. We could not risk rolling the dice, so I reached out to Brittany for help. At this time, Brittany was out of the state and working night and day for another wedding. She managed to find time to reach out to her network of photographers to see if anyone was available in a pinch and sure enough was able to get us connected with an amazing replacement in a day. I'm not sure how we would have found someone in that short of time without her. All of this before the actual day-of coordination, which is what we signed up for! Brittany came to the rehearsal and directed us beautifully. My fiancé and I were relying on Brittany to take charge of this and she did just that. Everything played out beautifully during the actual ceremony Saturday. Brittany was at our venue all day Saturday helping get set up. We had a LOT of miscellaneous items that needed to be in place. I was at the venue Saturday morning and was helping move some items myself before Brittany pulled me aside and told me to stop, "I've got this." She could not have been more right, as by the time we got back to our venue ahead of the ceremony literally every single detail had been covered. It was so re-assuring to have someone so confident and prepared and really put our minds at ease as we were getting ready for all of the day’s activities. During the wedding itself, Brittany and Katie doubled as audio/video experts, helped us juggle changes in our timeline as the day went along, tear-down after the wedding and everything in between. For anyone planning a wedding now debating whether or not you need a day-of-coordinator or planner, you need one. It is challenging time to try and stay on top of all the changes happening right now. The reassurances we got as a result of having Bella Mystique on our side was truly hard to measure and we were so thankful that we got to work with such a hard-working, fun and caring company. We will always be grateful for everything!

If I could give Brittany and Bella Mystique more than 5 stars, I would! We hired Bella Mystique by referral and it was the best decision we made during our planning process. We were four months out from our Indian wedding which included many details, events, vendors, you name it and our stress was off the meter. Not to mention I was planning this wedding from California! Brittany always brought a calm demeanor, a warm smile, and a sense of "don't worry, I've got this" attitude. We hired her for day(s) of coordinaton services, but she was so much more than that. She was always available to meet whenever we were in town, by phone, by email, anything. She contacted all of the vendors and ensured everything was moving smoothly throughout the entire weekend. Let's talk about going above and beyond - Brittany booked a room at our hotel venue to ensure she didn't miss a beat (and she didn't!). During the wedding, Brittany noticed our reception table linen was stained and coordinated with hotel staff for a backup options while working with our decorator to bring in new linen just in time. There are many, many things that I could list out that Brittany did (behind the scenes) just to make our events a success - but that would make for a long(er) review. Planning a wedding is stressful, but planning a wedding with several events and moving parts can be maddening. Brittany did this with such ease and grace, and she is an absolute professional! I can't imagine putting on this wedding without Brittany and Bella Mystique. You will absolutely not regret hiring her!

Bottom line: our wedding would not have happened without Bella Mystic and Brittany. We used them for planning and day-of services for our wedding and could not be happier. Brittany and her team were not only able to make it easy for us to plan a wedding when we live out of town, but we had two ceremonies that went off without any problems – incredible. Here are a few of the things we loved about Bella Mystic and Brittany: - Communication: Brittany was always willing to discuss the details of our wedding and was amazing at keeping us on track. Without her reminders and helpful “to-do” lists we would have missed major items or not had them completed. - Fees: Seriously, use the full planning service. It will save you time and money in the end and will take a lot of stress off of your wedding day, so you can focus on the fun parts. - Design: Brittany had great recommendations for all the details of the wedding from programs to tables. Out jaws dropped when we first saw our decorated venue and how beautiful it was! - Attention to detail: Our wedding went off without a hitch and it was all because of Bella Mystic and Brittany. Nothing was overlooked, and they even made the planning fun. - Customer Service: At the end of the day, Bella Mystic understood that our wedding was the most important day of our lives. They not only listened to our thoughts and concerns but acted on them before we could even bring it up. Overall, using Bella Mystic was the best decision we made regarding our wedding and we highly recommend that you use them.

Initially, I did not think I would need to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding, but I am SO glad we did! Hi guys! Just had the most wonderful time at my wedding last Friday, August 31st. It honestly would not have been so perfect if it wasn't for Brittany. She is absolutely amazing! She has a great attitude about her but on top of that she is prompt, intuitive, and just on top of her game. When we met to go over the specifics of the wedding, she helped me flush out all of the details, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and she even pointed out some things I missed. She reached out to all of my vendors to help coordinate their arrival on the day of. She really took the worry and headache out of the planning and coordinating everything, as the day neared. She also called in some reinforcements due to some unforeseen circumstances with the wedding venue itself. They seemed a little disorganized so she brought in her assistant Katie. On the day of the wedding they got the room decorated just as I had asked. To be honest, it looked even better than I even imagined because they improvised well in setting up things I had forgotten to plan, like the gift table, head table, and dessert table decorations. They are very well organized, professional, and experienced. Brittany never made me feel uneasy by any of her responses to my questions. She answered them thoroughly and supplemented with even more information. Through this process I have run into many vendors who made me feel worried or uneasy about their level of competence and experience, Bella Mystique was not one of them. They actually helped me deal with the those other vendors. They put my worries at ease so I could enjoy my day. It was absolutely perfect! I want to give an big, special thanks to Brittany for all her hard work. She just recently gave birth in May and still was able to make such a special day happen as we had planned without any problems. Be at ease on your big day with Bella Mystique! :)

"We need to plan my daughters wedding in 7 weeks!! Can we do it?" Those were my first words to Brittany at Bella Mystique. Her first words to me were "We can do it. Just relax and we'll take care of everything". That is exactly how it went - Brittany and Katie calmly and professionally led us through the process, found great vendors for us, knew the answer to every question, and most of all, relieved an anxious dad who didn't know which way to turn. They were so wonderful from finding us an outstanding outdoor venue, sending us the world's best photographer and sourcing a fun and superb food truck that fit the relaxed style of the wedding perfectly. My daughter and new son-in-law will have absolutely wonderful, loving memories of their wedding day that are largely because Brittany and Katie are so understanding and are such consummate professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with a wedding. You will be blessed if they help you.

I knew hiring a coordinator would be a good decision, but hiring Brittany is easily the best decision we could have made. She made sure we were happy with all aspects of wedding planning, from the very beginning through the day of, and was especially indispensable on our wedding day; I had absolutely no worries or stress! We hired her for Day-Of Coordination, and it was easily the best money we spent for our wedding. Brittany had great recommendations and leads for us on vendors we still needed to book that ended up saving us extra money and getting us great services! We had a planning meeting about 1.5 months before the big day where I handed over the reins, and I didn't have to worry about a thing our entire wedding weekend! Brittany and her team were amazing! We hired her as a day of coordinator and felt we got so much more than that. Planning a wedding from across the country was challenging but she was extremely helpful the entire week leading up to the wedding. Our wedding was at a nontraditional venue (summer camp) and Brittany was outstanding at making sure everything went smoothly. She was very organized with the schedule, detailed with decor and even managed to keep the groomsmen in check during rehearsal. She took a backseat on things she knew I had organized and then took the lead on everything else. Her communication was great and kept me relaxed the entire day.
