I cannot thank Bella Sera Bridal enough for all of their help in finding and designing my dream wedding dress for my fall 2024 wedding. I first visited with my family about a year before the big day, and our stylist, Holly, was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on several dresses multiple times before making my final decision. Once I selected my dress, I was introduced to their amazing alterations team. Daisy, the tailor, worked her magic and created stunning full-length bishop sleeves from scratch, adding a unique and personal touch to my gown. The entire Bella Sera team truly went above and beyond, bringing everything I envisioned for my dress to life. Their attention to detail and dedication to making my vision a reality made the experience unforgettable. I am beyond grateful for their expertise and care throughout the entire process!

I had an amazing experience here. I found the dress of my dreams -- my husband cried when he saw me. The staff were amazing and so responsive and helpful. The selection was great and made it really hard to pick the right dress. Everything was perfect.

I bought my wedding gown at Bella Sera Bridal for our August 2024 wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards in Derry, NH. Everyone there was so kind and helpful throughout the process. It was the first boutique I went to and I ended up going back after visiting quite a few other stores because I couldn’t stop thinking about one of the first gowns I tried on there. They helped me submit a request to the designer to customize my gown by adding lining to the top which helped me feel more comfortable on the big day. I also worked with their in-house alterations department after my gown arrived. My seamstress, Mercedez was just amazing! She worked with me through multiple fitting appointments to make various tweaks to my dress to make sure I felt totally comfortable and confident for my wedding day. She was also so reassuring throughout the process and made sure I felt beautiful in my gown! I’m so happy with the final product and really loved my gown from Bella Sera.

When looking for a wedding dress, I knew I wanted to buy from somewhere with in-house alterations. The sales staff and alterations team were so kind and helpful for every step of the process. Even with some unexpected alterations the week of my wedding, I knew I was in good hands! Everything was perfect for my wedding. Thanks Bella Sera!

I’m super disappointed in this place. I went here on the recommendation from the knot and the good reviews but I just feel very taken advantage of. I bought my dress in a different city and needed alterations in this area where I live. My first appointment was great and it seemed like my seamstress understood my needs but when I went back the bra area did not fit and she kept ensuring it did so we had her make two sets of alterations in that appointment. When it came to the bustle, the entire thing was a mess. They said it would need 3 buttons but then upon doing the bustle realized it would need 7 buttons. And it was puckering in all weird spots and looked so uneven. They couldn’t defend the bustle, so they offered to re do it and they got me an appointment the next weekend again. Which I appreciate this is July and it’s super busy but they squeezed me in cause they know they did the bustle wrong. I come back the second weekend and the dress is still puckering and wrong. They removed 2 buttons and kept ensuring me it looks great. Now not only is the bustle coming out of where my anus is (as opposed to the tailbone where it should sit) but the dress is literally dragging on the ground. The whole point of a bustle is so that my dress isn’t getting stepped on on the dance floor all night. Throughout this whole process the manager came out and kept saying how it was fine but they really don’t listen and I took the dress home and I’m just so upset that I have to wear a dress where the bustle is coming out of my anus and dragging on the floor. Don’t go here for alterations they really don’t listen and it just felt like I was being taken advantage of the whole time. I feel like they ruined my dress and I’m now I’m a position where I’m less than 2 months from my wedding day and have no options.

Bella Sera was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had a hard time finding my wedding dress and was left feeling upset and frustrated after having many appointments at different bridal salons. The moment I walked into Bella Sera, I knew I was in the best hands. By far the best experience, selection of dresses, and costumer service. They are unmatched!

I loved being a Bella Sera bride. I only visited two bridal shops, and honestly I probably wouldn't have needed to visit the other one if I'd just gone here first. The prices are reasonable, the staff is amazing, and alterations happen in-house, which makes things really convenient. I worked with Matthew to pick out my dress, and he was SO FUN to be around! I then worked with Isa on alterations and it was like having a beloved relative work with me, which I so appreciated. Their plus size collection is incredible (I am a size 16, size 18 in bridal dresses) and I had no issues trying on samples or finding my perfect gown. Choose Bella Sera!!!

I found the perfect wedding gown, by designer Eddy K, after trying on a handful of options and felt 100% confident I made the right decision from the helpful staff and knowledgeable seamstress. All of the staff at Bella Sera Bridal were wonderful! Even though I'm not someone who usually wears dresses, they made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. We gave them a bit of a challenge to fit two brides at the same time who didn't want to see each other's dress before he wedding, but they orchestrated the whole thing perfectly so there were no accidental glimpses

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Bella Sera and ended up purchasing my dress, a veil, and a hair comb there. I selected Bella Sera as a place to shop due to selection of designers and affordable price point. I also loved that it is owned by best friends, has a beautiful esthetic, and has tailoring on site. I wish I knew the names of all the people who assisted during my 2 shopping visits and multiple try-on/tailoring visits because all were wonderful! At every visit I could tell that everyone there truly enjoys their work which made it such a special experience. Anthony did an excellent job during dress shopping, and I ended up with a beautiful Eddy K dress. It was so convenient that Bella Sera will hold onto your dress and do tailoring and steaming before picking it up closer to the wedding date. I never had an issue getting an appt. day and time that worked with my schedule. I highly recommend Bella Sera for a special wedding dress shopping experience!

When looking for a wedding dress, I had a few non-negotiables: I wanted a place that was not pushy, respected my budget, and caring when it came to sizing. Bella Sera gave me all of this and so much more! The shop was well-lit, clean, and organized. We were greeted at the counter and brought to one of the fitting areas. My consultant, Lyne, was amazing! She spoke to just me when asking about my vision and took me to a specific rack that was within my price range. I could point at any dress I wanted to try on and she encouraged me to try everything. Each dress I tried on, Lyne asked me what I thought of it before going out to show my entourage. This was exactly what I needed as people-pleasing bride! After I said yes to the dress (dress #4!) Lyne had me try on a few others before officially saying yes. My alteration appointments were quick and easy. Slava made sure I was comfortable and the dress fit correctly. At my last appointment, the hook and eye broke. Slava immediately told me it was not my fault, reassured me she could fix it, and took it in the back to add not 1, but 2 hooks in less than 10 minutes!

I went to Bella Sera Bridal after receiving a recommendation. I had purchased my dress up in Maine, but wanted to get my dress altered locally. When I reached out I received excellent responsive customer service and was able to get an appointment booked in the next couple of weeks (I had 6+ months until my wedding so I had plenty of time). When I arrived for this appointment I was greeted with a smile. I tried on my dress and the seamstress began to pin the areas needing adjustments. One of the alterations I needed was cups being changed out as they were too small and the cups were sewn into the dress. The seamstress cut my dress that day and removed the smaller cups, she then pinned the larger cups in so I could confirm they would fit/get an idea how it would look once the alteration was complete. Everything this first appointment was perfect and I felt confident in leaving my dress with them. After this is when it went drastically down hill. I came to pick up my dress and the cups that were originally nude (my dress was sheer) were now white. This made it look like I had white circles on my dress and completely changed the whole look of my dress. I didn’t notice this until I looked at the photos from this appointment and once realized I reached out to them immediately to try and get it fixed. They were able to get me in quickly, when I went in I felt as though I was a burden even though the seamstress specially mentioned she had taken it upon herself to completely change the look of my dress by sewing white over the cups and added vines from the bottom to the cup area. Well I don’t believe it was on purpose I left this appointment feeling extremely frustrated due to the energy/tone I received from them. All I wanted was my dress to be how the designer intended it to be. Flash forward to my last appointment 1 month before my wedding. I walked in and was greeted again with a smile, I explained that I was there to pick up my dress and they had me take a seat. They went out back to get my dress and then came back out (without my dress) and proceeded to go over to their coworker and start whispering something. Obviously this caused me some concern. Others came in to get their dresses and the workers went out back got the dress and came back to them within minutes, another got their dress tried it on and left all while I was still waiting there without knowing what was even happening. No one was looking at us or even acknowledging us. I began to panic and started pacing the store. After about 35 minutes I asked my mom if I should ask them if they even had my dress/what was happening, but the person at the desk (not the one who initially helped us) must have seen I was panicking and asked if we were all set. I said someone went out back to get my dress came back didn’t say anything to us and we’ve now been here for over a half hour without any answers and I don’t even know if you have my dress. From the back of the store the employee who initially helped us extremely rudely stated very loudly “they’re out back finishing it up and steaming it like I said” In fact nothing at all was said to us. We waited another 15 or so minutes until we received my dress. When I tried it on the cups were done correctly. I had also paid for a dress bag from the location I originally got my dress and Bella Sera took it upon themselves to change out my dress bag and didn’t even provide me with the other one that I had actually bought from the location I bought my dress. The day of my wedding after taking photos I realized there was a random area that needed to be cut off the bottom I assumed it had ripped, but when we cut this you could tell the a large of the bottom layer was pieced together. I would not recommend Bella Sera to anyone. I have attached photos of dress after the wedding (it did rain on my wedding day, don’t mind the mud) but as you can see the alterations that we’re done were so poor that all the vines that were added to my dress (without me stating I would like that done or getting approval from me) are falling off the dress.

Bought my wedding dress and veil at Bella Sera Bridal. Not only were they professional but also accommodating to my every need. They also had to see my bridezilla side a few times and handled it with ease. We love Bella Sera Bridal!

The stylist who assisted me, Gianna, was so attentive to me and my group. And never pushy to rush you into making a purchase. After trying on so many beautiful gowns here, I needed to take a few days to look back at pictures from trying them on and think more about it and they welcomed me to schedule a follow up appointment before making my final choice. I'm so in love with the dress I ultimately chose!

I had such a positive experience getting my dress altered here. Bella Sera accepted my alteration appointment even though it wasn’t one of their dresses, and Liz handled all of the alterations. There was so much delicate lace, but she did a spectacular job. I thought the price was very reasonable as well.
