e picked off the rack...all because the consultants were so patient and genuine, and helped me uncover my true wedding style : ) Great price range of dresses, and clearly an experienced staff, as they had answers and suggestions for all my little details. Each visit, whoever was in the shop made me feel stunning and confident in my dress...I saw them do this with each and every person who walked through the door. HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for beautiful wedding dress and catered to you shopping experience.

my consultant, Lyne. I was directed to the "full figured" area where I had plenty of options to choose from. I went in with a basic idea of what I wanted but ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on - chosen by Lyne! I was never made to feel the least bit uncomfortable or rushed: It truly was customer service at its finest. Lyne made sure to mark my favorite gowns in the computer so there would be no question when/if I was ready to order. I felt no pressure to order - just that they wanted me to love the gown I ended up with. Yesterday, I went in and placed the order for my dream gown. Lyne and Matthew were on hand to assist - and even helped us look at some gowns for my Mom! I will strongly and happily recommend Bella Sera to anyone looking for their dress!

! I fell in love with one and was pretty sure it was the one but my indecisiveness made me choose to hold off and visit another shop to try on some more dresses! Sydney was very understanding and said I should try some others on and then come back to Bella Sera to try on the one I loved again and see if this was indeed my dress! I think she knew this was my dress too and was confident I would return! She was right because when I came back I loved it again! I had a few concerns about the style of the dress and Sydney took the time to figure out solutions! She brought out one of the seamstresses to talk to me so I felt comfortable with the plan! When I still showed a little bit of hesitancy, she reached out to the designer and was able to order my dress exactly how I wanted it! I was thrilled to order my dress at Bella Sera and completely impressed with how patient Sydney was! I was very nervous, since I am getting married in 8 months, that the stores I planned to visit wouldn't have styles I liked and that I wouldn’t find my dress. I was so happy with Bella Sera's selection and Lynne, who was the stylist I worked with, was fantastic! My sisters, mother, and grandmother came with me for the experience. Lynne pulled all different styles for me to try on, and I ended up falling in love with a dress I didn't expect. Lynne was patient, carefully listened to me, and always gave me plenty of space and time to talk with my family, especially when it came down to the final two dresses. The whole experience was so much fun that we went back this past Saturday and Sunday to go Mother of the Bride dress shopping!!! My mother did not think she would find a dress so quickly, but she also ended up finding an amazing dress at Bella Sera. I highly recommend Bella Sera and want to thank Lynne and the whole team for making it easy and such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

Their whole boutique was around my price range and carried most of the dresses ad collections that I had bee dreaming to try on ya I saw on social edit.
