d reception. We chose Bella Sera for our ceremony and reception, because of the unique atmosphere, and charm that accompanied this venue. We met Lauren Madison the first day we viewed the venue, and she was with us every step of the way through our journey. Her response time was spot on even for some of the silly questions I had that was just really me being unsure of the process. She truly wanted this event to be as flawless as possible for us. Since we were getting married on New Year’s Eve we really wanted a balloon drop, which Jason (the owner) okayed before maybe fully realizing what that involved. We decided we definitely wanted the balloons to drop from the high ceiling and true to his word he made it happen even though it included renting heavy machinery. The day of our wedding went so fast. I did not have to contact any of the vendors, and everything made it to the spot it was supposed to be in. We gave items to Lauren to be set up the day before and did not have to worry about anything else again. I chose to get ready at Bella Sera and it made the experience so much nicer not to have to worry about transportation. Hair and makeup came to us and we worked with Lauren to have Bella Sera provide refreshments (pop/water/oj for free) and champagne which we bought through them. As soon as we walked up the stairs everything was already set up for us. The staff was amazing throughout the day/night as well. The woman who was in charge of the bridal suite came up to see if there was anything we needed a little bit before the ceremony, and I jokingly said a shot and her first response was sure what would you like. Also, the bridal suite was stocked throughout the gap between the ceremony and rehearsal so we did not have to find anyone to have the alcohol or appetizers replaced. During the dinner service, my husband and I were constantly getting up and taking a picture with us and the wait staff would keep checking to see if we wanted our next course out because they did not want it to get cold. I thought that was really sweet, and something we were not even thinking about. From what we heard the food was amazing! Unfortunately, we were too excited/nervous/emotional from the day that we lost our appetite; but Lauren made sure there was a to-go container for the food we could not eat so we could enjoy later! The day you get married is the day you will remember for the rest of your life. I am glad that we have no horror stories to share. Bella Sera wants to make all your dreams come true, because it is the experience of the lifetime. If they are unable to make something happen, they come up with alternatives. I have nothing but great things to say about Bella Sera and Lauren Madison. The wedding industry is huge and with some vendors I felt like I was just another customer and as soon as they saw my payment I would have troubles contacting them again; but I never felt that way with Bella Sera. I will forever have in my memory walking down the stairs of Bella Sera with my dad next to me and my husband smiling up at me.

eague Megan were very accommodating! Lauren responded quickly to every one of my questions and concerns and acted in a very professional manner. They had a very wide menu to choose from along with several additions that were available for our menu. When we arrived about 20 minutes late to our dinner, she welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The event staff was excellent and made for a wonderful and very delicious dinner! I would highly recommend this venue! This venue also offers ceremony and reception packages, and included in the packages are some additional vendors (I believe DJ and Cake) and if I would have know about this venue before we booked our wedding reception, I would have had a hard decision to make! I would highly recommend this venue to all prospects searching! The price was very reasonable for everything included and the customer service went above and beyond to create a perfect evening! The building layout and décor is breathtakingly beautiful and would produce exceptional pictures and make for a memorable experience!
