They bent over backwards to make sure it was what we wanted. I loved their flexibility as I had a specific vision I wanted to bring to life and they helped be a part of that process. From day one, we had a connection with not only the venue but their people. I was very personal, even though they host a lot of weddings. I never felt like just another number in the venue. We highly recommend this venue for a truly magical and stress free day.

I also loved how much was included with the venue. We didn't have to search for a caterer, photographer or DJ, our centerpieces and table linen, ceremony backdrop and aisle decorations were all included. Overall, 5 stars. We were very fortunate to have worked with her for much of the planning process, she even made herself available for our design session, and most of my wedding night. They have a huge selection of beautiful decor, backdrops, and lightning that really made our wedding special and visually stunning. My guests will not soon forget the many magical experiences throughout the night, to include pyrotechnics, fog, sparklers, and bubbles. Are these things… necessary? No. You don’t need these things to have an amazing wedding, but it sure did enhance the magical feeling that lasted the whole night. The food was delicious, they kept the drinks coming, DJ Joe was included in our package and he was an absolute rockstar. He understands the assignment, he listens to you needs wants and feel for the night, he did not miss any of our ceremony songs or bizarre requests, and he was truly just a wonderful person. The best part about this venue is that you truly don’t have to worry about coordinating with vendors because they do that for you, their staff was great and Carissa was our day of coordinator along with Elisabeth and she was an absolute rockstar. She is super kind and patient and took care of us all night. They even boxed up our decor and guest book for us at the end of the night. There were very few hiccups in our wedding planning process, Covid being the biggest obstacle for us. At the wedding there was only one small misunderstanding with the bar service that was corrected quickly. The staff here know what they’re doing, they know how to throw a party and make it special. My guests had such a great time and it was really the greatest night of my life.

o be a wedding coordinator, so it was really hard for me to sit back and watch as the bride. I hate that there are things that still bother me to this day about our wedding. The biggest one being that they forgot to send my dad in before sending me down the stairs!! I got down and looked stupid wondering where he was since he wasn't waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs. I continued walking until I saw Austin and asked him Where is my dad? He then got on the communication device and told them to send him in. My dad comes in thinking he had to go to the stairs and guests had to tell him she's back there! I missed half of my walk with him!!! Then a few things with the DJ happened throughout the night. Now, I will say the DJ was a great person but unfortunately made some errors. First, no one knew when were cutting our cake since he didn't get everyone's attention. Then our first dance songs were messed up. I know we did more than normal by picking 3 songs but it was special to us. Well 1 of those 3 were not played and then another 1 was played twice! We went with it but my hubby had to request the one that wasn't played later in the night for us to dance to it. Between the DJ and the venue coordinator, they never communicated to guests to take the coaster at their seat, so we had tons of favors left over. Back to the venue with the food, we paid for a few kids meals and I was told by those that needed them that they were never brought out! Towards the end of the night, we chose to the mashed potato bar in glasses and my uncle was not allowed to get a second helping, like we paid for all of that! They ended up taking a ton away when they closed it down. Most venues that I've worked at or had looked into for our wedding, you get the leftovers and your guests would never be told NO on anything provided. I know this sounds like it was an awful experience but the planning process went very smoothly with them especially with Julie. She did an amazing job going over decoration and set up options and I loved that I didn't have to bring all of that in. All in all, we got married at the end of the day and are still happily married today. The Bella Sera will still be a special place to us but I do wish those errors that were made didn't have to happen. We all make mistakes and I do know Austin was very sorry. Hopefully this helps any future couples looking to get married there.

ut 2 weeks into Covid, our first and only stop was the Bella Sera for a venue. We had our meeting to talk about what they could offer to us and see the venue. I can tell you we left there knowing this was our place. We did not look anywhere else after that and signed our contract the next day! From there we had several meetings with them about food, decorations, bar, other additions like photo booth, a special drink, DJ, photographers, and even sparklers! This place has EVERYTHING!! John, Elizabeth, and Austin are more than amazing. We were so uncertain about how many people we were going to be allowed at our wedding due to Covid and they just had all the right things to say to keep wedding planning calm and enjoyable. I know they were stressed with Covid as well, but they NEVER let it show to us. I could call, text, or email at any time and they would respond in a fast manner. No question or request was too big for this place. I can honestly say that wedding planning was so smooth and easy thanks to the staff at Bella Sera. On wedding day, we had a small snag right as we were to walk down the aisle and the staff there were so calm that it helped the rest of us feel calm and that all was going to be fine. All the events on wedding day went so well. Staff knows how to transition everything from one event to the next and no one felt rushed or overwhelmed. We told them the things we wanted to do, and they took over from there. They transitioned to dinner, cake, dancing, shoe game, and more without a hitch! We cannot say enough times how this place made our wedding planning so easy and worth it. They do it all!

We had to significantly reduce our guest count in order to follow social distancing and keep people safe. For a long time my husband and I questioned if we should just reschedule the wedding to next year and were worried it wouldn't be the perfect wedding of our dreams that we initially pictured. But then we realized that life is rarely as perfect as we think it's going to be and sometimes you just have to roll with the punches and focus on positivity. If you always wait for the "perfect" time to do something then you could be waiting your whole life! A pandemic wedding isn't normal, but it can so much more beautiful when you're able to celebrate love in a dark time and not let anything stop you from becoming one with the person you love most. At the end of our night, and for the weeks following, my husband and I are still getting reports of, "that was the best wedding we've ever been too", "that was the wedding of the year", "we've never seen a wedding like that", and your guests will say the same thing after choosing Bella Sera for your wedding day!

ce was incredibly easy and went off without a problem. My fiancé lived in North Dakota and I was in Omaha but Bella Sera made it incredibly easy to plan a wedding from afar. We met in person once to check out the venue and once for design and food. Everything else was done via Skype and email. The wedding was beautiful, stress free, and our guests had so much fun. The photos we received of the wedding and reception are amazing and capture how much fun was had. I cannot day enough about how easy it all was from showing up to a decorated wedding venue to being kept on schedule, to the far to underrated ease of being able to leave after the wedding and not worry about anything. Secondly i would like to mention how accommodating and thoughtful the staff is, from the very first meeting to the very last ever person i met with listened to exactly what my vision for my wedding and made it come to life. John the owner of Bella Sera was extremely understanding and flexible about payment arrangements and budget and they honestly have a package for every persons budget. Austin who was my event manager was incredible and so so helpful, always taking time to respond to emails, texts and phone calls right away and answering any questions that came up right away. They came to me to make decisions and then did all the work to make it happen down to every last detail including allowing me to bring in additional decor that wasn't included in my package and setting it all up for me. it was completely stress free time leading up to the wedding and i never had to wonder what was going on because the communication was so awesome. When it was time for the big day again they did not disappoint. Austin was by my side the whole day and made everything go according to plan.. he was so helpful he even helped me switch into to tennis shoes halfway through the night and packed me a to go plate from our chocolate fountain because the night was so busy i didn't get a chance to grab anything. I can not say enough good things about him. He is great at what he does. Id also like to mention the photographer, Andrea, Once again she was awesome capturing beautiful photos from our engagement pictures all the way up until our big day and our sparkler send off which she was willing to shoot twice so we could get some photos that included our two kiddos. She was professional talented and we will be continuing to use her as our family photographer in the future. The food was amazing, the dj was amazing, the bartender was amazing and everyone catered to exactly what we needed and gave us a completely stress free wedding of our dreams. I cannot recommend them enough. Our only complaint is that its over and we don't get to do it again. If you're getting married in Colorado go with the Bella Sera event center. I promise you wont be disappointed

We are still hearing that it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever been too. It ran smoothly and Austin kept things moving perfectly ! Food was outstanding and decor was stunning. But the Bella Sera truly did such an amazing job at helping out with all the small details and giving us advice from their experiences with so many weddings they’ve seen go right and go wrong. In other words they know what to do and what not to do. They’re staff and the vendors they are connected with ALL did their part and such a stellar job at their job that it all flowed perfectly like a well oiled machine, like the harmony of a symphony. I’ve been to many weddings and I must say, not because it was mine, but my wedding is the best most fun wedding I have ever seen. Their DJ, Enrique, was so good at MC’ing the night with such a diverse crowd that we had, that everyone was having a blast. We had members of our English speaking church, people from Mexico that don’t speak English or go to church, and Enrique did a wonderful job of getting everyone involved and informed. Austin, our wedding coordinator was a professional all the way, what a stud. He kept us on track from beginning to end, and I must say his calm temperament coupled with his attention to keeping everyone on schedule made the whole night flow very well. His service was just wonderful. The last and perhaps one of the most important details I want to add is that their actual event center is gorgeous, it’s super aesthetically pleasing and the decorations were like something out of a movie. I HIGHLY recommend the Bella Sera for any wedding.

wn celebration gives you anxiety - have no fear. Bella Sera is here. They organized EVERYTHING I didn't want to deal with. We went with the Italiano package which included it all. They even created a champagne glass pyramid for the toast at our request and provided a caricaturist to entertain the guests during pictures. Our guests were absolutely astonished with the opulence our venue created. But above all and MOST important to us both, was our personal coordinator Austin. That man deserves an award. Not only did he keep the flower girls entertained with bubbles before the ceremony, not only did he find space for our tardy guests, not only did he direct the quartet to their places, and make time for a first touch, and get the wedding party our smoking cocktails, and arrange sparklers for farewell, and arrange our flower delivery, and our cake delivery, and last minute finishing touches, AND make sure we were fed - but he did so with the most calming voice and delicate demeanor. Were we running behind schedule? I don't know! Because it didn't matter. Because Austin was taking care of it. Because even if we were, I never worried. Why? Because Austin was there to walk us through it. He asked us questions, took and gave direction without a moments hesitation - all with poise and decorum. If that man ever does experience stress or annoyance like the rest of us, you'd never ever know it. My husband and I owe all our peace of mind to Austin. Our wedding would not and could not have been half as magical without him. Thank you Bella Sera for giving me memories to last a lifetime. I'll never forget them.

Our coordinator always kept us in the loop on the bar tab and guided us through all the events during the evening. All we had to do was show up and have a good time. r winter wonderland vision become a reality. Our decorations were absolutely phenomenal, although more fresh flowers were expected. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the total experience. We have consistently heard from many of our guests that this was "The best wedding they've ever been to." That was our goal! My husband and I loved how grand the event center was from our very first visit. We instantly decided on the Bella Sera once we spoke with the owners, and we realized how they were so passionate about what they do. Being a two groom wedding, The Bella Sera really accommodated our requests for not so "traditional" wedding practices, but were still really able to keep the atmosphere of our wedding elegant and somewhat customary. We really appreciated their LGBT friendly attitudes and atmosphere. We decided on the Bellisimo package, the highest priced and best package that the event center had to offer. We really liked the idea of having an all inclusive wedding and it really relieved a lot of extra stress that we didn't need, considering we live out of state. We were very pleased with everything that we received from this package, with just a few minor exceptions including the minimal FRESH floral inclusion, our smoking cocktails were absolutely amazing, unfortunately 20+ of our guests were told that they ran out and they were disappointed, when we paid for one for everyone. Finally, our smores bar was such a great idea we loved it! Although, again many of our guests were also not able to experience this because they ran out of chocolate for quite a while. Those are the only reasons we give 4 of 5 stars, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating from us. We were provided several wedding planners from the event center, Alisha, Julie, and Austin and these people were absolutely fantastic. Being able to get into contact with them was so easy considering that we do not live in the Denver area or in Colorado. So we are very appreciative for all of their help and efforts that went into making our special day stress free and flow perfectly without any hiccups. We would recommend The Bella Sera to anyone looking to have an absolutely beautiful wedding or event. Thanks again!

It's so convenient when both the ceremony and reception are in one place. I can't stress enough how fantastic the Bella Sera team is! They are very personable in every way. They made my wedding day wonderful, stress-free, and fun for everyone involved! We have received non-stop praise from our guests because of how organized everything is, how delicious the food was, and how much fun they had. If you are planning a wedding and haven't checked out Bella Sera, you are missing out. We highly recommend it. :)

ce. One word CHEESY! When we arrived it had been snowing, my fiance slipped twice on their sidewalks because they hadnt salted them. No one greeted us at the door, let alone knew who was giving us a tour. The blonde gal who ended up showing us around sat my fiance and I down for 15 mins telling us how at Bella Sera, " they aren't cookie cutter, and really care about the bride and groom." So after asking my fiance and I 2 questions she felt like she really knew us. As we continued our she kept calling my fiance by the wrong name, after we corrected her several times. Where the bride got dressed looked like a fitting room from JCPENNEY. The room where the Groom got ready was painted black, but don't worry they offered you a beer tour of 5 beers to soothe your nerves. By this point all I could think was the WTF am I witnessing? People actually have weddings here!?! We traveled down to the main floor where the lady told us how at Bella Sera they wanna wow the guest, by so doing they offer a bubble machine. Yup the same bubble machine you got when you attended your 6th grade school dance. Don't worry if that doesn't impress them, walking in to the song "Be Our Guest" from the movie Beauty and the Beast will. At the end of the tour, she sat is back down to show us even more wow factors, such as the god awful center pieces, with the finest plastic rhinestone hand picked from the Dollar Tree. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. They have a hanging cake, if your theme for your wedding wasn't 50 shades of hanging cake, it is now. So Bella Sera I wasn't WOWED like I read online I was WTFed.

We met Julie in the beginning and she went over every last detail in our event production meeting, making sure the centerpieces, candles, chairs, place setting, the whole dinner table looked just as we wanted it. They are so helpful with great ideas and tons of choices, there's really no limitation on what they have! Our sweetheart table was just adorable. The uplighting, hanging cake table, chandeliers, everything was just so much more than we could have even wanted when we first starting planning or looking into venues. Everyone was WOWED! The created our ceremony space to be a beautiful winter wonderland with vases of blue water, snow, and white trees, with a romantic background, and flowers on pillars behind us. The guests noticed everything, every detail. Even the pretty bows on the chairs. We had many guests tell us the food was great, so it's not just good at your tasting, it's great on the day of as well! Austin had to deal with my many emails and did with such grace; they are always there to help and communicate, very easy to get a hold of for any questions (and I had a lot!) They go above and beyond to help make your day as stress free as possible! The day of coordinator is an invaluable addition to the packages you can pick from. Christina (SP :/) was a joy to work with. What a gem! Thank you! Not only does the venue itself have wonderful staff, but the packages include DJ AND photography! Dj Joe was so wonderful to work with. Andrea was our photographer. She was amazing with our engagement pictures, going to shoot pictures with my horses, and as she showed us a few of the wedding pics on the day, we are so excited to get them in a few weeks! She did a fantastic job and all her pictures are stunning. She's so patient as well, and makes sure YOU look perfect in the pictures. There's so much positive to say, I'm running out of adjectives! I would only recommend getting married this way, at a venue that takes care of almost everything, with the knowledgeable and competent staff. Our guests described it as a fairy tale wedding. They know how to make a production of it and your guests will love it, and there are so many options, they've really got it all. Not only is it a pretty place, with great staff, and super vendors, but the price is so reasonable! (Cheap even!) But it doesn't feel or look it! They will work with you and try their best to give you everything to fit within budget. The WOW factors are so worth it though! Guests loved the photo booth ( we loved the book at the end of the night!) the sparkler send off is magical, the smoking cocktails were a big hit, and the entire schedule of how things flow makes for an entertaining event the whole time. You'll love it! You're guests will be wowed by it! It's so easy to have a wedding with them! Thank you Bella Sera Staff for making our special day amazing! Just WOW!
