On the day of our wedding, our original photographer (Francis S. - Phoenix) unexpectedly canceled, but Bellagalla handled the situation flawlessly. They had a standby photographer ready to go, ensuring that everything stayed on schedule. Evan B. (Phoenix), our backup photographer, was absolutely AMAZING! He stepped in at the last minute with such professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. From helping pose us to adjusting my dress and veil for the perfect shots, he made everything effortless and fun. He also worked seamlessly with our families and guests, making sure every special moment was captured beautifully. In addition, Bellagalla quickly secured a last-minute second shooter, and Krissy J. (Phoenix) was an absolute blessing! She was kind, caring, and incredibly efficient with our timeline. Not only did she continuously check in on us throughout the night, but she was also out on the dance floor with our guests, capturing priceless moments with so much energy and joy. We truly cannot rave enough about Evan B. and Krissy J. Their love for their work shines through in everything they do, making the entire photography experience easy, natural, and so much fun for us and our guests. On such a stressful day, every conversation we had with Bruce was such a calming and reassuring experience. He made us feel so special and captured every moment perfectly. He also shot a couple of our best friend's weddings, and they all have the same feelings about him! If you need a Photographer for ANY occasion, Bruce is your guy!

ay! Bruce is extremely organized (like I like it) and very creative. His ideas for poses were comfortable and natural. His personality was the best! I’m thinking about booking him again for another event. Charles Browne was my videographer—-and let’s just say they were a great team!! He was very eager to capture all my special moments and even gave me (the Bride) a couple opportunities to not be directed but just be natural in front of the camera —-remember both of their names when considering booking for your special day.

put a slight damper on things. During the reception he was constantly getting shots of all the important moments and of everyone on the dance floor having a good time. He was incredibly kind and always made sure to ask if we needed anything on top of taking pictures. He was so nice and easy to talk to and made us feel like we were instant friends. We haven't gotten our photos back yet but I can only imagine how amazing and beautiful they will be! We feel so happy and lucky to have had Bruce there to capture and share our special night with us!

. We don’t officially have photos yet but the few we previewed were great. We got 8 hours of coverage for 1600 and it was definitely worth it.

nd that is exactly what I received at a VERY REASONABLE price. Jonathan was very graceful, he got beautiful shots and he also worked really well with our photographer. I have been watching my videos over and over since receiving them. When I was a child, my parents had a wedding video similar to what I received on a VHS and I would watch it all the time thinking "I want my children to see my wedding". I couldn't ask for more. During our initial meetings, Jonathan was very attentive, asked lots of questions, we also provided him with loads of information and he managed to balance all of that during our special day. He is very kind and has the right amount of energy that I would want in a videographer. During our day, we had personal vows that we read to each other during our first look. Jonathan tried to record our voices but the street noise was too loud and would pick up lots of passing cars, my husband and I had the tech to re-record our vows and he was able to edit in our vows with the recording from the day seamlessly. Editing skills 10/10. Would recommend!!!

ed with Kristin for our engagement and wedding photography. She was such a joy to work with! She made both us of feel extremely comfortable and posed us in ways that felt totally natural! She also worked very well with our friends and family at the wedding. I was so impressed with how quickly our pictures came back and they were all stunning! I never really liked "over-edited" photos and ours were beautifully edited! They all looked very natural and gorgeous! For our wedding video, we worked with Jonathan who was so much fun to work with! He was very responsive leading up to the day and was very open to any ideas I had. The day of he was very animated and made us laugh throughout filming! We haven't gotten it back yet, but I am so excited to watch it! I have no doubt Jonathan did an amazing job.

re the wedding and the client care coordinator worked with us to help us find a replacement very quickly. She also consistently checked in with us throughout the process to see if there was anything wrong needed. Joel was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and got so many pictures. I can't wait to see the end results. I was just speaking with my mom a couple days after the wedding and she was telling me that he was literally EVERYWHERE and to be completely honest, I barely noticed him at all. I can't wait to see the final product!

We also had a second photographer named Pat. He worked well with Bruce and the entire family loved him as well. He deserves gold stars as well.

I really appreciate Heather N. and the fact that she was so helpful during the whole process. She even rode with us to a different spot (within the same park) so we could get some photos in a place my husband and I would hang out in in high school. I would definitely recommend them, and especially Heather!

ame quickly and were very pretty. My time with Kristin was very pleasant and she helped me capture the pictures I wanted as much as she could. My only complaint was that she is very quiet and I wished she took a little more lead with my bridal party and the timeline. We got behind and I had to keep insuring we were in time. Also very very sad I only ended up getting 3 photos of my husband and I facing the camera. Brides make sure to take more of you both looking then the kissing, posing photos. Maryam was the 2nd photographer and I was less impressed. She didn’t direct the guys at all on when to be ready, where to go, etc. She needed a lot of direction and had to sit down a lot during the day. In my ceremony photos she’s standing in the background right in the way. A lot of her photos are very blurry and not as good as Kristin’s. She was the lower level photographer so I’m sure she has room to grow! Pros- Nice to work with Great Prices and Deals Big Company Quick Turn around Good Quality 700 photos in 7 hrs 2 photographers Cons- No Sneak Peek photos I had to reach out about final photos Little direction given (to many posing photos) No research was done on the area or where was best to take photos (like we were told) I had to have all the areas planned out and push for different shots in different locations

ned a photographer (Lina H. of KC MO) and a coordinator (Gabby M) from client services to oversee everything for my daughter's wedding photography. Last week we received an email from Gabby stating that they had cancelled our contract and refunded our money; an EMAIL! When I tried to contact her, she refused to take my calls and I was instead contacted by their Operations Manager (Mike H.) who made lots of excuses and said numerous time "We refunded your money". Bottom line, due to a "clerical error", they didn't have a photographer available when they issued and signed the contract, processed our payment, and assigned a coordinator to us. These people are a national organization and yet they failed to realize the photographer assigned to us was not taking bookings through 2022 and she failed to update her calendar to reflect that. To make matters worse, finding a wedding photographer this late was almost impossible. We even told 2 other photographers, now unavailable, that we did not need their services because we had a contract with Bellegala. We have since been contacted by a vendor that had a cancellation, but we are paying double what we had budgeted. What makes me most angry is that instead of reaching out with a phone call to explain the problem and show support to a bride, they just sent an email to notify us they were cancelling the contract. That action was dismissive and rude, not to mention unprofessional. A phone call, while not solving the problem, would have reflected a company that genuinely cares about the brides they are working with.

en sharing photos with family and friends who were unable to attend e of my aunts texted a screen shot and said “I can hear your laugh when I look at the photo”. It truly was the best day and Maryam was able to somehow capture that within our photos. I will look back at these images and be able to remember how I felt on my wedding day for the rest of my life and for that I cannot thank her enough.

er, was fantastic. We met with her for an engagement photoshoot at our venue site and she was so easy to work with. She gave great tips on how to pose, but also gave us free reign to pose however we chose to. She was super communicative and easy to chat with. When we needed a picture rushed, Bellagala authorized for her to edit a photo for us to use for our wedding invitations while they (Bellagala) finished editing the rest of the set. Heather was also our photographer for the actual wedding and she was again fantastic and super easy to work with. We emailed back and forth several times before the wedding to work out a schedule and to discuss the key photos we wanted. Even when we fell behind schedule on the bride and girls getting on site, Heather spent the time making sure she captured detail photos and venue photos. She was very efficient and I can't wait to see all the wonderful photos she captured. I would love to work with Heather again someday.

n been 24 hours and she has already reached out to us. Mariah, our videographer was also very kind and put us at ease. She blended well into the background getting some amazing footage, I’m sure of it. My review can’t reflect their work, as we won’t revive this for 4-6 weeks. The ONLY reason I did not score a 5 star, is not due to either of these ladies, but this states it is for “bellagala” and unfortunately our secondary photographer was a no-show. I have no doubt the company will make this right. I will try to make a follow up review once footage, photos, and the one issue we had is resolved. I’m sure it will then be a SIX out of five star.
