Bella's Bridal

My experience at Bella's goes all the way back to prom dress shopping. Even then I knew I would get my dream wedding dress from Bella's. They made wedding dress shopping such an easy and memorable experience. We also chose Bella's for our bridesmaid dresses and we were equally as pleased! I am so thankful for Bella's Bridal!

The options at Bella’s were numerous, which can be overwhelming if you don’t have help, but the customer service and attentiveness to me as a bride was PERFECT. I ended up finding my dream dress that was the last one, only size available, and the “try-on” dress, but Bella’s still made it a perfect option for me and a very memorable day!

I had a great experience at Bella’s! The staff was helpful and organized! I was impressed by their selection of wedding gowns. There was a nice variety! Found exactly what I wanted!

They were absolutely fantastic! They worked within my budget and didn't try to push the limit. They understood the stress of waiting when it came to ordering the dress. Would definitely go back!

I absolutely loved my experience with Bella's! Destiny was so helpful and actually was the one that found my dream dress. My dress came in earlier than planned, and they had a wonderful selection of dresses to pick from!

When it came to finding the perfect dress, they were wonderful! Everything after that though, went downhill... First, they give you the ship date confirmation that the factory gives them, but they refuse to follow up with them (we were concerned about if it would get in on time since the ship date was only 3 months before our wedding). Thankfully, it came in around the time given, and we got the bridal portraits scheduled and the alterations going (I didn’t need much, so this probably helped in the long scheme of things). Secondly, they will not let you come in on Saturday to do anything, unless you’re there to find your dress. This was difficult for me since I lived out of town and work a full-time job. I had to take time away from my work to come up on a weekday to simply try on the dress and pay the remaining balance. I, also , was going to have to make another trip, on a weekday, to simply come pick up my dress...my mother had to go get the dress so I didn’t have to miss more work, and they tried to tell her that they normally don’t give the dress to anyone except the bride (I had already emailed Cindy to inform her that my mother would be getting my dress). Regardless, my mom made it back with my beautiful wedding dress. Overall, they are great when it comes to finding your perfect dress! But other than that, they lack the common curtesy that should come with an establishment of this sort. They need to be able to work with their brides more, especially the ones who do not live within the Lubbock area.

I had a memorable experience here. I made an appointment about a week out and told them that I was a military bride and needed a dress for my wedding in two days. They were super accommodating to me making sure they pulled out all the dresses I wanted to try. Laura was my consultant and she was simply fabulous. She knew so much about every dress. By the end, she brought out one more that I just knew I wouldn't like but it ended be "the one." A little out of my price range but I couldn't leave there without it so my family split it three ways. It was perfect and everyone was so sweet. Thank you, Bella's and especially Laura!

I loved my experience at Bella's. I felt so well taken care of--we were never rushed and had a wonderful day! The staff really took my thoughts into consideration and helped me find the perfect dress. Since I live out of state, their storage and steaming in house was really helpful to! I went dress shopping at two other stores in Lubbock, one a big chain that will remain nameless and another boutique shop, and Bella's outshone them by far! Keeping it local is worth it.

Everything about Bella's service was wonderful. The staff was sweet and patient, had an eye for what I was interested in, and helped guide me to the right dress. They placed the order and when I asked if the dress could come in earlier than originally picked, helped me to make that happen. The two pressings I got made the dress look fantastic and they took good care of it while it was in their storage. My only complaint is the seamstress they recommended. I'll leave a full review on her page, but the recommendation came highly regarded and turned out to be a rather large disappointment. However, this is not at the fault of anyone at Bella's and I would absolutely shop at Bella's again for a special occasion.

Bella's was WONDERFUL! From start to finish, they made the wedding dress process so easy. Briana catered to my every need and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place!

Bella’s is the BEST!!! I found the dress of my dreams here! I got so many compliments on it & had tons of people asking me where it was from! Would 100% recommend to any future brides!!!

Everything went great at first. I found my dream dress and was happy with the service. I put down a large portion of the cost and had a small balance left. With the dress ordered a few weeks later I received a confirmation email that my dress would be in June 29th. Well the next thing I know I receive another email saying my dress was in 3 months early and payment was due immediately. When discussing details about ordering the dress I was told that the confirmation date was extremely accurate and was caught by surprise that the dress came in so early. I felt like I was being rushed because of this. Other than this I was pleased with the service.

We found this place online after the one I originally planned turned out to be a flop. I had a great experience here and they had a wide variety of dress styles. My consultant was AMAZING and I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Bella's Bridal. I went to so many bridal stores and was having a hard time finding a dress. Last minute I made an appointment at Bella's and it was the best decision! I had to go to the appointment by myself because none of my bridesmaids or family lived close to me, but my bridal consultant, Megan, helped make sure I didn't feel alone! Megan was so patient with me, helped me take pictures to send to my bridesmaids, and even gave me friendly advice on which dress she liked best. Not only did I buy my wedding dress there but I also got all my bridesmaid dresses at Bella's. Megan was once again amazing handling all my issues with bridesmaid dresses (including all my bridesmaids living in different cities, not filling out paperwork correctly, and a bridesmaid dropping out last minute). All I had to do was give her all the names and numbers and the dress I chose. I could not have asked for anything more from Bella's! Definitely the best bridal store in Lubbock!

I came into Bella's not sure what kind of dress I was looking for. As I tried on several dresses the staff picked up on what I liked and eventually we found the perfect dress! I felt so comfortable and welcome! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I went into Bellas just to look and get prices but then nobody was there so I just decided to try on dresses. Laura found the perfect dress for me and was so helpful and kind. All of the workers there's and inviting and very humble.

Bellas was the first place I went shopping for my dress, and my experience was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and very intuitive on finding dresses that matched my style. I found my dress, and couldn't be happier. I LOVE it!

This was the most important day other than my wedding. An after getting the run around and double booking at "David's Bridal" I went to "Bellas". They staff is super friendly, carrying and attentive. They walk you through each and every step of buying your dream dress an dressing you bridesmaids an flower girl. I couldn't of asked for a more positive and perfect place to buy my dream dress.

I absolutely loved Bella's! They made my wedding dress hunt easy and really took the time to help make my vision a reality. I really appreciate my consultant Natalie and everything she did to help me she was very patient. The only thing I didn't like about Bella's was the fact that they email you when your dress and accessories come in. Seeing that I live out of town and travelled to purchase my gown and veil there I would have appreciated it if they would have at least called me to tell me my gown and veil came in. Overall I would highly recommend them!

I 💜💜 Bella's!!!! We have shopped with Bella's for over 10 years, from 8th grade banquet to My daughters wedding gown. We don't even look at other shops because Bella's has always taking really good care of us. The answers you ask always have a honest response and Bella's as not failed us yet. I work in retail and honesty is the best policy. My family will continue to use Bella's for all our formal and wedding needs. I have 4 daughters and each girl will buy their gown's from Bella's. We love Cindy and her daughter Brianna, everything we walk in the shop these girls know are names . We are always so excited to go shopping for our next gown. Bella's Thank you for being the best Prom and Bridal shop in Lubbock Texas. Did we mention that we are from Amarillo and we will always make the drive to shop with the BEST!!!

I loved working with Bella's! I shopped around quite a bit because I could not find "THE" dress and had less than wonderful experiences at other stores, but that was never the case at Bella's. Each associate I worked with was incredibly attentive, dedicated to keeping me in my budget, and listened carefully to my dress preferences. This led to me ultimately finding a gorgeous dress that made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I highly recommend Bella's!

I came here after having a bad experience at another bridal salon, and was very nervous about whether I'd be able to find "my dress" at all. This place and the staff are top notch, especially Meagan, my consultant. Every moment I've spent here as well as every phone call and email to them have been as kind and professional as I could possibly imagine. I would recommend Bella's to anyone looking for a bridal gown, prom dress or bridesmaids dresses.

I loved everything about Bella's! Great services through my entire experience! I felt I was very well taken care of and cindy was very supportive through the whole thing! Sadly I won't be buying another wedding dress from them 😁 But I will highly recommend to all future brides !!!

So very happy that I setup an appointment here! Brianna is absolutely wonderful and made finding the right dress super easy for me. I had originally come in with somewhat of a set mind of the style I wanted, soI never would of thought to try on the perfect dress I picked if she hadn't listened to my opinions and taken all the little things I liked about other dresses and picked the one that had them all. She was also very budget conscious for us as well, there never was a dress I tried on that she didn't tell us the price. She also picked the most fantastic belt (I am beyond in love) for me and it was even 75% off! She was a wonderful consultant and made shopping for this super fun. I would definitely recommend this over other Salons, if only for the wonderful intimacy of their employees.

This bridal boutique is the absolute best bridal shop I have ever stepped foot in. The atmosphere and employees are so inviting and from the moment you step in the door, you can tell that this will be an experience to remember. The shop and decor is beautiful, and they have countless dresses on display throughout the shop. They'll sit you down and have you look through a book that contains every single dress they have in stock (they keep them all tucked away in a closet so they're protected and kept in pristine condition for off-the-floor purchases) so you can really see what these dresses look like on someone, versus simply on a hanger. Once you select your dresses, your consultant will go get them for you and then you are led back to the bridal suites. They're the biggest bridal suites I have ever seen, complete with big, comfy couches for your entourage and a pedestal for you to stand on along with huge mirrors and an expansive area that allows everyone to move around easily. You get an entire hour and a half long appointment where you will get to try on as many dresses as you need to, and Bella's consultants are the most knowledgeable and experienced girls in the business. They know exactly what they're talking about, are willing and capable to answer any and all your questions, and make excellent suggestions. They really care about your style, budget, and all the other little details. They are flexible with payments and always try to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Bella's is truly the best in the bridal business, and I'd highly recommend going straight to them without wasting time elsewhere.

Bella's was absolutely amazing. This shop is the BEST bridal shop in Lubbock Texas. The lines this boutique carries are some of the very best. We bought the Brides gown, Mothers gowns, Bridesmaids and flower girls here too!!!! We also have been buying Prom gowns here for years!!! WE LOVE BELLA'S!!!

Bella's helped me find the perfect dress! Plus, the dress I ended up going with was discounted. The seamstress they work with, Gail, is absolutely astounding - and also completely willing to work with your schedule, even down to lacing you up on wedding day. I recommend this boutique to anyone.

This store has an amazing atmosphere and great high quality dresses to choose from! Went to 5 others stores and Bella's Bridal had the absolute best service and tell you enough about how beautiful the dresses are! Had a great experience, said YES to the dress and highly recommend this store!

First off I want to say that I am not the Bride, I am a Bride however and chose to buy my dress at a shop in Georgetown, TX. Although, I likely would have come to Bella's if I did not have that option. My first experience with Bellas was FANTASTIC! Breanna was so attentive to my sister and had her budget in mind the whole time. My sister ended up picking a beautiful sale dress off the rack for $500 and taking it to their alterations lady, Gail, to have it brought down about 10 sizes. She looked stunning on her wedding day. After this experience I decided to refer another friend to try Bellas. I myself had gone into another store in town called, Bliss, and was disappointed with the whole store. Other friends of mine got their dresses from David's Bridal, so the choice was clear that my friend needed to check out Bella's. She was also pleased with her the dress she found and her experience. We even liked the bridesmaid dresses the best from there, out of the David's Bridal options. However, the bride had shown all the bridesmaids what styles we could order as long as it was coral. I ordered a cute Mori Lee straight skirt dress, the rest of the girls ordered full skirt dress. Since I was the only one that ordered something different they changed my order without even telling me. $200 later, out of my own pocket. The consultant stated that she called me to change the style of the dress and I didn't answer, but she also did not leave a voicemail. I was furious. Unfortunately, there was too little time to change the dress to a style that better suited me, but Bella's did offer to pay for the alterations to make the dress into a sweatheart. Luckily I trust the allterations woman they use, I am even bringing my bridal gown to her. This post may or may not help future buyers. But as advice to Bella's, yes this is the Bride's day, but please be respectful of people's money. All it took was a voicemail and I would have called right back to pick a style that better suited me. I do not know if I will refer to Bella's after this incident. If I do, I will probably just tell the Bride to look elsewhere for Bridesmaid dresses. To all brides: Go to Dillards, or somewhere else you can buy formal dresses. It is WAY cheaper.

Bella's was the perfect place to get my wedding dress! Breanna is amazing! She was so friendly, sweet, and knew exactly what I wanted. I loved my dress and the price! I would recommend this store and Breanna to everyone. They have a wide selection of dresses so everyone can find exactly what they want.

I went in with a budget under $1200 and when I stated that it was under $1200 I was immediately was told that I was being unreasonable. When I turned to my mother and said “Maybe we should go to somewhere else” the lady immediately began putting down other Bridal Shops. When I was about to walk out the door, the lady said “Let me see what we have on the sale rack in the back.” She came out with one bridal dress and two bridesmaid dresses that came in white; all still out of my budget. Willing to try to work with her, I tried on the Brides dress and somewhat smiled. Immediately, she began pushing the dress on me as if it were “the one.” When I began to second guess it, she put a $200 belt on it to help enhance the dress which made it even more out of my price range. Not to mention, a few years ago, I got a Bridesmaid dress there and the alterations were expensive, took forever, and they never got it right until about 4 try’s later (all which I had to pay for). I thought I would give them a second chance by trying on bridal dresses there, which was a mistake. I didn’t feel like a bride. I felt pushed in a corner with no options to what I really wanted. She pushed one actual dress on me and that was it. I was so disappointed with them that I remember walking out thinking I was never going to find the right dress. I don’t recommend them at all! If you actually want to feel like a Bride and not just a cheap dress up doll, I say go find another bridal shop. It’s not worth it!

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie at Bella's. If you can request a specialist for your fitting, request her! She's the absolute best. So patient and has a great eye for both what you want and what will look great on you. She was incredible to work with as I had a hard time deciding between two dresses. She picked out a veil that was absolutely perfect on the first try. She was great to only select dresses that were within my budget and that would be available for my wedding day. I shopped at two other bridal stores in Lubbock, and Bella's was far and above better than those two stores. The dressing rooms are big, clean, and there's comfy seats for your guests to wait in while you try your dress on. Choosing my dress was one of the most fun and memorable parts of planning my wedding and Bella's (and Stephanie) played a huge role in that!

I cannot say enough nice things about Bella's! Their dress selection is better than anyone else in Lubbock (I tried them all), and the service is amazing. My consultant, Briana, was so helpful when choosing the dress, all the way until I picked up the dress the week of the wedding. Their price points are competitive with all the other bridal stores. I even got my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses there as well. I would recommend Bella's to any new bride! Wonderful experience!

Bellas Bridal was very helpful. When we showed up for our appointment we were told we only had an hour and a half...sorry but who can find their wedding dress in an hour and a half!? It takes 15 minutes to get one on and off. My family traveled from Wyoming to Lubbock just for this occasion. When we explained this to the bridal consultant she made it so that we had a 3 hour block. It was very nice of her to work with our schedule and allow us more time. The only complaint i have is that no one notified me when my dress came in and shipped out to Wyoming. I waited and waited to hear from someone because they told me my dress would be in the first of March. Finally i called about March 10th and they said it had already been shipped out to Wyoming. I would have appreciated a call or email just notifying me that my dress had made it in. It is a large expense and a very important piece to a brides wedding. Other than that i am very satisfied with Bellas and would recommend it to anyone in Lubbock.

This place is wonderful. They have a great variety of dresses to choose from and the staff is super knowledgeable. They worked with me to find my perfect dress and even helped me out since I needed to walk out of the store with it. (We had a fast wedding, no it wasn't shot gun.) Great options and fabulous staff.

I had an awesome experience at Bella's. They were very professional and great to work with. It was exactly what I expected when I thought about shopping for a wedding dress.

I got my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses at Bella's and they were beautiful. Everything was received in a timely manner. The only problem was with the bridesmaids' dresses; some of the bridesmaids called in their measurements because they were out of the city, but their dresses were ordered WAY too big. 3 of them had to have them taken in over 10 inches. Other than that, the service and quality were great!

My dress came from Bella's and I was very pleased! They were great to work with and I was really happy with my dress and appointment.

I am a size 2. They wanted to order me an 8. I understand dress sizes are different but it was ridiculous. I had to sign a paper saying I wanted to at least order a 6. It came in and it was huge!! I trusted that they knew what they were doing but I was wrong. I should have insisted they order much smaller especially since it was a corset back. Also, their customer service wasn't great.. They didn't want to help me with bridesmaids dresses and the person I worked with wasn't very friendly. They also thought I was dumb for shopping in feb when my wedding was in august. They acted like they were going to do me a great favor getting a dress so fast. Anyway, if you go there don't let them over size you. My dress I picked was beautiful. After being altered to death to fit.

I actually ended up finding my dress when I was shopping by myself. the gals at bella's were very helpful, very nice, and patient with the ridiculous amount of dresses I tried on. Plus every time I went back to try my dress on, my original consultant would come in to help me. Very personal service, and they has good advice about the dress, color, and accessories, as well as how to ship my dress.

Bella's was they third bridal store I went shopping at. And they did have a great selection of dresses. They also had the designer books so that you could look at other dresses that they didn't have in stock. I liked this because a lot of bridal store refuse to tell you who designed your dress because they don't want to you find it somewhere else cheaper. So I liked that they would tell you who each dress was made by. They were also realistic in the delivery time and were pretty accurate about when my dress would be delivered. They do not have alterations onsite. Although they work a lot with an alterations shop right next door, called Stitch-to-fit. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Bella's. I had all my bridesmaids go in at the same time to pick out and order the dresses, and when it came time to get the measurements for the dresses, the associate just measured each girl out in the main lobby. I wish she would have taken each girl into a private dressing room because sometimes we girls can be embarrassed about our weight and don't want all the other bridesmaids to know what size you have to order. The staff got the job done, and they worked hard, but they weren't overly friendly. I also liked that you can store your dress at their shop and "check it out" as many time as you need to and take it back as many time as you need to till the big day. I also ordered my veil and had my shoes died from Bella's and they did a good job.

I loved all the dresses the store had to offer. They really had a great selection and were better than some of the stores I looked at in Dallas! I ended up choosing a couture dress that was absolutely beautiful! They have someone there named Tiffany that is absolutely wonderful and very nice!
