Anna took over this establishment in 2016 with 13 years of wedding industry experience, including owning a bridal consignment shop and running a wedding planning and coordination business. As well as operating Belle Bridal, she still runs these two companies, giving her an incredible depth of knowledge of all things related to weddings. Anna makes sure to stay on top of the ever-changing trends in the market.

Absolutely the worst bridal shop experience imaginable for my close friend.
The bride was charged $300 more for her dress without any warning being told that the cost previously discussed was the “sample” price, and to add insult to injury, she was hit with a shipping fee despite having to drive over three hours to pick it up herself. They didn’t mention these costs until after she had already paid—completely unprofessional and sneaky.
Communication was nonexistent; every attempt she made to get help was met with silence. There’s no way to reach them by phone, just text and they do not reply. When finally picking up the dress, it wasn’t in the expected condition—missing button caps and not even pressed. This place is a complete disaster. Save yourself the headache and find a shop that values its customers.
If I could give this bridal shop zero stars, I would. I recently had the most frustrating experience with Belle Bridal that I feel compelled to share. After selecting my dress, I was charged $300 more than the price tag, was charged for $150 shipping, despite the fact that I ended up having to pick it up myself, driving four hours to do so, and my dress not being in perfect condition, missing buttons and button caps.
I attempted to contact the store multiple times over several weeks after purchasing my dress, but my calls and messages went unanswered.
Finally getting the notice that my dress was in, I made arrangements to pick up my dress where the owner only gave me a 2 hour notice of when to come and pick up my dress. When I went to pickup my dress at the locations I purchased my dress at, I came to find the store was permanently closed. After 30 minutes of attempting to get in contact with the store, I received a text message stating that my dress was 4 hours north of where I purchased my dress. I felt forced to make the long drive in hopes of picking up my dress and resolving the issue in person. Unfortunately, when I arrived the dress was not pressed the manager was not there, and I was left with no other option but to leave a message. Once again, I received no follow-up after a weeks of reaching out.
This lack of communication and accountability was incredibly disappointing, especially during such an important time. I expected better service from a bridal store, and I would caution others to consider their options carefully.
I had a very disappointing experience with this business, which mistreated my friend (the bride) in multiple ways. She was charged more for her dress than initially agreed upon, plus an extra fee for shipping, despite the dress not being shipped to her location. When she showed up for her appt to pick up the dress, there was no one there. They did not communicate with her that she would have to drive to a different store. To make matters worse, the store they made her drive to (where she did not buy the dress) was a 3+ hour drive.
When she showed up to the store, there was zero appreciation for her. The dress was also not prepared, it was wrinkly and not pressed.
The owner also engaged in manipulative behavior, playing mind games with her instead of providing straightforward customer service. When my friend requested to speak with the manager about her concerns, she never received a response. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and no one deserves to be treated this way. I cannot recommend this business based on our experience — there are far better options out there that treat their customers with the respect they deserve.
Loved my experience at Belle Bridal. My attendant, Cheyanne, was helpful, honest, patient and kind. She walked me through each step (process-wise and *literally* into each dress). They had a wonderful selection with reasonable prices! 10/10 would recommend.
