Belle en Blanc Bridal

t and helpful and she found me the perfect dresses to try on that were exactly my style!! and I got the perfect dress that I never imagined to find in Billings Montana! I would recommend booking a private dress session (49$) at Belle en Blanc to any bride especially with Vicky!! They give you the sweetest gifts and the 49 dollars for the appointment is so worth it for the peaceful experience!! Such a great experience!!!!

ed as $500 off a regular-price wedding dress. On August 17, 2026, I went to the boutique for my wedding dress try-on appointment. My friend had paid for the deluxe appointment, and when I arrived, I mentioned the gift certificate I had won. The staff looked it up for me, so they were aware of the certificate from the very beginning of my appointment. I paid half of the cost that day and fully intended to use my $500 gift certificate toward the remaining balance. At no point during my appointment, when the dress was selected, when I made my deposit, or afterward was I told that the dress I chose would not qualify for the gift certificate. Had I been told this at the time, I could have made an informed decision about whether to purchase the dress or choose another one that qualified. Then, completely unexpectedly, I was contacted on a weekday in the middle of my workday and told that I needed to pick up my dress and make the final payment by the end of that same day. I rearranged and rushed my workday to make it to the boutique before closing. When I arrived, I handed over my gift certificate and credit card to complete the purchase. I was then told that I could not use the $500 certificate because my dress was apparently not considered a “regular price” dress. This was extremely frustrating because the dress still cost $1,399, and absolutely no one had communicated this restriction to me during the entire process. I tried to find a solution and even offered to redirect my purchase toward one of their short, fun dresses instead. I was then told that I could not use the gift certificate on those dresses either because they were not expensive enough. I also asked if I could use the certificate toward accessories instead, hoping to find some way to make use of the $500 certificate, and I was told no to that as well. This was especially frustrating because the gift certificate itself did not state a minimum purchase amount or these additional restrictions in order to use it. I made several attempts to find a reasonable solution, but every option I suggested was rejected. I explained the situation and was essentially told by the owner that I was “out of luck.” To make matters worse, the physical gift certificate was taken from me that day. What is most upsetting is not simply the $500—it is the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. If there were specific exclusions, price requirements, or other conditions attached to the certificate, those should have been clearly explained when the certificate was presented and looked up during my appointment, before I committed to purchasing the dress. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting and memorable experience turned into one that I will remember for all the wrong reasons. I left Belle en Blanc crying and extremely upset, rather than feeling the happiness and excitement that most women should feel when picking up their wedding dress. That part is especially heartbreaking to me. I had been so excited to get my dress, and instead I walked out feeling dismissed, disappointed, and taken advantage of. I believe businesses have a responsibility to communicate their promotions and restrictions clearly and to stand behind what they advertise.

cked by the dress I fell in love with and chose but I couldn't have done it without my great consultant Vicky! Geri is also very knowledgeable and great at alterations!
