ss for my 10 year old sister, who is not over size by any means, I gave them her measurements and Vicky had to comment that she is 30 years old and doesn’t even wear that big of a dress. As far as that goes, I told them to order a junior size... well they didn’t and of course had “NO RECORD” of that and told me it was my fault. My 19 year old, soon to be, sister in law, tried that dress on and swam in it. They wouldn’t take it back nor give me a refund! 2. My fiancé has 3 groomsmen I was there when Taryn measured my fiancé, my Fiancé was there when they measured his Best Man, and I called and gave them the other two measurements. One of the groomsman had called to give them his payment information and they had NO RECORD of our wedding party. 10 minutes later they called back saying, ohhhh we found it, how much was that tux you were going to pay for???” THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED FOR THEIR OWN RENTAL TUX!!! - I had to cancel my wedding due to COVID, so I told Taryn that they can just forget about having to order any tux and that they can just refund one of the guys back since the tux haven’t even been ordered. - Guess what Taryn said!!!! I have NO RECORD of any of their measurements or that anyone has paid for their tux. Good thing the groomsman had proof of payment and was able to get his money back because they sure didn’t have ANY RECORD of his payment information or the day he paid for it. The dresses are nice but this shop is VERY UNORGANIZED!!!! I definitely do NOT recommend shopping here! The only good thing about it was the seamstress! Geri is very nice and helpful! And I would go back to her any day.

ee made fun of us to the bride for being worried about the size of the pants. Funny that they made negative comments about us to the bride, considering that the pants came and were so small that they had to overnight us new ones. On top of it, my boyfriend was the only one with a suit that fit that day, as every thing that came for the groomsmen was too small. I was so disappointed with the way they handled the situation and the way they handled our bride. I would not recommend this place to my friends who are brides.

Geri is an absolute pro and was able to alter my dress so that it fit perfectly. We had the most amazing experience with the girls at Belle En Blanc and I would recommend them to any Bride.

s run different than normal clothing so I trusted them. They ended up ordering my dress in a size 18, when I came back in to try it on I was devastated my dress didn’t touch me anywhere. The first question I was asked was did you lose weight (which I had not)? A different person measured me again and said the measurements where right but someone had ordered the wrong size when converting it to the company sizes. With that being said I asked what we could do to fix it, my dress had been discontinued so we could not order the right size (size 14) but we could get a size 16, I was told I would have to pay $100 shipping fee and $170 restocking fee, for a mistake they had made. I choose to wait to talk to the owner and she proceeded to tell me the same thing. The only thing they would do to “make it right” was to pay for their seamstress to fix it and charge me for the hem and bustle. At this point I had no choice so I did it. Lucky for them they have an AMAZING seamstress, (Geri Brown) she made my dress fit perfect. So if you go to Belle en Blanc please make sure to double check what size they are ordering you.

She even connected me with Geri Brown of Couture Alterations who also receives a 5 star review for being so easy to work with and doing a stunning job with my perfect dress!

it wasn't going to fit the way I wanted it to but she knew exactly what I was going for and made it happen! Thank you, Belle En Blanc for helping me feel beautiful on my big day!
