WOW where to start! The best decision we could have possibly made for our wedding was hiring Bell Events & Co/Victoria as our planner. I can not say enough amazing things about her or recommend her more to anyone planning their wedding. Our we...dding wouldn’t have been possible without her.
We were planning our wedding in 3 months, which should have stressed out all parties involved (us, planner, vendors, guests), but because of Victoria, if anyone was ever stressed out, we never knew about it or felt it. She put endless time and effort into every single detail with us, and made the whole process entirely stress free.
From day 1, before we had even hired her, Victoria made us feel truly cared for. She genuinely cared about our wedding and wanted to help us create our day exactly how we envisioned it. There were many areas that we had no real vision or ideas, and Victoria helped us fill in all the blanks with her understanding of us, our likes/dislikes, and her vast knowledge of all things ‘wedding’. We had some totally weird/crazy dreams we were trying to turn into a reality, and she made us feel like they weren’t crazy at all and was 100% on board to help make each dream come to life.
Her communication skills are unreal - she is put together, warm and embracing, yet still concise to get things done. She is extremely thorough and organized.
She was incredibly thoughtful of our budget and worked extra hard negotiating with our vendors and finding DIY ideas to help us save money.
Victoria was able to put out all small flames before they ever became fires. A few days before our outdoor wedding, it looked like full rain was expected for the wedding day. Victoria went out of her way to coordinate with the Venue, DJ, Caterer, and Florist to get us use of a clear outdoor tent (that wasn’t supposed to be in use for months) so that we could still have the outdoor wedding of our dreams despite the rain. And even through that, she kept our stress levels entirely down and handled everything with composure, kindness, and grace.
She was available any time we needed her and put in WAY more work than we ever could have expected. Honestly with how much work she put in for us all the time, I don’t know how she was able to have any other clients- she made us feel like we were the only ones.
Overall, Victoria is an awesome person, fun to work with, and OUTSTANDING at her job. If you want to have the best wedding experience possible - organized so it runs smoothly, customized to fit you so it’s extra special, and stress free so you can actually enjoy ALL of it (even the planning) - hire Victoria because I don’t think there’s anyone else out there as good as she is.
