Victoria and her team is top notch. She is amazing at taking the time to understand your vision and helping you put it all together. Everyone would always say to us “how’s wedding planning? Stressful right?” Nope, not with Victoria!!! We legitimately were never stressed in the process. In fact, it was fun!!!! Our wedding weekend turned out PERFECTLY! We were able to just enjoy ourselves and never worry about anything. Victorias attention to detail is next level wonderful. She handled everything for us and we felt like such a team with her. We can’t recommend her enough!!!!

I could not have imagined a more perfect day, and it’s all thanks to Victoria!
I’m the first person among my friends to get married, and so I really didn’t know what to expect, where to start, or what to do. In the first conversation I had with Victoria, I remember telling her that I get overwhelmed with too many options. At every step of the way while going through vendors, she saw our vision, and would narrow down choices for us. I felt supported throughout the entire planning process.
The day of the wedding, she was there to make sure everything was kept on time, but also that everyone was having fun! We had multiple guests complimenting her, and my mom even said it was the most beautiful, most efficient day! Not to mention, she was the ultimate hype woman!
After the wedding, I cried in the transport back because it was just so perfect, I wanted to relive it again and again!

Victoria is a masterful wedding planner. Thanks to her, planning our large Indian wedding went from feeling overwhelming to being extremely manageable.

WE. LOVE. VICTORIA.
When searching for a wedding planner, we really wanted to find someone that understood us as people. Victoria took the time to do that from the very first phone call. Rather than asking about budget, or venue, or other details her first question was “What is your love story?” I know we had found the person that would help us tell our story. We chose Victoria as our planner just over a year before our wedding. Victoria set us up with a roadmap and checklist right off the bat, and we were able to track our progress with her along the way. She was extremely organized and communicative, and would answer every silly question we had by email or text with her contagious optimism.
We had our wedding at Kennolyn Camps in Soquel, CA, for a summer camp weekend. Putting on an entire wedding weekend is no easy feat, and Victoria showed her excitement to help us plan from the start. She thought through every logistical detail to make the wedding go off without a hitch, and guess what, that’s exactly what happened. She had a way of finding out what we truly wanted from our big weekend. She’d ask questions that would get us to think thoroughly about our wants/needs, and she’d provide suggestions based on who we were as a couple, and not just what others had done before us.
Victoria puts in WORK. She was great help with vetting, choosing, and securing vendors, all of which were so incredible on the wedding day. From hair and makeup, to photography, and even finding an alternative to videography that worked without budget. After zoom calls, we would feel like we had our own personal action items to take care of and all the while Victoria was calling vendors, communicating with the venue, setting up day-of timelines, researching photographers to set up interviews with us, finding the desert of our dreams and a million other tasks that we would not even think of. We were amazed with just how well she was able to keep our big weekend ask together, doing a lot of the difficult ground work so that we could focus on enjoying the process and weekend.
Victoria was incredibly detail oriented and had great suggestions for stationary, decor, and the sweetest personal touches. She even created invitation inserts that included a map and itinerary that were so cute to include for guests. She helped us make our dreams of rehearsal dinner karaoke come true by recommending a way to DIY it (which worked perfectly). When we started feeling any stress at all she was there with solutions to help ease any and all anxiety we may have had. Working with victoria over the year and a half was so great and she made the wedding planning process really fun!
Friday, Victoria was ready to command a rowdy bridal party for our rehearsal. She took control and while keeping things fun and organized. During the rehearsal, she took in feedback on how the party would like to walk in and adjusted her plan to our needs. She even made sure our officiant felt good about his speech, making sure that he knew not only his cues, but exactly what he needed to say. After the rehearsal, everyone felt ready for the big day.
On the day of the wedding, Victoria showed up ready to rock. She was responsive the our texts and checked in on us as we got ready. Her assistant knew Victoria’s vision for the day and helped to set everything up in a timely matter. Victoria made sure that we got our cocktail hour hor de vors during our post-ceremony photoshoot (along with a glass of wine), made sure we were where we needed to be for our reception entrances, the dances, and the speeches, and even hunted us down in the middle of the reception to make sure we were ready for the garter and bouquet tosses. We would have been COMPLETELY lost in the chaos of the wedding day without the help of Victoria and her team. Not a single thing was out of place, nothing was missing, and we were able to FULLY enjoy the day of the wedding without feeling stressed about the event itself. It was a dream, all thanks to Belle Events.

Working with Belle Events & Co was amazing! We hired Victoria as our month of coordinator for our wedding. She was so well organized and extremely helpful. She had all resources we needed to help navigate through that month leading up to the wedding. There were so many things we didn’t even know we needed to do or things we just didn’t know how to accomplish and Victoria was there to help answer and solve all of them. The month before our wedding was definitely when things were starting to get stressful - finalizing everything with the decorations and all the vendors. Having Victoria take over all the vendor side of things and help with everything else saved us from a lot of last minute stress. For the actual wedding weekend, I cannot say enough what an amazing job Victoria and her team did. All I had to do was bring everything I had put together to the venue and they took care of everything else after that. She was able to put my vision together and everything turned out exactly as I had pictured. Not only did none of us have to worry about anything the day of, but everything went so smoothly and was so amazing. After the wedding everyone kept talking about what a great job Victoria and her team had done. I highly recommend Belle Events & Co for you wedding, our day was perfect thanks to Victoria and her team!

If you’re looking for a coordinator who is organized, experienced, and possesses good communication skills, then hire Victoria and her team!
From our initial phone call, I knew I wanted Victoria to be my month-of coordinator. I needed someone who could handle a large wedding which entailed 200+ guests and two ceremonies at different venues.
She is great at keeping you on track during the planning process and communicating with all of your vendors.
My wedding was a big success and my guests gave me many compliments on how smoothly it went!

I cannot sing Victoria’s praises loudly enough! Everyone says that planning your wedding is one of the most stressful things you’ll do, but Victoria made it so seamless and fun. Most of our planning was during COVID times, which made budgeting difficult given higher prices for flowers, overbooked venues, etc. But Victoria took over the ordeal of finding us vendors within budget but who will deliver everything we wanted. Anytime we started deciding things outside our budget, she would find other places to trim so that we could come out at the end within budget. I am positive she saved us thousands of dollars compared to any version of a wedding I’d plan alone. She and her team even took over design projects like our beautiful seating chart for guests to find their tables! On the day of, Victoria pointed the vendors in the right direction, made sure everything fell into place, and made it so that I didn’t have to even think about the logistics of the wedding on the day. Victoria was always discrete, patient, and communicative.

To those who are reading this review, I'd first like to congratulate you on your engagement! Secondly, your search for a wedding planner stops here because Victoria is YOUR GIRL! Victoria is talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before... (basically, she's the entire Lady Gaga meme).
I looked into a wedding planner shortly after booking our venue, as things started to feel 'real' and were moving quickly. I had a tons of ideas in my head but didn't know where to start when it came to tying them together. Outside of ideas and aesthetics, plans/vendors/contract agreements seemed to keep changing, and changing, anddd channgginnnggg due to COVID.
Hiring Victoria gave us the peace of mind we needed during such stressful time and truly felt like a wedding fit to ourselves. From our intro call to our wedding day - Victoria was extremely prompt, friendly, organized, diligent, and a total rockstar! She was able to take my ideas and translate everything perfectly into the big day.
Victoria's thoughtfulness and experience with design, contracts, vendor communication, venues, scheduling/timelines, and her overall feel for the industry as a whole, sets your wedding day up for success (seriously - her scheduling skills are unreal. I don't know how she perfectly designed the day-of to encompass everything we wanted - but she did it and did it seamlessly). I'd hire her for future events and parties in a heartbeat!

Victoria made our wedding day absolutely perfect! In planning she was so organized and such an incredible communicator, I really got to feel like she listened to and created exactly what I wanted. If I ever was concerned a vendor didn’t hear me she made sure everything was perfectly clear. I was a very picky bride and even made some last minute decisions and Victoria handled it flawlessly. For example, we weren’t going to be announced then I asked her last minute if we can and she made sure it all went perfectly. Even as we took photos she was behind me making my dress look perfect. To every last detail Victoria showed up! I heard the advice from everyone that something is going to go wrong on your wedding day, I truly believe it is thanks to Victoria that I can say everything was absolutely perfect! I will use her for any event from here on out and am already giving raving reviews to my loved ones looking for planners for their weddings. I can’t express in words enough how much having such a reliable person was so important on our day. She also was great at handling emotions and keeping me calm through the whole process. My pastor got covid a week before the wedding and I called her immediately, she assured me it was all fine and he’d be good by then and I felt myself calm. Of course he was and our ceremony was perfect. The day of my groom and I felt lots of feelings to say the least and she called each of us to check in and even came to the hotel my bridesmaids and I were getting ready at which was quite out of her way before going and getting our venue ready. She asked me if I want any specific photos, I felt overwhelmed and asked her to help me because I wasn’t sure and she said with confidence “I got you” and I’m sure she helped me get everything I could possibly want pictured to remember our day. I can go on and on about how much Victoria was one of the best decisions we made at the beginning of our wedding planning. To put it simply if you want a perfect wedding hire her!

WOW where to start! The best decision we could have possibly made for our wedding was hiring Bell Events & Co/Victoria as our planner. I can not say enough amazing things about her or recommend her more to anyone planning their wedding. Our wedding wouldn’t have been possible without her.
We were planning our wedding in 3 months, which should have stressed out all parties involved (us, planner, vendors, guests), but because of Victoria, if anyone was ever stressed out, we never knew about it or felt it. She put endless time and effort into every single detail with us, and made the whole process entirely stress free.
From day 1, before we had even hired her, Victoria made us feel truly cared for. She genuinely cared about our wedding and wanted to help us create our day exactly how we envisioned it. There were many areas that we had no real vision or ideas, and Victoria helped us fill in all the blanks with her understanding of us, our likes/dislikes, and her vast knowledge of all things ‘wedding’. We had some totally weird/crazy dreams we were trying to turn into a reality, and she made us feel like they weren’t crazy at all and was 100% on board to help make each dream come to life.
Her communication skills are unreal - she is put together, warm and embracing, yet still concise to get things done. She is extremely thorough and organized.
She was incredibly thoughtful of our budget and worked extra hard negotiating with our vendors and finding DIY ideas to help us save money.
Victoria was able to put out all small flames before they ever became fires. A few days before our outdoor wedding, it looked like full rain was expected for the wedding day. Victoria went out of her way to coordinate with the Venue, DJ, Caterer, and Florist to get us use of a clear outdoor tent (that wasn’t supposed to be in use for months) so that we could still have the outdoor wedding of our dreams despite the rain. And even through that, she kept our stress levels entirely down and handled everything with composure, kindness, and grace.
She was available any time we needed her and put in WAY more work than we ever could have expected. Honestly with how much work she put in for us all the time, I don’t know how she was able to have any other clients- she made us feel like we were the only ones.
Overall, Victoria is an awesome person, fun to work with, and OUTSTANDING at her job. If you want to have the best wedding experience possible - organized so it runs smoothly, customized to fit you so it’s extra special, and stress free so you can actually enjoy ALL of it (even the planning) - hire Victoria because I don’t think there’s anyone else out there as good as she is.

Working with Belle Events & Co was truly a godsend. Victoria was amazing. I had planned the initial parts of my wedding myself and realized it was getting to be a bit too much to handle and I needed help. I searched Wedding Wire for a day of coordinator and came across Belle Events & Co who handles full planning and day of coordination services, and the rest is history.
Victoria was very pleasant to communicate with throughout the entire process. Our initial phone conversation was very professional as she outlined her pricing and details of the services that go into day of coordination (which is actually 30 days leading up to your wedding date if you didn't know). But trust me, you are so going to need it!!! I had a good feeling about Victoria because she just had good energy and I felt that she was trustworthy to handle our special day.
Once we decided to go ahead with Belle & Events the whole payment process was so easy. We signed the contract and payments were set up on a monthly basis leading up to the big day.
Leading up to the big day, Victoria was always easy to get in touch with if we had any questions or concerns along with any tips and advice to guide us in making some decisions. She was really great at helping us to stay calm, cool and collected during our moments of fluster and overwhelm. Victoria helped us to establish and organize our wedding guest list and website, seating/floor chart, as well as all our contact information for all our vendors.
Victoria was always on time for all our scheduled meetings and met with us at our venue for our food tasting. She came with her notes all ready, examined the venue thoroughly and gave her thoughts on set up as we planned linens and such. She is just as awesome in person as she is handling business through zoom meetings and phone calls/texts.
My now husband and I truly felt that we could breathe a bit during that month leading up to the wedding. Which is crazy to think right? Since you'd probably think that you'd be even more overwhelmed with the wedding day approaching but we felt we were in good hands the whole time. Victoria helped us with designing our venue and getting in all the last minute details all the way down to the candles and signage. She also worked with us to plan out the timelines for both ceremony and reception which gave us a clear big picture of what the day would look like. She made contact with all our vendors making sure everyone was on the same page. Victoria was very detail oriented with everything!
When it came to our wedding day, everything was executed beautifully! She coordinated all the vendors, her team was prompt and professional and helped to set up both ceremony and reception venues and the day seriously flowed beautifully and effortlessly. If there was any behind the scenes drama, we didn't feel a thing because she was on top of everything. Even post-wedding she finalized some details and helped us to handle a few snags we hit with some vendors but she helped us to resolve all issues even scoring us a refund! We felt we could relax!

Victoria was our month of coordinator for our wedding in June. My previous coordinator notified me around two months before the wedding that she could no longer assist us because of cancellation issues due to COVID. This induced quite a panic, but Victoria swooped in and really saved the day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator, look no further. Victoria is truly a professional and was completely prepared for any scenario, she contacted every single vendor and even family members who were helping out, made sure the seating chart was perfect with her CAD designs, had great input on venue setup, made excellent suggestions for the timeline, found me so many vendors in San Diego, asked vendors questions I would never thought of myself, and made sure I completed all my tasks leading up to the event. Victoria also wore many hats during the festivities, for the rehearsal she even subbed in as my MOH and during the wedding she helped me change into my second outfit! The best part of the entire experience was at the end of the super long day, I didn't have to lift a finger, everything was packed up into my car within 10 minutes. This is invaluable when you are completely exhausted. I am so grateful for Victoria and her assistant Kelly, without them I would have been a ball of stress. Every single person kept raving about how organized and helpful Victoria was and how the event went so smoothly. If I could do it all over I would, hiring Victoria was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding and her attention to detail and level of service is in a league of its own. I’m a natural planner and I had big dreams of planning the wedding myself. Things started getting stressful and I wasn’t having any fun…so we hired Victoria and her team to help lift the stress. I was looking for someone who would partnering with us in bringing our vision to life. Victoria and her team delivered on our ask and many levels beyond our expectation. It’s been a month , and we are still getting calls from our guests about how much fun they had, how beautifully everything was presented and how smoothly everything went.
During the planning phase, she was extremely helpful in reviewing our vendor contracts for accuracy and completeness. She was a savvy negotiator and advocate for us with our vendors. She made great recommendations as to the flow of the ceremony and even menu selections. She was an expert advisor which helped us stay within budget. .
The week before the wedding I gave Victoria the reigns so I could focus on my guests and prepare for the wedding. She made wise decisions on our behalf and checked in often to make sure we remained in sync.
When difficulties came up, she was calm and ready with at least 2 great solutions before I had a chance to worry. We put our trust in her hands which give us the ability to really enjoy our wedding.

I strongly recommend Victoria at Belle Events! We hired her as a Month-Of Coordinator and could not be happier with her service.
I was initially skeptical of the need for a wedding coordinator, but Victoria was an invaluable asset that ensured the whole day went perfectly. She met with me regularly before the wedding to iron out every detail and was always super friendly and prompt with responses. She created timelines for all my vendors, ensured they had everything they needed on the day, spray painted candle holders to match my decor, helped fight a few battles to ensure we weren’t overcharged, and organized all our items at the end of the day to ensure they were delivered back to our room (and a lot more). She’d ask questions I hadn’t thought of like, do I have enough single ladies for the bouquet toss or will it be awkward? She reminded me to break in my wedding shoes ahead of time with thick socks (excellent tip!), and ensured I had all the right information on my wedding website. She organized the rehearsal for us when I was having trouble finding a location. There are a million tiny details she oversaw for me, and I could not be more grateful that she was there.
My wedding day was the fastest day of my life – so I’m thrilled that I had someone around to ensure we stuck to the schedule and got everything done that we wanted. By the end of the night, my buddy congratulated me on “the only flawless wedding he’d ever been to!” I think that speaks volumes, and I’d generally agree. Thank you Victoria for the excellent service!!

I cannot imagine our wedding day without the Belle Events and Co team! Victoria was absolutely incredible to work with! We hired Victoria as our month of coordinator for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, she had a call with each vendor, had weekly calls with us, created an extensive timeline, attended walk throughs, managed logistics, and more. Her ability to get things done is incredible! For example, my family and I were struggling to get parking worked out at our ceremony venue despite many calls and emails—- for Victoria this was no problem! She works wedding miracles and no problem is too big for Victoria to iron out. That is just one of many examples. It was so nice knowing we could trust Victoria on our big day to make everything run smoothly. As someone who stresses about being on time, it was so nice not having to think about that on our wedding day. She kept everything moving along perfectly and right on schedule. My husband and I literally felt a sense of relief anytime we saw her on our wedding day…. We just knew she’d take care of everything and she did! Her and her team worked quickly, effortlessly, and calmly on our wedding day— exactly what you need!
