Belle Events

Belle Events is incredible. We had Mallery has our planner and she was amazing every step of the way and truly went above and beyond what we asked for. Mallery is kind and patient with all of our millions of questions and concerns. She truly made our day perfect and just what we wanted it to be. I cannot imagine using any other planner than her and Belle Events!

Shannon Young was absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. My husband and I both enjoyed our meetings with her. She was very organized, easy to get along with and made sure to be assertive in getting things that I wanted (I struggle to do this for myself so it was very nice to have). She came with me to my fitting and helped to make alterations that I didn't even know I needed so when I tried on my dress after it was altered, it was perfect! My wedding day was stress free and I was able to just enjoy all of the planning that went into it and not worry about transitioning from one thing to another. I recommend her to everyone that is getting married in the near future. I couldn't thank her enough for all she did for us!

Wow! What can I say, i would have been lost without Meghan Garvin! She went above and beyond! There are people that do not think they need a wedding coordinator but let me tell you- YOU DO! My daughter is a professional event planner and has done weddings, but you do not want to do your own! Meghan kept us in line and on time and it’s not just a few meetings here and there- and day of work, she was on top of everything! Coordinating behind the scenes with the venue, with the caterers, the band, the makeup/hair people, the photographer, if someone was involved she was involved with them. Timelines on photos, timelines on day of so that we didn’t miss anything or anyone! It can become a blur to a family, we were able to enjoy- let me say that again- ENJOY - every minute of our magical weekend because Meghan and her staff were on top of everything- the whole weekend!! My heart goes out to these special people for everything they do and did for my daughter and new son in law and our two families!! A purely magical perfect Wedding weekend!! Thank you Meaghan from the bottom of my heart!!❤️

Overall, our coordinator did a very good job maintaining the schedule of our wedding. The main con is that she did not keep track of my wedding bouquet which had my great grandmother’s broach on it and my grandfather’s pin. They are now gone and irreplaceable, which is very sad to me. Besides this happening she did everything we asked and had everything running smoothly.

So I work in events and I kinda love planning things. While I had never done a wedding, I built a career working in professional sports so I had seen large scale events with big expectations. When it came to my wedding, I bought every binder and planning tool and got to work. A few months into our engagement, my fiance took a job in the NHL in Florida so we had to move. I made the choice to get some extra help for local planning and looked for a planner in Houston. Through local recommendations (a friend who works for A Fare Extraordinaire), I landed on Belle of the Ball and y'all it was the best decision of our wedding. Within minutes of my first phone call with Victoria I knew I needed her help. She asked questions I hadn't thought of and made me feel complete confidence in her almost instantly. I settled on the 6 week planning option so she would be there when things got more hectic. She managed every payment, every contract, every detail and every question I got sick of answering. She put together the most incredible timeline and itinerary for our vendors AND family and friends so no one was bugging me the day of. At a certain point I got sick of answering peoples questions and even making decisions lol! She stepped up and handled everything. Went to bat for me, helped make decisions, was a constant encouragement and support system. I truly trusted her judgement and opinion and she made our wedding vision come to life. For the brides who are on the edge of getting a planner - I couldn't recommend Belle of the Ball higher. They truly take time to get to know their clients and make every wedding dream come true. I don't know what I would have done without Victoria and can't thank her enough! Belle of the Ball - you guys are incredible! Thank you!

I have known Natalie for several years as she has planned the weddings of several of my friends. She was an easy choice for my wedding planner. She did a great job and we had so much fun working together!

Alia Rdissi was referred to me by my best friend. From the second my mom and I spoke with her we knew we needed her to help us plan my wedding. Alia met our every expectations. She always went above and beyond throughout the whole event planning. She was very good at communicating and keeping things organized. Alia knows a lot of vendors out there and had such great relationships with all of my vendors. She was very considerate and attentive to my family and wedding party. I would highly recommend Alia!

Jordan did a brilliant job! It was worth the cost to have her give me advice, and coordinate everything for me-especially on the day of the wedding! Highly recommend this company.

Our wedding was breathtaking and we owe that to Jordan at Belle of the Ball. The day went so smoothly, she adapted to everything so that our day flowed perfectly, and every detail was taken care of and beautiful. We owe the best day of our lives to her and Belle of the Ball!!! Chelsea Wenner at Belle of the Ball was like my human anti-anxiety drug in the 6 weeks leading up to my wedding. My mom and I planned and took care of all of the big details, and hired Belle of the Ball to handle the 6 weeks leading up to and the day of the wedding. THIS WAS THE BEST INVESTMENT OUT OF ALL THE THINGS WE SPENT MONEY ON. As soon as we handed all of our planning over to Chelsea, a huge weight was lifted off of our shoulders and made the last 6 weeks truly enjoyable and exciting and fun instead of leaving us stressed out and bogged down with the MILLIONS of details that you really do not think about until you are 2,3,4 weeks out from your big day. I thought we had it all done and taken care of a dozen times, and would then realize that there was another "to do list" of about 50 items that we hadn't even considered. Lucky for us, Belle of the Ball has considered everything, and has everything under control. The days leading up to my wedding, I knew that everything had been thought of and plans were in place for every detail to be taken care of without my or my mom's help. It was amazing the day of to truly have no stress at all- I knew every candle would be in its place at the reception, every vendor would set up on time, and my groom and I would not run into each other accidentally at the hotel or the church before I walked down the aisle! I didn't receive or take any phone calls at all on the days leading up to or day of, because Belle of the Ball (Chelsea and her fabulous assistant Maggie) dealt with everything for me. This allowed my mom and me the opportunity to truly enjoy and take in and live every moment and have a really great FUN weekend celebrating the entire time. My groom and I left for our honeymoon at 4:30 AM after the reception, and somehow Belle of the Ball got all of our items from the event and our suite to my mom and to my house as it was all there when we returned home. This sums it up best: I met with Chelsea once after sitting in Houston rush hour traffic and with a to-do list that made me want to cry. After hashing out all the details with her for 2.5 hours (she even met me at my parents' house!), I told her that I had needed a glass of wine more than anything all day, but she made me feel like I had already had one :)

I was married two weeks ago and had the pleasure of working with Valerie who was absolutely amazing and her assistant Jordan. Valerie was sweet, easy to work with, organized and did a lot of behind the scenes work for our big day. She was on top of all the small details and some how our wedding was perfect! Valerie and Jordan were to thank for my stress free, wonderful wedding. My investment in Belle of the Ball was the smartest move I made in wedding planning. Valerie and Belle of the Ball allowed me, my husband, my family and bridal party to have an amazing time and truly enjoy our wedding! Thank you!

At first I did not think I wanted/needed a planner, so we elected to do the 6 weeks out planner. So happy we did because Alia was a life saver, I could not imagine running around the days before the wedding doing everything she was doing...she really allowed me to enjoy that week and specifically the day of, highly recommend!!

Alia from Belle of the Ball was my wedding planner. She is wonderful! She is so easy to work with. She made the whole process so much fun for me and my family. She is very organized, she will stay on budget and she goes above and beyond to help! I highly recommend her!!

I worked with Marissa Eubank and Belle of the Ball, and she was absolutely amazing! Throughout the entire planning process, she was on top of everything and made fantastic suggestions regarding vendors! She was there with me for every meeting and helped me make some great decisions that I could not have made without her! I honestly could not be more happier with the results of my wedding! It was so beautiful!! In fact, there are people still talking about how much fun they had at my wedding. My husband and I had a blast as well knowing that there was literally nothing we had to worry about. If I could, I would do my wedding all over again because I was so pleased with everything and honestly didn't have any stress while planning. There are many things I left in the hands of Marissa, and knew that it would be taken care of without any worries. On my wedding day, all my bridesmaids were in awe about how calm I was. They said I was the calmest bride they had ever seen! After the wedding came to an end, Marissa made it a point to make sure EVERYTHING was taken care of!! If you want a stress free and absolutely incredible day, Belle of the Ball is the way to go! I can honestly say my wedding was everything I had ever wanted and more!!!

My wedding was in October 2011 and when I started planning for the wedding, I immediately knew that I needed help! I heard great reviews about Belle of the Ball and decided to give them a try and am so happy that I did. I had a great connection with Natalie (hard not to!) which helped us work together. She was so patient, kind, helpful and overall amazing during the entire planning process. She gave me excellent vendor reco's and I was truly pleased with the band, photography, video, florist and cake vendors we chose! During the wedding, she was so on top of everything and helped our wedding go on without any flaws. My friends and family are still talking about our wedding to this day and how amazing it was. I have Natalie to thank for how perfect my day was. I also had the pleasure of working with Chelsea from Belle of the Ball and she is equally as amazing. So all in all, I HIGHLY recommend using Belle of the Ball. You are in for a treat if you work for Natalie but everyone there is amazing!

I willl be one of the few grooms who write here as I believe it is tradition for us to be seen and not heard on such matters. Nevertheless, I can speak without equivocation that Natalie Narula Laskowski gave us peace during a particularly trying time of our lives. Audrey's (my wife's) grandfather passed away one month before the wedding while we were at the hospital almost every day with Audrey's mother who was fighting cancer. My mother-in-law, who was the toughest critic of all, was ecstatic to be able to make the our wedding and although we lost her to cancer a couple of months later, there is no doubt in my mind that were it not for Natalie, none of us would have been able to make it or enjoy it. We did not know Natalie before planning our wedding, but we are proud to call her a friend. She worked tirelessly to ensure that we had the best process, the best access, and the best people. It was apparent to me that her experience and reputation opened doors and smoothed the path for our wedding. She was patient despite our hectic schedule and personal demands. She ensured that everything from the cake to the first dance was perfect, and even coordinated with the security and HPD to ensure that the large amount of cash (Asian wedding) and gifts was properly cared for. I would highly recommend Belle of the Ball and Natalie and can’t say enough good things about Natalie and Belle! Natalie was so responsive to all my questions and my mom, who was out of town and had lots of questions about details. It was basically like she was always available. She was also able to help me find vendors that were made my day so special. I was very pleased with everyone she recommended and all my vendors really liked Natalie and had worked with her in the past and had great things to say. On my wedding day, she made the whole thing go flawlessly. My mom and I were totally stress free, even when the table overlays I picked out didn’t work. She was able to get the vendor to give me full table linens at no extra cost! She also made sure all of our personal items were taken care of after the wedding and I felt very comfortable knowing everything ended up where it was suppose to be. Natalie was so fun to work with and I really felt like she understood me and what I envisioned for my wedding. I really trusted her and my wedding day went off flawlessly and my family and friends complimented how well everything was planned. Can’t say enough good things about Natalie and Belle of the Ball. Best money I spent on the whole wedding!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Belle of the Ball company - particularly Alia Rdissi. Alia was always organized and methodical in her approach in planning my daughter's wedding. She often went the "extra mile" just to assure that all was going as planned. But, more importantly, she is a genuine, warm, positive and caring human being. Our needs were always foremost in her plans and thoughts. She may have started as our wedding planner, but we are now friends. She is one in a million. If you are looking for someone to help you plan your wedding and to do it with style, grace, and concern then Alia is the one.

I want to thank Belle of the Ball for making one of the most important days in my daughter’s life a wonderful celebration!! Our daughter was married on 2/5/11 in Houston, Texas. Alia Rdissi was our wedding coordinator and she is absolutely amazing and wonderful! We will forever appreciate her grace and kindness in caring for our family. Thanks to the planning, organization, thoughtfulness and attention to detail our daughter’s wedding was a joyous occasion we will never forget. I got married this past fall on August 20, 2011 at a nice Baptist church in Houston. We had a intimate reception following at the Houstonian Hotel following. When I first got engaged I had no clue where to begin. I did know though that I had to make sure this was perfect for my new (soon to be) husband. I interviewed several wedding planners knowing I was looking for KEY things in someone to hire. I met Alia and instantly clicked with her. I am a very TYPE A personality and she understood that right away. Alia is very precise with everything in the wedding planning process, and truly makes every part of your experience amazing! Alia referred me to the most amazing vendors in town! I truly feel I had the best wedding planner in town! I still talk with family members about her all the time, and WILL be using her assistance future business! ALIA YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could rate them less than a 1 I would. DO NOT HIRE NATALIE!!!!!!! This is a HORRIBLE wedding planning company. Irresponsible & STOLEN WEDDING GIFTS. Our coordinator- Natalie- was unprepared, stressed out and at times hard to find on our wedding day. She promised myself (and a room full of people!!!) three different times that our wedding gifts and cards of money would be locked in a room at our reception. They weren't- they were left in the lobby and in an open room people were in and out of all night. When we returned from our honeymoon we had gifts/cards that had been stolen and my dress was MIA.... If you are a soon to be bride please hire someone else and save yourself the headache. I planned my own wedding-- I just gave money to Natalie and then watched her stand back and take the credit.

Our wedding could not have been more perfect and is a true testament to Alia's commitment to not only me, but to everyone she works with. She is incredibly organized, has a wonderful personality and knows how to assemble a team of only the very best vendors. I had so much fun planning my wedding and I knew that Alia was in total control. The wedding and reception flowed like clockwork and could not have been more perfect. It was an incredible time, start to finish.

We had a destination wedding in the Bahamas. We started planning at the beginning of October 2009. I was so blessed to have found Belle of the Ball and even more blessed that Natalie Narula became our wedding planner. Our wedding was small and intimate in the number of guests that we invited. We paid for all our guest’s travel, lodging, activities, and meal expenses. We had our wedding in the Atlantis Resort. My fiancé and I flew via a private jet on Tuesday, October 19th. Wednesday we filed for our marriage license. Thursday our 112 guests flew via a private charter plane into the Bahamas. That night we had a Welcome Night Dinner party. Friday during the day we offered our guests activities such as, fishing, golfing, and spa for all our guests. Friday evening we had our Rehearsal and our Rehearsal dinner that was offered to all our guests at Mesa Grill. Saturday we had our big event, a beach side ceremony and an indoors wedding reception. As entertainment we had a band, Bahimian Junkanoo dancers, and fireworks. Some of the little details that were included for our guests were things such as welcome bags, breakfasts, lunches, etc. Our final cost inclusive of wedding jewelry was well over a million dollars. I have written a brief summary of our wedding, because I want the readers to know how much went on for our wedding and so much planning. With that said, NOT once did my husband and I stress out about our wedding. All my friends and families kept asking the question “how stressed are you”? I was so blessed to say “stress, what stress, am I supposed to be stressed?” Natalie Narula and assistant Marrissa Eubanks were phenomenal. They absolutely took care of everything! from the welcome bags for each guest to the bigger things such as air travel, lodging, meals, and entertainment. I wish I could really go into detail on how much they did, but I can’t. I could write a novel. They were so professional, helpful, sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. They for sure made me feel like I was royalty!! Would I recommend them?, in a heartbeat. My husband and I plan to have a party at the Bahamas celebrating our anniversary every five years. Natalie Narula will definitely be our guardian angel again and again!!! For the readers and brides: If you want wonderful memories of the most important day in your life, if you want to remember how much fun you had at your wedding, if you want to remember the smiles, if you want to remember all the details, without the stress, choose Natalie Narula, Belle of the Ball. These ladies are beyond expectations. I have a friend for life in her. She is an angel!

Alia from Belle of the ball is so easy to work with and very professional. She gave me a lot of good reference for the wedding, including the DJ, flower and officiant. I love her fun attitude during the whole process and her professionalism, especially since I planned my wedding from another state!

My wedding planner Alia from this group of wonderful women, was perfect in every way. She statyed in contact with you and made sure the bride and groom always seemed happy. If something seemed to not fall into place she would have another idea to back it up. She knew what she was doing at all times, never a moment without a suprise.
