I hired Belle Fiori to do the flowers for my wedding. The first meeting I had immediately put me at ease. I felt confident that the flowers would be beautiful and that I would have nothing to worry about day of. They provided not only my flowers but candles and vases for my wedding day as well. The flowers were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I got so many compliments and my husband even told me they were the first thing he noticed when I walked down the aisle. The flowers were exactly what we discussed and were perfect for our day! Communication was fast as well with response to any emails. I’d recommend them a hundred times over!

I absolutely LOVED the bouquets that Belle Fiori created for me and my bridesmaids. I was nervous to purchase flowers because I don’t have any knowledge of flower types or what looks good together. The designer listened to what type of color scheme/design I wanted and worked with me to stay within my budget. The bouquets were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. They also delivered the flowers on time, making for one less thing to worry about on the big day! Would absolutely recommend using them for your next event!

Emily at Belle Fiori was one of our most incredible wedding vendors. She and the rest of the Belle Fiori team are truly professionals. I met with Emily early on in our wedding planning process and she was walked me through all of the details that I need to consider when it came to our wedding floral aesthetic. I met with them in-person several times to pin down my vision and adjust the design and floral elements to stay within my budget. Email communication was also helpful-- we were able to share pictures back and forth for ideas and vision boards to help pull the wedding vibe together. Belle Fiori also handled all of our additional table decor (candles, votives, vases, risers, etc) which made our lives so. much. easier and helped us "reduce and reuse" for some elements of our wedding. With the help of our day-of coordinator, all of these decor elements were broken down at the end of the wedding night, set aside at the venue, and Belle Fiori picked up the decor on Monday morning-- saving us a few hundred dollars vs coming back at midnight the night of our wedding. If your venue allows for this, it's definitely worth it! Even though we discussed the floral vision at length, it would have been nice to see some sort of "mock up" of the overall design (although it was kind of fun to have it be a surprise and I did feel confident in trusting the vendor). Just be aware of this if you are a very "type A" person. Overall our flowers were beautiful. We had a chuppah for our ceremony and Emily and the team decorated it with such artistry and whimsy. Standing under the decorated chuppah was one of my most favorite moments of our wedding day. We were able to do a seamless "room flip" and repurpose all of our ceremony flowers for the reception space. Although my bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were lovely, I am not sure if they completely matched the rest of the amazing floral design used for the other floral components of the ceremony and reception. It seemed like these designs were slightly incoherent. There was a slight mix-up during the morning of our wedding for where the personal flowers "bouquets, corsages, etc" should be delivered to which caused a bit of a flurry for the photographer and day-of coordinator. Overall, Belle Fiori did an incredible job and I will continue to be a customer for beautiful flowers.

The team at Belle Fiori exceeded our expectations!! We went with a native flower theme for our wedding at Villa Terrace. Since we were getting married in a garden, we kept it minimal with florals but the bouquets and boutonnieres were stunning! Each one was different and felt personalized. Our guests are still raving about the flowers!

My bouquet and the arrangements we received from them were perfect!! The bouquet was exactly what I was picturing and held up nicely in the heat. They were super pleasant the whole time and gave us their time full attention even with our low budget. The only issue were the wristlets, they died pretty quick and two of them fell apart before the ceremony started. If I could do a 4.5 though I would and still highly recommend, since everything else was so beautiful.

They were amazing with my flowers and definitely made them a focal point for the decorations and my bouquet turned out amazing! We had decorations we wanted included in the bouquet and it looked phenomenal. I already recommended them to my friend that's planning a wedding, so yes, I would reccommend them. I think the thing that made me go with them was that they were willing to let me name a budget and then she got me something that looked perfect. I got everything I wanted.

I really loved my wedding bouquet! It perfectly matched my vision and it just was beautiful. The boutonnieres looked pretty wilted by dinner. It was a hot day so I am guessing that is why! We ended up only doing bouquets and boutonnieres for budget purposes so we decided to not do delivery. They packed everything great so everything came in perfect condition even though it wasn't dropped off by them

We loved using belle Fiori for our wedding at the Milwaukee county historical society last weekend. They were easy to work with from the beginning, and asked many detailed questions about our wedding vision to be able to execute it perfectly. We appreciated their attention to detail in providing us with design ideas for bridal bouquets and arrangements for the ceremony and dinner, as well as in working with our venue and other vendors. On the day of, we were absolutely floored by the floral arrangements, which exceeded all expectations. They perfectly repurposed some of the arrangements from our outdoor ceremony to the indoor dinner. Belle Fiori truly went above and beyond to give us the beautiful and elegant wedding of our dreams.

Such an amazing vendor. I do want to say that we DID NOT have a flower budget for our wedding. All we wanted was a bouquet, a boutonnière, and detail pieces. Belle Fiori’s team made us feel like an important client, regardless of how small our order was. They set up an in person meeting to discuss designs, and everything was absolutely gorgeous and economical for our wedding. We can’t thank this vendor enough.

I had asked the team to create a fall fantasyland for our October wedding and I was speechless when I saw the end result. Belle Fiori delivered on our wedding day! It was so lovely to have them deliver and do a midnight clean up so we didn’t have to worry about anything except who was getting which flower arrangements. Our meetings were wonderful and Belle Fiori completely understood my vision and delivered it! They did a great mix of classic style and a bit more free form for some of the center pieces. The best flowers in the city and well worth it as your florist for your wedding day. They took out the stress of the day and the quality of their flowers and customer service was top notch

So Beautiful!!! I planned my wedding in Milwaukee in 5 weeks while living in Philly. Everyone at Belle Fiori was so nice and helpful! They understood exactly what my vision was and nailed it. The best part was they were extremely respectful of my budget and worked with me to stay within my budget.

I was able to get the right amount of flowers I was looking for without a minimum requirement like some of the other florists. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but the florist helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the flowers were gorgeous on wedding day.

The altar flowers and our bouquets were to die for. I wish they lasted forever and ever

We used Belle Fiori for our wedding on 4/22/2022 for bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, alter/aisle arrangements and center pieces. We loved the center pieces for the tables and the aisle arrangements. The bouquets and boutonnières were just not what we had discussed which is disappointing, I will give them credit for coming to the venue to try to fix my bridal bouquet, but it just wasn’t what I had wanted. We discussed very light dusty pinks and ivory for my flowers & day of showed up with some very dark pink and purple filler flowers, the vibe was too bohemian while we had a classic/elegant wedding style. We specifically discussed very small boutonnières with one blossom and all showed up with two blossoms. I didn’t want to make a big fuss over it so we just went on about our day. The service was great but I just felt like our vision got lost in translation on the flowers.

We had such an amazing experience with Belle Fiori. After talking with multiple florists, I was feeling discouraged and that no one could see my vision within my price point. Emily took the time to really help us understand what we wanted, suggested budget-friendly options that we could afford, and made our wedding day beautiful. My bouquet was everything I wanted and more; Emily and her team truly knocked it out of the park. On the day-of, the staff onsite seamlessly set things up - I honestly didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I would recommend Belle Fiori looking for a creative florist who will produce beautiful results!

When it came to choosing a florist for our wedding, I had no idea how to pick someone, because I know nothing about flowers. I went with Belle Fiori because they have consistently strong reviews, and I couldn't have chosen better! Not only were our flowers on our wedding day BEAUTIFUL (I got so many compliments on my bouquet and flower crown especially!) but Belle Fiori was so patient, professional, and efficient during all of our wedding planning. They were easy to work with when we had to change dates a whopping three times due to covid (and never charged any switch the date fees!), I was always able to get in touch with them when I needed, and the day of they were perfect with set up. I actually didn't even see them there (I was getting my makeup done when they did all their setup), but everything looked fabulous when I was able to get a good look! Really, I can't recommend Belle Fiori enough. Their flowers are beautiful, and they're great to work with!

Our wedding floral was kept budgeted and small, but Belle Fiori's designs shined for our wedding set up. We didn't need to know much about flowers to come to our floral meetings. Emily advised us on what flowers would look nice with our loose color scheme/in our venue, and she shared what flowers would be in-season/local and therefore more sustainable and affordable. We kept our direction simple, and they ran with it, delivering to us (2) incredibly designed altar framing pieces, a unique bridal bouquet, a matching bar/buffet table arrangement, and simple yet effective eclectic bud vases scattered about the dinner tables at our venue.

Emily and her colleagues are amazing! She spent a lot of time with me and my mom, helping us decide on the perfect flowers that were in our price range. We budgeted on flowers, not wanting to spend a crazy amount, and you never would have guessed we didn’t spend that much: our flowers were beautiful! I highly recommend her.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Emily and her team are. She is extremely professional and I trusted her completely with my vision for the floral arrangements for the wedding. We planned our wedding from Arizona and the team was so accommodating. The set up on our wedding day was also seamless. I received a recommendation from our photographer to check out Belle Fiori. To say I’m not thrilled with flowers in general is an understatement. We worked with Emily, the owner. My mom told her she had quite the challenge with me. Well, she proved that she was up for the challenge! Emily worked with my lack of interest in flowers but the need to make the room and ceremony look nice. We went through each aspect of the day as well as the different parts of the room that would need some color and interest. As we were talking, Emily had mentioned they could be in charge of making each of our table centerpieces and different accents throughout the room. Now this really peaked my interest. (I wasn’t interested in either of the moms worrying about centerpieces) Emily explained that I could give her different items/vases that she would incorporate into my centerpieces. Then she and her team would make different centerpieces and accent pieces around the room and do the entire floral set up. We gave her wood slices, vases, candles, and gold geometric shapes. On the day of the wedding, when I walked into the venue, I was astonished. They kept the simplicity that I was looking for! They used the components we gave them, added the floral elements and designed such unique accents and centerpieces on each table and location. Emily and her staff did an amazing job of capturing my vision (even though I didn’t know what that vision actually was, I just knew what I didn’t want).

All of our guests complimented us on the stunning displays at the church and reception. It truly was a "Wowza!" decor day. We hired Belle Fiori to do the flowers for our wedding on June 8, 2019. Working with them was a dream. Emily and her team are incredibly organized and quick to respond to questions. Our initial plan was over-budget. Emily worked with us to revise and tweak our plan to get it into our budget, which was so appreciated. We showed Emily some photographs of styles we liked and she made some suggestions based on our color theme and the venue. She totally nailed it; the flowers were absolutely stunning. The wedding party flowers were delivered on time to the getting-ready suites and everything was set up at the venue perfectly. We were even able to use the flowers to decorate for brunch the next morning. I highly recommend Belle Fiori.

Out of all of the vendors I hired for my wedding, this was hands down the easiest decision. I'm incredibly (and perhaps) overly organized and had actually created a spreadsheet of 28 florists located in South-Eastern Wisconsin, and compared factors of: experience and years in business, travel/delivery/consultation fees, ability to work with my budget, response time, reviews from four major sources including the Knot, and general feel/vibe from them after initial contact/email. Not only was Belle Fiori the ONLY vendor that had Top Tier ratings in ALL four of the sources I looked into, but they also don't charge consultation fees (deal-breaker for me), responded incredibly quickly and professionally to emails (as well as responding completely, where many other vendors would miss information or not address certain questions I asked), and had a great deal of experience with weddings, but still offered a "personalized" feel. After making my handy dandy spreadsheet, I knew they were the first option I wanted to meet with. I did, and by the end of the consultation, I knew I didn't need to meet with any one else. Emily Neubauer isn't only incredibly professional and skilled, but she listened to my ideas and needs with an open mind, and then worked with me to not only make it a reality, but offer suggestions and options that fit exactly what I was looking for, but that I hadn't originally thought of on my own. In addition to the beautiful flowers and great service, she made sure to stick to my budget. I was concerned that the budget I told her would only be met with flowers, and then I'd end up over budget with the delivery, tax, and on-site services, but she was calculating every penny as we talked, so that by the time our meeting was over and all selections made, I was UNDER budget including all expenses and fees, and still had everything I could have asked for. The only negative I could say is that the magnetic attachments for the boutonnieres didn't stay on all night and a few fell off - HOWEVER, they stayed on through the ceremony and pictures, and if we're being honest with ourselves as brides, that's all that really matters! Plus, I don't think that's on Belle Fiori, I think it's just what most florists use now instead of pins, and a magnet is a magnet and of course will fall off if someone is dancing and brushing up against things. 5 Stars all the way and I'd highly recommend them to any bride! Don't waste your time emailing or calling or talking to other Florists - this is the best you could find for you wedding, trust me, I've done my research. If you don't believe me, let me send you my florist vendor spreadsheet and you'll have proof :) Thank you, Emily & Belle Fiori!

I found out about Belle Fiori when I was given a gorgeous bouquet of flowers after getting engaged. I immediately knew that I wanted them to be the florist for our big day! Emily was incredibly helpful, especially because we didn't have a very specific vision of what we wanted. We ended up deciding on garland for majority of our tables, which was more than we were hoping to spend. But Emily worked with us to remove and edit some extras to make it more affordable. We also were able to rent candles and glass hurricanes that were the perfect accent. They set up all of the flowers for us and even delivered bridal party bouquets to our hotel for pictures. The flowers were exactly what we had pictured and we couldn't have been happier!

Working with Emily and her team at Belle Fiore far surpassed our expectations! The planning process was so easy and Emily made us feel confident anytime we wanted to make changes (and even chimed in with helpful suggestions when we weren't sure what we wanted). We had one photo as inspiration and they nailed it! They were also able to take my grandmother's wedding train to wrap around the handle as my something old, and it turned out beautifully. We couldn't have been more happy with how all of our flowers looked the day of our wedding and we would choose them again in a heart beat.

Emily and her team were one of our amazing vendors that helped make our wedding last weekend absolutely perfect. My meetings with Emily leading up to the day were quick and easy. As someone who does not know much about flowers, I was able to give her the colors. With a few questions from her end she was able to come up with the perfect design. The team safely delivered all of the flowers to the church and set up the venue with gorgeous arrangements. I LOVED my bouquet. It had all of the right colors and styles and the added succulent was a great touch. We would recommend Belle Fiori and look forward to using them again for future occasions.

Our wedding was dinosaur themed so I wanted more green ferns with a few red hibiscus accent flowers. Emily and I discussed options for doing that and she even recommended cheaper flowers to use than hibiscus. My bouquet turned out even better than I imagined and the planning process with them was my favorite of all my planning

The flowers were beautiful, arrived on time, and the staff were very helpful ensuring that everything was set up just right. The groomsmen loved the magnetic boutonnieres and the mothers loved the slap-bracelet corsages. We asked for very specific centerpieces (flowers in old teapots) and Belle Fiori delivered! While we had flowers and candle rentals with Belle Fiori, we also bought other special candles and table numbers that Emily's team gladly incorporated into the table designs. Emily and her team were fantastic. For our wedding the floral arrangements were the center of our decor for both ceremony and reception and they were breath taking. During dinner I leaned into my husband and said multiple times how beautiful they were! I couldn’t stop looking at them! Emily made it very easy to express my ideas for our center pieces as I do not know much about flowers at all and they turned out better than expected! Highly recommend Belle Fiori!!

I let Emily have free reign with my wedding flowers....I only gave her my color scheme and asked for something different and modern. Wow did she come through. Each table had a different arrangement with the most beautiful colors of flowers...black, white, champagne... and succulents. My bouquet was out of this world gorgeous! I cannot recommend Belle Fiori highly enough!

We hired Belle Fiori to do the flowers for our October 21, 2017 wedding and they went so above and beyond!! Flowers were one of the most important things to me, although I know nothing about them. We worked with Erika because her style and mine aligned so much. I love loose, wild looking flowers with pops of bold color. Since I don't know much about flowers, I just showed her a bunch of photos I like and she asked me questions of what I liked and didn't like, and then we let her do her thing. She went so above and beyond– our flowers were incredible!! The flowers for my bridesmaids and I were perfect and exactly what I had envisioned. The guys' boutonnieres were so unique (she used thistle and it looked amazing!) and looked great on everyone. They also made us a floral hoop to hang above our head table– it honestly was the star of the room. Such an incredible show stopper– it was everything I had wanted and more. Erika was actually in a wedding herself the day of our wedding, but she assured us that her team would put everything together perfectly, and they did an incredible job. I couldn't be happier that I chose Belle Fiori for our wedding florist!

My husband has gotten me flowers from Belle Fiore since we first started dating and so I was thrilled when we selected them for our wedding day. The entire process from consult to finish was easy and well organized. On the day of our wedding I was absolutely blown away with how our arrangements turned out. Having provided them with only a sample of our colors and a photo of my dress, I could not believe how perfectly then fit our theme down to the details and we received compliments from guests the entire day. I highly recommend Belle Fiore!

We met with Emily twice, once to discuss pricing and once to finalize numbers. We described what we were looking for and her group knocked it out of the park. The flowers were gorgeous and they took care of all the set up and tear down of the flowers at the end of the night. Pricing was the best we could find in Milwaukee (competitive with pricing in Green Bay!!). We definitely got our money's worth.

We chose Belle Fiori for our wedding flowers and we could not be happier. Originally we were going to do the flowers ourselves but got completely overwhelmed! Emily was so sweet and helpful and completely set me at ease and together we worked out a plan that was beautiful, met our aesthetic, but didn't break the bank. The flowers were amazing, I am still dreaming about my beautiful bouquet. AMAZING.

We met with 3 different florists in Milwaukee. The moment we met with Emily, we knew we were in good hands. We walked out and said, "Well that's a no brainer." Knowing nothing about flowers-- Emily walked us through everything and had awesome ideas. Being very type A, I was surprised how comfortable I was giving Belle Fiori creative liberty to create free form succulent arrangements on the tables. I am so glad we did! The results...STUNNING! Both photographers and our priest said that they had never seen bouquets like ours and they've done hundreds of weddings. So many guests came up and told us that it was the beautiful wedding they've ever been to. The team at Belle Fiori was a dream to work with and the prices were really reasonable for wedding flowers. We are so grateful they helped make our special day so perfect! We highly recommend them for any wedding or special event. They are certainly a level above the other florists in Milwaukee!

I am soooooo happy we chose Belle Fiori to handle our wedding! They were extremely helpful leading up to the wedding to make sure every detail was covered from ceremony to reception and everything in between. Emily helped come up with ideas/colors/types of flowers to make our wedding day beautiful. I was blown away by my bouquet and other bridesmaid bouquets! They were absolutely gorgeous. I took advantage of having them go to the ceremony site to deliver flowers/set-up and it was worth it to not have to worry about it! The flowers on our arch were stunning and everything was better than I imagined. We would choose Belle Fiori again and again!

Belle Fiori was absolutely amazing!!! We contacted Belle Fiori about 2 months before our wedding, after having substantial issues with our previously selected florist. Emily was quick to return my call and reassured me that we would be able to get everything settled before our wedding day. Planning a wedding from a different state is bound to have issues, but Belle Fiori and our flowers were not one of them. I spoke multiple times with Emily and other staff members about my vision and my concerns. They answered every question I had and worked through all the details with me, even last minute changes. The day of the wedding, Emily was there right on schedule with the BEAUTIFUL flowers. They were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this florist to any bride-they do wonderful work!!!

Flowers were not high on our budget priorities, but after meeting with Belle Fiori, we were really excited about our options! They were really respectful of our budget and needs, as well as super helpful in making suggestions for what would work best in their experience. The flowers came out amazing and couldn't have been happy!

I spoke with 3 different local florists before my wedding and once I spoke with Belle Fiori, I knew this was the one! Emily was very patient, thoughtful, and helpful in planning our vision, as were the many picture books of past events. They were punctual and efficient on the day of, which was much appreciated. I didn't know what exactly they were going to create for any of our bouquets, boutonnières, or centerpieces, but just trusted that based on the work already documented, they would look nice. Belle Fiori did not disappoint at all - the flowers were absolutely stunning in every way! We could not be more pleased with the turnout and would highly recommend them for any event, but especially weddings. They actively worked to save us money, were the cheapest of the ones interviewed, and did an amazing job. Thank you, Belle Fiori!

Belle Fiori did AMAZING work with flowers! Having a wedding on February 11th, 3 days before Valentine's Day, can make finding a florist difficult. Belle Fiori was up for the challenge, and created absolutely beautiful bouquets, flower girl flower crowns, corsages, and pin on boutonnieres. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. Thank you guys so much! :)

Beautiful bouquets! We did DIY center pieces and they were very helpful. Good customer service and good prices! We also met with a grocery store and were surprised that Belle Fiori beat their prices. My only complaint is that there was a miscommunication between the employees, so a rose bouquet that we were supposed to have as a memorial bouquet in our ceremony did not get delivered to our ceremony. Otherwise a great experience.

Belle Fiori was the perfect partner in floral for our wedding. From the beginning they were respectful of budget, recommending ways to both hit my vision but also the bottom line. The final products were perfection, my bouquet is still sitting on my counter it is so beautiful I cannot bring myself to move it!

The staff at Belle Fiori is wonderful to work with! I showed a pinterest picture of a bouquet that I wanted and they matched it wonderfully and couldn't believe how beautiful it turned out! They also matched the bridesmaids dresses really well to the color of the dresses so that the flowers popped, something I was looking for in a fall wedding. We have two large vases for alter pieces and they were even better than the pictures I saw that I was modeling them after. The reason I gave four stars instead of 5 is because of price and we had to return vases the following Monday and since I live out of state we had to designate someone to do that. They are a little more on the higher end but they do a fantastic job with their flowers and it ends up being worth the cost!

I absolutely LOVED the flowers that Belle Fiori made for my wedding! My bouquet was exactly what I hoped it would be. The centerpieces were gorgeous. Everything was so beautiful! Emily and the rest of the staff at Belle Fiori are great to work with, and extremely helpful with any questions you have. They took care of EVERYTHING on the wedding day. My ceremony happened at a different location than my reception. They came to the ceremony location, set everything up, then went to the reception location, set everything up there, then came back to the ceremony location, cleaned everything up and moved it to the reception. Unbelievable!
