on, and the dress was damaged. The shop agreed to fix the dress, they said it would take a few months. They never updated me on when the dress was going to be ready. I had to call and email in order to get an update. At this point I wasn't very stressed out because we still had months until the wedding.
I finally got an update. The store said the dress was fixed, however, it looked even worse than it did originally. At this point they just said they would order a new dress for me entirely. I was totally fine with that.
They never gave me an update as to when the dress would be arriving. I called and emailed a few months later to ask when it would be here and they gave me a date. That date came and went and they never reached out to me. I had to call again to get an update. Finally they give me another arrival date, it never came and they again didn't update me.
Getting an update from them was like pulling teeth. I finally got pretty frustrated because it had been almost a year since we originally ordered the dress and my wedding was getting very close. I had to tell them if it wasn't here within a few weeks then I didn't want the dress anymore. Magically two days later the dress arrived. I go to try it on, and the dress has the same issue as the first one AND another even more noticeable issue. I was so upset and frustrated at this point because to me, it looks like the same dress but with another issue. I told them at this point that I didn't even want the dress anymore. Itold them to keep it and I just wanted a refund. Obviously they didn't want the dress because no one would buy it full price in that condition. They tried to gaslight me and tell me the dress looked fine when it was very clearly ripped in two places.
They would not give me my money Back.I was more than reasonable the months and months I didn't hear back from them I didn't make a scene. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, which added even more stress on me and made the whole dress shopping experience really unenjoyable. It was supposed to be exciting and it definitely was not.

an off-the-rack dress that was not my true size at the time. I wish I could remember the name of who helped us, but I bought my dress a while ago - in the summer of 2020. I think it was Amy! When we went in, they gave us (my mom and I) a few markers to put on dresses I liked. We were struggling, and Amy asked us if we had a dress we were trying to beat (we did). Based on the picture of the possible dress, she found the dress I ended up choosing! I had a very specific set of things I knew I liked/disliked already, so hunting down *the* dress that met all of my requirements was tricky. After we had ordered the dress and it came in (in January 2021), I was a bit worried as it seemed too small, yet my body size had not changed. I was reassured that this was because of the stiffness of the new dress, and this was absolutely true. I was completely comfortable in it after putting it on a few times for alterations! I kept my dress at Belle Saison and it was always easy to access for trying on with various shoes - I just called ahead and they pulled it out for me to grab at a time of my choosing. I did my (minimal) alterations at Nelda's Tailors nearby which was super convenient, and I paid for Belle Saison's package in which they steam your dress for you and also send it off to be preserved after your big day. I recommend it, especially if you have a large skirt with lots of tulle that would be time consuming to steam. Thank you Belle Saison for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

On top of that, she helped me find an amazing tailor around the corner, and they were able to hang on to my dress in between alterations, bridal portraits and the wedding day, which was a huge weight off my shoulders not having to hide it from my husband/worry about getting anything on it. The only thing that made me a little bit iffy was that when I picked up my dress and veil, my veil was just thrown in like a little plastic heb bag and I thought that was an odd way to keep something as important as a veil.

e" in under 30 minutes. The dress I selected is a champagne color, which I never would have picked out on my own, but it looked good with my skin tone. Amy is an expert at clipping the dress to help you visualize how it will look after alterations. I was a novice and assumed I'd just be buying the dress off the rack. I didn't realize it had to be ordered and made, so 6 months was barely enough time to have a dress ready. Amy said there wasn't enough time to do custom measurements, but they could order me a standard size with a hem 4 inches shorter than the sample. The hardest part was waiting for the dress to come in! =) It finally arrived about 2 weeks before my wedding, giving me just enough time to get it altered. Fortunately, the hem was the perfect length, as long as I wore about a 3.25" heel, which Amy suggested. My only complaint was that I felt a little pushed to purchase the $89 petticoat without trying it on first. It turned out I did not need it, as the dress was already the right length, and my seamstress did not recommend it. Unfortunately, Belle Saison would not allow me to return it, but hopefully I can sell it to someone and get some money back. I wanted to spend about $1000 on the dress, but I ended up spending $1400, including tax. I have no regrets though. I received so many compliments on my dress. Thank you, Amy!

She is super knowledgeable about the designers and she made me feel beautiful and confident when trying on dresses. She helped pin my hair up, put a head piece into my hair, and place a veil on me when trying on dresses so that I felt confident in choosing the perfect dress for me. Belle Saison was very professional and organized when it came to letting me know when the dress was ready for pickup, explaining my options for alterations, and offering me packages for cleaning, steaming, and preserving my dress. And their mistake made my alterations cost skyrocket because for some reason it’s my responsibility to fix their monumental mistake?
And when I say wrong color I mean they ordered NUDE in the front panel instead of IVORY. How could a mistake that big be made on a wedding dress?
Beyond upset they didn’t even offer to help pay for alterations on their own mistake. Will never be recommending this place to anyone ever. They only care about the $$ (extremely overpriced considering the beads have been falling off like crazy as well)

I knew it probably sounded silly to her, but she didn't make me feel silly. They worked with me to get an appointment the next day and I drove almost four hours by myself to rule this one dress out. Well, trust your gut, fellow brides! Faith was my consultant and she is AMAZING!!! She made me feel like a princess and validated my choice like we had been girlfriends for years. She took pictures of me, Facetimed my bridesmaids so they could see me in The Dress, chitchatted with me while she took my measurements so I didn't feel awkward in my underwear with a perfect stranger, and my dress ordered so I could get back on the road before rush hour traffic started. I will say I did try on a couple dresses while I was there, and I could barely get any of the dresses past my hips (I'm 5'3", 165#, athletic build). She grabbed a little lace jacket and a belt that made me feel comfortable and confident. I also loved the play on patterns that those two pieces brought to the dress. My guests were stunned when I told them later that the dress was 3 non-related pieces.
