They worked with me in the whole process, keeping me updated with the timeline necessities and other pertinent information as I planned my wedding. They were always available to communicate when needed, and were such a great support through the process. Any room that you walk into in the Belmont is beautiful! We had our ceremony on the terrace patio and then we went downstairs to their multiple room cocktail hour. This cocktail hour was not limited to a library, pool table area, dining room, and more! It really was a place that was accessible to all of our guests and kept them engaged at the whole cocktail hour as we made our way around. The service at the cocktail I was phenomenal, and the food was outstanding! I still have people telling me even six months later after our wedding, that the prime rib that they had was the best prime rib ever! And that the lamb chops were outstanding! They really worked hard to make every aspect memorable. After the cocktail hour, we went back upstairs to the ballroom. They made sure that all of the needs were met so seamlessly. Even changes that needed to occur on the day of, they made it happen immediately. I loved that. I didn’t feel any stress during my wedding day because I had such amazing supports there to walk me through and take care of anything we needed. The dinner itself was fit for a queen or king! The food that they gave us was delicious! I just re-think about the day, and I wish that I could do it all over again because I really had no stress and no worries in the day because of their amazing staff. I felt heard and supported. I thought that all my needs were met and that they truly made it the most spectacular day. I would recommend this venue to anybody in this area or even from out of town because they will exceed your expectations and they will have people talking about how beautiful, amazing, fun, and memorable. Your wedding was even months later.

Located in an impeccable spot for NOVA, the accessibility, parking facilities, ADA compliance, and more were perfect. The venue itself is a visual treat. BCC strikes a balance of being elegant and stunning without being over the top. Every corner exudes charm and sophistication, creating the ideal backdrop for our daughter's big day. And since weather is unpredictable for any outdoor wedding, BCC’s efficient “day of” backup plan put our anxieties to rest. In terms of flexibility and accommodation, BCC surpassed our expectations. They were always open to our ideas and worked diligently to bring them to life. Communication is vital, and BCC shines in this department. The timely reminders, status meetings, and constant clarifications kept us in the loop and reassured us at every step. Most importantly, the dining experience was another highlight. Consistent with the planning and tasting experience, the food on the wedding day was equally excellent and impeccably presented. Everyone we spoke to during the event and afterwards complimented us on the quality of their meals. In summary, Belmont Country Club offers a blend of excellence, beauty, and professionalism that is unparalleled. Our daughter's wedding day was picture-perfect, and we owe a significant part of that to the incredible BCC team. Five stars, without a doubt!

ay of. The whole space, from the ceremony site to the manor house was so naturally beautiful we didn't feel the need to add any of our own decorations. The newly renovated ballroom was perfect for a group of our size and we made sure to take up all of the space on the huge dance floor. The food was also excellent and we appreciated the customization we were able to do with the whole menu.

we had quite a few things that were unique to us (table names instead of numbers, an uneven bridal party and specialty beers on the bar menu). I would highly recommend them! They did a fabulous job of answering our questions throughout the planning process and were a breeze to work with!

She was unflappable and really on top of everything, we didn't run into any issues at all. Katie assisted and she did a marvelous job carefully packing everything up for us at the end of the night - she even individually wrapped the vases we provided for centerpieces. The venue is beautiful, and the food was really delicious. They were pretty accommodating of dietary restrictions too. The Social Tables site they use for seating charts is very useful, although it can take a bit of time to figure out. Overall, they made our wedding experience so easy and I'm very grateful for their hard work.

Only comment is that our food was served late in the reception and that totally messed with our table touches and timeline. Otherwise, everything went great!

Our big day went so smoothly, Mary and Kellyn handled all the day of coordination right down to placing flower pedals along the aisle for our ceremony. The food is delicious - our vendors were so glad to have fantastic meals! Our guests shared our love for the historic beauty of the property and we loved getting to use all of the unique spaces in the Manor House and the Ballroom to celebrate! We highly recommend BCC to any couple looking for an all in one venue for ceremony and reception with fabulous coordination by amazing and kind experts.

, Kellyn easily found a fantastic solution. A week before our wedding Governor Northam enforced a 10 person social gathering cap but Kellyn met the challenge with ease and helped us plan a totally new wedding in less than a week. She was so kind and checked in with us many times. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Not to mention the venue’s architecture and history itself. The manor house is beautiful and the ballroom looks out over the mountains! There is a terrace with chairs you can go out on to look at the scenery. We were married a week before Christmas and they had all of their Christmas decorations up and we barely needed any decorations for the reception. Belmont is also very affordable and the food is to die for. I have never been to wedding where I really liked the food, but this food was better than restaurant food. Belmont Country Club is a hidden gem in Northern Virginia and I cannot recommend them enough.

Kellyn was so patient and understanding when we went through a cycle of canceling-rescheduling our wedding. We ultimately made the difficult decision not to have our wedding reception at Belmont as they could not accommodate our large guest list with COVID-19, however Kellyn went above and beyond for us and helped us set up a small ceremony at Belmont. She spent time helping us line up for the procession and even helped us drive the golf carts!

They were very flexible with letting us meet with our photographer at the venue ahead of the wedding to plan out where we would be taking photos. Northern Virginia area. Rhonda was really great and easy to work with. We met a lot before the actual wedding day to discuss logistics for the day of and planned very early on for everything that would happen that day. She had really great ideas when it came to decor and for how to make the day go smoothly. It's very clear that she is experienced and has been doing this for a long time! Her suggestions were great and really made the day that much better. Rhonda was very pleasant and easy to work with and was also very good at responding to emails very quickly. She was very flexible and accommodating with any requests that we made. She and her team set everything up the day of the wedding (from the escort cards, to the decor around the entire venue, to the candy bar I wanted to surprise my groom with the morning of). Although there are always unforeseen things that happen the day of the wedding, I feel that my day went perfectly thanks to Rhonda and her team. The venue was also beyond beautiful! The manor house is amazing and the views around the property are gorgeous. My pictures turned out beautifully thanks to these views! The food was extremely tasty (my guests are still commenting on the food up to this day). If I were to have my wedding again, I wouldn't dream of any other place to have it. I would choose this place over and over again!

You have to use Belmont's on site catering for your event, and their food was fantastic. Their chef is knowledgeable about how to prepare gluten-free properly which was important for many of my family members. When we brought all of our wedding supplies to Belmont I gave them directions on how I wanted the room decorated for our reception. They absolutely blew me away, not only setting the room up how I wanted but going above and beyond with decorating. Everything was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Belmont to anyone looking for a wedding venue! They helped make our day spectacular!

We felt that any email we sent was not a trivial question, that nothing was too small: we received quick, helpful responses to everything we asked, and many things we never even considered. At the wedding and rehearsal they were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in looking out for our families & guests. They were extremely organized and we knew that they would handle anything that came up. While we were thrilled to not need the 'rain plan' we were comfortable that our ceremony indoors would have been beautiful. Their vendor recommendations were fantastic, and their relationship with vendors contributed to a flawless set-up and day. Belmont is the perfect combination of historic and modern: Beautiful photo spots & historic charm combined with a large ballroom that accommodates 200+ guests (A rare find in the DC area). Both the bridal party and the gentlemen have a scenic area for getting ready (no basements for the groomsmen!). The historic manor home was a particular draw as it had all the historic charm we wanted (and thought we would only find in Williamsburg!) which made for amazing photos and a memorable, unique venue that was still convenient to DC (for both guests, and planning purposes). The location close to Dulles made it easy for out of town guests and is located near to a number of affordable hotel options. The food was wonderful! The menu(s) provided a wide variety of options and we could not have gone wrong with anything. They were able to accommodate any dietary restrictions of our guests, and made sure the kids were served first (as our dinner was scheduled to start later in the day). Our guests raved about the food and appetizers. The different food packages could be customized to different budgets and still includes amazing food!

They knew what we needed before we knew and they took care of absolutely everything. The colonial house offers so many wonderful opportunities for awesome photographs and provides ample space for any crowd. You owe it to yourself to at least go out there for a tour, but most likely your search will end there. Throughout the night we were told by our guests over and over that this was the best wedding reception they had ever attended.

Erin, our coordinator, was on top of everything, checking in throughout the day, ensuring everything went as planned. Our only complaint happened during the planning stages. We booked Belmont as our venue a year in advance of our date. We had read reviews prior to booking that indicated Belmont was wonderful and Rhonda was the best. About 6 months later, we were notified that Nancy would be replacing Rhonda, who had retired, as the catering manager. From that point forward, we had difficulty communicating with Nancy. E-mail responses were slow; when they were answered, they only addressed certain portions of our original questions/concerns. Once Erin was assigned to our wedding communication became easier and, as mentioned above, she handled the day of our wedding perfectly. Overall we highly recommend Belmont Country Club as a wedding venue to anyone looking in the Northern Virginia area.

She checked in with us frequently throughout the evening. Food service was flawless. GOOOOO Blair! I really only have on disappointing factor in this equation and it's that there was a change in staff throughout my planning. My original coordinator/director of catering Rhonda retired and was replaced by Nancy. I had about a little less then 3 months to plan the wedding so the change affected me drastically. It's no ones fault. This complaint is more of a administrative/corporate level issue. 1. It seemed like no info was passed on to Nancy which left her looking unprepared every time we spoke. (Menu selections, details regarding decor, etc) 2. I wasn't even contacted by the new coordinator until December 23rd (My wedding was January 4th) Although I did meet her for a few moments on December 7th at my walk through. It just all boils down to lack of communication. Nancy did try her best. But you could definitely feel her stress and lack of support from Belmont.

She made things run smoothly the day of, and we never worried about a thing. The Belmont was a beautiful setting for our wedding, and our guests loved the historic house and the lovely ballroom for the reception. It was a great day, and we loved the Belmont for our setting. And the food was absolutely delicious! We had many comments from guests on how wonderful the cocktail hour and dinner tasted. The decor was elegant and really made for a beautiful setting. I would absolutely recommend the Belmont!

The bridal prep room is beautiful and as you and your girls are getting ready, they bring in complimentary food and drinks. There is also a billiard room for the guys downstairs that makes for great pictures. The house itself is very historical--my mom and I liked it bc it had that rich history, but was very clean and well maintained, as oppose to some of the other ones we looked at, which were more run down. I could not recommend the Belmont Country Club and Rhonda more. She helped create the perfect day that I will remember for the rest of my life!

e to the mandatory charge for 100 guests on a Saturday. We have many guests from out of town, and we had no idea if we'd have 50 or 150 when we selected the site. We had about 70, which was a perfect number, but we were stuck paying for 100 guests. That said, I wouldn't change the location. We had the last nice day in mid Nov, and were able to do an outside ceremony. Rhonda and crew stayed flexible until the last minute. Every detail was accounted for. I loved having use of the old house, plus the modern ballroom. It was the best of both worlds! And the fact that they handled everything meant I wasn't wasting time haggling over spoons. Belmont allows arrival at the site 3 hours in advance so we had loads of time to relax with our bridal parties and get ready in a leisurely way. I would definitely it!

e knew we HAD to get married here. The Manor house, which has historic beauty with elegance, is located on the highest point in Loudon County. The views are breathtaking. There is no bad picture. BCC overlooks the beautiful greens of the golf course, which have weeping willows and fountains, as well as the mountains. There were several choices for where the ceremony could be held, we chose to face the stunning brick and architecture of the Manor House. The reception offered both indoor and outdoor mingling. The bridal suite was beautiful with antique tubs, large windows and mirrors and a place for all to gather. The groom and groomsmen gathered in the Billiards room where they were able to play pool, poker, and chess. They had a blast. BCC offers in house catering which was incredible. We had the opportunity to do a tasting and every option we tried was delicious. The guests raved about the portion sizes, the taste, and the presentation! Rhonda, the lead at BCC and our day of coordinator was PHENOMINAL! From the very beginning she was enthusiastic, personable, professional, and organized. She quickly responded to emails, met with us in person to work out details, and coordinated with the vendors. The day of our wedding, Rhonda helped make the ceremony run seamlessly, attended to every detail during setup, dedicated herself to the bride and grooms needs (she even brought out hor d'oeuvres during our pictures!) At the end of the evening, Rhonda and her team helped my parents gather and load the flowers, gifts, cake, etc. to take home. From beginning to end Rhonda was a true GEM and FABULOUS to work with. She really made our wedding day A DREAM COME TRUE! Belmont Country Club is truly spectacular!

I also highly recommend getting married here in late October, as the color of the trees and the lighting for the evening was absolutely stunning at that time! I would recommend Belmont to anyone and am so glad we chose them as our wedding venue!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
