Our family and friends enjoyed themselves immensely and are still talking about the venue a month later!

ace-less stress)! The food is SO delicious! They have you out to do a tasting to choose your meals and appetizers (so me, my fiance and parents went)...they were delicious! We got no complaints on the food! Also, the guests loved that our reception was inside but there are balconies and terraces all around, so people can go inside and outside at will--was nice for watching the sunset. The bridal prep room is beautiful and as you and your girls are getting ready, they bring in complimentary food and drinks. There is also a billiard room for the guys downstairs that makes for great pictures. The house itself is very historical--my mom and I liked it bc it had that rich history, but was very clean and well maintained, as oppose to some of the other ones we looked at, which were more run down. I could not recommend the Belmont Country Club and Rhonda more. She helped create the perfect day that I will remember for the rest of my life!

many guests from out of town, and we had no idea if we'd have 50 or 150 when we selected the site. We had about 70, which was a perfect number, but we were stuck paying for 100 guests. That said, I wouldn't change the location. We had the last nice day in mid Nov, and were able to do an outside ceremony. Rhonda and crew stayed flexible until the last minute. Every detail was accounted for. I loved having use of the old house, plus the modern ballroom. It was the best of both worlds! And the fact that they handled everything meant I wasn't wasting time haggling over spoons. Belmont allows arrival at the site 3 hours in advance so we had loads of time to relax with our bridal parties and get ready in a leisurely way. I would definitely it!

historic beauty with elegance, is located on the highest point in Loudon County. The views are breathtaking. There is no bad picture. BCC overlooks the beautiful greens of the golf course, which have weeping willows and fountains, as well as the mountains. There were several choices for where the ceremony could be held, we chose to face the stunning brick and architecture of the Manor House. The reception offered both indoor and outdoor mingling. The bridal suite was beautiful with antique tubs, large windows and mirrors and a place for all to gather. The groom and groomsmen gathered in the Billiards room where they were able to play pool, poker, and chess. They had a blast. BCC offers in house catering which was incredible. We had the opportunity to do a tasting and every option we tried was delicious. The guests raved about the portion sizes, the taste, and the presentation! Rhonda, the lead at BCC and our day of coordinator was PHENOMINAL! From the very beginning she was enthusiastic, personable, professional, and organized. She quickly responded to emails, met with us in person to work out details, and coordinated with the vendors. The day of our wedding, Rhonda helped make the ceremony run seamlessly, attended to every detail during setup, dedicated herself to the bride and grooms needs (she even brought out hor d'oeuvres during our pictures!) At the end of the evening, Rhonda and her team helped my parents gather and load the flowers, gifts, cake, etc. to take home. From beginning to end Rhonda was a true GEM and FABULOUS to work with. She really made our wedding day A DREAM COME TRUE! Belmont Country Club is truly spectacular!

also was the most affordable. I had a great deal of help and flexibility from Rhonda and her team. I brought in boxes of things for the guest table, they said I could drop it off when I had it ready for them, and not to worry about anything. Once my wedding day got here, Belmont set up everything for our wedding reception and it was PERFECT! They did an amazing job, more than I expected! My guest at the wedding had a wonderful time. When I see people who came to the wedding they still tell me how beautiful Belmont was and how we picked a great place. Our guest are still talking about our wedding. I defiantly recommend Belmont to anyone getting married! You'll be doing yourself a favor!

nce Belmont is a legitimate historic site and not just a random country club, we loved it. The grounds were beautiful for our spring wedding, the staff was amazing, and almost a month later, we still have guests commenting on how great the food was. They were super accomodating of everything that we wanted or needed, and when we had a major hiccup with another vendor, they jumped right in, ready to do whatever they could to help in the situation. Would absolutely recommend this venue to any bride!

for our entire event. The club was decorated to the hilt for the holiday so very little was required in terms of decorations. We were married in front of the Christmas tree in the foyer. Guests described it as "stunning." Service was fabulous.

On the day of the wedding, both Rhonda and Courtney checked up--numerous times!--on the girls and me while we were getting ready, just to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. Also, Courtney in particular took a lot of our last minute changes/additions in stride. She was never once stressed! The day of the wedding, everything was perfect. It's hard to put it into words, but having the wedding at Belmont made everything all the more special and beautiful. We had our entire event there, and somehow, nothing really seemed to go wrong. Everything was just as we'd expected it, but better. Having the ceremony there was great--we were outdoors, on the manor steps, and it was so elegant and classic! The manor house and its history were huge reasons why we chose Belmont as our venue; it's in such well-kept shape and is so different from any other venue. The food was delicious (you have the option of plated meal or buffet--we chose buffet, and it was great!), the atmosphere was lovely, and the people working there were incredible--so kind and so professional. Our parents have told us that no one had a single complaint or suggestion about what Belmont could have done better, which is really a testament to how wonderful everything turns out there. So, thank you to Rhonda, Courtney, and Belmont for everything! Our day was truly special thanks to you all!

he thought of everything and made the day go smooth and easy. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. The food is amazing. The Manor home is gorgeous. All of our guests said how beautiful the location was and how good the food was. I think it is the best location and the best bang for your buck in the Northern Virginia area. The daughter of one of my parent's friends is getting married next year. After coming to the wedding, they scheduled a meeting with Rhonda and signed a contract that day. The only complaint is that GPS and internet directions do not take you to the right entrance.

event was so well organized - and very reasonably priced. The reception went by in a flash - I had so much fun I didn't want to leave. Our family and friends are still raving about the reception too. They loved the elegant facility, the food, and the staff. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. I remember being pleasantly surprised by how quickly the hor d'oeuvres and entrees were served for 130 guests. We didn't see anyone wait for a drink. I enjoyed planning the reception with Rhonda because she made the process very easy for me. After I met her for the first time, I didn't even consider the possibility that something could go wrong. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event as well. Our tasting was a lot of fun too. We invited two guests. Jeff and Rhonda gave us great recommendations for the menu and were very patient and accomodating when we requested minor changes. My husband and I highly recommend Belmont Country Club!

staff was great especially working with Rhonda. The day of the wedding I was relaxed and was able to enjoy the day. Everyone loved the views and the service. I would tell anyone who wanted a great price for a wedding without losing the glitz and glam to choose Belmont Country Club!

Rhonda was amazing. She always answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She made us feel very comfortable about holding our wedding at Belmont. She helped provide suggestions about the time line of events for the day, etc. When we did our food tasting, they had a table set up at Belmont with the linens, plates, etc I had chosen, so I could finally set what it all looked like together. I did not hire a wedding planner, and did most of the wedding myself. I was considering hiring a 'day of' planner, but once I started working with Rhonda, I realized one wasn't needed. She took care of all of the 'day of' planning, and was a huge help. Her & her staff also ran the rehearsal, telling us who walks first, where to stand, etc. We got married outside, facing the tree. Rhonda & her staff were there to help tell us when we were supposed to walk out, who was to walk first, etc. It was nice to have someone there to help the timing and flow go smoothly. The day of the wedding, me & the girls arrived at Belmont in the morning to get ready. There was already food & drinks set up for us in one of the rooms upstairs. They had tea sandwiches, sodas, water, fruit, cheese, etc. Rhonda would periodically pop in to ask if we needed anything. Numerous guests commented on how perfect the venue was for a wedding. During the cocktail hour, guests were able to roam around the lower level, in the multiple rooms. We had a bar set up inside, and one outside in a little garden. People liked the flow of the rooms, and that they had multiple places they could go to. We had 160 guests, and I was worried it would be a bit crowded in the ballroom, during the reception, but everything worked out fine. I think it helped a lot that Belmont has two terrace/balconies on either side of the ballroom, so guests were able to go outside if they wished. We rented a tent that we put outside on the bigger balcony, and Belmont let us bring in our own Italian cookies, free of charge. We had one medical emergency, that required one of our guests having to go to the hospital, and Belmont handled the situation very professionally. Since this emergency put a little damper on the evening, and we had some lost time, Belmont graciously allowed us to stay an extra hour past what we had originally agreed on, free We very much appreciated this. The staff the entire evening was great, they got me whatever I requested. The groom even requested a special salad, and they made that for him. When the evening was over, they took care of helping us carrying the centerpieces out, making sure we got everything, etc. The food was delicious, and we got numerous compliments on how great the food tasted. Everyone raved about it. I also heard the bar was not stingy on making the mixed drinks either, which lead to a very happy bunch! Overall, I would recommend Belmont. I believe the price may have gone up a bit since we got married, but for the quality of service, beauty of venue, and overall satisfaction of our guests, it is a great deal. It's cheaper than many venues in the area. I loved the fact that we had the whole building to ourselves, & didn't have to worry about random people walking by our wedding, such as you would

The layout of the ballroom was great - everyone could see and participate in everything and the bar and dance floor were easily accessible. If anyone is looking for a beautiful reception with quality staff and service, this is the place!

onda, the event coordinator at Belmont, was fantastic. She was professional, prompt in her communications and all around, delivered exceptional service. During the reception, she was making sure my husband and I had the food and drinks we needed and could soak in the evening and not think about the logistics. Jeff, the head chef at Belmont, also delivered delicious food and the wait staff were all prompt and courteous throughout the event. The only complaint was the reception ended too soon! We thought a 5 hour reception would be enough, but no one was ready to leave at the end. Overall, amazing place to host a wedding! I recommended this place to my friend, who will be having her wedding there in January. I will continue to refer friends to Belmont as a perfect venue and catering place for a wedding.
