The Timeless Experience offered in either the Grand Ballroom or the Charles Ballroom can host 290 or 220 guests respectively. The smaller venues offer an alternative to the timeless experience with a casual affair in the Owl Bar or a modern experience at the 13TH Floor both accommodating up to 85 guests.
Belvedere & Co. Events also offers micro weddings, elopement packages and options to bring in outside caterers for cultural cuisines.

The Belvedere was a stunning venue, and the entire staff made our wedding year go so smoothly. Each person we met with throughout the process answered our questions and offered suggestions to give us the day we wanted! Our day-of coordinators, Olivia and Harmony, were fantastic! They made us feel like celebrities and handled things so seamlessly. It was a gift to be able to be fully present and stress-free, and we were able to do that because of the Belvedere. I highly recommend!

The Belvedere was my dream wedding venue! They are so experienced and easy to work with. It is a gorgeous and historic Baltimore staple which makes for great photos and cuts down on decorating costs as it is already so gorgeous! They have a list of preferred vendors which are people they work closely with who know the space extremely well. Having the vendors and staff be so knowledgeable about Belvedere weddings make it so much easier. It was easily handicap accessible for my older relatives and the food was great.

Had the opportunity of being able to work at this amazing venue for a wedding I had to DJ for, and it was amazing! Forget the competition -- Belvedere & Co. helped give us a FLAWLESS wedding day experience. With attentive, clear, and courteous communication every step of the way, plus a wonderfully elegant venue space, we were able to hold a celebration that wowed our guests. From the early planning stages to the day itself, our experience really could not have been better.
Harmony, our day-of coordinator, was especially outstanding in her professionalism.

We had a fantastic experience working with Belvedere & Co. Events! We knew as soon as we got engaged that we wanted to get married at the Belvedere, and they helped make our vision a reality. Their team was always extremely responsive and reliable during every step of the process. Everything regarding our wedding was very transparent and they were willing to always make changes so we felt comfortable and stayed within our ideal budget. Their detail-oriented coordinators helped to ensure everything went extremely smoothly on our wedding day and were extremely helpful throughout the wedding process.

I first visited the Belvedere in 2015, and fell in love. When I got engaged in December 2022, I knew exactly where I wanted to get married, and thankfully, it fit within our budget. I married my husband on 11/3/2023. The Belvedere is absolutely gorgeous. I wanted a venue that didn’t require a lot when it came to decor. The rooms have their own natural appeal/character. Belvedere’s event planning team is professional, responsive, and organized. It was great that a day of wedding coordinator was included. My only complaint is the food. We ended up having to schedule a second tasting because we were not pleased with the selections we originally tried. I still give the venue 5-stars though because they listened to our feedback and were willing to make changes to how they cooked the food to accommodate us. Besides that, we had a great experience. Many of our guests commented on the beauty and elegance of our wedding.

The Belvedere made our vision of timeless elegance come to life! My now-husband and I got married on October 21 in the Grand Ballroom of the Belvedere. Everything about the evening was absolutely magical! Our guests were absolutely stunned at the ballroom and raved about how it was the best wedding they have ever been too! Being on the 12th floor was fantastic because we had it all to ourselves and there was a stairwell directly to the 13th floor where our after party was held! I highly recommend the Belvedere (particularly the Grand Ballroom and the 13th Floor) for your wedding!!

The Belvedere was an absolutely dream as a venue and I'd highly recommend it to anyone considering a Baltimore wedding.
The space is gorgeous and the team is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There are many different options to choose from for layouts in the spaces at all price ranges and the team communicates clearly throughout planning. The team was also flexible and willing to work with us when concerns did arise and was very responsive to questions we had. The vendors they recommend are incredibly professional and have a very high level of experience working in the space. Lastly the food was fantastic - all of our guests were highly complementary.
The day of the wedding my expectations were absolutely exceeded - we were blown away at how beautiful all of the spaces were. The event team was at the ready throughout the event - bringing drinks to my husband and I + our families, collecting gifts and generally being extremely helpful. They are all extremely friendly and seemed to be having fun as well as taking their role very seriously.
I highly recommend The Belvedere - building and the events team have a special place in our entire families heart.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue in Baltimore to get married. The staff and customer service alone were spectacular. From day one, we felt like the Belvedere paid attention to our needs and helped everything go as smoothly as possible. The day of the wedding was truly beautiful. We were shocked at how everything turned out. Dozens of guests said our venue was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they had ever seen. We couldn't agree more. I read these positive reviews before booking and was incredibly disappointed to have a different experience. Future brides; and please read our warning and save yourself the disappointment.
Venue specific feedback:
It was incredibly hot and humid inside the building. One of the main reasons we chose this venue was because we wanted to be out of the heat but everyone ended up sweating bullets because apparently the building i/ too old to cool properly. They didn’t even have the air on in the parlor suite where we got ready so makeup was melting off as it was being applied. We were incredibly uncomfortable and the humidity turned my hair into a frizzy mess that was super frustrating. I would absolutely not recommend a summer event at the Belvedere for that reason. It has all the drawbacks of an outdoor space with none of the benefits.
Reception specific feedback:
I paid around $600 for fruit and cheese displayed appetizer and multiple guests got rotten berries. Strawberries with obvious ugly brown spots. I thought my friend must be mistaken but then I went over and I got rotten fruit too. I would never serve that in my home and was incredibly disappointed to serve it at our wedding.
We paid around 600 for a single baked Brie en croute pastry that our guests had to cut themselves. I’m assuming it wasn’t sliced because then it would have been even more obvious that that isn’t 40 servings.
We had small plates fish and short rib for the dinner portion. I was charged for each guest to have one of each but when they went to be served the server made them choose beef or fish giving guests the impression they could only have one. They should have been in offered beef fish or both that’s what I paid for. I paid for double the food that guests were actually offered. I also paid for two attendants but every time I looked over, there was only one.
There was a bunch of nickel and diming over petty things. Example: the microphone for the ceremony and reception was an additional rental fee of $75 each. I was charged $200 for a table for dessert (that we had already paid the baker to set up). At that point just raise the venue rental fee with the initial quote. I don’t want to deal with petty charges like that. I had enough to think about.
I was happy on my wedding day. I’ll have good memories of my wedding, but I would absolutely never recommend this venue to anyone. Maybe our 13k fee wasn’t big enough for them to bring out the 5 star experience but our wedding was hot sticky and just generally below expectation.

Despite best efforts, there are times when corrective action is called for. I am confident in the B&Co. Events team, given the opportunity we would have addressed any of your concerns brought to our attention.
What is not shared in your review is the untold hours that the Belvedere & Co. Events team spent from your initial inquiry, throughout your relatively short planning process and on the day of your wedding to ensure your expectations were met.
We are glad that you do have fond memories of your wedding day. It is why we love our job. It is the highest honor when someone allows us to host their big day in “our house”. The entire B&Co Events team– from the cooks, to the servers, the planners, the houseman and dishwashers, all read our clients’ reviews. This one came as a bit of a surprise though. They feel tremendous disappointment when they hear that they have fallen short in meeting a client’s expectations. We also recognize that sometimes all the hurdles and hoops we jump through, sometimes it's just not enough. We learn and try to be even better going forward.

The Belvedere made my dream wedding come true. It's an incredibly beautiful space that boasts of class and elegance without feeling at all stuffy or "too formal", and the staff are so supportive and helpful. They were always quick to communicate with my husband and I as we planned, they were clear on expectations and very accommodating to our wishes, and on our big day they made us feel (and look) like royalty! They provided everything we needed which made planning a lot simpler, and they made our wedding day an easy and joyful experience for us!

My husband and I just had our dream wedding at The Belvedere in Baltimore, MD! Our dream night went off without a hitch! The staff was absolutely amazing - special shout outs to Brooke, Lizzy, Lindsay and Laura - all of who made our night the absolute best. Communication was great, all my requests were met, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Food is top notch as well as the bar. The Belvedere is hands down the best wedding venue in Baltimore! From our first tour, we loved the timeless elegance of the space that gives a feeling of Old Baltimore glamour. The whole events team was incredible throughout the planning process - always very responsive to emails and helpful with coordinating vendors. Lindsay and Lizzy both went above and beyond to make our wedding day fun and seamless and make us feel like movie stars. Booking Belvedere was an easy choice, and we could not have asked for anything else in a wedding venue.

The Belvedere was all my dreams come true for our wedding day. The 13th floor was perfect for the amount of people we had (200). Everyone complimented the food and service. The team was attentive and the day went off without a hitch! I planned the wedding myself so the day of coordinator was huge for us as well as all of the assistance leading up until the big day. I cannot recommend this venue enough! A true Baltimore icon for an iconic day!!

Fantastic experience from top to bottom. Belvedere provided a full-service experience and made our day-of completely effortless. I was stress-free the whole wedding day because I knew we were in their hands. They helped us plan throughout the year leading up to the wedding, advised us on vendors, and other tips and tricks. My husband and I are architects and you can't do any better than the Belvedere in all of Baltimore. The Belvedere does so many weddings so they know have the process down to a science. It's a little pricey but it is worth it to not stress. We looked at venues that provided no services, just an empty space but by the time you hired all the different venues, it was cheaper to do the Belvedere. If it's within your financial means, definitely go with the Belvedere.

My husband and I wanted a venue in the city that let us "extend" the party -- booking the Belvedere and the 13th floor after for an after-party allowed us to have the party we wanted without breaking the bank! For how beautiful and grand the ballroom is, the pricing is very reasonable once you've included catering/wedding planning/etc. Our day of coordinator, Taylor, was incredible and extremely thoughtful. There was clear communication from the entire team throughout the 1+ year process of planning the wedding, and they kept us on track!

Taylor and the team at the Belvedere were incredible to work with. We initially thought we would have a wedding of 150+ guests, but due to COVID uncertainty and financial reasons, decided to cut the guest list in half to 80. Not only was Taylor quick to adjust our estimate for the cost of the venue and catering, but she was quick to find us the perfect location as well; instead of having our ceremony and reception in one of the ballrooms as initially planned, we had our ceremony and cocktail hour in the Platinum Ballroom, and the reception on the 13th floor. From the moment we reached out to tour the venue, the team at the Belvedere was organized, dedicated to making our vision come to life, and genuinely seemed to care about our wedding day from the very beginning. We never needed to worry about when payments were due, when we were supposed to choose our menu, etc.--Taylor was always on top of it and made sure we knew if we should schedule a meeting, if we had any decisions to finalize, etc. Honestly could not have asked for a better experience or wedding day. The Belvedere was the perfect venue for us.

Wow! I cannot thank the Belvedere team enough for our beautiful wedding. From day one everyone was so accommodating, kind and professional- they have so many options for spaces there is something for everyone. They truly excel at event planning as you’ll find that your vendors love working with them! We had an unexpected March snowstorm blow through and the Belvedere was incredibly accommodating letting us come in early for a first look- they have plan A B and C for everything. People kept asking me if I had a wedding planner because everything ran so seamlessly- their services are unparalleled. The service staff and maitre’ d were extremely efficient and gracious, we also worked with LaToya as the assistant event coordination who was so lovely and organized! The Belvedere was seriously the best place to get married. Our event planner, Taylor was AMAZING...like everything you could ever want out of a wedding planner and more. Any time we had questions, needed anything, wanted to change something, she was there. She made our dreams come true and made it look so effortless. The Belvedere is a dream venue if you're like me and want a wedding that looks like it cost a million dollars with minimal stress on a shockingly reasonable budget. o The Belvedere is a dream venue and we couldn’t of imagined having our wedding anywhere else! Each room at the Belvedere has its unique characteristics and details which make it a beautiful spot all on its own. The planning process with Lindsay was seamless from viewing the space, to deciding on what package and details, to the day of. At no point of the process, was I stressed or overwhelmed with the Belvedere as a vendor, as they made everything easy and straightforward. Lindsay and her team were great a communicating and answers any questions we had. Taylor was our day of coordinator and she did an amazing job as well. She was so accommodating and was constantly checking on things to make sure everything was running smoothly. I truly felt so taken care of that night and could not have asked for a better venue!

I got married in October at the Belvedere, we were hesitant given Covid, but the team took all the right steps to make us feel comfortable with moving ahead with our event. Brooke was my coordinator (and lifesaver) throughout this entire experience. She was extremely helpful and accomodating, she provided timely responses, sent reminders regarding payments, offered suggestions along the way of things I didn't even think of. My actual wedding day came and went and it was smooth sailing, with no hiccups with the venue or staff, would highly recommend it.

We could not have asked for a better venue or a better staff to help us celebrate our special day. From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, the Belvedere team was attentive, professional, very accommodating and just outright sweet. As a bride, I had no worries or concerns leading up to our wedding as well as our wedding day. It was absolutely magical and I would do it all over again! Oh.. and the food was amazing!

The grand ballroom was a perfect setting for the classic, elegant wedding we wanted! Beyond gorgeous! Our after party took place on the 13th floor and it was great way to keep the party going with a beautiful view of the city! We also cannot say enough great things about our wedding coordinator, Taylor Stone! She was so incredibly helpful. From the very beginning Taylor made us feel so comfortable, was able to help guide us and answer all our questions and always got back to us so quickly. Furthermore, the day of the wedding she was there to help with anything we needed and really put our minds at ease. Cannot say enough about Taylor and how much we appreciate everything she did for us! Beautiful venue and amazing service.

My son's wedding & reception at The Belvedere on 9/18/2021 was PERFECT! Taylor was an excellent wedding coordinator for our Belvedere wedding. She is very calm, professional, cordial, and pays attention to detail. The wedding, cocktail hour, & reception ran precisely on schedule, was highly organized, & romantically presented. Servers were polite and efficient when serving delicious food throughout the night. Bartenders kept lines short. Taylor also coordinated the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner at The Owl Bar. All guests were highly impressed with the wedding! B&Co Events exceeded my expectations. The wedding was formal, regal, beautiful, romantic, and so well run. Thanks Taylor!

Almost immediately after getting engaged, my fiance and I knew we were interested in the Belvedere. We had met across the street at Brewer's Art, frequented the Owl Bar for date nights, and loved the charm and elegance of the historic building. After one tour, we knew we had made up our minds. The Grand and Platinum ballrooms on the 12th Floor were breathtaking, offered amazing views of the city, and privacy for the duration of our event. Through two Covid postponements, Lindsey and her team were absolutely AMAZING- flexible, reassuring and understanding. Brooke, our coordinator, made every aspect, from the tasting to getting the final guest onto the elevator, an absolute DREAM. When one of our vendors was late arriving, she did not stop trying to get in contact, and ensured that the small snafu did not disrupt the day in any way. The entire staff was attentive and friendly throughout the night, and the food was absolutely out of this world- our guests had only wonderful things to say! My grandmother, it turns out, attended her senior prom in the exact same ballroom in 1956. She said that she doesn't remember having that much fun since that night! Thank you to Lindsey, Brooke and the rest of the team at the Belvedere for ensuring we had our dream and long awaited for special day!

Wow! I wish I could give them 10 stars. If you’ve ever been to The Belvedere, you already know it is an absolutely gorgeous, elegant, timeless, and historic venue. There are so many beautiful rooms available and the best part is you can book as many as you want to meet the needs of your wedding. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Owl Bar, ceremony in the Grand, cocktail hour as John Eager Howard, reception in the Charles, and after party on the 13th Floor Lounge. Every single room was perfectly set for our event and our guests really enjoyed having everything in a single location. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and how it was one of the nicest weddings they’ve been to.
Planning with them was a breeze. They were always available via e-mail, quick to reply, transparent with pricing, and both professional and friendly. They worked well with our vendors and everything went smoothly and as planned. Taylor was our day of coordinator and we truly owe her everything. She made sure we were prepared with everything, helped us stay on timeline, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and talked us through everything the day of to make sure the nerves didn’t get the best of us (re: how do you even cut a wedding cake?). I think I’m the only bride who actually ate and drank at her wedding because Taylor was there, following us with appetizers while we took pictures and handing me gin and lemonades all night! The food was really good; I don’t really like seafood but I ended up eating the salmon because it was so delicious.
Wedding planning can be stressful- the Belvedere crew made it easy. If you’re considering booking with them, just do it!

I truly cannot express how wonderful our experience was working with Belvedere and Co. Events. They continuously went above and beyond in all areas to make sure we were prepared and were planning the wedding of our dreams. We were supposed to be married in July 2020 but had to postpone due to COVID. Belvedere and Co. allowed us to simply choose a new date in July 2021 and move our wedding, no extra fees or questions asked. They provided so much peace of mind during a difficult year and made the postponing process extremely easy. They arranged for us to have a second menu tasting since a year had passed and always responded to emails and questions promptly. We loved our experience so much that we changed some original plans we had for a rehearsal dinner in order to have it on the 13th Floor, and what a great decision that was! From the rehearsal dinner through our reception, our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the spaces were, how delicious the food was, and how kind and attentive the servers were. I truly cannot recommend them enough! In addition to all of that, we were also so lucky to have Brooke as our event coordinator. She also went above and beyond and was attentive and ready from the rehearsal dinner through the end of the reception! She kept our worries and stresses at ease and allowed for the truly perfect wedding to occur. She event set up a private cocktail hour in the bridal parlor for my fiance' and I to take a moment and soak everything in after the ceremony. If you are looking for a uniquely Baltimore wedding with absolutely amazing service and a great team of event planners, look no further than the Belvedere!

Brooke at The Belvedere Hotel made our wedding day absolutely perfect. As a COVID bride who changed our original date 3 times, Brooke made it as smooth and easy as possible. When the day finally came, any minor issue that came to play, she took care of. My now husband and I can honestly say that it was the absolute perfect wedding, better than we could have ever imagined it, and Brooke was a major role in that. We cannot thank her enough, and highly recommend using The Belvedere for your wedding reception!

Our event coordinator, Taylor Stone, truly made my daughters wedding day wonderful. She was professional, flexible, calm, and her attention to details was impressive. Having had to postpone the wedding for a year due to COVID-19, she still reached out to my daughter for any changes needed to be made and/or questions needed answered. We had some special requests for the reception which she easily dealt with, and the event went off with one issue. She was attentive to the bride and groom throughout the night and made transitions go smoothly. Everyone (142 people) who attended were impressed with the beauty of the venue, the delicious food, and the courteous staff. And at the end of the night, Taylor coordinated and helped with gathering up all personal items, gifts, flowers, etc. (Things I didn’t even think about) I would highly recommend The Belvedere.

Belvedere & Co. helped us celebrate our dream wedding, even during covid. Originally we were supposed to have a 150 person wedding (in April 2020), but Belvedere helped us re-plan our event to just 15 people. They helped us still have everything we dreamed of, just on a smaller scale.
Their staff was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE - we can not say enough good things about them. The servers and bartender did a phenomenal job making sure everything about our day was perfect. They were so attentive and kind, and were instrumental in making the day what it was. It felt like they were there celebrating with us!
Brooke, our planner, was very helpful and organized throughout the entire process (planning the wedding twice, basically), and make sure everything was accounted for. She made sure the entire day ran smoothly, and assisted us in modifying a timeline that worked best for us given the smaller-than-expected attendance. She rolled with the punches, and helped make everything much less stressful.
Belvedere did a great job re-organizing our day for "covid", enabling us to still feel safe holding our event even thought I'm "high risk", and we had just been vaccinated.
When trying to work out the specifics around the covid event, especially around the financial aspect of the wedding, they weren't quite as responsive as they had been during the initial planning or at the end. Also, there were some covid contracts and additional information we weren't given until the week before - which we would have preferred to have dealt with earlier to make it a little less stressful. However, we do understand this has been a very difficult time for the industry.
In all, our wedding was absolutely nothing like we had originally planned it to be back in 2019, but thanks to the Belvedere, it was still the wedding of our dreams.

I booked my micro wedding with The Belvedere. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more. Every vision, request and question was fulfilled by the planners. Also the vendors they hired were outstanding - the photographer, florist, baker for cake, and waitstaff. Everyone went above and beyond. Also, we got many compliments on how beautiful and intimate the venue was.

The team was wonderful to work with during the entire planning process. They sent reminder emails for scheduling and during the tasting we were able to go over most of the details. This helped me out to know the things we needed to plan such as if we were going to have framed pictures and any signs. The custom table layout really helped me to envision how our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception would be able to be done all in the same room (John Eager Howard room). We were married at the Belvedere 8/8/2020. Despite the pandemic, the Belvedere team was able to adapt and made our small wedding very special. Instead of appetizer table displays during cocktail hour, it was individually portioned and passed. The food was outstanding. Our guests raved about it. The team had many safety protocols, masks, santizer, small tables, in place due to the pandemic. The level of professionalism was excellent. We and our guests felt very safe and had a truly memorable experience. Our on-site coordinator even helped my Matron of Honor bustle my dress after the ceremony.

Our wedding is supposed to happen January 2021. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had some concerns with the venue. We were supposed to have a dedicated wedding planner. No dedicated staff member has introduced themselves as the wedding planner. Instead we have been in contact with multiple different staff members. We were also supposed to receive an E planning document and an electronic seating chart. I had to ask for these documents and still have not received the electronic seating chart. We simply only want to utilize the services we are paying for. We are worried that a resurgence of COVID-19 will affect our wedding. We reached out to the venue just to get an explanation on their policies regarding COVID-19. They do not have any specific policies regarding COVID-19. Instead they use an existing policy of force majeure. The supervisor admitted she did not understand the force majeure clause very well and she cannot tell us any more than what we could read ourselves on our contract. I asked what would happen if no more than 10 people are allowed to congregate in one place (which is the state mandate currently). The supervisor’s answer was ‘I don’t know.’ The venue said they were willing to work with us, but when we asked if we could decrease our guest account or change our date the venue refused. We are expected to keep paying for a service where the end product is not guaranteed. I understand nobody can predict the future, however it would make us feel better to know the venue has policies in place protecting our investment and a willingness to work with clients and sadly that is not the case.

Our wedding took place March 14th 2020. One of the last, if not the last wedding that took place at this venue before the pandemic. I have to say everything leading up to the event was great. The team was responsive, my wedding planner was phenomenal (Broke Stiner) and I was very pleased with how things were going. Coat check was some how left out of our invoice so we had to tack on a $200.00 expense to our very tight budget a few days before our event which I think could have been avoided but other than this we were so pleased. Due to the pandemic we had 18 people who did not show and most of which either did not tell us until right before our wedding or sometime during. We spoke to management about honoring a compensation for the unserved guests and refunding 10 out of the 18 guests due to the extraordinary circumstances. I explained to management that things were going to be very hard for us financially after the wedding due to the pandemic and that we wouldn't ask for all 18 guests refunded but at least 10. At about $200.00 a plate it was going to make a big difference for us to have that money back in our pockets and after all those guests did not show, food and drink were not provided and the circumstances were out of our control. I was told that because the team still had to put on our wedding that refunding 10 plates wouldn’t be fair to the staff. But this is the exact reason that wedding venues charge service fees! They figured refunding 5 out of the 18 plates was fair and never replied back to my last email pleading with them. I think further consideration could have been given to us because of this unprecedented time. I was shocked at how such a prestigious venue reacted in a situation like this.

We are so grateful that you were able to bring family and friends together to celebrate your union in marriage. It was unfortunate that several guests were not in attendance, and we are very sorry that this was the case. We were however, able to refund monies for those guests that did notify you the day before your wedding.
We'd like to speak to your comment regarding the service fees. In your contract, this is referred to as a "service charge", and that charge makes up the compensation or wages for your banquet staff. The number of staff members is based on your contracted guest count, and they are scheduled weeks in advance of your event. Based on your planning, Belvedere & Co. Events prepared the food and beverage, the linens, tables and chairs, as well as all the set up necessary to receive you and your guests. Of course -- all of that is part of the costs of hosting a beautiful wedding but that said we understand your disappointment in not getting the full refund you requested.
We truly appreciate the kind words you had for your Event Coordinator, Brooke Stiner, as well as your "day of" team. From our first tour until the Big Day, the Belvedere staff made things easy and organized. They kept us on a timeline, provided us with a list of vetted vendors (but were open to others), and fielded our thousands of questions. At the rehearsal and especially on the wedding day, they were positive, helpful, flexible, unflappable, and reassuring. They coordinated seamlessly with all the vendors, handled an extra guest at the reception with great diplomacy, and somehow managed to serve all the meals cooked to perfection and at the perfect temperature. My wedding at The Belvedere was a complete dream. Every member of the team was incredibly organized, professional, pleasant, and responsive. So many of our guests told us that our wedding was one of the best they had ever been too. I’m especially grateful for Kat who was awesome at setting up our package and working with our budget, Brooke who pulled together our last-minute details the week before, Vanessa and Bridgette who were by our sides every step of the rehearsal and wedding day. My daughter was married and held her reception at The Belvedere this past February, 2019. It was the first venue she looked at and it was truly love at first sight! As a Baltimore native myself, I had always dreamed of a wedding there, and all of our expectations and wishes were met beyond our wildest expectations. Our 'day of' coordinator was incredible: calm, organized, oversaw the tiniest mishap (a broken bridesmaid's strap!) to the more egregious (divorced parents who do not speak!) with charm and dignity. She was AMAZING! The venue itself is beyond gorgeous and so, so elegant. I cannot thank the entire staff at the Belvedere & Co. enough for providing the most perfect and beautiful backdrop for the happiest day in my child's life. Everything ran so smoothly, the food was delicious, the service professional, the setting so European chic...everything that my daughter had hoped for on her wedding day. The venue is beautiful. All the ballrooms and 13th floor are beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating, flexible, attentive and communicative. It was a breeze to work with them and they made everything so easy. The food was wonderful.

We loved the Belvedere from the moment we first arrived. My now wife and I were dead set on getting married in Baltimore, on our first day of scheduling appointments with vendors the Belvedere was out second stop. We knew we found the place. Not only is the location amazing, the staff and what they have to offer made our wedding experience easy and fun! Everyone there always put us at ease. They are a full stop shop, offering the venues, food and beverages to even donuts desserts! Like other venues they had a preferred vendor list, which seems they choose other vendors that match their style as fun and easy to work with. My wife and I were thrilled to have our wedding at the Belvedere, it met and went beyond our expectations. I would like to point out a few staff who really helped, Kat Philgreen and Vanessa (my apologies as I don't know her last name) these two women really helped us along the process and made our experience amazing! Everyone else of course was amazing as well :) I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in getting married in Baltimore to check out the Belvedere!

The Belvedere is a stunning venue that was perfect for our elegant black and white themed wedding! The sales process was so easy with various wedding packages to choose from and Belvedere & Co let us know exactly what was needed to have our ceremony and reception in the Charles ballroom. There was an online planning packet, which was great to have one place for all the important dates, reminders, and details for the day. Belvedere & Co made sure our wedding day went smoothly and kept the show running so my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Our day-of coordinator was super attentive and even helped me bustle my dress.
The only downsides were a bit of a snafu with the tasting where we were given one of the wrong appetizers, not getting a follow up email we were promised summarizing the decisions discussed at the tasting, receiving mixed messages about disposal of our floral centerpieces, and being double charged for guests under 13 (this was corrected).

My now husband and I were seeking a venue that was stunning and required little decor. We also preferred to stay away from any inclement weather woes so we decided to look at indoor options that offered reception and ceremony areas. We found the Belvedere after a six month search and knew that it was our venue of choice right away. The events team at the Belvedere made things simple, stress-free, and straightforward. The Belvedere's wedding packages are simple and to the point. Our guests continue to rave about how beautiful our wedding was. The only downside was the reception food, BUT, when you have nearly 200 guests, how good can a plated dinner be? We heard that the cocktail hour food was awesome and the drinks were flowing the entire time. Overall, 9 out of 10 stars!

Everything about our wedding was amazing, but especially having it at the Belvedere! We had our rehearsal dinner at the 13th floor, wedding in the 12th floor ballrooms and our after party at The Owl Bar. Everything under one roof! The staff there, Kat and Jenn made everything seamless and were a joy to work with. I enjoyed speaking with Kat and Jenn so much that by the wedding day I was sad I wouldn’t have a reason to bug them anymore! It was such a relief knowing that they do this every day that they have the timeline and efficiency down pat. They gave us great vendor recommendations and coordinated everything for us, including chasing down our band weeks before the wedding. Our attendant the day of was phenomenal, she made sure we had everything we needed, got everywhere on time and that we got moments alone. The food was great and the chef did a great job with some special requests. They set up all my décor (other than vendors) and tore and packed everything down at the end of the night. I could go on and on about how gorgeous the ballrooms are, but just go for the tour yourself

We just had our wedding reception at the Belvedere and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We primarily worked with Jennifer and she was outstanding!! She was very responsive to my many e-mails and she made sure I was not forgetting anything. Any concerns we had during the planning process, she put us at ease! On our wedding day, the entire staff of the Belvedere was unbelievable!!! Vanessa made sure that my husband and I were fed and if we needed anything during the entire reception. She was even there to bustle my dress and remove my veil! Across the board, the Belvedere staff, food, and location were awesome!!

I worked with Kat and Jennifer and they were amazing. I could not have imagined an easier process or a more beautiful day. The day of staff was also fantastic! I originally wanted pictures with my bridal party that included greenery but because of the location couldn’t find any. I did get to take beautiful pictures inside snd they even have me some advice on where to go! Through our the day I was worried I would forget about different things but they reminded me about what was going to happen next without putting an ounce of stress on me that day!

We had a wonderful experience having our wedding at the Belvedere. Kat and Jennifer were both really great to work with. Our coordinator on our wedding day, Vanessa, was on top of everything that needed to be done. And she made sure we both ate our dinner and did not go hungry. The venue was amazing, especially the John Eager Howard rooms. We got pictures we will look fondly back on for decades to come. All of our guests commented on the elegance and beauty of the Belvedere, as well as the amazing food.

We were so incredibly pleased that we chose The Belvedere for our wedding reception! We had so many compliments on the rooms, the service, the food!
And we were blown away by the amazing help throughout the process. We loved working with Jennifer! She was so willing respond to all of my emails and calls-- as a Type-A bride...
She ensured that things went off without a hitch and was there on the wedding day to follow through. Our other day-of help (Taylor) was perfect on the night of (she checked in with us, brought us anything we needed, helped me upstairs when I needed it, etc). We couldn't have asked for better service or a smoother flow to the evening.
The Belvedere even completely handled and orchestrated our dessert order from an outside bakery!

The day of coordination team works seamlessly and tirelessly to make sure you do not have to worry about anything and can just enjoy your day! They were often one step ahead of us when we requested something, including having our meals to us right away after our first dance so we had more time to meet and greet with guests! We were skeptical about the fact that you start off with one person, then meet a second, and a third..and then you do not meet the day of coordinator until the rehearsal, but in the end, everything was perfect! Alison in particular (day of coordinator) went above and beyond what we expected and cannot thank her enough for all she did for us to make the day extra special! All of the coordinators are extremely professional and thorough. Everyone is still continuing to rave about the space, food, and wonderful event!

I was born and raised in Baltimore and had always dreamt of having my wedding in the Belvedere. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make that dream a perfect reality. I had to plan our wedding remotely as we now live in New Jersey, so a majority of the decisions were made over email or on the phone. Jennifer kept me on track, she helped my mom with a TON of details, worked beautifully with our coordinators and all of our vendors. The Belvedere Team will do everything. They took such good care of our whole family and we will never be able to thank them enough for all they did to make our day incredible. They have wedding planning down to a science, it is seriously impressive.
The food was SO good. It was as good if not better than when we did our tasting, our guests were full and happy.
They are all SO organized! They literally gave us everything we wanted and more. It's an incredible venue, if a ballroom wedding is what you're looking for this is the spot!

We could not have been happier with our choice of reception venue. I knew as soon as I walked into this venue and met with Kat and the other ladies working here that they were top notch and eased all my bridal nerves. The Charles ballroom is breathtaking and the most beautiful ballroom I have ever been in. The service team and Ms. Vanessa were spot on with the timeline and catered to our every need. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and the Belvedere made it all possible with their wedding expertise.

The Belvedere was a dream to work with and an absolute beauty for us to host both our ceremony and reception at. Kat and Jen could not have gone any more above and beyond to ensure our big day would run smoothly and be beautiful. We had our ceremony and reception in the Charles Ballroom, with our cocktail hour in the John Eager Ballroom across the hall; they turned the room quickly and flawlessly. The Charles Ballroom is just absolutely breathtaking with a lot of beautiful natural lighting and gold accents. Our day of coordinators, Mariana & Taylor, helped keep us sane through out the day and refused to let us have a worry in the world - Taylor was right around the corner at all times and seemed to have thought of everything I may need before I even had to ask. Our day was care-free for us as the bride and groom and that was much, much appreciated. Food catered by Truffles Catering was also incredible - this is one of the few venues that will let you have a duet entree featuring two protein dishes on one plate; so many of our guests raved about being able to get the best of both worlds and how delicious the food was. I would recommend The Belvedere over and over again!
