PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY EVENT, UNLESS YOU WANT APPALLING SERVICE, AND HORRIBLE FOOD & DRINK! Ben's Chuck Wagon would receive negative stars from me if I could. When hired for a wedding with an estimated 300 guests, Ben's Chuck wagon took payment in full and then had ZERO communication in the year leading up to the event. The day of the event, they still wouldn't bother answering a single phone call to go over their time of arrival. They finally showed up an hour late, to set up cold food that was barely eatable. When guests started to complain about the tea tasting funny the lead "employee" said it wasn't her problem. The woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. After all this horrible service with zero communication, showing up late with God awful food and rude employees whose only talent was throwing attitude, this lazy and unprofessional "company" left early while turning away guests who had not eaten yet. Ben's Chuck Wagon does not care about your event, they show up late, their food and drink is disgusting, and then they leave early. They only care about getting your money. If you care at all for your event and your guests, DO NOT hire this incompetent pathetic excuse for a catering service.

If i could give this "catering" place zero stars i would. I run a wedding planning company and the mother of the bride recommended this company. They contacted and booked them 18 months in advance.... paid in full upon booking for a wedding with 300 guests. In 18 months we were able to get s hold of bens chuck wagon a total of ZERO times... Not by email (one a month sent at least) Phone, we called just as frequently. Text, nothing worked! Even on the big day no answer and no call backs when we reached out to confirm that this VERY POORLY RAN BUSINESS was even going to be there! The staff arrived finally, midway through the ceremony and about an hour and a half late. As dinner was to be before the ceremony. The staff was beyond rude at this fact. The food options (country fried steak or chicken) were bland, dry, poorly prepared, presented and cold. An issue compounded by the fact that the only beverage option provided was tap water and tea that tasted like it was mixed with garlic powder.... Upon bringing this unsettling fact (300 guests were complaining about garlic tea) to the staff leader/manager, she returned zero help to rectify this situation and extreme attitude. In addition to arriving late, staff started breaking down 45 minutes early, and even went as far as to turn away guests who had not gotten a meal yet. Bens chuck wagon is named so because service, food, and business practices say they should be chucked in the garbage. Never in 10+ years being in the wedding and eventplanning industry have i experienced such a complete crapshoot as i have in the last 18 months with this "company" do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EVENT. I personally vow to locate a better caterer for your event and ill even do the work for free to save you just a little stess. Flexibily and ability to resolve even minor issues - hahahaha Seriously dont hire these people unless you hate your guests.

This company was recommended to me by a family friend and while they are affordable, the price shows in their lack of professionalism and respect. They showed up late to the point where we had to wait for them to come before moving forward to the reception. Then once they got there the crew was extremely loud and in a rush to place everything out causing a scene while our toasts were going on. Once dinner was served, I caught the crew stealing MULTIPLE bags filled with the treats that ARE NOT MEANT FOR THEM.. and I mean these bags were FULL of cookies, cake balls, cupcakes. SO much so that I had to tell them to stop myself. To top it all off, at the end of the night they YELLED AT MY MOM for their own mistakes when all she wanted to know was why they were so late. Was the food good, yeah but being the bride I would never wish these people upon another couple because you simply don't know what you're going to get. Sorry.

DON’T DO IT!! I would never recommend this company for catering any type of event. I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and Bens Chuck Wagon was 3 hours late. Food did not arrive until late in the evening, the entire wedding was delayed because the caterer wasn’t there. THEN when they FINALLY arrived the food was COLD!! THEN I walk into the bridal suite, and the catererinf staff is yelling at the brides mom and dad that it isn’t her fault that “Ben” wrote the wrong time on their sheet and that she wanted her money. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This was such an added stress to the bride, groom and their families and it almost ruined their day. Thankfully, they finally answered the phone and showed up late, but completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!!
