We fell in love with the venue from the moment we toured it. The food was amazing! Kelly is the best coordinator! She helped make our day perfect!
Would not recommend having an event here. While the venue is beautiful, management and staff is just not worth dealing with. Had my wedding here and the bartender was rude to all o...
f my guests. I signed my contract with a special premium drink package and management denied drinks with liquor included in the package to all of my guests. Charged us per bottle for liquor that was supposed to be provided. A refund was provided after the event when I showed them the contract I signed and liquor package that was supposed to be included. I made management aware of the package I signed for multiple times, just to be told ‘I’ve never seen this package before.’ I had a winter wedding and guests checked coats. Staff locked up the coats and left the space, my guests had to jump over the counter to unlock the latch and retrieve their own coats. There are MANY other issues that we experienced, but the ones listed directly impacted our friends and family that showed up for our wedding. Overall, management just does not fulfill the expectations they promise during the tour and contract signing. Would not recommend to anyone.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the food was phenomenal. Aside from that, I felt completely unimportant throughout the entire process which a bride should not feel. I had to i...
nitiate all of the meetings from the food tasting, up to the detail finalization. A majority of our reception photos also turned out horrible because I was lied to about how the lighting would be. I specifically asked if the colored LED lights would be available for our event, even inquiring whether it was an extra cost and all and the banquet manager assured me they would be on throughout the evening. They most definitely were not. It was also never mentioned to me how the table order would go for our guests to get their food, as we were having our event buffet style. That being said, our immediate families, the most important people there got to eat last instead of first. Not to mention the day of the rehearsal dinner I happened to inquire about whether or not the updated seating chart was received since I had never received communication back and come to find out it wasn't passed along. If I hadn't asked the layout of the tables would have been completely wrong. It's a shame to have to wish you picked a different venue considering that is one of the most important parts of the day, but I can say it is a major regret I have. I believe other venues would have actually valued us and been appreciative we wanted to have our wedding day in their establishment.
Picking this venue was hands down the best decision we could have made. Gina is absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful. I never once felt like I was put...
ting her out despite my many questions and requests. The venue was simply stunning and looked exactly how I had pictured for our Winter Wonderland wedding. I highly suggest checking out the venue when it is decorated for Christmas if you are thinking of a winter wedding. Most of the decorating is already done for you! The bridal suite is amazing and kept well stocked throughout the day. I felt like a princess even before the wedding! Several of our guests told us that the food served at our wedding was the best wedding food they had ever had. The bartender was awesome and kept the drinks flowing. All of the staff was incredibly professional and helpful. The groom and I wanted for nothing throughout the day and night. While the price tag can be a little shocking at first you have to think of all the things that are included (Chiavari chairs, charger plates, several linen options, etc) and then you realize that their "all inclusive" type packages save you time, stress, and money in the long run. You will not be disappointed!!
Choosing the Bentley as our reception venue was hands down the best decision I made while planning my wedding. I cannot even express how amazing working with them was. From start t...
o finish they were phenomenal. They were super flexible and very responsive to any questions, concerns or changes I needed to make (even very, very last minute). Every single person I interacted with was simply amazing. The bridal suite and entire venue itself was beautiful. The food is delicious and the customer service was absolutely top notch from the very beginning. I would recommend this venue 1,000 times over. Every staff member made sure that I had the wedding of my dreams. I am so thankful to every single person at the Bentley for helping me plan and execute my dream wedding!

Our daughter and son-in-law held their exquisite wedding and reception at the Bentley Banquet Center. The experience by far exceeded our dreams! Everything from our first visit to ...
the end of this special night was exceptional. First of all the venue is spectacular, from the sparkling chandeliers to the beautiful bathrooms! The guests were in awe. Our wedding planners Kathy and Ann were devoted and helpful every step of the way and owner George was always close by to check in and assure that everything was perfect. The staff went far beyond what we expected and hoped for and even received a shout-out during the speeches! The girls were treated like royalty in the incredible Tiffany suite, even served food and drinks during their " hair & makeup" preparations. The outdoor patio was transformed from the wedding location - complete with beautiful landscaping and waterfall - to an outdoor bar to accommodate guests wanting to step outside during the reception! This was a huge hit. The decor inside was a phenomenal backdrop to chiavari chairs, impeccable linens, gold chargers....I could go on... and the lighting was magical and offered so many choices. The food was the ABSOLUTE BEST we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy at any wedding ever and our guests still haven't stopped raving about it. The chef is amazing and even at the tasting gave everyone a gourmet experience. All I can say is "Wow!" The Bentley provided more than we could have ever hoped and we are forever grateful. Look forward to your own dream-come- true!
Thank you, Bentley staff, for knowing and delivering what every bride needs and doing it with such style.
