Rachel did an amazing job coordinating our wedding with 150 guests! She met us the day before to see the venue and meet some of the vendors. She pays special attention to details and is very professional. We would highly recommend Rachel! :)

Rachel helped us as the day-of coordinator for our daughter's wedding. She is creative, energetic, positive, and brings a can-do attitude to everything she does. She was the glue I needed to keep a large event from falling apart due to the many moving parts of vendors, wedding party members and guests. She was my go-to person throughout the day, and I was able to enjoy the wedding due to her skill and diligence. I would not undertake the time, money and emotional investment of a formal wedding without the talent and hard work that Rachel brings to guarantee a fabulous day.

Rachel was amazing!!! She literally made our day stress free and had everything under control. She was there from start to finish, and even assisted in clean up. She was easy to work with and had super great advice. Bentley Wedding Planning was also very cost efficient and is 100% worth the money. If I could only choose one vendor it would have been Bentley wedding planning because of how much Rachel helped us! Highly recommend.

Professional, competent, organized, confident, collected, calm, aesthetic We hired Rachel for partial planning and day of coordination for our wedding the weekend before last, and she was an absolute lifesaver. My husband (!) and I are very "do it yourself" people, idiosyncratic, and have experience in project management through our professions, so were not entirely sure if a planner for our wedding was necessary or if they would get in the way. However, we hadn't planned a large social event before, and we wanted to hold it at his family's house, so decided it was necessary as a backup if we got in over our heads and to take the pressure off our loved ones for "hosting". This was 1000% the right decision. Throughout the process, Rachel was an excellent resource and sounding board for our questions and concerns. She provided information and ideas we wouldn't have thought of, while always adapting to what was or wasn't important to us personally. Every wedding is individual to the people involved, which she understood. She was very organized, checking in with us at key times to make sure we were on track, put together a necessary timeline for the day, coordinated with vendors, and guided the rehearsal with confidence. On the day of the wedding, I hadn't realized how overwhelmed and incapable of managing anything I would be, as the bride. Luckily Rachel was there, and I was able to hand off a list of what I thought needed to get done for setup and throughout the day, and I never had to worry about anything after that. Rachel was able to manage our family members helping out with professionalism, provided necessary direction to the setup process, and even interpreted some of my vague ideas about decor with ease (we had a bunch of extra ribbon and flowers to put "somewhere"). I worked on details elsewhere, and when I came back out, the table settings and ceremony decor was *gorgeous* and better what I had thought of specifically. Throughout the event, she was everywhere at once, thinking ahead to what needed direction or help, and kept everything running smoothly without us having to think about it. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, don't be - absolutely worth it.

Our wedding was stress free and so beautiful. We didn't have any worries all night, and any issues that came up she handled before it even got to me or my husband! She is very organized and helps you find the vendors that are right for you!! I highly recommend her!!

There was a lot of great people that went into making my wedding an amazing day, Rachel stood out amongst them all. I went into the wedding planning thinking I wouldn't need a coordinator, but without her there helping throughout the day I would have been so lost. There were some issues with the venue leading up to the event that instilled some nerves in me, Rachel handled everything and she made me feel confident the day of. I had reassurance that the day would go off smoothly and on time knowing that we were in her hands. My husband and I are eternally grateful for her hard work and highly recommend working with her. She handled my crazy family with grace and her personality allowed her to get along with everyone in the wedding ceremony. Looking back I would not go with anyone else!
