My wife and I hired Daniel / Best NW Events for our wedding this last June. They did a *great* job; all the setup happened as planned, food & drinks came out on time, they were perfectly professional. They also had experience with both our venues and knew the expectations of each, which made things easy.
They handled our nontraditional setup with no hiccups (two different food caterers, a separate rentals vendor, self-serve bar, tea+coffee station, two events over two days).
Oh, and they were affordably priced, with none of the BS fees that you run into all the time. It was a predictable price per person, per hour, for the time that we needed them at the wedding.
Daniel was also available and easy to work with during the wedding planning process, and had great advice about what would work or not (time to set up tables, that sort of thing).
I'd happily work with Daniel again.
Everyone was so kind and helpful keeping our wedding venue looking beautiful. They were an amazing help to keep the night running smoothly. They kept our grazing table stocked and people’s drinks full! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for event staff!

I am grateful you have decided to spend some time learning more about our services. Congratulations on your engagement! The event we are hired most for is Weddings. Witnessing so many people celebrate the start of the rest of their lives together, it fills your heart with love every time. All we will ever have is each other, and a Wedding is the greatest way to announce your love to the world.
We would love to help with your special day! After you request a quote, we will send you a custom invoice that lists the prices of our services. Once the deposit is made, if we are serving cocktails, we will start working on your custom shopping list for the needed alcohol, mixers (juices), and garnishes. We can also provide the mixers (juices) and garnishes for you, as well as many other optional items! Our bartenders can craft classic or modern cocktails from scratch, while our servers can help with all event related tasks such as setting all tables, refilling waters, passing out appetizers, plating food for guests at a buffet style dinner, cutting/plating cakes, clearing tables, and collecting/throwing away trash at the end of the night. A complimentary custom Bar Menu, printed and displayed at the bar (You are welcome to change the name of the cocktails on the menu!)
