My in laws were so very kind and booked us a shuttle for our wedding night through Best Transportation and they were amazing. They picked everyone up throughout the night right on schedule and our driver was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend them for a transportation service!

There is a reason they call themselves the Best! The bus we rented for our wedding day was so clean and had a restroom, which my bridal party loved and appreciated! Also, I cannot thank our driver, Karen, enough! She was the best and always got out of the bus to help me and my huge wedding dress into or out of the bus.

Nathan was great and super responsive to any questions I had. We received several emails throughout the evening that was helpful and informative. Our driver, Brian, was great and available all night as promised!

This company and its drivers were just so great and fluid with what our plan was for our day. We wanted to go to the Arch and they made it happen, even on a busy game day. The busses were clean and cool on a warm day. We highly recommend this transportation company for any events.

His responses were super prompt, and he helped figure out exactly what options I would need to transport my bridal party and guests between the wedding hotel, rehearsal dinner location, ceremony site, and reception. Their system of notifications via email and text ensures you never have to wonder where your vehicles are. The drivers were super kind, safe, and accommodating. Anytime I needed to make a change to a reservation, a quick email or phone call to Nathan had everything sorted in just a few minutes--his responsiveness made everything so much easier.

They were so easy to work with, especially Nathan! We got three vehicles for wedding weekend including a party bus for the bridal party, and two shuttles for our hotel guests. They are super on top of communication and are easy to get a hold of. The bus and shuttles were clean and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

BEST Transportation was amazing from start to finish! The communication before our wedding helped tremendously in coordinating our timeline. The chauffeurs on the bus were so accommodating. They helped me in and out of the bus in my heavy wedding gown, provided me water and even a sweat rag during our photography session. They went above and beyond! We loved having BEST for our wedding shuttle! We used them for us and our wedding party during photos before the ceremony and it was so fun. The driver was a hoot, took a group photo of all of us on board which was great. The 'fish tank' ambiance in the shuttle was top notch. Great vibes all around. Having the shuttle then transport our guests from the hotel to the venue was nice to be able to offer.

BEST Transportation really was the best! We booked our getaway limo after finding this vendor through theKnot, and every step of the way communication was clear, quick, and helpful. Nathan Pierce, our first point of contact was so helpful, and our driver that evening, Craig Durham was totally charming, helpful getting us loaded into the limo, and courteous the entire evening as we made a quick pit stop before going to the hotel. The limo itself was clean, and beautiful on the interior and exterior, and the updates evening of were beyond helpful as we packed up for the evening.

We used them for transportation around STL to take photos of our wedding party. Their communication was excellent and everything went great!

Our contact with this company was very professional & they met our needs wonderfully. We had a small ‘sprinter’ that took care of the wedding party & then a larger bus that took our guest to/from the hotel. No glitches & very professional service.

Best in the 314! Highly recommend for your wedding day needs! The communication, booking, and payment process was easy and flawless. We had a Black SUV to drive us around the city for pictures before the wedding. It was a huge relief and much easier than asking friends or renting a uber. Also, the SUV was great for my poofy dress! Our driver arrived early, was safe, and professional. Only issue was on the way to the venue, he became sassy when I mentioned we pre-tipped him on my credit card (so we wouldn't have to worry about cash that day). I gave a very generous tip, so that stung a bit. Otherwise, contact BEST for your wedding day (& all) transportation needs!

Our driver was nothing but kind and accommodating on our wedding day. We had the hottest day in the last 1,000 days and he ensured the air conditioning was on prior to us getting on the bus. There were some changes to the plan and he had no issues with going with the flow for us as we navigated those changes!

Best Transportation was flexible and professional when we were forced (by Covid concerns) to reduce the size of our wedding reception, and our transportation needs shifted from multiple party busses and a limousine to just a single vehicle. The limo driver was exceptionally prompt and pleasant. We felt safe throughout the day, and the limo was lovely. Thanks, Best!

Absolutely wonderful service from BEST! Nathan was awesome to work with through the quote and booking process. He made it so simple and easy. They were very communicative about the driver's information 48 hours before and also sent 24 and 12 hour trip reminders prior to the booking time. The drivers were professional, on time and knowledgeable about driving in the area. The vehicles (sprinter vans) were clean and perfect for transporting our wedding party to the ceremony.

I would hire BEST Transportation again in a heartbeat. They were very responsive and so easy to work with. I received multiple confirmations for our timeline, as we had multiple stops to make throughout the day. BEST provided two buses for our wedding day and everything was perfect! I rented a Rolls Royce to surprise my dad on our wedding day to take us to our ceremony. I began with Kate, who provided top-notch service from the start. She was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. On the day of, everything was smooth as silk with the car. It was so fun surprising my dad and spending that time with him. Our driver was helpful, but also stayed in the background and let my dad and I enjoy our time together. We love BEST, and recommend them to everyone!

The driver was nice and professional. The bus was clean and everything worked properly. Knocking two stars because the driver did not seem to know her way around St. Louis. Which in result put us behind schedule and caused us to be late for the photography shoot, the reception and the appointment for our hair and makeup touch up.

We chose to go with a party bus for our wedding. Angela and Tim were super nice and made sure we were comfortable. We were able to get from each photo location in Forest Park relatively quickly which is really important when you're on a tight wedding day schedule.

There was a small hiccup in the transportation to start the day off -- the shuttle that was supposed to take my wedding party and family left with only 5 people!! Granted, it was not entirely the bus driver's fault. The groomsmen were standing outside and watched her drive away.... HOWEVER I must say that thanks to the driver's cooperation, and my budgeting of extra time for the bus and transportation time overall, everyone managed to get there just in time for the ceremony to start. We also had a classic car for the groom and his parents, that returned for me and my parents, that then drove the groom and I back to the reception venue. That driver, Bruce, was FABULOUS! He could tell that there was chaos and he stayed calm, cool, and collected and got us exactly where we needed to go. He even drove us around a little bit to buy some more time for that extra shuttle trip to arrive so I did not arrive with guests. He was wonderful and the classic car was such a nice touch to a special day. I felt like a princess!! Overall, BEST was awesome!! after that little hiccup ;)

BEST Transportation was incredible! We rented a large party bus that could transport 27 people, and they were extremely accommodating and professional for our entire partnership. The party bus looked sleek and classy and was well air-conditioned so that we never felt hot even in July weather. I would recommend this company to everyone!

In additon, Nikata truly seemed engaged with her job and with helping us have a very good experience. Your team provided updates along the way and provided text messages upon arrvail to the hotel on Friday/Saturday nights. The drivers both nights were extremely friendly and helpful to our guests. The coachs were right on time and very clean. I believe James was the "lead" driver for both nights. You should be very proud to have him on your team. We used BEST to transport both our guests as well as our wedding party. On the front end, they were very responsive and easy to work with on scheduling everything and being flexible as we had to make a few tweaks closer to the actual wedding day. Also, they have a military discount! On the wedding day, overall everything went smoothly. There was a little hiccup and confusion with our guest shuttle as the driver didn't quite know where he was supposed to go or when, but this was quickly cleared up by my wedding coordinator and we had no further issues. The buses were clean and comfortable. Drivers were pleasant.

Transportation was literally the last vendor I booked and I did it really late in the planning process due to the death of my mom. I had been stressing out over it for months and was so worried that I wouldn't be able to find a company who still had the day open, or that was professional and reputable. I contacted Best and they sent me a thorough proposal with two options at a great price. They were a breeze to work with and when I contacted them a few days prior with a few questions / stop adjustments, they acted like it was no big deal. Day of, our driver was on time and professional yet friendly. She took extra care to help me get on and off the bus in my giant dress, which I really, really appreciated. She also dealt with the flowers and a few pieces of luggage that were being transported from the getting ready hotel to the venue. Best took away all my stress surrounding booking my transportation and I can't thank them enough.

My dad and wedding planner took point on working with BEST transportation, so I can only speak to what I was involved in, BUT BEST Transportations was great to work with. We changed the timeline with them the week of the wedding, and they quickly made the changes for both Friday night and Saturday as we needed. The drivers were great to work with and helped make sure I (the bride) could get off and on the party bus with my dress and heels. The different shuttles and buses we used were all comfortable and clean! They did a great job and everything ran on time both days we used them!

I cannot recommend BEST enough. If you book them, not only will you get an exceptional team of drivers and top-of-the-line, well-cared for transportation, but you will also have wonderful customer service by the booking staff. From the first inquiry phone call, the booking team understood what I was looking for. They understand how weddings operate, so they are able to provide suggestions on logistics and types of vehicles. The whole process if smooth and easy to understand. On the day of, the drivers are courteous, the vehicles are clean, and we had no problem navigating between various sites. BEST Transportation truly is the best!

They were all so great to work with and our driver was very accommodating. The only complaint I had was that it was way more expensive than I was expecting for 4 hours of a bus rental.

My wedding was the BEST ;) day of my life. Having extremely competent vendors is the most important part to having a seamless day, and I cannot recommend BEST Transportation more highly. I hired bus service to take my guests from Chesterfield to either downtown or Lafayette Sq and through working with Lauren H., everything was perfectly set up before the wedding day. On the actual wedding night, it was a complete blur, but I remember the driver from BEST was a totally calm angel walking through my venue to make sure everyone was ready, and everyone was in the correct bus. I know it may seem dramatic but the act of searching the venue at the end of the night was done with so much kindness, along with the blur of the honeymoon, that it took me months to remember that they were an external vendor and I should review them! I found the pricing extremely fair but overall it was the customer service that truly elevates BEST above the rest. You won't regret hiring them! Our driver this past weekend, Maceo Brown was and is the nicest, most professional and courteous driver we have ever encountered, from Uber to High end shuttle and limousine services. Always on time, knew exactly where to go despite poor weather and a myriad of construction. More than friendly when helping the ladies step down from the bus, even offered to help us carry various miscellaneous items from the vehicle so we could all get straightened out for photography. A truly wonderful and professional experience.

We used BEST Transportation throughout our wedding day and almost everything was perfect. The party bus for the wedding party was absolutely fantastic and we had such an amazing time driving around taking pictures. The only hiccup was the fact that our getaway car did not show up on time. Dispatch had us scheduled for pickup an hour later than we had requested, so my husband and I ended up Ubering back to the hotel after our reception. BEST Transportation was quick to issue a refund to us for that portion of our reservation!

Great service! We wanted a limousine for my daughter and her bridal party to transport from the hotel to the wedding site. We all live out of town. I chose Best Transportation based on reviews and their long term service in the St. Louis area. Beautiful limousine with prompt service. I was reassured that they were making sure we had everything we needed by sending email confirmations and reminders. They made sure we had information for dispatch if needed. We received the names of our drivers the day before the event. I felt we received excellent, personalized service. We used the limousine for 3 trips from the hotel to the wedding site allowing us to transport groomsmen separate from bridal party then our VIP family members. We booked a separate get away car for bride and groom to leave the reception for a fun, safe ride back to the hotel. When I had questions, I called and was given helpful assistance. I highly recommend this agency. Thanks to the drivers and the staff for all the help.

Our driver was LaTonya, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to get us around on our wedding day. She was absolutely fantastic, and made our day extra special and amazing. She even took the time to give my new husband some last minute advice and encouragement. I would have loved for her to share the entire day with us, if I knew her before this. One note I wish I would have thought about- we got a 14 person bus for 13 people, and it was super tight. We weren’t on there for very long, so it wasn’t a big problem, but if I were to do it again, I would have gotten the next size up to allow more room for moving around. Overall we had a fantastic time with BEST Transportation, and we will be using them again if we ever need another car/limo service.

We initially booked just our wedding party bus for our photo shoot after the ceremony with BEST and then we realized we'd need another shuttle to get our guests from the train station to the ceremony. BEST made setting up both of these so easy, and our drivers were great! They were fun and took care of everything so we didn't even have to think about anything except enjoying our big day.

Best Transportation was a fabulous choice for our wedding! From the very beginning, Nikita was friendly, accommodating and extremely personable. We even hired her to coordinate the transportation the day of, since we were shuttling guests between the church and the reception venue. It was raining so hard that day, but regardless, Nikita was out front with an umbrella (in heels!) making sure none of our guests got wet! The same went for all of the drivers--everyone from Best seemed to have an umbrella in their hands! Also, the day before, Best called to let us know that they were upgrading our party bus because the air conditioner in the one we had reserved was on the fritz. They were truly outstanding in every way, and I would highly recommend them!

I recommend BEST to all of my clients. I’m a wedding planner and from the day I contact them for a quote to day of the wedding, their communication is prompt, and professional, their chauffeurs are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile (helping my team carry our clients’ boxes to the hotel - even to the room which was totally unnecessary but saved us many trips), and most of all they are reliable! I’ve been coordinating wedding for almost 10 years and they are my number one go to.

The only thing that went wrong during the day of my wedding was Best transportation. Although they seemed thorough during the planning process, their execution of services was very poor. There were so many miscommunications throughout the day that caused so much unnecessary stress and also left some of my family coming from abroad stranded. The first driver didn't know where College Church or the Grand Basin in Forest Park were, which I thought we're pretty easy landmarks. The drivers didn't know the name of the party they were taking are of and were banking on finding "bridesmaids with the same dresses" to identify who they were. My bridesmaids all had different dresses. We gave them point people to contact but they didn't choose to coordinate with them. They also allowed random guests onto the wedding party bus which led to an altercation at the end of the night. They also charged us for something after the fact without speaking to us or consulting us when we were actively trying to resolve the issues that happened on the day of. A couple hiccups here and there are expected to happen with transportation but they were just incompetent and quite careless.

BEST transportation supplied our getaway car for the night. My husband and I rode off in the vintage Bentley BEST has and it was amazing. The driver was very professional and entertaining. He even drove us around a little so we could enjoy the car and the amenities before heading back to the hotel. This was such a fun way to exit!

Best Transportation provided a Rolls Royce for our wedding and even offered a free upgrade! The car was impeccable and our driver, Craig, could not have been more perfect. After our post-wedding professional pictures, we drove around and he took more pictures of us! We sang in the car, exchanged stories, and laughed the whole way. Booked Best to pick up my group of 11 from my residence (out of the STL area) to the airport then to pick us back up from the airport after our trip. Reserving wasn't too bad, had a little confusion when having to call back to speak to different representatives. They do send reminders which is nice so you know they haven't forgotten you. Both drivers were very nice although being picked up there was confusion at the airport as to where we were being picked up at. All in all, would definitely book Best again for airport transports.

I was unable to book Best for my wedding due to confusion and mistakes with customer service. Best sends a proposal after speaking with you on the phone of options for your day. It was very organized; however, for my particular requests the prices were not correct. I asked the customer service representative to please fix this, but she told me that it would be fixed with the contract once I approve. I proceeded on with a perimeter seating option that I wanted by accepting the proposal even though it was incorrect. I submitted all of my information, which I had already given and was in the proposal, including my credit card information. After submitting my information, I was contacted two days later letting me know what my pick up location that I gave on my initial call was outside of service and would cost an extra $200 dollars. When I protested this as it was not in my initial proposal, the customer service person called back and told me even worse news, the bus I had been discussing with her for 2 weeks was actually not available the day of my wedding. This seems like a FUNDAMENTAL thing to check. To top it all off they had no additional options for my wedding date. Needless to say I am extremely frustrated. I choose to explore Best based on the outstanding reviews on this site, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Now I just hope I can still find what I am looking for from another company.

BEST Transportation was great to work with! We had some last minute changes to our photo locations and they were so great and accommodating! As a summer wedding, it was nice to have someone that provided water on our shuttle and also made sure that we were all comfortable! Our drivers were wonderful, especially our driver Craig that drove us to our reception in the Bentley!

Everything was perfect with Best Transportation. It was really hot on our wedding day so the driver kept it nice and cool in there. The driver was extremely nice and helpful. The bus was big and clean and room for everyone. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Everything about this transportation company speaks true to it's name and it's reputation. They had the logistics of my wedding day down to a tee! They were always early, the chauffeurs were super friendly, and they have the best looking vehicles in St. Louis! I couldn't imagine using any other company in St. Louis! We arranged for a large SUV for help get my husband and I around town for pictures and first look, for shuttling out of town guests back to their hotel after the reception, and as our getaway vehicle. Both drivers we had throughout the day was friendly, courteous, and helpful - like holding my bouquet helpful. It made the day even easier. The vehicle was new, clean, and smelled good. We spoke to the office about exactly what we needed and they provided. Truly, the BEST.

The actual day-of transportation went great and ran smoothly, although I did find communication a little difficult. I used BEST Transportation for my friend's bachelorette party and was so impressed by their price, customer service, and dependability that I told my husband to check into them for our own wedding. Our wedding had mostly out of town guests so we needed transportation all weekend from the rehearsal dinner to the Chase Park Plaza, from the Missouri Botanical Garden back to the hotel. We used 4 total busses which could've been super confusing and expensive, but not with BEST. They were responsive, helped plan the shuttles, and the drivers were professional and very dependable. We loved working with BEST!

I was so nervous about the transportation for my wedding after hearing other horror stories, but I had no reason to worry with Best Transportation! They listened to what I wanted and help design the best transportation options for our wedding party and guests within our budget. We wedding was in August and a few days before the wedding Best called to say that the air conditioner was acting up on the limo bus we had reserved for our wedding party - BUT, without a pause, Best gave us a free upgrade to a different limo bus with a properly functioning air conditioner. The limo bus and shuttle bus for our guests arrived early, expertly followed the routes we wanted, and were very polite and patient with everyone. I am glad we chose Best Transportation!

The name says it all! We needed the largest party bus St.Louis had to offer and we got so much more with BEST! So professional, the nicest limo but I have ever been on, and our driver was a dream! They even let us drop off food and beverages a few days before and iced and set it up for us! They are so wonderful and so reasonable, the best!

I used the Secure Ride sedan to shuttle guests from the reception venue to the hotel after the reception was over. It was an extremely reasonable cost and a great idea for a reception that is reasonably close to the hotel, but yet too far to walk. I would recommend looking into this option if a shuttle bus isn't provided with the hotel cost.

We booked the Rolls Royce from Best Transportation, but on the day of our wedding received a phone call that the car had broken down and was not available...while Best did provide a limo to pick us up, I have to say that I was disappointed in our service. The Rolls was supposed to be our special exit, and it would have been a nice moment. In the scheme of things, it doesn't really matter, but if I could go back in time, I definitely would have hired someone else.

Their own staff was great. There was a misunderstanding at the end of the night. Apparently their bus driver did not know he was supposed to make a third trip to take guests home as the event ended at midnight. My new "uncle-in-law" had to pay the driver $100 and the guests were left stranded at the venue for 30 minutes. They did give us a credit on the price later to make up. For it, but we'd obviously rather not have this kind of thing happen in the first place. I guess if something has to go wrong at your wedding it could ha e been worse than this. Otherwise they were great and the service was very professional. However, they need to be more careful about who they subcontract to.

I had the hardest time finding a transportation vendor that would provide a bridal party bus for pictures and a guests shuttle to and from the ceremony/reception venue. BEST transportation worked with us to make sure we got everything we needed and were very reasonably priced. They were so helpful and flexible!!

We used BEST at our wedding last week and were so impressed by Lisa, our driver. She was on time and so accommodating! At the end of the night she dropped us off and made sure everyone ended up where they should be. We really enjoyed working with her! Thank you Lisa to contributing to our special day, it was perfect!

We used BEST for shuttles for our guests and for a getaway car for our daughter's wedding a month ago. We added the guest shuttles late in our planning process and they were so helpful! My emails were always answered promptly and the drivers were reliable and prompt. I would recommend this company very highly for any transportation needs! Nancy M.

We didn't have a large wedding party so a giant limo bus was not for us. But I did want to do something special for me and the husband. After so researching I found the beautiful Bentley that Best Transportation rents out. I called and talked to their sales team and was blow away by how willing they were to work with me. I didn't want to spend a ton since we wouldn't need the rental for a long time. They were able to work with my budget. My husband was blown away when the car arrived. The driver showed up early, which was amazing. He even told our Photographer about some great angles that he has seen others take with the car. We felt like movie stars getting driven around. It was perfect!

I was feeling really confident about choosing BEST Transportation after speaking with the staff during the quote process over the phone (since I don't live in St Louis). They were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, and it seemed like the obvious choice for our short (3 hr) wedding transportation. We were to be picked up at the Westin downtown, travel to the Arch, and then to Soulard to be dropped off at our venue. A few hotel-to-venue trips would be made to transport guests during the last hour. It started off great, with Stephen being a friendly guy, but it was soon evident that he didn't know his way around downtown St Louis despite having a GPS. It's a pretty straight shot from the Westin to the Arch grounds, yet we somehow ended up taking 55 South and accidentally visiting Soulard to turn around. The driver admitted he didn't know St Louis well... which needless to say, is concerning. Our bridal party and photographers were tense during the ride, following along on our phones and trying to give directions. It was a stressful part of the day, and while we only ended up running about 15-20 mins late, I would have preferred to hire a professional that perhaps reviewed the route in advance of providing service if he knew it would be unfamiliar. Unfortunately, we were the least-satisfied with Best Transportation out of all of our vendors.

Although this company was great to work with prior to our event, I thought I should make you aware of an issue that occurred during our event. The driver of the guest transportation did not adhere to our request on the contract to deliver the guests to the south entrance of the zoo. This resulted in me receiving many panicked phone calls while I was still at the church with my daughter and also due to his delay in delivering the first shuttle of guests, the additional guests were "stranded" at the church waiting for his return. It was a really awkward situation for me and my husband. We were very unhappy. The driver would not answer his phone therefore we didn't know where our guest were located in Forest Park. Our guests finally got off the shuttle and walked to the event.. When I spoke with Kelly Millette and Cheryl Charleston at Best they stated they would adjust the charge as an apology and that did not occur. I would not recommend this company for your transportation needs.

Best is absolutely reliable and provided outstanding customer service. From the time we first met with them, we were impressed. Their drivers are prompt, courteous, and reliable. The office staff is completely organized, and our wedding day ran smoothly. We used 4 different vehicles and had exceptional service with each driver. Best is slightly more expensive, but worth every penny.

Everyone in St. Louis says Best Transportation is the most reliable and that sure seemed to be true! We had 2 separate arrangements for transportation and they were so fantastic for both! Even made our shuttle bigger at the last minute because I had miscounted. Their drivers were professional and Kelly was so quick and helpful to respond all throughout, so grateful for Best and Kelly!
