me I've ever seen! Her attention to detail and care for our experience were so awesome. Each bus was perfect for what we needed, and the drivers were extremely professional, on time, and made our guests' experience so much better. Highly recommend BEST for all your transportation needs!
Timely and professional service. The bus was clean and included a bathroom on the bus. Driver was friendly and helped us navigate traffic and smaller roads with ease.
We enjoyed working with Best transportation. They are a little bit pricier than other services, however, I felt like they were extremely organized with the wedding timeline and the...
quality of the bus was great, making it worth the extra expense. It rained on our wedding day all day and our bus driver was extremely helpful with making sure we didn’t get wet and going the extra mile to assist us, which is another reason I think this company stands out compared to the rest. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning because we assumed our bus would say "Best Transportation" on it but it actually said "Fun Tyme Limousine" (perhaps a business Best Transportation subcontracts from on busy wedding weekends to meet demand?), so it was a struggle to locate what bus was ours. I think the bus name could have been communicated more clearly, but overall, it was a great experience.
We booked our wedding transportation with Best Teansportation and they were fantastic! The sprinter van was spotless, the driver was punctual, flexible, safe, and professional, and...

e bride and groom. Both drivers were professional, fun and responsive. I was most impressed with the confirmation communication that I received throughout the day of the event. Our guests commented on the cleanliness of the vehicles. Thank you, Best Transportation.

, everything went perfectly with the shuttle service—so smoothly, in fact, that we didn’t even hear a word about transportation from any of our guests, which is always a great sign! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free wedding transportation!
Overall we had an okay experience with BEST Transportation. I worked with Heather who was very responsive through email and stayed on top of our plans up through the wedding day. ...
We did have several guests complain that the driver was off putting to them, explaining to them that he was on his 30 minute break and they should come back later. This was 30 minutes before the ceremony and they were still at the hotel! The shuttle was also parked far enough away in the hotel parking lot that the guests were unsure if it was even the right transportation to the wedding. After the first round of guests were dropped off at the wedding venue, one of the guests was asked by the driver if this was all he had to do tonight. The terms were the driver would be stationed at the venue throughout the evening until midnight for guests to utilize. It’s a shame our guests had this very unprofessional experience. Overall, the company is good to work with we just had a poor experience with said driver.
The easiest and best coordination for our wedding transportation! They helped me decide what size limo for the bridal party and what size guest shuttle for the venue. They made sur...
e all the details for vehicle run times were correct and gave me constant updates the day of when vehicles had arrived, picked up guests, and dropped them off at the venue. We had no issues with them, which made the day stress free

ected and made sure everything ran according to the schedule. He picked our guests up from the hotel and had them to the ceremony on time as well. We also rented a separate shuttle after the wedding to get guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. That driver was great as well. He was there right when needed and made a few extra stops for us that we hadn't originally told them about. I would highly recommend this company for any wedding transportation needs!
We were so pleased with BEST Transportation. They were truly the best! We so appreciated communicating with Christine to solidify all the details and our driver. I believe her name...
was Jennifer. She was so kind to help me with my wedding dress getting on and off the bus. The bus was clean, accommodating for over 25 people, and had areas where we could bring our own beverages. We had such a wonderful experience and would recommend this transportation agency to anyone! Thanks for being a joy to work with!

the wedding hotel, rehearsal dinner location, ceremony site, and reception. Their system of notifications via email and text ensures you never have to wonder where your vehicles are. The drivers were super kind, safe, and accommodating. . Nathan Pierce, our first point of contact was so helpful, and our driver that evening, Craig Durham was totally charming, helpful getting us loaded into the limo, and courteous the entire evening as we made a quick pit stop before going to the hotel. The limo itself was clean, and beautiful on the interior and exterior, and the updates evening of were beyond helpful as we packed up for the evening.
We used them for transportation around STL to take photos of our wedding party. Their communication was excellent and everything went great!

Best in the 314! Highly recommend for your wedding day needs! The communication, booking, and payment process was easy and flawless. We had a Black SUV to drive us around the city ...
for pictures before the wedding. It was a huge relief and much easier than asking friends or renting a uber. Also, the SUV was great for my poofy dress! Our driver arrived early, was safe, and professional. Only issue was on the way to the venue, he became sassy when I mentioned we pre-tipped him on my credit card (so we wouldn't have to worry about cash that day). I gave a very generous tip, so that stung a bit. Otherwise, contact BEST for your wedding day (& all) transportation needs!
Our driver was nothing but kind and accommodating on our wedding day. We had the hottest day in the last 1,000 days and he ensured the air conditioning was on prior to us getting o...

driver's information 48 hours before and also sent 24 and 12 hour trip reminders prior to the booking time. The drivers were professional, on time and knowledgeable about driving in the area. The vehicles (sprinter vans) were clean and perfect for transporting our wedding party to the ceremony.

sive and easy to work with. On the day of, everything was smooth as silk with the car. It was so fun surprising my dad and spending that time with him. Our driver was helpful, but also stayed in the background and let my dad and I enjoy our time together. We love BEST, and recommend them to everyone!
The driver was nice and professional. The bus was clean and everything worked properly. Knocking two stars because the driver did not seem to know her way around St. Louis. Which...

Professional, friendly, clean - you name it. Great company. We loved using them for our wedding and will definitely use them for any future transportation needs.
There was a small hiccup in the transportation to start the day off -- the shuttle that was supposed to take my wedding party and family left with only 5 people!! Granted, it was n...
ot entirely the bus driver's fault. The groomsmen were standing outside and watched her drive away.... HOWEVER I must say that thanks to the driver's cooperation, and my budgeting of extra time for the bus and transportation time overall, everyone managed to get there just in time for the ceremony to start.
We also had a classic car for the groom and his parents, that returned for me and my parents, that then drove the groom and I back to the reception venue. That driver, Bruce, was FABULOUS! He could tell that there was chaos and he stayed calm, cool, and collected and got us exactly where we needed to go. He even drove us around a little bit to buy some more time for that extra shuttle trip to arrive so I did not arrive with guests. He was wonderful and the classic car was such a nice touch to a special day. I felt like a princess!!
Overall, BEST was awesome!! after that little hiccup ;)

Thank you very much for providing the transportation for my daughter's wedding. Your team did an incredible job from start to finish! Prior to booking Best, I checked out 3-4 other...
transportation companies. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism with the other companies. Several companies didn't call back in a timely fashion and several others weren't very helpful. Nikita was my first contact with your company. From start to end she was extremely professional and guided us along the way. Nikata made a very stressful situation very easy for me. She was very flexible with the changes we had along the way. In additon, Nikata truly seemed engaged with her job and with helping us have a very good experience. Your team provided updates along the way and provided text messages upon arrvail to the hotel on Friday/Saturday nights. The drivers both nights were extremely friendly and helpful to our guests. The coachs were right on time and very clean. I believe James was the "lead" driver for both nights. You should be very proud to have him on your team. He is an incredible ambassador for BEST transportation! Thank you very much for taking care of us! Please pass along a very well deserved THANK YOU to your entire team.
We used BEST to transport both our guests as well as our wedding party. On the front end, they were very responsive and easy to work with on scheduling everything and being flexibl...
e as we had to make a few tweaks closer to the actual wedding day. Also, they have a military discount! On the wedding day, overall everything went smoothly. There was a little hiccup and confusion with our guest shuttle as the driver didn't quite know where he was supposed to go or when, but this was quickly cleared up by my wedding coordinator and we had no further issues. The buses were clean and comfortable. Drivers were pleasant.
