It rained on our wedding day all day and our bus driver was extremely helpful with making sure we didn’t get wet and going the extra mile to assist us, which is another reason I think this company stands out compared to the rest. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning because we assumed our bus would say "Best Transportation" on it but it actually said "Fun Tyme Limousine" (perhaps a business Best Transportation subcontracts from on busy wedding weekends to meet demand?), so it was a struggle to locate what bus was ours. I think the bus name could have been communicated more clearly, but overall, it was a great experience.

We did have several guests complain that the driver was off putting to them, explaining to them that he was on his 30 minute break and they should come back later. This was 30 minutes before the ceremony and they were still at the hotel! The shuttle was also parked far enough away in the hotel parking lot that the guests were unsure if it was even the right transportation to the wedding. After the first round of guests were dropped off at the wedding venue, one of the guests was asked by the driver if this was all he had to do tonight. The terms were the driver would be stationed at the venue throughout the evening until midnight for guests to utilize. It’s a shame our guests had this very unprofessional experience. Overall, the company is good to work with we just had a poor experience with said driver.

Nikita was my first contact with your company. From start to end she was extremely professional and guided us along the way. Nikata made a very stressful situation very easy for me. She was very flexible with the changes we had along the way. In additon, Nikata truly seemed engaged with her job and with helping us have a very good experience.
