I was hesitant to try on wedding dresses. I do not like a big fuss made over me. My experience here was fantastic. While I did not ultimately select a gown from here, I will be recommending them to anyone that asks.

Truthfully such an amazing experience. As we walked in, my consultant Savana had pulled some pieces that she thought I would like. Truthfully, I was not a fan of anything she pulled. I let her know, please no lace. She disappeared, and my friend and I exchanged unsure glances. Worried that we wouldn't find anything… AND THEN Savana returned with the most AMAZING dresses. I was giddy! The dresses were exactly everything I was looking for. I tried on this beautiful dress, and then mentioned that I wanted to try a tea length. And she told me that the dress I was wearing had a Tea length version. She brought it out and I began to cry. I tried it on, loved it. And it most likely is the one. Bestow Bridal is the coolest bridal store I've ever seen. They have this HUGE warehouse next door that has SO MANY DRESSES, the most I have ever seen! The apt area is smaller with a different selection. This way consultants can pull from their wide variety of dresses. Now onto Savana, she was my best consultant. She was a joy to work with. She listened, matched my excitement and heard my ideas. I felt a genuine connection, which made the experience just so wonderful. Ive gone to a few other stores and nothing was anything like Bestow Bridal and Savana. If you are looking for a non-traditional more creative dress, or the traditional ones. I recommend Bestow.. and also request Savana. She is amazing! Thank you Bestow and Savana!

I found the perfect dress. I couldn't believe the selection that was available and the service was great. I couldn't be happier.

I had my consult with Jaimie today. We had spoken a while ago and I told her what I wanted and she really came through for me today! She was so kind and courteous, and very thorough with her selections. She got me the dress of my dreams and it was well within my budget. I recommend any bride to go specifically to Jaimie!

Full transparency, we came in with NO bridal experience. However, we let our sales associate, super sweet girl (we should have been more careful ) know exactly our circumstances. Which were: -we needed an off the rack dress because we decided to have a small wedding in a short period of time from now. -with that being said we did not have time for any crazy alterations so NOT to show us dresses that require that. -we get down to two dresses, I ask which one would be easier to alter and she says both are about that same “nothing wild”. -we can’t decide because our biggest concern was getting this dress altered in time for the wedding. The associate knew this and knew we had no experience with this process and did a great job at assuring us that it wasn’t a big deal and she was confident. She said “ace cleaners” could do it, which I thought was a little bizarre, but what do I know, I’ve never been married or altered clothing. - My gut told me something was off, so I offer to buy both dresses. Both dresses combined was about $1500, I offered $1200 citing that neither dress was close to my fiancés size. Both were size 10 and she is a 6. My offer was denied, that's fine. Since we were lead to believe neither of the dresses should be an issue getting altered, we leave with a dress. -EXCEPT now the dress we left with. Not a single person will touch it. And insult to injury, when we show pictures of the other dress, the seamstress explains how ANY experienced wedding dress store associate would have known to go with the other dress. -not only that, but there was a small hole in the dress that we got a $50 dollar discount toward the dress. Only to find out that the dress has multiple rips in places that are not repairable and any alterations would make that dress indisposed. I’ve called the store twice and no response, I left a voicemail, no call back. My last resort is to leave a bad review on a place that could hold someone’s dream dress, but the customer service since we paid has non existence. With no communication from this company, it’s shows us that there is no intention on an apology, a possible solution, or just anything. It’s like we just set money on fire and are watching it burn slowly. I advise you look extremely close, according to the seamstress this blemishes were hidden on purpose. There is no altering that dress, it was a lie, or what I hope happened for the sake of humanity is that our associate really didn't know. Either way, with no call back or any regard to this matter. I’d like the tip refunded. If you get anything from this, it’s to get a second opinion, bring someone who has done this before or else you will be swindled. Update: they called back after this review. We are now talking to people in other countries about the dress. I will attach an email sent from a seamstress whose quotes start at $350. So, we overnight the dress to them and this is their response.. I have removed the name of business per their request because I asked before posting. They felt so bad, that she refunded the dress quote because of how much overnight shipping. This dress was a complete waste of money, the confidence of the staff was SOOOOOO reassuring but has costed us triple what our dress budget is. Now, we are back at square one. And now, they didn’t want the dress back just said to come buy another one because seamstress(es). We are out more than 1600 on this dress. We disputed the charge because management will not return calls only text and they sent footage of her with the dress on and claimed she was smiling so she wanted it.

I had the absolute best experience purchasing my dress at Bestow Bridal! I loved that I was able to take home my dress that day, it really eliminates stress about timelines or not getting exactly what you ordered. Bella was my consultant. She was so helpful, patient, and really made me feel at ease! We had the whole shop to ourselves, which may not always be the case, but it made for a special day with my Mom.

The girls are amazing!! Super helpful and compassionate. They make you feel comfortable and help you find exactly what you're looking for. They make sure you leave happy. So glad I went here to find my dress. It was a great experience!

I didn’t ultimately end up getting my dress from this store but this was BY FAR the best customer service we experienced out of all 6 different bridal shops I went to. Our associate was Savana and she made me feel so special and went above and beyond!

Cassie was outstanding in helping me find my dream dress within my budget. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for bridal gowns. They also have beautiful accessories.

I cannot say enough great things about Bestow Bridal and my dress consultant, Avery! This was my first dress shopping experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We had the store to ourselves and Avery went above and beyond to look up the prices of the dresses I was pulling so I knew what I was getting into before trying them on - so helpful for someone trying to stay on budget! The store has lots of natural light so you get a true idea of what you’ll look like in the dress, and they had a great selection of dresses within my price range. Avery made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Bestow Bridal and Avery!

I bought my wedding dress today from Bestow! The women were so helpful and sweet and I found my perfect dress on the third try! I would highly recommend Bestow, the dresses are beautiful and affordable 😊

We were able to find a beautiful dress at Bestow and it was the first store we visited for a bridal gown. You buy the dress off the rack and can take it home that day which turned out to be a VERY good thing since we purchased the dress just as Covid hit and everything was closed down. I feel so fortunate that we didn't have to order a dress and have the stress of it NOT getting it for the wedding. Their dresses are beautiful and brand new. I guess they are just "last year's" style. For the amount of money that you save, this is absolutely a GREAT deal. Like any bridal store, you have to have an appointment to try on dresses, but we never felt rushed or pressured to purchase a dress. I love the fact that we never had to go to another store since we found the perfect dress in Bestow.

The place is small, but they have a decent gown selection. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They listen to what you like and do their best to help you find your dress. IMO: this place would be best for a bride who has a short time line for their wedding who already knows what they want.

Bestow Bridal is Signature Bridal's "pop-up" shop of samples and off-the-rack dresses. It is such a cute shop, filled with gorgeous, new, designer dresses at great prices. Madi made the whole experience a blast, and was so helpful! She knew every dress in the store and understood my vision completely. This place is truly a hidden gem and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

My experience with Vicki was amazing! I had been to multiple different bridal salons before coming to Bestow and they were all sub par for the overall experience compared to my experience here. Vicki was sweet, accommodating, had a great positive attitude, and she helped me find my dream dress! The prices are great and everything is off the rack, so if you’re in a time crunch (like I was) this is a great place to find a dress quickly. They don’t do alterations in house, but they have lots of recommendations for you.

Madi was incredibly helpful and so sweet when I came in for my bridal appointment. She answered all of my many questions about wedding dresses and helped me find “The Dress” that I am completely in love with!! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

This is the sister store to Signature Bridal and offer off the rack gowns, not consignment. They were open on the Fourth of July, which is what made me schedule an appointment, and they were offering a big holiday sale. I got my $2,000 gown for under $1,000. The staff is helpful and polite and not trying to win the sale. I asked them questions about making an adjustment to the dress and they didn't tell me what I wanted to hear just to sell the dress. The dresses are organized by size and the stylist helped me find ones that I described to her. I was impressed all around!

They made it easy and painless and took the time to really listen to my vision and find that perfect dress for me. I definitely suggest going here because they know what they are doing and were able to answer all of my questions. Most importantly they were able to stay in my budget so I didn’t break the bank! Not only that, but I was in a huge time crunch since The wedding is only in a couple of months and that was stressing me out. I know I will look gorgeous on my wedding day thanks to having my dream dress. Don’t look elsewhere come here and be treated like a queen while finding your perfect dress too.
