Beth was absolutely fantastic!! She is organized, responsive, and made wedding planning fun for us during a stressful time. She has amazing local knowledge of St. Simons and Sea Island, as well as great relationships with all the venues and vendors. She was so on top of everything and helped us relax and enjoy wedding week instead of stressing about last minute details. She and her team did such a great job, my brother and future sister-and-law have hired her for their wedding next year!
Planning a wedding requires a lot of details-nonetheless rescheduling one! Beth went above and beyond to make this process seamless and made sure to communicate with all vendors. She made me as the bride feel like my wants were valued and even helped with advice when I wasn't sure what I wanted. The planning/day of coordinating team was SO worth it for the wedding day. The best part was getting to truly relax and enjoy my wedding day without thinking about the timeline or what was next. Each time I or someone else had a questions, someone from Beth's team was there to answer or help! I had full confidence if anything was wrong, they would be there to fix it. SO worth the wait and so nice to have such a great team to be there!
Beth is AMAZING! The best move we made during the planning process was hiring Beth. Planning a wedding during COVID was not easy, but she made it so much more manageable and kept the stress levels low. I was still in school and in the process of moving during planning and she was so patient with me and kept me on track. I don’t know what we would have done without her!
WOW!!!! Just WOW!!! Beth and her team, (Liz and Maggie) Absolutely the best decision we have ever made. There was nothing we had to do or worry about. She was on it!! They thought of everything. I am OCD and she knew what I was thinking before I even had to say anything.

I will forever be thankful that we hired Beth for our wedding. I cannot recommend her enough. We had a small guest list of about 40, but were planning a destination wedding from another state so I felt that booking a coordinator was a must (it most definitely is, destination wedding, or not!). Beth and Danielle ensured that our entire day ran smoothly and I truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the morning getting ready with my bridesmaids instead of worrying about rental deliveries, flowers, etc. Hiring Beth allowed my mom and MIL to be able to enjoy the day with no stress as well. Beth was on top of everything. I know we would feel entirely different about our wedding had we not hired her and we are so grateful to her for everything she did to help us. You need Beth as your coordinator!!
Beth was fantastic!! I was a covid bride and had to reschedule my wedding 2 different times. Let me tell you the 3rd time was a charm. Beth helped keep me calm and organized helping me to make the best and most responsible decisions keeping all of my guests in mind. She was a sounding board for me when making decisions around design, flowers and food. Beth kept all of my vendors informed for all three of our scheduled dates! She made recommendations for linens that helped to tie in my whole color scheme.
My expectations were completely exceeded when the event came to life. (This is hard to do for me as my expectations are very high) My vision came to life and was better than I imagined. Beth kept the event moving along perfectly incorporating every special detail we wanted. Her assistant Liz was so friendly and helpful!! They also made sure to have all of my important items safely returned to me at the end of the weekend.

Beth Williams was AMAZING! She made the whole planning process so easy and fun. Using her incredibly wide range of expertise, she helped us shape our vision into a reality in the early stages of planning. Our meetings were always fun, but very productive.
The days leading up to the wedding were stress free because we knew we were in such good hands with Beth. I trusted her with every decision!
Our wedding day was flawless. She and her team were there every step of the way (including running out to a friends house 30 mins before the ceremony to grab me a snack so I wouldn’t be “hangry” taking pictures after) A TRUE HERO!

To say that Beth is a conqueror or chaos is an understatement. This woman is an absolute rock star! I honestly can’t sing her praises enough. We had an issue with our band that could have turned in to a complete nightmare. However, Beth handled everything without me even realizing and continued to follow up and help handle the issue after the event. My family and I hold her in the highest regard. Because of her, our wedding continued without many even noticing there was ever an issue with the band. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. I would rate her with a million stars if I could.
I will start off saying that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BETH. If I know one thing about the whole wedding process, is that it would not have been as smooth as it was without Beth Williams. She is fun, spunky, lively, and HONEST. If I ever had a question or concern, I knew I could always send Beth a text or an email and she would almost immediately respond each time, easing my mind and reassuring me. If there were any issues on the day of the wedding, I had no clue because I am sure if there was, she handled it with grace AND style. I can’t imagine that there is a better planner out there because this woman has got it all!!!
Beth and her assistant were our day-of coordinators for our ceremony only. She was godsend. Her organization, experience with vendors in the area, and professionalism spot-on. She had unique idea which we loved and incorporated some of, but was also very respectful of our complex and tradition ceremony vision. Beth was extremely accessible during planning and truly fun to work with during a very stressful time. She had our ceremony scheduled down to the second and printed out weeks ahead of time. Our rehearsal, which included 2, 90 year old grandparents, 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen, could have been chaos -- but, Beth took charge and as the bride I can say I left feeling like things were under control, calm, and excited for the festivities to begin. She coordinated with several of our other vendors beautifully, there wasn't a single hitch. No pun intended. If want someone who understands the wedding business in the Golden Isles, Beth is your person!

A wedding can bring stress of all different kinds to a bride and sometimes her family, but rest assured Beth was always there to relieve the stress and keep me at ease.

I will start by saying I can’t review you’re planning and organization because this was not my wedding. I will review the way you treated my family. Beth was very rude and snappy with my husband and my sister in law on several occasions on the wedding day( he was part of the wedding). She has no people skills and would become angry if anything during the day and schedule ran behind. It would seem that someone who works with the public and has experience in this field would have common courtesy. She acted like she was doing us a favor by being the coordinator. She Had a rotten attitude.
If you are looking for a wedding planner in the area, Beth Williams is absolutely phenomenal!! No detail was missed. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend went as smooth as possible. We loved working with her and would highly recommend to anyone!
Beth goes above and beyond her call of duty. She is very hands on, makes you feel comfortable and you can reach out to her for anything. We were so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and help! She was a must have for anyone needing an experienced wedding planner and day of coordinator!
There are not enough words to describe Beth and her amazing ability to coordinate your event! She is beyond amazing and made our wedding day absolutely perfect! When any issue arose, she was quick to respond and find a resolution or if we were having doubts about something, she would explain our options so we felt confident in every decision we made in the planning process. If heaven had a wedding coordinator Beth Williams would be it. She was beyond organized and stayed on top of every single detail around our big day. She was calm, collected and was such an amazing energy to be around throughout our entire process. She thought of absolutely everything and created wonderful relationships with all of my other vendors (which is key for anyones wedding day to go smoothly).So, If you are still looking for a wedding coordinator... look no further- you've found her.
My fiancé and I knew immediately from past experience with his sister's wedding (she did not have a planner/coordinator) that we wanted a day-of wedding planner/coordinator. We chose Beth because she was local and had worked with most of our other vendors before. We were so happy and pleased with the services we got from her and her staff. She helped us coordinate day-of transportation, loaded up gifts into her own car after the reception and even delivered them to our hotel the next morning. She was completely professional and had so many wonderful ideas and reminded me about things that I hadn't even thought of. On the day of the wedding she picked up food for myself and my hungry bridesmaids. I love Beth and cannot say enough good things about how wonderful it was to work with her.
Being a local vendor I am fortunate to work with Beth during wedding season and I know if she is coordinating a wedding it is going to be a smooth day! So when it was my turn to get married there was no question who I would use for day of coordinator...the fabulous Beth Williams!! Best decision ever. She handles anything and everything a stressed bride needs and does it all with professionalism and ease! Beth was a breath of fresh air on the day of! She took care of all the vendors and scheduling the craziness of setting everything up to make sure my vision came to life. I highly recommend using Beth, this is one vendor you don't want to skip on. She will make the process so much easier and you will be able to really enjoy the planning process all the way up to the day of!
As the Mother of the Bride, I am so thankful that Beth was there for some of the wedding planning and the full day of
the wedding. She kept everyone and everything running beautifully and took the worry out of the whole day and evening. She is calm, prepared, efficient and has a wonderful take charge attitide. She was even prepared to redo my hair when it fell out of the french knot, not once but three times! I was able to easily enjoy the day, the ceremony and the reception because I knew Beth was in charge.
Also, leading up to the day of the wedding, Beth met with us several times to help us organize and emailed and texted us to keep us on the right track with the wedding and reception planning.
Thank goodness she was there for the church rehearsal, too. She smoothed out the kinks!
So, all that being said, We would highly recommend Beth Williams if you want to take the worry out of the day of the wedding!!!
From the point of view of one of the supporting the event, Beth is extremely difficult to work with and downright rude. Additionally the bride was having to reset her tables herself during her reception. Things were unorganized and chaotic.
We hired Beth to help coordinate and organize my daughter's wedding. I really don't know how we could have done it without her!!! She attended to EVERY detail, big and small, with suggestions to make it perfect! She was incredibly professional and her attention to detail is unmatched. After going through this process, I feel like she was the most important key element. I felt no stress or concern and was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding all weekend. I actually told her I believe she undercharges! ( I tried to tip and she wouldn't even let me!) If you want to ease your mind and guarantee that things will run as smoothly as possible, contact Beth right off the bat. She will provide you with direction, insight and an honest opinion. She will be there to guide, supervise and oversee it all. I can't even stress how absolutely critical that was. Gal Friday was outstanding!!!!
We hired Beth as the day of coordinator for our wedding and would recommend her in a heartbeat! Beth was responsive, organized and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. Working with Beth is wonderful! She provides the guidance I need, as a vendor, when speaking with the clients and preparing for their events. One aspect of Beth that I do so appreciate is her calm and professional manner in which she handles all the situations. Weddings can get a bit stressful - but she is cool and easy going which is so important and welcoming. I am always happy to get a client from her - already know it's going to be a success!!!
