Call about a Kittychen Coutire Dress spoke with someone over the phone who was rude and not very knowledgeable will not go here to buy my wedding dress!!!!

We found our bridesmaid dresses for my cousins wedding at Betsy's. Our first time there everything went fine and we ordered and put down the deposit on our dresses. This was in January for a wedding in July. I began calling in the beginning on June to find out when the dresses would be in, no one ever could find my order and I was told on several occasions that I had to wait for Betsy to get in and she would call me back, which she never did! The dresses finally arrived a week before the wedding and were not even the same dresses we ordered!! Luckily they were close enough for my cousin and we found someone to do the alterations in the short time we had. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! They don't deserve it. Find a place that's organized and attentive to your needs.

I've been to several dress shops and this place has by far the worst customer service. They literally threw the dress over my head. Refused to clip me in the dress. She basically held the back of it together and while i stood in the mirror. My mother, mother-in-law, and myself all felt very rushed and felt as though we were considered an inconvenience. I had called to schedule an appointment, so I'm not sure why they were so short with us and literally throwing the dresses on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The dresses are nothing to die for, so save yourself the hassle and go some place else!

Finding a dress was the easiest thing in the world for me, because I trusted Betsy's expertise and knew she would find something that flattered my full-figure. It didn't take as long as expected to get my dress in and by the time I went in for my first fitting, I had lost nearly 30 lbs and the dress was WAY too big for me. Betsy told me to bring the dress back a month before the wedding to start the alterations slowly, in case I lost more weight, which I did. She and her seamstresses took my dress in about 5-7 inches from each side and altered the skirt of the dress to flatter my figure even more. I was so nervous that the alterations would change the dress, but it was exactly what I had pictured and the dress fit me like a glove! I put all my faith in Betsy and her crew and I was not let down. I would HIGHLY recommend Betsy's Bridal to anyone who needs her class and guidance. In addition to the fabulous job with my wedding gown, if people knew the real price I paid for my dress and veil, they would fall over. My dress looked like a million bucks, at a fraction of the cost. If you're looking for value in price, without slacking in quality, this is your place to go.

Betsy's Bridal is the place you want to go to buy your wedding gown. Not only is my dress beautiful, I look incredible in it. Betsy and her staff are personable and do their best to make you look and feel your best in your dress. They did my alterations in record time. I am so happy with my dress...I look 2 sizes smaller. Her prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend Betsy's Bridal.

Betsy’s Bridal never welcomed me when I walked in. I started browsing the selection and wasn’t impressed. I overheard a lady arguing with a sales associate about how her dress was wrinkled and had arrived later than promised and that was enough for me. After reading other reviews, the customer service aspect worried me enough that I didn’t even bother with the store. I was never helped/ nor did I ever get to try on a dress. Not my kind of shop.

The first time I went into this salon I found my dress. The ladies that work for Betsy were kind and helpful. I purchased my dress in August and did not receive it until the following June. Betsy herself had HORRIBLE customer service. One time she even turned her back, did not acknowledge I was there, and walked away. This was 2 months after she promised my dress would be in. When the dress finally did come in, it was the wrong one. Come to find out, it was her own fault and she blamed the factory. Dealing with Betsy was a massive headache. I thought purchasing a wedding gown was supposed to be a fun, once in a lifetime experience. I had to go as far as finding a back up gown at another store because I lost all faith that Betsy would produce the product I purchased almost a year before it was delivered. DON'T shop here.

They were kind and helpful. Nice experience,;I had to follow up on delivery dates and other details frequently.

;When I bought my gown I was told that there would be a $200. cap on the alterations, which was luckily written on my receipt. I told them at the time that I would be losing approx. 20 lbs before the wedding. When I went for the alterations they wanted to charge me more because I needed more alterations than she thought I would.

I found my dream dress there and they were attentive to every details from trying gowns on until my final alterations.

Heather and Dawn always recognized me when I came in and didn't make me wait around to try on dresses. They listened to what I was looking for and always brought over something fabulous for me to try on. Their seamstress Ester was wonderful to me and really helped me look my best.;I felt pressured to order the dress that was going to be made exactly for my height but when it came in it was about 6 inches too long and many parts of the lace that I liked so much were cut out of the bottom portion of the dress. Their seamstress Ester fixed everything perfectly for me.

They were always on time and ready, which was a great help since I was coming in from out of town for fittings.

I will never ever return to that store, they were terrible
