Beverly Hills Limousine of Connecticut

My parents booked Beverly Hills Limo for my wedding. They showed up promptly on time. The drivers were great and professional. They helped me in and out of the limo with my dress. The limo was nice and cool since it was a very warm day. The second driver we had at the end of the night was amazing. We talked to him the whole way back to the hotel. My parents left us Taco Bell and champagne in the limo for the ride home and the driver went and picked up the order himself. I would highly recommend this company!!! He even let us drop our things off at the hotel and drove us across the street to a bar for the afterparty. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Our limo service was fantastic! Driver was super early, professional and extraordinarily helpful even offering photography suggestions at our stops. Vehicle was clean and perfect. Was a completely worry free experience at a very competitive price.

We had used Beverly Hills Limo for my bachelorette and were so happy with their services that we decided to go with them for the wedding. Plus the price included tax and gratuity. On the day of my wedding- it was a 90+ degree day. Once we headed to the limo- I half joked with the limo driver and was like- I hope its cold in there because its not out here. All he replied with was- I put it as cold as I can and this is the best its going to get. The vents were blowing out warm air- not even remotely cool and on top of that not all the vents were working. The day after the wedding- I emailed the company (while waiting at the airport) to let them know what had occurred and asking them to resolve the issue. When I returned from my honeymoon a week later- I still had not received a response. So I emailed again and then finally got a call the following day. The owner was less than helpful- it seemed as though he was only calling to say he touched base with us. He offered a discount on a future service- but we rarely use limos- so we asked if there was another solution and he was not very willing to come up with another one. After going back and forth for about 20 minutes- he finally agreed to reimburse us for some of the cost. Its unfortunate that it was handled like this because I would have used them again if he was more willing to work with us to come up with a solution.

So glad I chose BH for my wedding day travel needs! The limo was there at the scheduled time (even early), the car was very clean inside and out and our driver was very nice, patient and professional. Great experience =)
