Great company! The bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were great!

I’ve been a cater for almost two years now and I’ve watched beyond bartending at many of my wedddings. They have been the best bartending company’s that I have meant in my career so far not only are they very well organized with their job they have fantastic customer service and truly takes care of each and every customer and i have been able to make a true bond with them. I plan on getting married within the next two years and I will defiantly be using them as my bartenders Dave,Lauren, and there staff are truly amazing !

Beyond Bartending delivered exactly what we were expecting after carefully selecting them based on their 5-star reviews! Both Lauren and Dave were kind, professional, and timely in their responses no matter when we called or emailed in the months leading up to our big day. We went with their bartending service only package and even though they didn’t have to, they helped us out greatly by providing a detailed list of recommendations for quantities of beverages based on our guest count. We can’t thank them enough because having this organized list was so beneficial with planning and budgeting accordingly! The attention to detail on our big day was everything we wanted and more - the bartenders were not only attentive and amazing with our guests, but they were extremely devoted to making sure that my husband and I were taken care of and had refills or water for us as needed - we didn’t walk up to the bar a single time! These guys really took care of us and were genuinely happy to be there, it’s wasn’t just another wedding for them - it was Alexia and Julio’s big day and they went above and beyond in both service and hospitality. From the overall business performance to the pricing and top-notch quality of service, Beyond Bartending came through for us and we would give them 10 stars if we could! Word of mouth is the best review and we will be telling our friends about y’all! Thank you for everything!

Not only have I worked with Beyond Bartending in a colleague capacity I have also used their services personally. 10 out of 10 I would recommend the Beyond Bartending team. Their knowledge in the industry far surpasses what you will find anywhere else. I have been in the event industry for over 15 years and trust them with my client’s events and my personal events 100%.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Silvana and Jose from Beyond Bartending worked a large party at our home and they literally took care of everything from setting up to cleaning up and everything in between. They took the tables, linens, and beverages we provided and set up a beautiful bar in our backyard. Silvana was a fantastic bartender, and Jose made sure no one ever had an empty glass. Instead of running around taking care of our guests, we were able to completely relax and enjoy their company. Because of Beyond Bartending, we were able to be guests at our own party!

I went to a tasting that Dave and Lauren put on, that was superb! Their ability to combine flavors and fresh ingredients that would compliment any occasion, really blew me away. Fun loving, professional people that are sure to make any event a success!

Beyond Bartending was the only vendor that we were not thrilled with and their actions after the event did not help to rectify the situation. We found Beyond Bartending at our Venue's open house, and since they were a preferred vendor, we decided to hire them for our wedding. My initial planning call was with Lauren, and I loved working with her throughout the process. Our contract was agreed on and the deposit was paid. My second planning call was with Dave and this is where things went south. Although my contract stated there would be tip jars, Dave pressured me into committing to a $100 tip per bartender before the event had started; we had already planned to tip as I work in the bar industry, but it did not sit well with me that I was now obliated to tip at least $100 on top of the fee for service and tips from tip jars. The day of my wedding, the bartenders arrived and stated they would not be serving until 1 hour after the start time on my contract, I called Lauren who was again wonderful and she got this corrected. Since we were pressured to commit to a $100 tip per bartender, we did not feel comfortable with tip jars and a tip of that size that was not based on service, and the bartenders made it clear that it was a problem for them. They made comments to my coordinator and family about the tip jar, and went as far as to threaten to shut my bar down early. The bartenders (2) said they could not keep track of everyone drinking and they did not feel comfortable continuing to serve, we had 75 total guests and maybe 40 of them were drinking. My dad intervened and told them that if an individual needed to be cut off, he would assist, but shutting down the bar was not necessary; the bartenders agreed to continue serving after an additional $200 tip had been provided making it a concern of money not a concern of intoxication. My contract stated the bartenders would stop serving at 10:30 pm, all alcohol was out of the venue by 10:21, despite the fact that we pulled a copy of our contract to show the bartenders where it stated they would serve until 10:30. I made the owners aware of all issues via email. Dave called and spoke with my husband and agreed to return the additional $200 tip and cover our next event for no charge. Lauren and I exchanged emails for returning the money to us and she confirmed on 12/20 that she would be mailing a check. On 12/20 we received feedback from a family member about a comment made during the wedding, we passed the information along with no reqeust for action or compensation. Dave called me around 8:30 pm on 12/21, stating they would not be returning our money, threatening legal action, and refusing to let me speak until he hung up on me. While I think Lauren is wonderful, you don't get your choice of who you work with and Dave's actions show that he has no respect for brides based on the way he communicated with me compared to how he communicated with my husband. Beyond Bartending was the worst part of our wedding day, and this review doesn't cover all of the details.

Beyond Bartending far exceeded our expectations on every front! From our first contact with them, they were helpful in our wedding preparations. They were quick to respond to our questions, guided us easily through the process, and the bartenders on the day of were a hit. Our guests found the bartenders to be professional, fun, and made some awesome drinks. We would use Beyond Bartending again in a heartbeat!

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful and seamless experience. First off, Dave and Lauren (owners) are AMAZING. They were so communicative, intuitive and the friendliest folks I spoke with regarding bartending services for my sons wedding. When the day came, Jose and Juan communicated everything to me. The bar was set up perfectly, the staff was amazing and the entirety of the event was great! I would love to give them more than 5 stars if that were possible. I would and will use them again when the time comes. Love everything about this company from the owners to the staff.

Beyond Bartending brings professional service to any venue one can imagine!!! Dave and his team of bartenders help determine the bar list well in advance of the function. The bartenders are over the type professional as well as kind. Yes, Beyond Bartending is at the top of my vendor list!

Dave and Lauren are simply amazing and so helpful in setting up the perfect bar for a wedding! They were able to help us create signature cocktails and select wine that paired well with our dinner. The bartenders at our event were excellent and made sure that we got our cork from our champagne toast! I highly recommend this bar service for any wedding or event!

Amazing!! Dave was incredible from our first consult all the way through. We were expecting 250 guest but ended up having over 300 with an open bar and the bartenders never skipped a beat!! Incredible guys!

Beyond Bartending was absolutely amazing for our wedding! Dave was incredibly helpful with every detail and helped us decide and estimate how much we needed to buy. They have an amazing staff of Bartenders that made sure the party kept going and the night went great! I could not recommend these people enough. They are what you need!

Dave was so much fun to work with. He was great at breaking down exactly what he thought we would need for a wedding of our size (we bought our own alcohol which BB served and he was within a case of beer and a bottle of liquor on his estimates). He will also help you come up with your own signature cocktails. The Beyond Bartending team did a great job of keeping the party going without letting it get out of hand (which our attendees like to do) and there was never a line of more than 4 or 5 people at our 200ish person wedding.

Dave and Lauren were so helpful in helping us make sure our bar was perfect! They assisted in our liquor order, signature drinks and more. Our guests loved the bartenders and they made sure to pay special attention to us as bride and groom! Couldn’t recommend more.

We really appreciated the work that Dave and his wife did for us! They were a pleasure to talk to on the phone, as well as over email, and they were both so helpful! They gave us great recommendations for what to stock the bar with. I’ll be honest, I didn’t catch the name of the bartender the night of our wedding (I decided not to drink that night so I never met him), but everyone I asked said he did a great job and there was never a long line. We especially liked this bar option because we got to keep the extra drinks at the end of the night. We highly recommend their services!

We hired Beyond Bartending for our son and his new brides wedding. They did an incredible job. Dave hosted the couple at a custom cocktail tasting where the couple was able to design signature drinks that fit their taste and personality. Lauren wowed our guests with her infused waters. Our event bar staff was amazing and interacted beautifully with our crowd. It was great knowing that our bar was in expert hands.

Dave and Lauren are top notch, you won't find better service, quality, price! They are prompt, organized, checked and double checked with us to make sure we were ok on every step of the way, which made it worry free for this MOB! I highly recommend them for your next event! We loved having them at our wedding! Everyone said they were so kind and professional throughout the whole event. Not to mention how helpful they were with figuring out the amounts of alcohol we needed with out party size. Highly recommend!

I booked with Dave and Laura for our wedding for our April 2020 wedding. Well you can guess what happened.. Dave was SO accommodating and understanding, he let us move our date, no questions asked. Closer to our new date, he set up a call and helped us figure out how much beer, wine and ice we needed to serve. We were able to bring a couple of bottles of liquor and sodas for just our bridal party. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch. Dave and the other guy who worked (can't remember his name) made conversations with our guests, served everyone to the reasonable limit and everyone had a great time. I cannot recommend and thanks Dave and Laura enough for their service.

Beyond Bartending owners are two of the easiest people to work with! So happy we chose them as our bartenders and the fellas we had at the reception did a wonderful job. They were also extremely flexible during this crazy time. Highly recommend:)
