Beyond Elegance did an amazing job at our daughter's wedding this past weekend! Curate looked absolutely amazing with the sheers and chandelier! They were so easy to work with and made everything look beautiful! We were so happy we used Beyond Elegance!
We rented chair covers and sashes from Beyond Elegance for our winter wedding. Lorna, our sales associate, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The company let us try several several sizes and colors before we made our final decision so that we would be confident that everything was perfect. It was!

We rented linens for some highboy tables, and they were lovely. Everyone was so easy to work with, and the linens looked perfect (red and navy for a winter wedding)--they came in a flat box and were pressed and ready to go. Plenty of time was given us for picking them up and returning them. Would definitely recommend!
Beyond Elegance was very, very easy to work with. They have an extensive inventory of table covers, chair covers and table runners. We were able to find what we needed the online site and then I called to work out the details. I visited with Lorna several times and had great service each time. Pick-up & Drop off was all very well organized as well. I definitely would recommend Beyond Elegance to any future bride or bride's mom planning a wedding.

We were very pleased with Beyond Elegance’s customer service. Being miles from DM(Valley Junction location) and the warehouse, we were so happy they were able to accommodate last minute changes/additions to our wedding reception venue. Lorna was so helpful and made renting linens so easy! She was flexible in scheduling my delivery to ensure I received the linens prior to leaving for my destination wedding. I decided to add additional items last minute and she was also able to accommodate that. The price was exceptionally lower than the local vendors. Everything also came ironed and ready to use! I would highly recommend Beyond Elegance.
Lorna at Beyond Elegance made everything very easy. She asked the right questions so received all we needed. Plus we had so many compliment about it being done professionally--the linens looked great.
Beyond elegance had so many choices and very reasonable prices. They helped me design in their storefront complete with a table and flowers to see the entire vision. I rented overlays, skirts, charger plates and gold chiavari chairs. They delivered my chairs and picked up everything and were very accommodating to a small window of time my venue had for pickup. Their decor really put a special touch on the wedding venue and it was beautiful.

Monica was awesome to work with in getting my linens for my wedding reception. She had everything I needed except gold flatware but was eager to help me locate some! She had everything pressed and ready to go, a couple of linens did have stains however, but it was easily covered as they were at the bottom of the linens. Pleasure to work with and always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls!

Beyond Elegance was great! We used them for chair covers and sashes, and they did a wonderful job shipping us good quality materials. They handled my last minute decision to use the covers very professionally (I ordered them two weeks prior to my wedding). The covers were a great deal and the sashes were included! I highly recommend.
Diana and her team are amazing! Utilized them for bistro style lights and also a CUSTOMIZED floral chandelier! Set-up and take-down were punctual and organized! Willing to work with my budget and my ideas!

Beyond Elegance was great to work with! I was a bit indecisive and unsure of what I wanted but they were helpful and patient as I made decisions. They were excellent in terms of setting up and tearing down, too. I'd highly recommend working with them.
The linens from Beyond Elegance are gorgeous. I am an event planner and had no trouble ordering and receiving my linens. They have a great selection of colors that are unavailable to me in my area. I will definitely be ordering with them again in the future.
Beyond Elegance provided ceiling draping, complete with a chandelier, for my daughter's wedding reception. It was beautiful and completed the room with a warm touch of elegance. Their setup and tear down was seamless like the professionals that they are. They also provided tablecloths and chair sashes to match the wedding colors. We had a last minute change to the number of chair sashes, and they were very accommodating. The staff was very helpful and great to work with. I would recommend them for sure.
We worked with Kate to help with our annual charity fundraiser for Hopeful Africa. She was very helpful with picking up the items we needed to make the event a success. Would definitely recommend others to work with them for future events.
The customer service we received was beyond fantastic! I also was shocked at how affordable they were. The way everything looked at our wedding was even better than we had anticipated. Fantastic company and great prices! Would definitely recommend to others!
Overall it was a great experience. The only struggle we had was the specific and short time frame on a Monday to get the linens returned. We were already gone for our honeymoon and had to find someone who didn't work that day.

Ordered linens and the shade matched perfectly. the company was easy and convenient to work with. Arranged a meeting and they were very helpful. Pick up and drop off was simple and the bags given to give back linens made clean up quick and easy.
Great Company to work with. Sample napkin was sent quickly to sample color and fabric. Linens came on time in great condition...especially the table runners that were rolled on tubes. My only wish is that the square table clothes would have tissue paper so there was less of a crease were it is folded. But everything looked great. I loved being able to just put used lines in the box and ship them back the next day!
We were fortunate enough to work with Diana at Beyond Elegance for our some of our decor items. We rented table runners and ceiling drapery through her at Beyond Elegance making our reception area flawless. They answered emails, calls and questions in an very timely manner as well! They were budget friendly and really helped show us what would work best in the space we were in.
Lorna was so great to work with. Responded quickly to email and was awesome on the phone. They sent me the samples and the shipping process back in forth for the samples and the actual chair covers was simple. UPS came right to my house to send them back. The chair covers really dressed up the room and added to the whole elegant feel that I wanted. I live in Wisconsin so I was nervous about the shipping and them getting here on time but Lorna reassured me that they would and they arrived 3 days before my wedding! I highly recommend using beyond elegance!
We wanted to rent chair covers for our wedding and beyond elegance worked with us to provide the best solution! I contacted them and within the week we received samples to try on! Absolutely loved it. the shipping of the chair covers and sashes arrived with plenty of time and they were the perfect touch to making our wedding look beautiful! I needed chair covers for my son's rehearsal dinner and began searching locally with no success. In researching the internet, I came across Beyond Elegance and decided to get my free quote online for what I needed. The rehearsal dinner was at a golf club using their plastic folding chairs. I spoke with Beyond Elegance and decided to order the chair covers and burlap sashes. WOW!!! they totally transformed the room for the dinner! The chair covers and sashes came early and were well packaged - not needing to be ironed. The covers and sashes were easily assembled and were such a success! I was able to repackage all of the items and return via UPS the Monday following our event on Friday evening. I highly recommend Beyond Elegance - great, quality product, fantastic customer service, easy ship and return. I will definitely use them again if needed for a special occasion and have recommended them to all of my friends.

Our reception venue highly recommended Beyond Elegance to drape the ceiling. They were not wrong - Diane helped me thru the entire process and they even hung a DIY wreath for me that wasn't theirs! It was easy to work with them and their swags, lights and chandeliers really add to any event!
A real pleasure to work with, Beyond Elegance helped take an idea an turn it into a beautiful design! Their linens were the thicker, high quality tablecloths I was looking for to cover my venue's tables and the backdrop behind our head table was gorgeous! Beyond Elegance was great to work with and prices were very good. They help me with an event for 250 people. They had black and white striped table cloths I was looking for to complete a bistro feel. The cloths were light weight not like I had used before - but work out fine.

I rented table runners, napkins, and sashes to make my tables more dressed up for the reception. Everything looked beautiful and it was really easy to choose the colors since they have samples and a table to be able to actually look at it before you order. Returning things is really simple. Just put everything in the laundry bags and drop it off. They were also very nice even though I was an hour late to return the items.
Only rented linens and runners from Beyond Elegance but the product was superb. It was exactly what I was looking for and the pick-up/return process was very easy. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
I enjoyed working with Kate at Beyond Elegance to put together the perfect linens for our event. She was very professional and helpful to guide me through the process. I really didn't have a very good vision of what I wanted initially so Kate took the time I needed and provided her opinions to get me to the finish line. After doing my final venue walk-thru, I had last minute additions to my order. Kate was very prompt and patient to help me finalize everything and make it a perfect day. She even helped walk through the final order to label all the linens on the paperwork for each space in our venue to help the set-up run smoothly. The linens looked wonderful and the delivery/pickup at our venue was 100% hassle-free for us. I'd highly recommend them for your event!
Beyond Elegance was extremely wonderful and easy to work with. I rented 400 gold chiavari chairs through them for my wedding reception at the Downtown Marriott. They made it so it was extremely easy to drop off and pick up the chairs at this location, and coordinated with the Marriott so I didn't have to deal with the stress on my wedding day! The chairs had some damages, and the gals from BE made sure to call me and let me know beforehand! I would highly recommend their services!
Rented tablecloths for my daughter's graduation party for tables, as well as a coordinating color for serving tables. Also rented burlap runners for the guest tables. The quality was very nice & they were so great to deal with! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were easy to deal with, reasonable and made our event extra special. Will definitely keep them in mind when my daughter gets married someday.

We used Beyond Elegance for our tablecloth and napkins and were very happy with them. Some of the ivory napkins were a little different colors since some were newer than other but you couldn't tell once there were seperated on the tables. Alot of our guests commented on how pretty the tables looked and I feel it gave the reception a more elegant look. I WOULD recommend this company to anyone. It was very easy to return them and the company was always easy to work with! We are very pleased!

I recently learned that I could rent chair covers & sashes from the internet. I found "Beyond Elegance" & requested a quote. They were beyond helpful!They sent me color & chair cover choices & I requested samples,which were quickly sent to my home. I was able to see what I was renting in person. The rental process was convenient & affordable. I ended up saving over $500 in the end. The wedding ceremony & reception room at the venue looked elegant. The price included to & from shipping via UPS. UPS even came to my home and picked up the boxes. I would highly recommend them!

My daughter fell in love with Beyond Elegance's table covers. It was something that was non-negotiable in her wish list. Beyond Elegance made it easy. As an out-of-state mother, they accommodated my needs, emailing the contract, arranging delivery of the covers for our event and included the return label to make returning them easy.
The best part was that absolutely EVERYONE wanted to know where we got the covers because they were so striking and made a beautiful, distinctive look. They were high quality and came through our event looking perfect.
It was one of the best parts of the reception.
I was looking for the perfect shade of Invory Satin for my wedding. I literally looked everywhere when I found Beyond Elegance. They answered all of my quesitons, knew that what I had originally ordered would change a bit for the big day, easy to work worth and even sent a example of the linen. On the big the venue accidentally threw out my return packing slip but that was no problem. Diana and Lorna emailed me another one to use very quickly. If you need linen rentals use them!!!
I had a good experience with Beyond Elegance. They were very helpful when we went into the showroom and showed us all our options. They have a ton of different colors, materials, etc to choose from. They were very friendly and helpful everytime I dealt with them. They made it affordable for me to have chair covers by giving me a slight discount for ordering so many. They allowed me to take samples to the hotel and samples to my florists in order to match colors.
I rented plate chargers and table linens for my wedding from Beyond Elegance. They were not always the easiest to get ahold of in terms of phone calls or returning emails but the quality of their linens are great! I was able to get poly-satin linens which looked beautiful on the tables. In addition, they set up my head table for a small fee and everything turned out perfect! I would definitely say you get a good deal in terms of high quality and some of the lowest pricing and I looked at several places!

I rented my tablecloths from Beyond Elegance, and they couldn't have made it easier. They sent me sample so I knew exactly what color I was getting! When the clothes came in, they were perfect. Beyond Elegance was patient with me answering all my questions, since the tablecloths were the last piece of the puzzle for me and I knew would make a huge difference to the ambiance of the area. I highly recommend them. Very easy to work with. Quick. Helpful. Efficient. I tried many other places before I found them, and I'm glad I did!
I could not have asked for a more perfect day in general, and Beyond Elegance was extremely helpful! I was able to view samples months before my wedding in order to choose the correct color and fabric! And I received my table runners and sashes 3 days prior to my wedding and they were all ironed and ready to be used and matched perfectly! Shipping them back to Beyond Elegance was also very simple due to the easy-to-understand return shipping instructions and the prepaid return-address label!

I rented chair covers and chameleon sashes from Beyond Elegance for my wedding, and I LOVED THEM! They completely transformed a lackluster reception room into a space I was really proud to bring my guests into. No matter what condition your reception hall's chairs are in, chair covers will instantly make them look so much more elegant and uniform. Definitely worth figuring into your decoration budget!

I went there to look at done items that I had seen on the website. When we went in there they sat us down let us look and a book, we discussed the things we liked and didn't like. Table runners we weren't sure if we should do one or two and make and " x ". They set up a full table and showed us both ways. Super helpful and great company to work with
The staff at Beyond Elegance are all extremely easy to work with, patient, and nice. They walk you through the process step- by - step to ensure that you are comfortable for your event. They send samples which is extremely beneficial when needing to match colors. There are videos of how to tie several different types of bows on their website as well. Overall a great company and I would highly recommend them!
This company has amazing customer service! I left ordering linens to last minute and called this company. They did not have white or ivory available for my wedding but I told the lady our wedding colors and she suggested beige. I decided to go with it and nothing would have looked better! They looked great on the tables (not cheap) felt nice as well. The shipped the linens directly to our wedding site and arranged for them to picked up the following Monday. All I had to do is put them on the tables then fold them up again! So easy. I highly recommend this company for any linen rental. I plan to use them next time I have a huge event.

I rented chair covers and sashes from Beyond Elegance and they were true professionals. They sent me a sample well in advance so that I could be sure the covers fit the chairs at the reception hall and they sent samples of the sash colors I wanted to use so that I could be sure to select the correct color. The chair covers arrived exactly when they said they would and the chair covers were picked up at my door on the Monday following the event. I could not have asked for better or easier survice.
I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Beyond Elegance, but I'm glad I did - I did a lot of searching to keep the cost of linens down! After all - this is a big cost for a wedding and when it's over, the $ you spent on them is gone. Still, linens can really make a difference in making it a nice occasion.
All that said - I was delighted with Beyond Elegance and would highly recommend them. They sent me a ton of samples so I could make sure I had the right color, were easy to get in touch with, and always accommodated my frequent changes to my order (changed my mind on the color napkins, lowered the # I needed and just sent me a check for the difference in cost, etc). Everything came promptly and was easy to return (which was great since my parents/wedding planner had to take care of that as I was off on my honeymoon)!
I was happy with the quality - certainly just the same product that all the other companies I found carry, just at a better price.
We rented chair covers and sashes for our wedding in September. I was very satisfied with the experience. The chair covers looked great. The staff were helpful in helping me choose the right chair cover size to fit some unusual chairs as well as choosing the sash color to match my wedding. I had samples sent to me and they helped me choose which samples would be best to look at. Even with the shipping cost, it was more affordable to use Beyond Elegance than to rent from the local party shop, and BE offered more options to ensure a perfect fit. Plus I didn't have to coordinate picking them up at a store, they were just delivered right to my house. Word of advice though -- if your venue will take responsibility for receiving the shipment and holding them until UPS pick up the next day, do it that way because the boxes are heavy and take up a lot of space (seems obvious but it's hard to think of these details when you are planning!).
More like Beyond Belief. The contract said we were to receive the sashes 1-2 days before the event so we planned on setting up the night before. My mom ordered 160 sashes for my wedding on 10/13/12. When the sashes hadn't arrived by the morning before the wedding, we decided to check the tracking info. Sure enough, the sashes were not scheduled to be delivered to us until 10/15/12...2 days AFTER my wedding! My mom called and they of course apologized, but sorry isn't good enough when it's the day before the wedding and we don't have any sashes. The best they could do was get the delivery re-routed or whatever and had them arrive on the day of my wedding at 9am. I luckily had some aunts and cousins who went over to the reception that morning to make sure it looked fabulous.
The price was decent and they apologized which is why I gave them a star.Once the sashes finally arrived, they were pretty but I would've love to save myself and my family the headache of having to run around last minute and tie 160 chair sashes because they screwed up the shipping. I mean, isn't that what you do for a living? Ship items back and forth to people? I would just be a little weary.
The table linens and chair covers, bows that I rented from Beyond Elegance was just amazing. The people at Beyond Elegance were so very helpful and the linens were just an amazing quality! The pricing was also just fantastic!

I ordered chair covers and organza sashes in two colors (alternating the wedding colors). When I spoke with customer service about ordering the rep said they were particular about their products and promised I wouldn't spend the day ironing a wrinkled mess of chair covers. She was right. The covers and sashes were well packed and no ironing needed (arrived on time too). The videos on how to tie various bows/knots were helpful. The day after the wedding, I packed up the covers and sashes and returned with pre-printed labels. Very easy. I would recommend using Beyond Elegance.

I found Beyond Elegance online as I was trying to find "hard to find" colors for our linens. They promptly sent me samples of their napkins so I could pick the right colors. The order was received on Thursday before the wedding along with return instructions/UPS label for me to return them on Monday. I was so happy with the colors of napkins and runners last July that I used them again for another wedding this past August. Again, the colors were perfect, they arrived when requested and the return was smooth. I would definitely recommend Beyond Elegance for your linens!

After 50 years of marriage, I wanted to celebrate with a big party with all of the trimmings. I contacted Lorna at Beyond Elegance and she was most helpful with all of the planning, from sending me samples to helping me make all of the decisions that needed to be made to make our anniversary a success.
I received my linens 5 days before the event and everything was immaculate. No need to for anything to be pressed. Just put on the tables, chairs and sashing. They took care of all of the freight to be delivered and picked up at my home. This made my event one less thing that I needed to worry about.
This is not my first time using Beyond Elegance. They also were used for my granddaughter's wedding 5 years ago and will use them for another granddaughter's wedding in March 2012. There are not may places that you can depend upon and be extremely happy every time that they are used. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
May I just say that Beyond Elegance did a superb job in providing chair sashes and overlays for my daughter's wedding. I ordered a sangria color...a color I thought would be impossible to find. Diane at Beyond Elegance was so easy to deal with and took all of the guesswork out of the whole ordering process. This wonderful company is professional, organized, efficient and reasonable in price. They truly understand what is needed and how they can help. They definitely have it down to a science. I was so skeptical at first but they really came through for us. I am extremely impressed and don't give out compliments unless I truly believe it. I would highly recommend Beyond Elegance to anyone. We absolutely loved our chair covers. The staff worked well with us to make it easy for us to order the ones we wanted and we were able to pick them up and drop them back off ourselves. We also had a sample sent to us to try out the different covers and sashes to ensure they were the ones we wanted. Returning them was very easy as well. We definitely would recommend ordering from this vendor!
I searched all around the State of Iowa to find the best deal for chair covers, sashes and a backdrop. Beyond Elegance promptly responded to all of my emails, questions, quote request, and sent samples right away. They were not only the best deal around, but they were also the most pleasant to work with as well. They set everything up beautifully and the quality of their items were great!
Beyond Elegance made our reception every bit of their name...beyond elegant! Our reception was for 530 people. They were very prompt in getting back to us whenever we had questions, followed up with us when we forgot to get back to them (this was very important to me since we had so much going on) and they made sure our day was absolutely beautiful! The true test was my father, when he walked into our reception he got teary because everything was so beautiful! They did our linens, ceiling treatments, charger plates, chair covers, chair sashes...of which they tied every single one in a elegant bow...covered 8 large pillars in our room with gorgeous material and I'm sure there are a few other things I'm forgetting. Beyond Elegance not only blew me away with thier excellent customer service, but everything arrived on schedule and their products were top notch. The chair covers were of excellent quality and the taffeta silk sashes were on point. These women are fierce. I will definately be using their services & products for all of my future endevors. Beyond Elegance was a great fit for our wedding. Not only did they offer some of the best prices but their customer service was amazing. I spoke with several people who made suggestions and helped me make my final decisions as to what I needed for the wedding. If I ever had to rent linens again, they would be my first choice.
We rented tablecloths for our wedding reception and they were absolutely perfect! I was highly impressed with Beyond Elegance from the very first phone call to the last email I received. They were the easiest and most efficient company I dealt with through the whole wedding process! Since I live in MO we mostly communicated via email. If I had a question regarding my order I just sent them a quick email and I always received an email or phone call back the same day. We rented two colors of tablecloths to match both our wedding colors (navy blue and burnt orange) and since there are multiple tones of burnt orange we felt like we needed to see the color before we committed to it… Not a problem! Beyond Elegance shipped us a sample of both colors and different sizes for us to inspect the next day. (They were PERFECT!) I would and DO highly recommend Beyond Elegance to all my friends, family and anyone I know who needs the products they provide. Their prices are very reasonable, their products are high quality and their customer service is above expectation! GREAT company!
