We booked our wedding at the Carlyle Room which they had their in house required caters, luckily they were Beyond The Box Catering. The food at our wedding was amazing, not just your average "wedding food" it was sooooo much better! We did the mashed potato martini bar which was a hit with all our guests, and the also did the salad bar and steamship beef! The staff was so nice and on top of it! We can't thank them enough for everything!! Also not to mention their delicious cocktails they made for us and all our guests! Booking them is a MUST for your wedding, trust me!!

We had a fabulous Italian dinner and Mediterranean cocktail hour display for our wedding with Beyond the Box, rivaled only by the menu tasting they provided for us first! Communication was made simple and easy, even when our point of contact changed mid-way through planning, and especially considering our 7-hour time zone difference! Set-up, serving, and take-down was all the more harmonious, allowing my husband and I the luxury of never worrying about the catering until it was time for our much-anticipated dinner. I cannot recommend the Italian buffet menu enough. It's a good thing we chose the buffet too or else I would've had to go around the tables to try a bite of everything! The drinks were also a perfect set up. We had one family who didn't drink alcohol or caffeine, and one who wanted a toast and couldn't go an evening without a cup of coffee, and they accommodated everyone with ease. Thank you for making our planning process and special day all the more seamless and special!

An absolutely wonderful team! The menu we selected was delicious and costs were very reasonable for our budget. The BTB team kept everything running smoothly from food service to bar-tending, and they were exceptionally easy to work and coordinate with!

Beyond the Box was one of the vendors permitted by our venue, the Perot Museum of Nature & Science. We weren't super pumped about having required vendors, but after working with them we're so so glad we did! The food was the best 'wedding food' that we've ever had, and our guests have complimented us on how good it was! Marci was lovely to work with, she treated our small event like a large one, and provided us with all the attention and resources needed to make our vision happen. The cost for us was pushing our budget, but it wound up being worth it, especially considering how good it was! My advice to anyone looking at vendors: if BTB is pushing your budget, go with them! You can't beat this quality for the cost, and they're so professional/easy to work with. They're amazing!

Beyond the Box was perfection and exceeded all our expectations. We had a micro wedding at the Dallas Arboretum Camp House and they were perfect. Every bite was delicious and the pastry chef nailed the cake, going off only my request to make it "like Whole Foods' Berry Chantilly cake." EVERYONE was raving at how perfect the cake was! Marci at Beyond the Box made planning our little formal wedding SO easy. If I could give them 50 stars, I would.

The food for our wedding was AMAZING! We had a brunch wedding at the Arboretum, and it completely enhanced the natural beauty and charm of the gardens with the amazing linens and great food and drinks. The linens were perfect, the bar was amazing! Definitely worth the price and Michelle was awesome. Our wedding was perfect and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Beyond the Box catering was absolutely professional and delicious! They have a plethora of options for any type of event, and everything they offer tastes amazing. As a bride with food allergies, they were very cautious to ensure no dishes contained my allergens. You cannot go wrong with this fantastic caterer!

I would highly recommend using Beyond the Box Catering for a wedding or any event. The menu is so large and diverse it made it hard to choose what to serve at the wedding because it all looked amazing. They have so many options to choose from for any budget. All of my guests were raving about the food all night! Thank you guys so much for making the decision process so easy and my wedding run so smoothly!

TL/DR - Loved working with them, food was incredible and got rave reviews, and pricing was very competitive. Our original caterer, Two Sisters Catering, decided to close their doors 2.5 months before our wedding without any notification (only found out while trying to schedule our tasting and menu planning). We immediately went on a mad dash to find a replacement and Beyond the Box reached out within an hour or so, while others took days. They were so easy to work with, we loved the menus and the tasting went so incredibly well (we had leftovers for days as well). Everyone at the wedding loved the food and still talks about it, and we even had them cater afternoon lunch/snacks for the wedding party since there was a big break between ceremony and reception. They also had very reasonable pricing that was on par or better than a lot of the places we reviewed, and they spent a lot of time working with our venue to get approved to operate there. Would recommend them without a doubt to anyone that asked.

Loved working with Beyond the Box for our wedding. We wanted something a bit more unique than a traditional plated dinner, so we went with action stations. The tasting when we picked all our options was super fun. All the guests loved the food. Staff/servers were attentive to myself and the groom. Couldn't ask for more!

Our food from Beyond the Box was absolutely phenomenal—both our happy hour appetizers and dinner were delicious and we heard about how much our guests enjoyed their food for a couple weeks after our wedding! They also catered our rehearsal dinner and food for my bridal party on the day of while we were getting ready and it was all on point. Chelsi was fantastic to work with—she was always professional and helped bring our vision to life, being there to answer any questions we had. You will not be disappointed if you use Beyond the Box for your wedding!

I cannot recommend Beyond the Box enough. We did a buffet style set-up of an Italian food assortment. The food was amazing. Everything tasted spectacular. The servers were attentive. I was completely out of my element to know how to get catering for our wedding but they made it incredibly easy. They were really able to work with us to get what we were looking for. The bartenders were phenomenal. I could just go on and on about how amazing our experience was with the whole Beyond the Box team. I highly recommend.

The venue we had our wedding at only worked with 2 caterers. We were a little nervous about not having many options to choose from, but after meeting with Marci and going over details we were sold! Marci was great to work with. She stayed in close communication with us answering all of the little questions and "what ifs" we had. The food at our wedding was great. Marci made sure we got a plate and even sent us home with to-go boxes which froze nicely and came in handy when we got back from our honeymoon and didn't have much food in the fridge. We couldn't have been more pleased with the staff who worked the wedding. From the bar staff to servers, they were all very professional and helpful. We received many many compliments on how good the food was. We loved it and would highly recommend Beyong the Box for your wedding or event. We hope to have a reason to work with them again!

The team at Beyond the Box is fantastic! We had the privilege of working with both Chelsi and Greg from the BtB team, both of whom were wonderful. We had a few changes come our way throughout the planning process, and the BtB team were so kind and flexible through every hurdle. We did have a couple of requests coming out of our tasting, and they accommodated them for our reception. The staff was so kind and wonderful, we couldn't have asked for better. So happy we chose Beyond the Box for our wedding!

You could not engage the services of a caterer better than Beyond the Box Wedding Caterers. We have had nothing but rave reviews. The food was outstanding. The short ribs tasteful and cut with a fork. The butternut squash a taste sensation and the honey lemon chicken sooo good! The Out of the Box team were attentive at all times from the Cocktail Hour until after the serving of the cake. Great food! We were worried the food choices might be too fancy for us but they have something for everyone! Chelsi worked with us and made sure we had what we wanted. First off: hire these amazing people!!! Seriously! You’ll be so beyond glad that you did. Food was a huge thing for us. It was basically number one on our list of most important. Chelsi was such a trooper with all my questions even before we hired them. Even afterwards, she responded so quickly and was always so nice and accommodating. I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. Okay secondly, the food is honestly some of the best brunch food we’ve ever had. They stay true to their namesake. This is not your typical boring wedding food. This is real food that is damn good. Everyone at our wedding RAVED about the food and the bartender! The team who came to serve were just as amazing as the food itself. It’s all inclusive. They pre set our tables, they bussed (no trash cans in your photos), and the staff were especially attentive to me and my groom. They even brought us our favorite drinks and appetizers while we were still taking pictures! We found that so thoughtful. We never had to ask for anything with them. Also, their set up of the food stations were absolutely beautiful and Pinterest worthy! They took brunch food and elevated it in a way that felt elegant but also down to earth and approachable. I love these people!!!

I would give Beyond the Box an A+ when it comes to menu customization and food quality! First, their menu is HUGE! You have endless options for your event from all different cuisines. Second, Megan was super helpful during the planning process. We had a lot of questions and dietary restrictions to consider, and Megan was patient, accommodating, and quick to respond. Third, the food itself! We have been to a lot of weddings -- both on the east cost and west coast -- and never has the food been this good. Megan helped us put together an elaborate menu with a food-heavy cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert display, and all the food was fresh and flavorful despite our wedding venue only having a prep kitchen onsite. We received many kudos from our guests! We also appreciated that Megan was onsite the day of the event. A few small things didn't go as planned, but we were able to resolve them for the most part: a) We were informed in advance that our wedding cake slices would need to be passed out to guests before setting them out on the dessert display tables (for space purposes). However, many guests were only offered the groom's cake. Be sure to request for guests to be served both varieties when booking if that's important to you. :) b) A lot of effort went into planning the timing of meal service, however the day of the event that was not followed to a T. The dessert displays, which were supposed to be made available later in the evening, were set up hours early. I pointed this out to Megan, and she made sure the displays were taken down until later. c) When we arrived home from the wedding, we found our custom cake topper split into two. I reached out to Megan, and she learned it had split when removed from the cake. She was more than apologetic and generously offered to replace the item for us. Overall, we were thrilled with the personal attention we received from Megan and the delicious food prepared by her team. We would absolutely hire BTB again and highly recommend them for your special event!

We hosted our wedding at The Carlisle Room, where Beyond the Box is the exclusive caterer. Beyond the Box offers creative, unique, and delicious options for any pallet. For our wedding we started with 3 types of hors d’oeuvres (sweet chili meatballs, jambalaya cakes, and mac & cheese cakes) which were probably all my favorite part of the meal. For dinner we went non-traditional and had three stations (chicken & waffle, sliders, and pasta) – and they were a huge hit with our guests! Finally, we went off-menu with “milk and cookie shooters” which they made specifically for us. Their ability to create and execute is fantastic. We would highly recommend Beyond the Box for any of your catering needs.

She was very flexible and responsive whenever we had a question or needed to make a change. We went with their action stations, and they were a HUGE hit with our guests. Would definitely recommend Beyond the Box. I was really out of my element with all the food choices and event details, but Megan was very understanding and explained everything so clearly. She helped me make decisions without being demanding or condescending. Her experience spoke volumes and made me confident that everything was taken care of. She kept in contact with me and was easy to get a hold of if I ever had a question. The day of the wedding, she had everything running smoothly and always made sure we had food and drinks. The food options were diverse and flexible. We made some changes during the tasting and it was executed perfectly. Our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! Beyond the Box was a great choice to cater our wedding! Megan was so helpful and responsive through the entire process. My husband and I must have gone back and forth with changes a dozen times and Megan was always quick to respond and happy to help us with every request. They also had SOOOO many menu selections! It almost made it hard for my husband and I to choose what to serve, but everything they made was absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about our dinner and we actually had plenty of leftovers which made my husband and I so happy because we got to continue eating our delicious wedding dinner even after the wedding :) If you are looking for a great event caterer, with deliciously amazing food for a very reasonable price, look no further than BTB Weddings!

FABULOUS!!! My husband and I have been to tons of weddings before we tied the knot last weekend! We were very skeptical in our food choices since the venue we were getting married at only allowed us to cater through BTB. We went to two different tastings and picked a menu we thought would be great! Turns out it was AMAZING!!! Our guests raved about everything!! So easy to work with!! We changed the menu a few times for my daughter's wedding and Megan was so helpful. She and her staff were amazing and extremely professional. Everything was absolutely delicious, the setup was beautiful, and the service was wonderful! I had several people make it a point to tell me how much they enjoyed the food. They have limitless options and help you tailor something perfect for your budget and vision. All my guests raved about the food, especially the risotto prepared inside a huge parmesean wheel! Beyond the Box was really cool! We wanted to get our own caterer separately but still wanted to do the bar and rent the dishes and glasses from them and they had everything to fill in the gaps! Megan even asked if I needed Chafers and oven bags and filled in those gaps. They have everything you need and the bartenders and servers were amazing!

Even though we had a buffet, we felt that the level of service was that of a five star restaurant. All of our guests were raving about the food and there was plenty for everyone! We had our son’s rehearsal dinner for 90 people at the Perot Museum and Beyond the Box catered a phenomenal meal! We had cocktails and passed and static hors d’oeuvres in the mineral area and then the dinner with stations amidst the dinosaurs. Stations were roast beef, salmon, Mediterranean display, salad display and avocado martinis. Desserts were assorted miniatures. Working with Megan de Farcy was wonderful. She held our hand through it all, hosted a great tasting event ahead of time and was there for the dinner. All the servers and attendants were friendly and helped my 90-year old mother get her plate filled. Guests raved to me about the food. It was a magical event. Highly recommend BtB!

I can't recommend Beyond the Box enough! The food, the staff, the service, the price--everything! Megan did way more than just helping with the food. She pointed out things that even I had overlooked or not considered and helped me out with totally unrelated wedding questions. She always responded quickly and made everything worry-free. Although our venue required only two options for catering, we were glad to work with Beyond the Box. Asian cuisine isn't easy to make and we appreciate that BTB offered other options that worked for us. We opted not to serve Asian food in the end, but the Italian theme we chose worked out perfectly. Our guests all had great compliments with the food! We enjoyed working with Megan as well. She really was so patient and understanding when we didn't like dishes at our tasting and gave really good suggestions and alternatives. Our biggest piece of advice to any couple is be honest about the food. BTB can handle the truth and they are always good about serving dishes that work with our palates. My husband and I are really really happy with what we had on our wedding day. We both regret not eating more!

I contacted multiple vendors for my wedding and eventually went with Beyond the Box because of their menus (so many items you will eventually find something you like) and Megan's accessibility and thoroughness. I had zero prior exposure to wedding planning, so I had a billion questions and had no idea what I was doing. Megan saved my butt and calmed my nerves by responding to my emails promptly, calling me when she said she would, and having an answer for every tiny question. Our wedding guests loved the food and so did my husband and I... especially since we got leftovers boxed up for us! And the staff were all kind, helpful, and professional. Really happy with my choice of caterer and highly recommend for folks in the area!

Megan is on the ball. The food was absolutely fantastic. Our guest talked about it for weeks! The staff was kind and professional and made sure everything was set up and served beautifully. Megan made sure we ate and had plenty, something most bride and grooms often neglect. She even remembered our favorite selections from our tasting and made sure to have those on our plates. Would recommend and use beyond the box again!

Beyond the Box was wonderful to work with in planning our daughter's wedding. Megan took the time to get to know the bride and groom, what their vision was for the wedding and what our requirements, as parents of the bride, were for the dinner. Megan helped pick a menu that fit our tastes, was able to customize it so that it fit special dietary needs of several of our guests, and provide us with children's meals for our youngest guests. The food was excellent, it received rave reviews from our guests. The service was top notch, efficient and friendly. Any need we had was met by the Beyond the Box staff. I will keep Beyond the Box in mind when I need to serve a larger group of people as I know it will be excellent.

Beyond the Box is, hands down, the absolute best caterer! My wife and I were looking for an upscale catering company to achieve our vision, and nobody did that better than Beyond the Box. Specifically, Megan de Farcy ensured the wedding was perfect, the menu was exactly what we wanted, and helped us have the best day of our lives. She is truly incredible! The food itself was the best we tried throughout the planning process. Our guests also agreed that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The catering staff had everything prepared on-time and the wait staff were friendly and helpful, too. We cannot say enough good things about Beyond the Box. We are trying to find an excuse to use them for an event in the future!

The food was spectacular and the presentation elegant; we had lots of compliments on both. Megan was wonderful to work with; she was so helpful in planning the menu and the tasting was not only lots of fun but reassured us that everything would be perfect- and it was! If you want to work with the most amazing people and have amazing food at your wedding/event, then Beyond the Box is who you need. We worked with Megan and I cannot say enough good things about her. I did a lot of research for caterers and was initially impressed with Beyond the Box’s huge amount of options. They have everything from simple appetizers to carving stations. I was trying to plan a menu for a casual backyard wedding with interesting choices for simple eaters and foodies. Megan was great at suggesting some good options to accommodate my guests and my budget. The food and service were phenomenal. They did such a great job throughout the night and the food was so outstanding. I think the jambalaya balls were everyone's favorite. Everyone who hires Beyond the Box MUST have these on their menu. Megan was very helpful every step of the way. She was prompt getting back to me whenever I emailed her and very accommodating when I was trying to decide on the menu. I've never done a catered affair before, but not having to do anything but enjoy the party was a treat and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend BTB to anyone looking for a caterer.

The planning was seamless, the food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to be helpful during the wedding and afterwards. Megan was well organized and was able to guide us through a planning process that was certainly new to us! We highly recommend them.

Beyond the Box knocked the food out of the ballpark for us at my daughter's wedding on 3/18/17. EVERYTHING was delicious. All of our guests raved about the meal, especially the mac & cheese. We served the bbq buffet and the meat was so tender, it melted in your mouth. Megan was extremely easy to work on the front end, during tasting, to make sure we were totally onboard and satisfied with our selections. During the event, all of the catering staff were total professionals. Do not hesitate to give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Beyond the box was so easy to work with! They did an amazing job and everyone kept talking about how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for any event, especially weddings!

There are no words to describe how amazing Beyond the Box is! From catering to coordination, Megan made sure our wedding day dreams came true. The food was awesome. It was very reasonably priced and we were giving more than enough. Megan worked with us and was very timely. She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to suit our vision and budget! Not only did she provide catering but she coordinated our wedding. She was more than worth it. Hiring BTB made our day so calm and peaceful. The only thing I did was get pampered and walk the aisle. She took care of every small detail and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her for both catering and coordinating services. She will definitely made your day a DREAM COME TRUE!

Wow! Beyond the Box exceeded all of our expectations. The food was outstanding and beautifully displayed. The waitstaff and bartenders made sure our guests were well fed and happy. I also can't stress enough how great Megan was as our Day of Wedding coordinator. Simply put, if you're looking for great food with professional and competent employees, Beyond the Box is the way to go.

Loved working with Beyond the Box! Megan made everything so easy, and the food was amazing. We are still getting compliments from our guests. The selection was originally what sold us, and we were not disappointed! They really allowed us to be creative and tailor the menu to our personality. Loved it!

Beyond the Box provided catering services for my daughter's wedding. Beyond The Box passed hors d' oeuvres, mixed cocktails, and a sit down dinner for 143 guests with desert and midnight tacos. Beyond the Box exceeded my expectation. The food was excellent. The service and the skills of the bartenders was outstanding. The steaks were done to perfection. My guest all raved about the food and service. "Best wedding ever". I can enthusiastically without reservation recommend Beyond the Box for your catering needs.

Top notch operation all the way around - the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. After checking a lot of menu's and prices, Beyond the Box had the best selection and price. Having such an attentive staff made it an amazing experience and I hope to use them in the future for my other daughter. I worked with Angela on selecting food - she answered every phone call or email. The night of the wedding I was amazed at how together their operation was. (It made me think of how I could do better at my place of business)I can not say enough good things about Beyond the Box. They were awesome!!!
