Throughout the wedding planning process, we are here to support you as both a friend and an industry professional. We serve couples in Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg and the as the surrounding areas. It is our passion to give back to the local community through our business. A portion of each service sales is donated to various local organizations that support animal welfare and health awareness groups.

I loved working with Bianca Nichole and Co for my wedding planning needs! They made everything easy from assisting with vendors to the day of the wedding. I was stress free my entire wedding day and that wouldn't have been possible without them. I was fortunate enough to work with Kelly, who was so kind, helpful and truly felt like a friend. I couldn't recommend them more for wedding planning needs!
I worked with Kelly of BNCO for my wedding and she was really fantastic! We did the design and month of coordination package, and it was truly worth every penny. I am incredibly picky and had a specific vision for my wedding, and she worked with me extensively in the design process to help it come to life perfectly! She did a phenomenal job booking all of our rentals for us and later coordinating all of our vendors. I asked her roughly one million questions throughout the planning process and her insight and opinions were truly invaluable. I was continuously having new ideas and adding small things to my rental list, and she was so helpful and gracious with all of my questions. It was so huge that during the month of the wedding I didn't have to stress about making sure every vendor knew the plan, and I totally trusted Kelly to make sure everything ran smoothly. Day-of the wedding, she made sure my vision was brought to life absolutely perfectly - every detail was the way that I wanted it, and the wedding was just phenomenally beautiful. I am still having people tell me how beautiful it was, and really that was Kelly making sure it was all organized perfectly! She is also incredibly professional, kind, and calm throughout every interaction. Kelly is a treasure and I would highly recommend her!!
P.S. I also worked with Maci to secure my hotel blocks - I got married the weekend of F1 and the UT/Georgia game, so it was genuinely a nightmare trying to figure out hotel blocks. But, Maci made the impossible happen! I would not have been able to pull the strings that she did to ensure we still able to offer accommodations.
I was connected to Bianca through a co-worker who recommended BNCo after using them for his wedding. We signed up for their venue sourcing service and coordination, and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! We were really struggling finding a venue and after a quick consult with Bianca she sent the perfect one our way -- one that never came up in our searches on Google/Wedding Wire/etc. We absolutely loved our coordinator Maci -- she was organized, experienced, responsive, and so motivated to make our day perfect. On top of taking care of all vendor communication three months out she was also super helpful in providing recommendations and just general advice all the way up to the day. We also had our wedding ceremony on paddle boards, which was a first for us all, and Maci was so excited and willing to go out of her way to do try something new and make it work. And thankfully it did! I also really appreciated her calm confident energy that really helped me and my fiance through the entire planning process. We couldn't have done it without her!
I first met Bianca when she planned my best friend's wedding, which was the most special wedding I had ever attended. After seeing her in action, I knew I wanted her to plan mine. Working with Bianca was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was incredibly organized throughout the entire process, making everything so seamless. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams, and we owe so much of that to Bianca and her amazing team. The day ran flawlessly, and we had the absolute best time. Bianca kept us calm, organized, and handled all communication with our family and wedding party on the day of, allowing us to truly enjoy our day to the fullest. We couldn't have done it without her and her incredible team!
Bianca and her team were incredible to work with and made all of our wedding dreams come true! They made the entire process go so smoothly! Bianca was very helpful during the process with the design and helping us find vendors within our budget. They answered any questions we had. Also created wonderful mock-ups of all of our ideas! When it came to our actual coordinator Maci she did amazing!! She handled all the vendor contact and made the day go so smoothly! We don't know what we would do without her!
BNCO's team was fantastic from the start. Communication was seamless and we loved that they sent out questionnaire's to get all of our specific details (like what items we would be bringing, family dynamics, preferences on how we wanted to spend our time on our wedding day, etc.)! Maci was our coordinator and she was so easy to work with with and paid attention to detail! We highly recommend BNCO for any couple's looking for a wedding planner/coordinator!
I just used BNCO for my wedding at the Lakeway Resort and Spa, ceremony at Emmaus Catholic and wouldn't have been able to have the wedding of my dreams if it weren't for Maci and her team! Maci was always responsive and helpful through the planning process leading up, present for all the rehearsal and set-up/prep days, and made sure everything ran smoothly and timely on wedding day despite having several vendors and moving parts to manage. No wedding is perfect, but Maci problem-solved on the fly and no one was the wiser. Being in the industry, I've worked with the BNCO team professionally and knew when it was my time to get married, they were my first call!! So glad they were a part of our day and highly HIGHLY recommend!!!
We booked the coordination package and it was essential for keeping our wedding running smoothly. Maci was our coordinator and she did such a great job handling all the logistics on the wedding day and she even helped my mom with bustling my dress and securing it with fashion tape so I wouldn’t trip during the first dance! Thank you for all the help.

Being that I’m the planner type, I knew I wanted a lot of control, but the last few months of wedding planning is the nitty gritty coordination details that I was so glad to have their support on! Let me tell y'all!! Bianca and her team were so amazing! I hired them for partial planning and day-of coordination. About a month before my wedding, she completely took over and worked out the timeline, small details, vendor communication, etc. The day of, she and her team were so freaking great! They were helpful, attentive, fun, sweet, etc. I truly believe that no event goes perfectly, but our wedding was pretty dang close. Her team took very cute videos and photos of the event, they kept me updated on any changes throughout the day/night, and I hope they had fun too! Truly they made our special day even more special!
Y'all better hire them!
I don't know if you'll ever truly feel at ease on your wedding day...UNLESS YOU HIRE BIANCA AND HER TEAM.
Logistically: Bianca did so much behind the scenes to make sure everything came off smoothly. My husband and I had the most fun of our lives and it's mostly thanks to Bianca and her team for doing all of the behind the scenes work to make it so we didn't have to stress about anything. I didn't have a feeling that anything was wrong or that anyone was unhappy. She literally coordinated everything in a way that we just had to show up and get married and have a blast. I know it takes a lot of work and professionalism to make that happen so we could not be more grateful.
Personally: Bianca and her team are so personable, sweet, bubbly, and warm. Even when she's holding her clipboard and getting every specific detail right - she gave us a sense of calm. It's a true gift to be able to be so detailed-oriented while also being super friendly and kind.
Our wedding day would not have been the most wonderfully fun day of our lives without Bianca. She saw our vision, made it come to life, and made us feel so taken care of. She is amazing and if you want to be totally stress free on the most important day of your life, I wouldn't consider anyone else but Bianca.
Jessica from BNCO absolutely made my husband and I's wedding day A BREEZE! She helped with everything, answered questions, kept us organized and made sure we always had a drink in our hands! The day would not have gone smooth if we didn't work with Jess and the BNCO team!!!
Bianca and her team were fantastic! We chose the 90-day coordinator option and later added 4-hours worth of meetings and planning assistance prior to the 90 day mark as well as the transportation services. Bianca was great every step of the way. We started the wedding planning process early and there were many times that I got overwhelmed and stressed about what should be booked already and what I should focus my energy on next. Every time I started to get stressed, I scheduled a meeting with Bianca which was super easy through the portal. After every meeting, Bianca helped me feel less stressed and more confident that I was right on track with wedding planning.
At the 90-day mark, our coordinator was Rosie and Catherine. Rosie was mostly in contact with my mom during this time and they worked so well together! Rosie was amazing with addressing all of our concerns and questions and constantly updating our wedding timeline with all the different changes we made. She did an awesome job in contacting all of our vendors and ensuring they adhered to the timeline created.
The day of our wedding was so seamless and stress free! Rosie and Catherine took care of everything so Zach and I could fully be in the moment for our wedding. If they ever saw me or a family member stressed they reassured us that we were right on schedule and to be in the moment. They worked so hard and our wedding day ended up being everything we had hoped it would be. We are so grateful for this amazing team and highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the Austin area!!
I am so thankful that I found BNCO!!! I hired them for coordination and got to work with Maci on, and leading up, to my wedding day. She was the biggest blessing throughout the whole process. Her guidance, tools, communication, and organization are truly irreplaceable (especially in those last 90 days before wedding day). She was so patient with me throughout the whole process, even as I was changing my mind or slow to make decisions. On wedding day, she brought me so much peace and made sure that every detail was just as I imagined. She truly made my husband and I feel so special and taken care of on our big day. On top of that, we received countless compliments on how well our day was run. I cannot even count the amount of times a guest or someone in our wedding party mentioned that it was the most organized and efficient wedding they had ever been to. The timing of everything was so well-thought out and Maci was the one to thank for all of that. My parents and wedding party also just enjoyed spending the day with Maci, and were so thrilled with how kind and professional she was. She truly enhanced the whole day for us. My daughter retained BNCo for their partial planning package, which we appreciated that they had this option. Like I told Bianca, they offer different levels of luxury services at an affordable price! The main element of our package was for BNCo to take over within 90 days of the wedding date and to oversee the day of.
If you're one of those people who think that everything should already be done by the time the 3 months mark come around, then you'd be wrong. In fact, that's when details are ironed out, vendors are now asking more specific questions such as timelines, when to show up, and the various who, what, where questions. Bianca assigned Rosie to us as our lead planner, and we will be forever grateful! Rosie was truly a blessing. BNCo notes on their website that you'll become wedding planning BFFs. That's exactly who Rosie became. She was our confidante, counselor, cheerleader, and guide! She worked hard leading up to the wedding, communicating with our vendors, ensuring that no details were missed, and crafting an incredible timeline that included all the elements that my daughter wanted on her wedding day. She was patient, kind, reassuring, calm, and always with a sense of humor. With all my heart, I’m so deeply grateful to Rosie for the role that she played in making my daughter's wedding a success. The ceremony was orchestrated so smoothly, and the reception came together so beautifully. Our guests gave us so many compliments on the day of and even a few weeks later we're still getting compliments from various family members and friends who thought that every detail was perfection; one of my brothers-in-law told his coworkers that it looked like a wedding that you would see on tv; which means that Rosie and Catherine did a fabulous job making the day look seamless. I can't recommend BNCo and Rosie enough. They are truly valuable resources! And their day-of support and services are truly priceless!

Wedding planning is HARD. My venue required a 90 day wedding planner and I’m so glad they did; or I would’ve thought I could just do everything on my own. Planning a wedding felt easy at first, but I was in way over my head. I thought that I had everything under control 3 months before the wedding, but boy was I wrong. Maci stepped in and sent me various documents and organizational tools for wedding day details that I haven’t even thought of. Her planning packet is super helpful to get you thinking about the small details you may be forgetting. She was always easy to get ahold of, a great problem solver, and SO patient.
Now flash forward to wedding day. Everyone was complementing how amazing Maci was at communicating with vendors, setting up decor, breaking things down, making sure timing is spot on with the DJ, making sure my husband and I got to eat and spend time together, always having a drink ready for us; I mean the list goes on. She made my wedding day so smooth sailing even when I was a ball of nerves and anxiety. Everyone always says to “expect things to go wrong” and your wedding, but I can confidently say that Maci made sure to make everything perfect. There wasn’t a single bump in the road, and if there was, I was never made aware of it because Maci handled it. She is the planner I never knew I needed. I can’t thank her enough for her calm demeanor, uplifting attitude, patience, and kindness. She went above and beyond for me and my family! She made sure that we did not have to worry about a single thing on the wedding day.

BNCO was absolutely wonderful to work with! We did our initial call with Kelly and she helped determine who on their team would be the best fit for us and our wedding planning needs. Kelly also connected with us at a later date to see our budget for each vendor needed and sent recommendations that fit within that budget, our wedding's vibe/theme and the overall feel we were going for on our wedding day. 90% of our vendors we went with were recommended by BNCO and we couldn't have been happier with who we chose! Maci was awesome in helping with the a la carte guest services package. I would highly recommend this a la carte service if you have lots of out of town guests like we did. She helped to secure hotel blocks and a shuttle service to and from the venue. Allison was our coordinator and she was a rockstar! I can't even begin to thank her enough for how she handled every part of the planning process and day of execution with grace and kindness. We instantly felt like Allison was in our corner and knew we could be transparent if things were stressful or hard to handle. She even talked me through a really stressful and frustrating issue I had with our venue and made me feel seen and heard through it all. She did everything in her power to calm my nerves regarding that issue and keeping me updated along the way. My parents, who live in a different state, were so thrilled with Allison's coordination and how she helped us navigate through hiccups and bumps along the way during wedding day. I can't recommend BNCO enough for your event planning, especially your wedding day.
If you do one thing while planning your wedding, it should be hiring Bianca Nichole and Co as your coordinator! They came highly recommended by our venue, and they did not disappoint! They were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They also gave us amazing vendor recommendations that fit our budget and style.
During our final walk through, Maci did not miss a single detail and made us feel so at ease going into the big day. When it was time for her to take over communication with our vendors, I could not of asked for anyone better! She was so prompt in her responses and always did her best to accommodate any wild last minute changes we had. Maci was professional, calm, and kept our day moving so smoothly. We can't thank Bianca and her team enough! From the day we started working together we always felt like we had someone lean on, from simple questions to bigger issues. Bianca always responded quickly and with a solution. Throughout the stresses of wedding planning we felt supported by Bianca. On the day of the wedding we had a last minute rain storm, Bianca and her team were able to get everything switched to inside with limited time. They were kind and understanding that this was not what I had envisioned. We were told by guests they didn't know the ceremony was supposed to be outside because of how beautiful and seamless it was. Bianca and her team are nothing short of amazing! Truly, the only regret I have is not going the full planning route and letting Bianca fully handle everything from the beginning! Bianca’s design work was an absolute dream! Not only was she able to understand exactly what I wanted even when I couldn’t articulate it, but she executed it beautifully! Our wedding had a lot of moving parts, so having BNCO there was incredibly helpful. If there were problems on our big day, we really didn’t know about them because handled them all—which is exactly what we wanted. And, our guests couldn’t say enough good things about BNCO and the wedding itself!
We used partial planning services—so generally speaking a few hours before the wedding, help with the design, and day of coordination—which meant it was sometimes difficult to know when I was doing something and when BNCO was handling it, but our emails were always responded to promptly and all our questions answered.
Bianca also made sure she was listening to what we wanted, instead of any other parties (family, friends, etc.) in our case it wasn’t entirely necessary because I’m pretty sure my mom knew what I wanted better than even I did (aren’t moms the best?), but it was nice to know that our requests/needs/wants were being honored and listened to.
Lastly, Bianca’s vendor recommendations were stellar. I really felt like I had the dream team and having Bianca reach out to the vendors for me when it got closer to the wedding was awesome.

We were so lucky to find BNCo for our wedding!!! They came recommended to us and BOY did they not only live up to expectations, but really went above and beyond. The entire process was so much easier with Maci's help, her expertise and friendliness made us feel so well taken care of - even our family members were noticing how great this team is!! We couldn't be any more grateful and appreciative of everything they gave us the entire way through. Planning a wedding without Bianca Nichole and Co would have been chaotic and probably dysfunctional. They streamlined all the vendor communications and took care of problems before they even happened. I, the bride, even spilled red wine on my white reception dress and Maci was able to pull out a Tide pen and immediately correct it (no-one even noticed it happened!) Love them, definitely use them, you'd never look back!
We used BNCo as our day of coordination service and had an amazing experience! Sam was our lead coordinator and we loved working with her. We were planning from out of state and needed to do a super early final venue walkthrough which she was able to accommodate with ease! She checked in about 3 months out and starting a few weeks before the wedding took over pretty much all of our vendor communication. Whenever we would meet, I would say something that was on my to do list and she would offer to take care of it for me. The day of the wedding, I felt so confident in her that I didn’t worry at all! The night went flawlessly, from my perspective, which tells me she handled any issues that came up, quickly. They’re worth every penny and probably more!! Would definitely recommend them to any couple in the area!
BNCO was very professional and quick to respond during the whole process. I got the coordinator package and they handled all vendor contacts a few weeks prior to the wedding which was really helpful. Bianca and her team were amazing and such a delight to work with! From the very beginning, Bianca calmed my nerves and assured that everything would be ok. Bianca helped us create our vision for our wedding with a design board, and then she made that vision come true! The design board was great because it made visualizing our wedding so much easier. At the wedding itself, every little detail was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Bianca communicated with us through every step of the way of the planning process. She was always willing to hop on a quick phone call to answer questions and offered a ton of guidance in helping us make decisions. For example, when we couldn't decide if we wanted chargers, Bianca created a mockup of 4 different variations with and without chargers to help us decide. She also always helped us consider different options to help keep costs within our budget. During the planning process, Bianca was clear and communicative with our vendors and gave them timelines well in advance of the wedding. I never worried about a vendor being late because Bianca was so on top of the schedule and timeline and made sure the vendors knew exactly when to arrive and where to go. On the day of the wedding, I did not feel one bit of stress because Bianca and her team were so on top of everything! The cherry on top of Bianca and her team being such great planners was that they were so kind, friendly, and easy to work with. My family and my bridesmaids even pointed out how warm-hearted and hard-working Bianca and her team were the weekend of the wedding. It felt like they really cared about making our wedding perfect, and we could not be happier about how our wedding turned out. We would definitely recommend Bianco Nichole & Co.!

There is no question that Bianca went above and beyond for us and we are truly so appreciative of all her team's efforts during our wedding day & prior! The team was so organized and made sure the day ran so smooth which allowed me to not have to worry about anything on the day. One of the most stand out things that happened during our day was my brother ripped his pants minutes before walking down the aisle. As you can imagine, it was quite an upsetting moment as we were deciding if he could walk down the aisle. Bianca came running back in with a pair of pants she was able to find with seconds to spare! I still don't know how she was able to pull that off but it was just one of those moments you truly realized how much she cared to make the day the most special and stress free!
I never felt like I was just another couple on their list. I always felt valued & important despite our wedding being over a year away when we hired Bianca Nichole & Co. I always felt that the team was so excited for us & that was a great feeling!

Bianca and her amazing team, still have this Mother of the Groom in a Dream and reliving the most memorable moments and attention to detail, Bianca, Kelly and Alison ever could have done to make the day of our son and his beautiful bride’s Day/ Vision come true!
These ladies were full hands on deck, way before the ceremony and followed thru way after with vendors, set up and to the very last moments of the car send off! Bianca and team’s communication skills are crazy good … with bride and groom in one city and brides and grooms family in two other cities and ceremony being out of town. She was always keeping us all included in the loop, when we needed to be.
At the rehearsal we were given time lines and nothing was out of place and it was exactly how our son and DIL’s, vision came to life through the constant communication and vision boards. They created a fairytale wedding one could only ask for with nothing out of sort, from champagne carts to ice sculptures every napkin was perfectly placed!
I personally have worked in men’s formal wear for 2 decades and have heard and seen a lot of horror stories and since meeting Bianca, 5 plus years ago, we refer all our clients her way and if she’s unavailable she actually takes the time to refer to her fellow trusted colleagues as well !

After thoughtful consideration my wife and I decided to write this review for two main reasons:
1. We don't want other couples to feel the way that we did on the most special day of our lives.
2. We believe in true kindness, which means sharing feedback, even when it's uncomfortable to do so, to help people grow.
With those caveats out of the way here goes. We used Bianca Nichole & Co for both wedding design support and day of coordination (the main offering) In regards to the design support, Bianca was stellar. My wife and I felt supported and if this review was just on design it would be 5 stars; however, the most important piece, our wedding day, is where all of this breaks down.
I'm going to begin chronologically. To start, Bianca is a certified travel agent and as a part of her package she markets the ability to book travel for your honeymoon. We took her up on this offer as we wanted to have a "Mini-moon" to Mexico right after our wedding to unwind from the wedding journey prior to taking our full honey moon in Sept. Bianca asked us for all of our details, airline preference, etc. We also had specified we wanted to be able to fly out of Austin (where our wedding was) to Mexico, and return from mexico to New York (our home). This was in February of 2022. Our Wedding was in May of 2022, and on May 2nd we realized we hadn't given any money to Bianca for our Minimoon. We followed up several times asking for clarity and what was needed for us to finalize this, only to receive a message the week of our wedding letting us know that Bianca had forgotten to call the agency to clarify whether we could fly multi city or not. Turns out we couldn't and because of waiting so long, we not only lost out on our original pick that we had solidified with Bianca, we were also forced to pay 1000 more dollars to buy additional flights from Austin back to new York in addition to the trip itself costing more money. We were offered brief apology via email and at no point was there an offer to make that right financially.
Now to the wedding day itself.
Because of having to have a day of wedding rehearsal all of us in the party were supposed to be ready to go at 11:00 am. Bianca made sure to let the men know how important this was (the implication being because we're men we don't care as much about punctuality for these sorts of things) the night before. We were on time and ready, Yet Bianca was not, and was late.
The ceremony. As I'm up on the altar waiting for my wife, I notice it's taking a very long time to see her coming down the aisle. I find out later that this is because, Bianca forgot to grab my wife from the truck where she was waiting.
The reception. Bianca completely forgot about the father of the bride speech. Ironically, she had made a joke about him not droning on too long in our walk-through, yet she didn't even remember that special moment existed and tried to move right past it.
The part that enraged me. Bianca's demeanor was not one of compassion and understanding, rather it was one of frustration and annoyance. This was confirmed through my own experience as well as multiple guests and party members recounting their own experiences the next day . The people in our party and TWO wishes made our wedding the day it was. Unfortunately our coordinator, who we paid money to, did not.
We hired Bianca as our day-of-coordinator. Although we only spoke on the phone once and met twice before our wedding, it felt like I knew her longer than I did because of how personable she is! She is very organized, detail-oriented, and provides recommendations when needed. She also came up with solutions to problems that arose on the day of the wedding before informing me (the bride) to ensure that I would not be stressed out. Bianca and Kelly were nothing short of SPECTACULAR for our wedding day! I was looking for a coordinator that felt like a friend. We wanted someone we felt comfortable with and could put our trust in. From our first FaceTime meeting, we immediately felt that way and couldn't wait to work with them! Our wedding day weather ended up being not as amazing as we’d hoped but they helped us make a few last minute changes to accommodate for the freezing weather and made sure I always had a smile on my face. We actually worked closely with both Bianca and Kelly because Bianca was on maternity leave right before our wedding. Even while Bianca was out, she and Kelly both made sure we were taken care of and that everything was ready to go for our big day. Both Bianca and Kelly were always super responsive and we always felt like we could talk to them about anything l, just like we were working with a close friend.

When we first met Bianca, brainstorming our wedding ideas over pizza and beer, we knew we had chosen the best person to make our wedding dreams a reality and a friend for life. Bianca was so organized , professional, and thorough which made the whole planning process enjoyable and exciting. As a same-sex couple , we had some concerns over venues/vendors wanting to work with us but Bianca made it a point to ensure that everyone we worked with was LGBTQ friendly which was so important to us.
