I cannot express how grateful we are for Beau and his team! They are truly the reason my wedding was the wedding of my dreams! We had the most chaotic crazy day with unexpected sto...
rms and Beau was still able to quickly change course and made sure that the ceremony was beautiful! Not only that, but he made sure the rest of the day ran smoothly as well! I cannot recommend a company more than this one! I will forever be thankful!!!!
I guess I’ll start at the beginning since I’ve rewritten this review nearly ten times trying to summarize how phenomenal this team is, my words are just not doing them justice.

hout Big & Little Events, my husband and I would have *likely* have cancelled our November 2024 wedding.
Let’s paint a picture here: I had JUST lost my only surviving parent (my mother) and had decided to start from square 1 with wedding planning with my grief-ridden brain, all I knew was we wanted a wedding weekend. My dress bought and we kinda knew what color palette we wanted but… aside from that, we were at a complete loss. The venue we ended up going with required a “day of wedding coordinator” which I was super hesitant to due because 1) costs? & 2) naivety, stupidity, other words that described my lack of thought process at the time and 3) no clue how to explain what I wanted.
Enter the two people who will be woven into mine and my husband’s story forever: Brit & Beau.
These two worked with our stunning (albeit difficult-to-work-with) venue along with handling every single loose end on the day of (sorry Brit for being disorganized mess and indecisive up until I said “I Do”)! Brit and Beau went FAR above and beyond to cater to each of our needs, everything between “I forgot my earrings in the room” and “omg my mom is dead so I can’t put on my veil” and “these tables are not the color the venue said they’d be” “omg they venue is playing limp biskit instead of the dance playlist” “the groomsmen are nowhere to be found and it’s time for pictures” “the bride didn’t bring a jacket so guess my armpits are hand warmers” the list goes on and on.
I did not have a mock-up of place settings or how I wanted the tables arranged, I did not properly provide playlists to the venue, and I continued to forget detail pieces of the day that make everything function… but it didn’t matter, because this team filled every single missing gap and brought the entire wedding to life. Somehow, even with all this self-induced chaos, they made it so we did not notice a SINGLE hiccup. The only stress we had was normal nerves before stepping down that aisle.
This team is phenomenal, down-to-earth, creative, hilarious, and expertly kept us focused on one another All. Weekend. Long.
There is nothing little about Big & Little events. We cannot recommend them enough for being jack of all trades, balancing all the personalities of our families, the dynamics between vendors, handling wedding party questions, and the list goes on and on and on. People at our wedding were so impressed with the coordination, care and attention to detail that they ALSO made friends with our coordinators during the reception.
The second-best decision we made that day, besides saying “I Do” to each other, was hiring this team. You will not regret it, they will blow your expectations out of the water.
Thank you, Brit & Beau, for making my dreams come true despite all the odds, and when we didn’t even know we had them – and thank you for being part of our forever story.

hout the process, making sure we had considered every little detail before the big day. She was extremely helpful on the day with set up and decoration, coordinating vendors, and dealing with last-minute hiccups. Not having to worry on our wedding day was priceless.
Brit and Beau are worth every cent. They single-handedly saved my wedding and made it so I could *actually enjoy* my day! Do yourself favor and hire them. You will not regret it. ...
Beau was professional, prepared for any/all curve balls and incredibly thoughtful. He helped me from day one of wedding planning all the way through cleanup the night of. I was off drinking wine and enjoying my guests after the wedding finished while Beau tirelessly cleaned up and thoughtfully stored important items. He made sure my VIP/elderly guests were comfortable and I always had a drink in hand/food on my plate. He was a silent angel for me all evening and a core part of my memory.
We loved working with Brit and Beau--they were reasonably priced (unlike everyone/everything else throughout the whole process) and offered so much more than just day of coordinat...
ion. Can't recommend them enough for a wedding in upstate NY or the Hudson Valley. They really help ensure that your wedding day is everything you want it to be.
Our day would not have been absolutely perfect without Big & Little Events. Brit and Beau were exceptional in the planning and lead up to our big day and made everything stress-fre...
e. I had full confidence that they had everything under control after our pre-event meeting and schedule walk-thorugh. They made all our worries fade away with each call, text, email, zoom, and in person meeting. They set up and tore down all the decor we brought it and were a kind point of contact for our vendors. They made our vision come to life and I know it wouldn't have been the wedding of my dreams without them. Do not skip out on coordinators for your wedding or major event. It's important to have someone fully on your side and with your interests in mind and B&L does that.
I cannot recommend Brit and her team enough. About a year ago, I reached out to Big and Little Events to find a wedding coordinator who understood my vision and matched my energy-...
that’s how I landed with Brit and Beau. They had coordinated/planned weddings at my unique venue before, which was important to me since it was not a traditional event hall.
Brit and Beau helped with planning questions along the way, offering recommendations which ai pretty much always took. As the day came closer, they helped to make sure that I was on track with the planning process.
On the week of my wedding (which was supposed to be 50/50 inside/outside), the weather started looking iffy. With the help of Brit, we established a rock solid plan B that allowed us to not lose anything we had planned simply due to the weather. Brit was available via email and text at all hours to soundboard thoughts off of.
Cut to the wedding weekend. Brit and Yoanna efficiently got our small wedding party rehearsed and then went through all the decor we planned on using. Together we decided where things should go (most of the time as per Brit’s suggestion) and how to get everything set up. On the day of our wedding, Brit and Yoanna were 2 steps ahead of everyone all day. The set up was perfect, they brought me out of the bridal area a few times to make sure it was to my liking- down to the folding of the napkins- and I was brought to tears to see the final set up. Throughout the wedding, Brit and Yoanna made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can’t even list all of the things they did, because they did EVERYTHING! Ensured the ceremony went smoothly, made sure everyone was ready when it was their turn to speak, ensured we all knew where we needed to be and when, I could go on forever. At the end of the night when everyone left, they put all of our decorations back in the boxes and got out the leftovers from our lunch to make sure we had something to snack on as we sat outside talking about the wonderful evening. Above and beyond is an understatement.
If you are looking for a team to help your vision come to life and handle EVERYTHING day-of, you’ve got them here.

Beau and his team. They went above and beyond to make our day exactly as we envisioned.
Beau was easy to get ahold of and was always willing to help and answer our questions. He communicated with all the vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page and throughout the wedding day made sure that my husband and I could enjoy our day without having to worry about things going wrong. They made sure our day went as planned, assisted in decorating and cleaning up and created the most amazing experiences for us and our guests. Even when we had crazy ideas like having a tractor ride take our guests to the ceremony space, Beau was able to make our vision come to life.
I can not recommend the Big and Little Events team enough to help with event planning needs!

at keeping in touch, making sure we were on track during the months before the day, and I can’t recommend his company enough.

ial consultation to walk through, Beau & Brit were extremely communicative and provided helpful guidance. Brit was super detailed the month leading to our wedding to ensure the day would be a success. She & Desi went above & beyond during our special day! I had so much to delegate when they arrived and they took over and ran the show without a hitch. We all got to completely enjoy the day and be present without worrying about a thing. HIGHLY recommend Big & Little events for any type of event!
Beau and Brit were wonderful in every way. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without their help and support. Beau took charge and made sure our vision was brought to ...
reality. Whenever there was a concern, he quickly responded to insure all was taken care of. Brit was absolutely amazing as our day of coordinator. She took care of every detail and made sure we had the perfect day. We could hardly believe how attentive she was to our every need - totally hands on is an under statement. We could not have asked for anything better and highly recommend them for your special day.
I did not plan to hire a wedding planner or any type of event help for my wedding, but my brother recommended Beau from Big and Little Events. He recommended for just a day of help...
, and WOW! I am so glad he did. Beau led my rehearsal day, and I did zero decorating which is exactly what I wanted. He would ask my opinion and then take care of the issue/decor. Beau is the reason my entire wedding day went so well. He even took pictures of the ceremony and videos which I am so happy about. I would highly recommend using Big and Little Events, especially Beau! He also met with me via zoom awhile before the wedding to check in and create a timeline of my wedding weekend which also helped guide my other vendors such as my photographer, DJ, and caterer. Thank you again Beau with Big and Little Events. You took a lot of stress off of me on my special day!
Their professionalism, communication, attention to details and quality are Game Changers, Use them, they WILL NOT AND CAN NOT disappoint.
Hiring Beau is the best decision during my wedding planning process. He was invaluable as our day-of coordinator for our wedding weekend. Our weekend included a Friday night din...
ner for all out of town guests (75+ people), a Bride Squad mimosa pre-wedding event (28 people), wedding (175 people) and post-wedding breakfast (75+ people). Beau was at each event and insured that everything went smoothly. There were so many wedding details and yet, the day-of I knew that Beau and his assistant had everything handled. If you are on the fence about hiring Big & Little Events, just know that this is one item that you cannot skip out on. This is your wedding sanity. Better then a spa weekend with the girls. Better than hours of therapy to deal with wedding stress. Hire Big & Little Events and KNOW that your wedding day will go smoothly and be as low stress as possible.
My Bride Squad LOVED Beau. I still hear stories from them of awesome things that Beau did that I had no idea about. For example, one time they saw him walking across the dance floor. He pulled out something from his pocket, deftly wiped up a spilled drink in one fluid motion and kept walking as if nothing had happened. Disaster averted!
Other awesome things that Beau did: (1) The florist did some amazing work, however, she left without decorating the wedding cake. Beau stepped in and decorated our cake with flowers! It looked great and no one had any clue that it wasn't professionally decorated. (2) Beau decorated our Bride Squad Mimosa pre-wedding event. He took all the props that we were going to have for our group shots (silk umbrellas, fans, etc.) and used them as decorations. It looked simply amazing. Like just out of a dream.

s without Big & Little Events! We decided upon a full service package because we had no idea where to start finding and hiring all of our other vendors, and my wife and I are both very busy people, and it was such a great decision! Beau and his team helped us find, coordinate with, get quotes from, set up meeting with, and hire all of our vendors. Every single one! His constant assistance and check-ins took such a huge weight off of our shoulders. We happened to have our officiant have to cancel
very close to our wedding day, and Beau literally stepped in and officiated our wedding for us on super short notice! We were SO lucky and thankful! On our wedding day Beau and his team seamlessly moved our decorations around from place to place without anyone noticing so we could reuse them in the rooms the party moved to throughout the day, and not have to purchase extras. He coordinated with all of our vendors week-of and day-of so everyone knew where they had to be, what they had to do, and when to show up. He had imaginative ideas about where to put decorations, guest seating, and food. We had disposable cameras at our wedding, and when our guests stopped using them Beau's assistants picked them up and walked around the wedding taking photos to fill all of the cameras up. Beau made sure every little event and item the day and night of moved seamlessly. Looking back at everything he and his team did on our day, I am absolutely blown away and so thankful because I know we would not have been able to enjoy our wedding day if we were running around doing all of those things for ourselves. I fully believe our day would not have been anywhere near what it was without Beau and his team. We had the perfect, beautiful, magical, memorable day and it is all thanks to Beau and his team! I am so incredibly grateful for how much work he and his team put into our special day, and so thankful we will get to look back and remember a perfect day. I cannot recommend Beau and Big & Little Events enough!!

Beau and Brit made our day even more special than we could have ever imagined. It really was the best day of our lives -- and a few other people said the same thing, even though it wasn't their wedding. They are amazing at they do, and they do it with such care and grace.
We will never ever forget what they did for us. Planning with Beau was a dream. A stressful dream, to be sure, but it was all worth it. Our night was magical. 10/10.

n the day of, he went above and beyond and made sure everything was ready for us. His assistant, Brittini, did everything we needed last minute and would help with absolutely anything.
Without their help, our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did. We are forever grateful that they helped orchestrate our big day. Seriously cannot imagine a better group of people to help us plan our wedding.

ld have to coordinate schedules and vendors, all while dealing with my two toddlers. As soon as I met Beau for my dinner rehearsal, I knew we were in good hands. He immediately took control, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The day of the wedding went SO smooth because of him. He even watched my children the entire night, and would take them from family members so they could enjoy themselves as well. Beau and Brittney helped set up certain decorations that weren't already done so the day before, and helped coordinate my early send off and literally all other aspects of my wedding. They even made sure my husband and I had drinks in our hands, and we were fed. That evening, after we had departed, Beau and Brittney stayed back and cleaned up the ENTIRE venue, placed items back into boxes and set them up neatly in the corner of the venue so when I got there all we had to do was load them onto the truck. My husband was speechless when we arrived for clean up. Not a lot impresses my husband, but he hasn't stopped talking about how amazing Beau and his assistant were. I'd get married a thousand times just to hire Beau every time because of how incredible everything was, because HE was there to help. I 10/10 recommend Beau!

g ready photos, into your venue, into a space that began with 4 bins and a couple bags of random collected decorations and flowers and it not only looks gorgeous but with no plan they did all the composing and working of the layout. Beau and Brit were amazing support all day hyping us up, moving timeline and vendors along, and answering all the questions. Our day was perfect and it couldn’t have been without their help. From a penny pinching, bride on a budget, who looked at planning prices and said no way, I cannot emphasize enough how wrong I was to think I would’ve had any time to enjoy my day with my husband, family and friends without them.

y beyond what we thought it could be. Our venue was an unusual challenge for a coordinator (and everyone involved), with a ton of DIY and many unexpected shifts throughout the planning process. We were feeling completely overwhelmed with the thought that things may not quite work out the way we'd hoped when Beau stepped in. Our day was even better than we imagined, and all of the last minute craziness was managed so that we could enjoy ourselves. To boot, Brit kept an eye on my niece throughout the day/evening - she is 2.5 years old and needed extra care with all of my family members preoccupied. We would be standing there with her about to strategize who would take over entertaining her, and before we could finish our sentence Brit would show up ready to help us with her. My niece gravitated toward Brit within seconds of meeting her (no exaggeration). She also loved Beau and all of the children (and adults) couldn't get enough of their positive energy. Do not hesitate to book them! My friends and family were in awe of all that they accomplished for us. They are professional, patient, creative, and simply brilliant at what they do.

elped in ways that I would have never imagined. He picked up any duties that were needed to help my husband and I have the dream wedding we had always wanted. Beau, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your professional, kind and absolutely incredible help on our day. If anyone is doubting reaching out to hire Beau, please let me save you time and HIRE him. You will not regret his services and friendship. Thank you, Beau.
We had the delight of working with Beau and Melissa in N.Y.
Initially, we had communication problems with the venue and Beau did a phenomenal job of bringing both parties together....
He is a great mediator and problem solver.
Prior to the wedding, Beau's direction and excellent questions helped both families navigate the complexities of a multi day event with ease.
The day of the wedding, there were some last minute glitches and Beau and Melissa handled everything with calm, respect aand expert professionalism. They made the day seamless so that the families and guests could enjoy everything! Our son's wedding was perfect in every way, filled with joy, love and ease. Thank you, Beau and Melissa!

use they were handled so smoothly. Beau and Melissa streamlined every second of our day, giving us a timeline leading up to the wedding and handling every detail, down to running home for extra decor when I'd forgotten some. He gave intuitive and helpful suggestions on everything from writing your vows to processional, and I couldn't have pictured our big day without him by our side. Thank you so much, Beau and Melissa; we would 100% recommend them for any event for which you'd love to sit back, relax, and let them take care of the "big & little" details!

nd thank god we did. As a bride, there are a million little things leading up to and the day-of your wedding that I just didn't need to pay any attention to, because Kris just handled it! She was professional, prompt and extremely capable. She did a great job of hyping up the wedding party at the rehearsal and photos, was everywhere and anywhere taking care of even minute details that added up to make the day perfect (even removing bugs that made their way into my gown skirt!). We really couldn't recommend B&L Events enough, and if you can, request that Kris be your person :)

kend amazing. I was able to relax and really enjoy every moment of our big day knowing that they had everything covered, and that piece of mind is priceless. Multiple bridesmaids pulled me aside to say that Beau and Brittany were such a breath of fresh air, as at other weddings the had been in the planner stressed the wedding party out further, and Beau and Brittany were the complete opposite. They helped us to set the tone for a stress free, super fun wedding. I would not have wanted to work with anyone else and am so grateful that I found Big & Little events!

ded that it might be helpful to have a day of coordinator to guide us. With good reviews and reasonable pricing, we decided to take a chance on Big and Little Events. Best Decision Ever to ensure the Best Day Ever! Beau was available for some pre-wedding zoom calls with Brittany. He helped lead the rehearsal the day before the wedding and picked up some of our decorations for the next day. He and Brittany arrived early on wedding day and helped make sure all vendors were set. We could focus on getting ready and he and Brittany were making sure everything at the church and our venue was prepared exactly as we wished. The reception venue had a tight setup timeline and when we walked in Beau and Brittany had perfectly executed the plan. At the end of the night, he had everything packed up and even delivered some items where we requested them. Beau surprised us afterward with a digital album of many behind the scenes pics to remember the day. The best part of dealing with Big and Little Events is that Beau and Brittany were a pleasure to work with! They are not pushy. They are there to give expert advice when needed, but also are rolling up their sleeves and doing the work to allow you to relax and enjoy your event. The greatest compliment came from my husband who questioned the need for a day of coordinator. After the wedding he said, hiring Beau was worth every penny! That says it all!

with answering emails and available for phone calls anytime. Beau was able to see my vision and help orchestrate the perfect day. He was there for rehearsal and wedding day and attended to every detail. On wedding day I swear he was everywhere. From helping guests to making sure I was calm and ready to walk, he is the only one you want to handle your most important day. I could go on and on but simply put the team he has is outstanding and you would be making a mistake to plan with anyone else.

When our caterer/bar service failed to bring staff, that's when Beau immediately jumped into action and began doing everything he possibly could to make sure the biggest day of our lives went smoothly. Beau's hard work and dedication leading up to and including the wedding day was more than anything we could of asked for and was hands down our best vendor - even our guests were raving about him! If you haven't already, I highly recommend that you hire him and his team for your special day/event, it will be the best decision you can make.

ur celebration. We truly couldn’t be any happier!
From our first phone call, Beau was very polite and made sure to get to know my husband and I and what we needed for our wedding. Beau worked well with our vendors keeping everything on track while not creating any friction between himself and the vendors, so much so that they complimented how easy it was to work with him. Since day one, Beau was incredible with answering any questions I had throughout the wedding planning process. Beau met with us a month prior to go over our timelines for the rehearsal and the day-of. I gave him all of my vendor contracts at that point and he reached out to all of them.
At our rehearsal he was an immediate hit with the wedding party while easily managing the crowd as we walked through the procession. He had several suggestions that made our ceremony flow effortlessly, but never pushed any suggestions he felt we weren’t attuned to.
When it came to the day of the wedding, he and his assistant Brittani, went above and beyond what we paid for, in my opinion. He was the best friend I didn’t know I needed on my wedding day. They showed up early in the morning to help set up the remaining decorations (which took extra time and care due to how windy it was). He then drove 45 mins to our off-site first look location to deliver our wedding party flowers and my bouquet. He fully supported our photographers the entire time while still keeping us all on track to arrive at our wedding on time. During all of this he somehow found the time to hand draw our signature drink display that blew over in the wind and shattered. My husband and I were completely unaware of this until well into our reception. The rest of the evening went incredibly well and Beau made sure that all of our vendors got their tips and made it out on time. He even took some amazing behind-the-scene photos and videos that I’ll forever cherish.
Honestly there is no way our wedding would have gone even half as well without his guidance and support. I’m sure there were a few hiccups throughout the day, but we will never really know what those were. Beau made sure we enjoyed our wedding day to the fullest extent while handling all the details in the upmost professional way. I have and will continue suggest him to all of my friends and family who get married in the future. My only regret with hiring him is we did not get a photo together.
WOW! We were blown away be the service that Beau and his team provided for my daughters wedding a few weeks back. We did not know much about Beau prior to our rehearsal (because my...
daughter booked him) but when we arrived he introduced himself and took charge of everything. You could see the stress fade away from my daughter and son in-law, which as a mother made me the happiest. They took care of everything from running the rehearsal, helping set up the venue, and everything on the day-of so we could actually enjoy the day. There have been so many of my friends who said they could not enjoy their child's wedding because they were so busy or stressed, but not us. Thank you so much Big and Little Events for making this wedding one we will always remember. And if you are looking for a day-of coordinator- you MUST hire this team. They are angels!
Incredible, invaluable, indispensable.
Beau and his team are the well-practiced production managers you didn’t know your wedding needed.
My take on other coordinators we looked i...
nto: many market themselves more as consultants and fashion experts than on the ground runners and event managers. These others may help you decide between polyester or silk napkins, or suggest cocktail hour happen at 5:30 instead of 6; but will they actually know what to do if the band is late? Or if there’s not enough forks? Or if your sister faints? Or if your mother gets too drunk?
These weren’t our problems, specifically, but these are the kinds of things Beau and his team proved themselves capable of handling. Day of, Beau is the go to, and he manages the load of the special day’s work exceptionally well.
We booked a blank-slate venue, where every vendor had to be coordinated independently: catering, music, bar, guest shuttles, china & silverware, flowers, decorations, (in our case) on site covid testing. My wife and I hired each of these vendors, gave the list to Beau, and he did the rest.
He created and followed through with a schedule to coordinate all these moving parts. He helped us schedule the various moments of the wedding (e.g. cocktail hour, speeches, etc.) so they all aligned with the expectations of guests, vendors, and the venue. He took charge during our rehearsals, being the leader needed, and allowed us to relax. He took responsibility for checking guests for covid tests, at the door (a state regulation, at the time). His team drove drunk guests home, in a pinch (don’t rely on this, but it shows how accommodating and great they can be). He set up our table placements for all 150 tables. He ensured the venue was cleaned up and closed properly. His team made us dinner plates, so we didn’t have to leave our head table. On and on...
Some of this may seem obvious or assumed. But if you hire everything independently, you can’t assume anything. Every vendor has their own limited set of responsibilities, and you will need someone to fill in the gaps. That’s Beau. He knows where the gaps tend to be, and he proactively puts himself in front of problems.
One minor points of criticism:
I wish he was more assertive with our Covid-test and venue vendor. The venue had taken responsibility for Covid testing months before our wedding, and then dropped it on us to interact with their vendor days before the wedding, in less favorable renegotiated terms. I feel the venue used Beau as a cushion to soften the blow to us, and I would’ve liked for him to fight them more. In any case, it was more important to keep the show on the road, so not much blame here.
Hire no one, and you’ll be miserable. Hire Beau, you’ll be happy.

d for her big day. As a member of the wedding party, he was very easy to work with for the rehearsal and main event. I'd highly recommend him.
Beau of Big & Little Events was hired by my son & now daughter-in-law for their wedding held outside at our home. I cannot say enough in praise of the fabulous job Beau did to mak...
e their day perfect, and my stress level way down!! Beau Contacted our various vendors to coordinate times; arrived the Friday before to survey the set up& meet all of us & was at the house early Saturday and into the evening. He was professional, efficient, full of excellent ideas & suggestions and took care of business so Very smoothly & seamlessly. By the end, Beau was part of the family! And he did this on his own without his usual assistant!(due to unforeseen factors) I highly, highly recommend Big &Little Events & Beau. He gets a 10 stars!!

au showed up and took our ramshackle ideas and turned them into an amazing and beautiful vision. He truly went beyond anything we could have imagined. We had some things in place before he arrived at the location and as we were getting ready the day of, Beau transformed our space into a wonderful landscape of flow, beauty and accessibility. Thank you Beau and Lauren for our amazing day! We truly wish we could relive it. Planning a wedding during Covid-19 was not easy, but with Beau and Lauren, we were able to relax, have fun and truly enjoy our magical day. Thank you Beau! You were literally the hit of the wedding!

ey, so I looked around and decided to go with Big and Little. They were so friendly on the phone, worked with out budget, and then weeks leading up to our wedding they took full control; allowing me to enjoy the last two weeks before we got married. On my big day I didn't even know anything went wrong or people were late until the next day when stories were told. The team at Big and Little took control over everything, I cannot tell them thank you enough for everything they did. The weather may not have been the best but everything else went so well and a lot of it had to do with hiring a wedding planner. My cousin is now getting married next year (had to move cause of the virus) but I think she will hire them too, they have become a family favorite. Thank you again- you all are amazing!
