Julia was invaluable in helping us get every detail of our daughter's wedding nailed down in only five weeks. The venue was absolutely beautiful with breath-taking views, and Julia took unspoken cues from the bride and groom to ensure the guests were escorted to the reception area so they could experience some private time. We're pretty sure we may have overextended the allotted shuttle runs, but Julia was nothing short of a gracious host. Most every guest raved about the quality of the reception meal - some even alluding to wanting to recreate the recipes. All in all, we could not have asked for a more perfect experience.
Only 3500 letters allowed? I need all 3500 and MORE! Second wedding for both my husband and I. We visited Big Cedar last summer and fell in love with the resort and area and there was no question where we would get married once we were engaged. From the moment of first contact of Big Cedar to get information on weddings, until the minute we walked out of the reception, we received first class service from EVERYONE. I worked with Julia in regards to wedding and reception and Ron with group reservations for our guests. With only 30+ guests, we married in the Garden Chapel and reception was held in the Wine Cellar at Top of the Rock. Julia was wonderful to work with - always answering questions promptly and giving ideas when needed. We had access to the chapel and the reception area anytime we needed it that day so had plenty of time for vendors to set up, etc. We had activities planned for the entire weekend from concerts, dinners, bowling, fishing, and more - Big Cedar Lodge kept our guests entertained and happy throughout the weekend. A++++ resort and venue - you and your guests will not be disappointed and be talking about it for years to come! Worth every dime spent!
My husband and I got married at Integrity Hills in April. We could not have asked for a better venue as well as staff to help us make our day perfect. Our coordinator Julia did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish, and we can’t thank her enough!! She communicated quickly and efficiently to ensure we never had any unanswered questions. I highly recommend this venue as well as Julia to make your wedding dreams come true!
Any questions?
LOVED Big Cedar!! We had our ceremony at Top of the Rock Chapel (or Chapel of the Ozarks at Top of the Rock) and our reception in the Cedar Creek rooms. We planned our wedding in about 4 months, and planned it all from out of state without visiting first, and the team at Big Cedar helped make it incredibly easy! They were responsive and available, gave us the information we needed, and were very professional. I was so impressed with the property, the staff, and how they coordinated everything. It was also SO gorgeous, with the Christmas decor, beautiful buildings, and the backdrop of Table Rock Lake. Erin, the wedding & event manager, did a fantastic job and was so personable and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better venue!
My daughter was married at Integrity Hills this past October. Erin helped us every step of the way answering so many questions (many trivial) with a "happy to help" attitude! My husband and I have been Wilderness Club owners for the past 15 years and vacation several times a year at Big Cedar. Everything they do is TOP NOTCH! So detailed oriented in everything they do. This includes the wedding venues of which we thought all were wonderful but Integrity Hills won us over with the Stables (reception area) a few steps away and the incredible view of the lake seen from the large windows in the church. As I said, Erin was such a help with the wedding and the reception. She seamlessly timed and arranged every detail of the wedding itself and also the reception, making sure the wedding party was placed correctly and the timing of them walking down the aisle, to making sure tables were correct at the reception, the cocktail hour food set up and table set up was perfect, and guiding all the vendors. She was incredible! All in all, I rate Big Cedar a 10 out of 10!
A blissful day! My husband and I were married at the Garden Chapel. We planned our intimate wedding day in two months with the help of the coordinator, Julia. We have only good things to say about that day. Julia kindly helped answer absolutely any of our questions, held a run through prior, and even set up our small reception lunch at Devil’s Pool. We say all the time how stress free our wedding day was, and not only that, but the views were spectacular. Our wedding was like a scene from a movie and we loved having it at Big Cedar very much. 10/10 recommend this location.
Pure magic! Julia was our coordinator and I swear, she went above and beyond. I had so many last minute questions and she was on top of every single one. From signing up to the day-of, she was our go to gal and I genuinely could tell she loved what she did! The food was AMAZING. The servers were the kindest people. Our bartender Kelly had everyone smiling. The venue was stunning, all of my guests were in awe and still talk about it. Pick Big Cedar!!!!!
Came here literally already having made the decision that I wanted this to be our wedding venue. I have never been unsold on something faster than I was today. 😭
Another woman expressed the same sentiment below: Venue: A+, Staff: F-…. Was spoken AT for nearly 90 min. Our coordinator never asked us a single question about what we wanted our wedding to be like, and she bulldozed straight through her presentation, never failing to mention the limits of their service and every little add on that comes for an extra cost. Which, for this place I could have been sold on a $40k+ wedding, but left not caring to spend anything at all. Our tour was hosted by Erin. She covered all her bases as though she had somewhere else she’s rather be, complete with condescending responses to our very reasonable questions. This woman belongs in another industry. I’ve been bummed all day, afterwards.
Ellie made our wedding so smooth and easy! She answered every question I had right away and was beyond helpful. She was on top of everything the day of and I can't thank her enough for all of her help making the day easy and relaxing for us!
Big Cedar Lodge was the perfect location for our wedding weekend. Our coordinator, Ellie, was incredible during the planning process. We had to postpone our original date due to Covid, but she was so patient and flexible and everything worked out perfectly. She was amazing on our wedding day as well and ensured everything went smoothly. She even went above and beyond to ensure my grandmother got to the ceremony and reception safely. We had the most amazing weekend and can’t recommend Big Cedar enough.
I will whole heartedly say that this was my dream venue. I wanted nothing else but to start the rest of my life here. The venue, just absolutely breathtaking. The view, I couldn’t ask for better. The staff, incredibly disappointing. They had no idea of what my budget was, which was hearty, but they seemed to assume it was small, and treated me poorly for it. I was spoken at, not to. The tour both the coordinator and assistant coordinator seemed put out and quick to get me in and out. It was not only myself, but the people who viewed the property with my got the same impression. I chose not to have my dream venue solely because of the staff. I hope my review helps the staff has a better heart and mission moving forward.
Best of luck brides and hope it is a better experience for you!
Our wedding was truly magical! It could not have been more perfect. Esther made things so easy for us, especially since we planned a long-distance wedding in just three months! We used a photographer, bakery, florist, and dj from their list of preferred vendors and everything went very smoothly. Our guests had a fabulous time, and raved about how classy everything was. Such a special place!
The venue could not be more impressive! Our daughter got married at Integrity Hills surrounded by beautiful landscaping with an incredible view of the lake. Guests came from all parts of the country and were in awe of the property. The planning process was smooth. We appreciated working with wedding professionals. While there, the Big Cedar staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Our daughter’s wedding was at Integrity Hills. It was everything they hoped it would be and more! Erin guided us through the planning and answered all of our questions up to the day before,I can’t say enough how amazing she is! Allison was our rehearsal and day of coordinator, she was amazing as well. The bridal cottage was perfect for the bride to get ready in. The ceremony was in the Chapel and was beautiful, the view overlooking the lake is breathtaking! Then the stone path takes you to the Stables where we had the cocktail hour and reception. Everything in there was beautiful! The staff was excellent, the food was out of this world! None of the staff missed anything, everything was taken care of ! The flowers and decor were gorgeous(Artistry in Bloom) The cakes and carmel apples were delicious too ( Sugar Leaf Bakery) We can’t thank them enough for helping make this day perfect!
We were married at the Garden Chapel with a reception following the ceremony in the Cedar Creek Patio and Room. Our wedding at Big Cedar couldn't have been more special. Attention to every detail was given and not a thing went wrong on our special day! Our guests loved the venue and the food. I'd recommend Big Cedar to anyone thinking of a destination wedding. Esther took care of details for me when I live 12 hours away. A great big thank you to Big Cedar!!
My daughters wedding and reception were held at Integrity Hills. We couldn’t have found a more perfect location for what our family and friends described as a fairytale wedding. Everything from our coordinator to the service to the food was amazing. And the icing on the cake was the breathtaking view and sunset. Magnificent!!!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at Big Cedar! Our daughter and now son-in-law were married at Integrity Hills Chapel with the reception at the Stables. Our wedding coordinator was Alison Pettit. She was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help with every detail. We met with her several times and had many phone conversations in which she always took time to answer all my many questions. She made us feel very special as if our wedding was the only one she was planning.
The Chapel overlooking the lake was so beautiful and The Stables reception area was perfect. The vendors we used from the preferred vendor list were magnificent and super easy to work with. Big Cedar did an excellent job on the food. From the welcome dinner Friday night to the bunch for the bridesmaids and the dinner for the reception, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Also the servers were top notch.
My husband and I would definitely recommend having your wedding at Big Cedar, it was such a wonderful experience and was the wedding our daughter had always dreamed of!!! Truly a fairytale wedding!!!!
,
The BEST wedding experience - and much more adorable than you would think! We initially wanted to book an elopement package but as family/friends got involved we changed to a full blown wedding... with 3 weeks notice! Erin was wonderful in helping us get everything set. We got married at the Garden Chapel - it was absolutely stunning (honestly, if you party is small enough - I recommend it more then the chapel at Top of the Rock.) it’s at all white inside & so perfect for a quaint wedding. Erin helped my father decorate the inside of the chapel, we were able to get Spa Appointments for everyone the day of (JJ, Kate, Michaela, Kelsey & one more whose name I forgot - are fantastic!!) Kate did my wedding hair and it was STUNNING!
We did a private dining experience at Arnies Barn after and it was just perfect. The staff, location, service - all perfect!
So so happy we chose to have our wedding here.
We could not be more pleased with Our venue at Big Cedar, Integrity Hills. The service throughout the wedding planning process was excellent. All of our concerns and request were addressed immediately. Many of our guest told us that the food was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. And the beauty of the venue is unbelievable. Our pictures look like a Hallmark Wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Alison Pettit, went above and beyond to meet our needs. The service staff were all very professional, kind and helpful.
We had Erin as our wedding coordinator at Big Cedar and she was an absolute gem to work with. My now husband and I lived up in Chicago when we started our wedding planning so we opted to go with most of our vendors from the preferred vendor list that Big Cedar provided - pro tip that list is amazing. We hired the dream team, but Erin really made everything come together. I didn't feel the need to hire an additional day of coordinator because she was so proactive and communicative through out the whole process, and I didn't miss the extra hand at all.
The best part of the whole process (other than actually getting married) was definitely the food tasting. The food was obviously amazing, but this was the first time we got to interact with more than just Erin and the team that helped us through that process was so kind and informative. It was great foreshadow to what our wedding weekend was going to look like. My husband is also a huge fan of creme burles and the chef and team was able to make sure we had mini ones to share with all our guests on wedding day in addition to our cake!
In addition to our wedding we hosted a Friday welcome cocktail hour and a Sunday brunch that also had AMAZING food, and again impeccable service. Every staff member we interacted with the entire weekend was so kind and always had a smile and went the extra mile to make every detail absolutely perfect.
Our ceremony and reception were at Integrity Hills - the initial plan was an outdoor wedding but the weather Gods were not on our side so we made a last minute switch to the Chapel here. I was initially devastated but with Erin and the dream team everything still felt as perfect as could be. Erin made sure during dinner we got plates full of all the amazing options we picked, and also hand delivered us a piece of cake and our adorable creme burles (without her we definitely would have gone hungry). The staff as always was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make us feel like it was the fairy tale day we dreamed of.
Everything I described is definitely a 5 star review, but I have to go with 4. Not because of the wedding and event planning/catering team but because of the group guest services group and how the two don't really communicate. When booking our room block we had countless miss-communications with that team and when it came to wedding weekend our families were spread across the property despite having booked the block over a year in advance and requesting we be as close as possible. I understand that there are back end processes, and there were other weddings that weekend. The lack of communication that team had with us and their inability to accommodate some of our needs (or even let us know that they were unable to accommodate) cast a small shadow of annoyance throughout the planning process.
We had our wedding ceremony at the Chapel of the Ozarks at the Top of the Rock followed by our reception at The Worman House at Big Cedar Lodge in December of 2018. We are still gushing over how amazing our big day was! We could never thank Big Cedar Lodge and Erin Schroeter enough for making our wedding dreams come to life. The entire day went off without a hitch because of the careful attention the Big Cedar team put into every detail. Thank you for helping us create memories we will cherish for forever!
Our wedding took place at Integrity Hills with the reception in The Stables. The venue is absolutely beautiful and completely secluded. From the beginning, Alison was our wedding coordinator, and she was terrific to work with! We only visited the venue twice, once for an initial visit and a second time for planning purposes. The second visit was not necessarily needed; I just wanted to see it again! The whole planning process was very smooth, which flowed into a very smooth day of the wedding. Alison was so helpful and made sure everyone knew what they were doing, and when they were doing it. The food was delicious and their menu gives a variety of options. Overall, I would not have changed a thing from the venue to the wedding coordinator! We had a fantastic experience, and our guests did too! We are so thankful to Big Cedar and Alison for our unforgettable day.
I have been going here since I was 2. Of course it was the place I had to get married. But they totally screw you if you have a reception. If you have a reception there after 5pm you have to have a $75 minimum per person for food. There is no opt out of it or anything you have to have that. When you book the venue you only get it for 2 hours instead of the whole day. Everyone knows this place is amazing and beautiful and everyone should want to get married here, but if you're not WEALTHY don't do it. It will put you in debt. It's outrageous.
The property is beautiful and magnificent! We have never been disappointed whenever we have gone there. it is where we got engaged so of course we had to get married there!
We just went to check it out it was amazing.
Absolutely the perfect venue for our wedding! The Garden Chapel was beautiful and the view could not be any better. Planning the event was seamless. Everything was perfectly planned better than I could have imagined with no stress. Our reception was also perfect at the Osage restaurant. Overall amazing service and a perfect day!
Our ceremony was held at Integrity Hills Chapel followed by a cocktail hour on the lawn with our reception inside the Stables. The chapel is something out of a movie & the view over the lake was breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful weekend weather wise which boded well for our fireworks , as well as the use of the two fireplaces inside the stables & the fire pits that we placed around the patio. The food was amazing & the bar service top-notch. Most all of our guests at some point throughout the evening mentioned it being the best wedding they had ever been too & it's still talked about to this day.
We lived in St. Louis so all of our 150 guests traveled from out of town which made Big Cedar Lodge a great place to host the Friday night before the wedding as guests arrived. We, along with our guests, enjoyed lake views & drinks around the fire pits at Top Of The Rock followed by live music at Buzzard Bar. The day of the wedding many of our guests booked a cave tour while the groomsmen played golf & the bridesmaids got ready in our cabin. The beauty of having our wedding at Integrity Hills was even the guests staying at the nearby La Quinta were able to enjoy the accommodations of Big Cedar property while they were in town.
We owe so much success of the wedding to our coordinator Julia. She helped make everything leading up to the wedding & the wedding itself as stress free as an out of town wedding can be. She answered any & all of my questions from the day we booked never making us feel like a burden; she literally was there for us every step of the way.
We truly could not have dreamed of a more magical wedding day & look forward to celebrating our anniversaries there in the years to come.
After touring Big Cedar we couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else! Erin (our big cedar wedding coordinator) was incredible. She worked with me to help me pull it all Together and it was a dream come true. We had people come in from 15 different states, most stayed at big Cesar in falls lodge with us or in valley view next door. Our wedding was October 14th and today is October 31st and I still getting texts and calls about how much fun our wedding was! That says a lot - thank you Erin and big cedar Team for giving us the best wedding weekend we could have ever dreamed of.
We had our reception at the worman house. It was just beautiful and the perfect setting over looking the lake. The buffet room being located just off from where everyone was sitting worked out really well. Everything was great!
We got married and had our reception at the Worman Patio/room. Big Cedar went above and beyond to accommodate my celiac disease. Their service is top notch and the food was amazing. Our wedding coordinator, Alison was outstanding. She handled all the details and kept us on task and helped wherever it was needed. Our day was perfect thanks to the staff at Big Cedar!
Can you believe we started planning our elopement the Tuesday before our Wedding? Courtney and Julia at Big Cedar Lodge Events helped plan my "Friday at 5" wedding and it would not have been as wonderful without them. It truly was stress free. Flowers were beautiful. Cake was delicious. Food was wonderful, too! Views were amazing. My husband and I were able to enjoy our special day without worry. Thank you, Big Cedar! Happy Happy Married Couple - Looking forward to making many more memories at Big Cedar!
I recently got married on 5/6/17 next to the waterfall at Big Cedar Lodge. I chose to do one of their elopement packages because we decided on just a small wedding with only 11 guests. The elopement package included 5-7 different spots on the property to choose from, bouquet of half dozen roses for me and a boutinneire for my hubs, in the color we chose, bottle of champagne, cake and dinner voucher for the two of us.
Ok now that those details are out of the way, I worked closely with Courtney and Julia and could not have been more pleased!! They were so responsive and answered all of my questions promptly, sometimes even more than once...sorry Courtney! The officiant called me about a week prior to the wedding and we discussed what we wanted for our ceremony and then he met us at the door the day of, so it was truly stress free!
The property is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I actually had a friend's husband ask if we got married in Ireland when he saw a picture I posted on FB overlooking the lake. I can't wait to get my pictures back because there are so many good spots to get an amazing picture at. Even though there were more than one wedding going on the same day as mine, I never encountered them personally, just from a distance, and it still truly feels like it's your special day and you're the only one there, that's how vast the property is and how many wedding location choices you have. We did our reception dinner Osage restaurant at Top of the Rock and it was stunning! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, the ambience, the views...oh my gosh I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Big Cedar Lodge to anyone, and wouldn't think twice about doing it all over again!!
We had our wedding at Integrity Hills in December 2016! Everyone at Big Cedar was a joy to work with! Our wedding coordinator, Julia, was awesome - she always had an open line of communication to help with the planning process in any way possible. She was extremely organized and so much fun to work with! The wedding day was perfect thanks to all of our wonderful vendors and the fantastic staff at Big Cedar. The whole weekend was an absolute dream! I can't wait to visit for anniversaries in the future! I highly recommend Big Cedar Lodge/Integrity Hills for your wedding and reception venues!
This past spring, we were married at Integrity Hills with our reception at The Stables. A more perfect spot does not exist! Between the venue, the food, the views...the high quality of this list goes on and on...We were especially grateful to the amazing staff that really went above and beyond in making sure our day was smooth and exactly how we imagined.
Erin was wonderful to work with. The Worman House was gorgeous, the food was delicious, it was the perfect day!
My fiance and I went back and forth on a tropical destination wedding. On a whim, we took a trip to Branson for a short weekend vacation to celebrate our engagement and were urged to check out Big Cedar Lodge. Not thinking much of it, but figured it was worth looking into, we called and were able to meet with a wedding coordinator the next day! That day when we met with Erin S and saw the Integrity Hills Chapel/Stables we immediately knew that THIS WAS IT and our destination wedding would be this beautiful destination IN MISSOURI! The venue was so incredibly beautiful and picturesque (and unlike anything we had ever seen) that we fell in love right away and knew it would be a wonderful location to ask our friends and family to travel to. We were even able to book the Villa to host many of our friends and bridal party for the weekend- being able to relax and unwind with those we love most was my favorite part of the weekend and the best spot to host our bridal party and families for our rehearsal dinner. Choosing Big Cedar to host our wedding was the absolute best choice we could have made. Not being familiar with the area, I loved that BC provided a list of top vendors in the area which made it quick and easy to book a florist, decorator, cake baker, and band (and they truly were the best of the best)! Erin S. was our wedding coordinator and she was beyond wonderful to work with from Day 1. I was totally overwhelmed by the thought of planning a wedding and she helped ease my mind with her calm and patient demeanor. She was sweet and professional all the way through, answering all of my questions timely and diligently and taking care of all the important details on the BIG DAY. She worked with us to create a food and drink menu exactly like what we wanted and coordinated with our vendors on arrival/delivery, allowing me to not stress and really enjoy the day with our guests. At the time of the wedding, they were doing updates to the Stables and we were the first wedding in the space. I was nervous not knowing what it was all going to look like or what to expect, but the updates took the venue/reception to a whole new level- the addition of the outdoor patio being the cherry on the top! The staff was wonderful and the food impeccable- our guests couldn't stop raving about the service, quality and overall beauty of the location. I truly felt like we gave our guests the one-of-a-kind and unforgettable experience we were looking for. This place was worth every penny (my dad even agreed! ;). Thank you Erin and BCL for helping to make our wedding dreams come true!
Absolutely beautiful. We could not have picked a better venue to get married and have our reception!
We got married at Integrity Hills at the end of July and I'm not sure how the weekend could have been any better! Our ceremony was supposed to be on the conference center lawn, but because the lawn was in rough shape we ended up moving it outside between the chapel at integrity hills and the stables. The move ended up making the ceremony even more beautiful! Alison was incredible to work with and made sure all of the chairs were moved to our new location the morning of the wedding. We had our reception at the Stables and everything was gorgeous!! The food was top notch, everything was set up beautifully, and the cake was exactly what we asked for. My parents rented the Villa next door for the weekend and it was the icing on the cake! Everyone that made the trip down early came over Thursday and Friday evening and we had a great time getting both of our families and friends together before the wedding. While everything is expensive at Big Cedar, I wasn't stressed at all because I knew everything was going to be taken care of and the setting is breathtaking. We lost count of how many people told us this was the best wedding they've ever been to! Thank you Big Cedar!
Big Cedar Lodge was absolutely amazing to work with in planning my wedding at Integrity Hills Chapel and Stable this past 4th of July weekend. Julia, the coordinator helped us with many of the details and the food and bar was spectacular. We decided to add the fireworks package to the end of the reception and was the highlight of the night... something everyone will remember. Thank you Julia and Big Cedar Lodge
Big Cedar is a stunning venue! They do multiple weddings a weekend, with four different chapels, so they are definitely a well oiled machine. We really enjoyed our planner, but did have some struggles. At times we felt as if we were just another wedding and lost in the shuffle, a couple of details were missed (ultimately corrected but added way more stress than necessary), but overall it was a fantastic day.
The best part about getting married here is that all of the vendors work together on a regular basis so they know each other and work well together, which made our lives way easier.
Over all the venue was stunning, and our pictures are perfect. We had the most amazing time!
Allison Laughlin is amazing. I recommend her 100 percent! She always went the extra mile for me!
We had our wedding here, and it was gorgeous! The staff was so helpful. This is absolutely the most beautiful chapel! It overlooks Table Rock Lake and the hills. We had our wedding in the fall, and the fall colors were beautiful. The staff there did all the set up and clean up...we didn't have to do a thing! The chapel is so beautiful that we did not have to add any decorations. The wedding coordinator that Big Cedar provided (included in the venue price) was so helpful... we told her what we wanted, and she did everything! She responded to calls and emails immediately and was there during the rehearsal. You do have to pay a separate fee for the rehearsal the night before. They also provide a piano and you can use your phone for music, too. We had a string quartet and the chapel provided the chairs. There is also a bridal suite for the bridal party to get ready-- also very pretty for getting ready pictures. You get 2 hours for the venue price, so we got ready in a hotel room that morning and then got dressed in the bridal suite and did touching up. You can pay for additional hours if you need it for the chapel, but we were able to get dressed, take pictures, and have the ceremony within the 2 hours.
Bottom line, Integrity Hills is a beautiful chapel and is worth the money. The staff is so helpful. I would recommend the venue to everyone!
Big Cedar provided the food, beverages and cake for our wedding at Integrity Hill's. Everything was delicious and the cake was just perfect.
Integrity Hills is a beautiful venue for a wedding and certainly made our big day one to remember for the rest of our lives!
We had our wedding at Big Cedar in October. It was absolutely perfect! We rented the grand view lawn and the three lawn rooms. Everything looked beautiful and was exactly like I wanted. They worked with us to make everything I wanted possible. It was definitely expensive but well worth every penny. My wedding day was amazing, couldn't of asked for a better day or venue!
Awesome place
We spent the weekend at Integrity HIlls for the wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing, the chapel and reception area are perfect. We really couldn't complain about anything. Everything worked out perfectly - we had our service and while we took pictures the guests walked over to the Stables for the reception. We have gotten so many compliments on how fantastic our wedding was and we thank Integrity hills for that!
Great place and a wonderful scenery
Absulotely beautiful!
This place is jaw-dropping in terms of beauty and elegance. Everything is top-notch. We were planning our wedding with them during an ownership and complete management and staff change so that's where our problems came from. Lots of confusion and some things still ended up incorrectly. However, the new ownership change was an excellent thing because it is ran so much better and efficiently. The new staff are knowledgeable and great!
Integrity Hills was amazing! We did have a minor altercation, but it was nothing. They were very good at communicating. Also, they were very helpful the day of the wedding and the night of the wedding. The wedding coordinator was waiting on hand and foot for us which was really nice
Integrity Hills is a glorious venue that captures the beauty of the Ozarks! The views were breathtaking as it overlooks Table Rock Lake from a hilltop. The chapel and reception hall - The Stables were regally decorated and could not have been more perfect for the venue my daughter and her fiancé wanted for a wedding!
This place is absolutely beautiful! You and your guests will love it. It was a bit on the pricier side for my budget. You have to use their caterer - but his food is fantastic! I loved the look of the place so much that I didn't add a ton of extra decorations. They really strive to make it as relaxing as possible for the bride and groom from making sure you stay on time for your ceremony to serving you food first to ensure you get a chance to actually eat. I highly recommend this place!
This venue had exactly what we were looking for. The view of the lake is perfection, the rustic elegance theme is exquisite, and the staff was so accommodating to all of our needs and requests. From the time that we signed the contract to the day of our wedding, we dealt with at least 3 or 4 different coordinators which really stressed me out. I understood the property was growing so rapidly in popularity that they were making staffing adjustments but it did worry me that all of our information was being passed and communicated correctly. The week before my wedding I found out there was a new coordinator, but Cassie was the best of the best! She was able to answer ALL of my questions right away and settle all of the final details. She was so sweet and assured me everything would turn out exactly as I pictured, and it did! It was great to see her throughout the wedding making sure things went smoothly. Our guests raved about the venue and the staff. Thank you to all of the Integrity Hills staff for making our wedding weekend such a huge success!
The venue itself was beautiful and the staff were great. They were good about emailing and calling before the wedding before to get all the details. My complaint would be that they require you to get all your stuff out of the bridal suite and chapel before you can go to the reception. This just causes added stress when all you want to do is enjoy your day! I don't see why it can't wait until the end of the day so I wouldn't have to be bothered by it. I probably wouldn't have minded is some stuff was just tossed anyways. The food was great at the reception and the views are amazing.
We could not have chosen a more beautiful and serene setting for our wedding! We used the Chapel for our ceremony and the Stables for our reception. Both overlook Tablerock Lake and have a sense of rustic English charm. There was very little decorating necessary as both were already so beautiful on their own. There were also a lot of outdoor photo opportunities, which was a MUST. I was impressed from the first day that we toured the venue - we booked immediately! Integrity Hills provides a coordinator to all brides, who becomes your main contact for any questions or concerns and is present for the rehearsal and for your entire ceremony/reception time to ensure that all goes as planned. There was not even a hiccup in our plans - the night went more perfectly than I could have even hoped for. The catering options are endless and are provided by Chef Jamie Akers. We tried several options at a tasting several months before the wedding and it was very difficult to choose just one option, they were all amazing. I loved everything about Integrity Hills!
Let me start off this review by saying how incredibly gorgeous this location is for a wedding, reception or other important event. It is a top of the line facility, and you can see the thought that Rob put into it as it was being built. That being said, brides BEWARE! Although this is a beautiful place, the service staff you will encounter throughout your planning process is very unorganized and unhelpful. Integrity Hills is VERY difficult to work with, especially the on-site “wedding coordinator” Kim. Limited thought is given to each couple, and after signing the contract this fact is made very apparent. You will begin to feel like a dollar sign rather than a guest. Unless you are hoping for a ‘cookie cutter’ wedding, steer clear of this venue. They like each event to be the same, to limit the additional time and though that could be required. Requests are met with dismay and laziness. Make sure to have IN WRITING any special requests or ideas you hope to have on your big day. They will make sure to tell you they will fly to the moon and back just for you on your big day, but this is a commonly used sales tactic. Once the contract is signed, they become very difficult. It is obvious that the coordinator has no previous experience in wedding planning or coordination and is a new to the facility. Many vendors warned me of this before committing to Integrity Hills, but once I saw the property I just couldn’t help myself because it was so beautiful! DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! The property is new and growing fast. Be prepared to be treated like a dollar sign, just another bride, and not as a serviced customer but as someone who should be appreciative you were allowed to hold your event on the property.
Integrity Hills was a fantiasic placed to get married. We just had our ceremony there, but everyone was so helpful in the entire process.
Integrity Hills is an absolutely beautiful venue! Kim and Nancy went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our wedding and in previous dealings. They are professional and caring! No one limited our wishes during the wedding. They catered to my husband and I during the wedding and reception. Kim even walked through the rain to get my bridesmaids more ice! By the end of he evening, all the guests were raving about how beautiful the venue is. Kim and Nancy took care of so many little things, making sure I could relax and enjoy my day. There was a small mix up with the caterer, but the matter was resolved easily, efficiently, and fairly with one polite phone call to Kim. My bill was immediately adjusted accordingly. I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married or having an event in the Branson area! It is well worth it!
My husband and I had the great honor of being married at Integrity Hills this January 2012. We had the pleasure of renting the estate with our families. My (bride's) family and bridesmaids stayed at the Villa. What an incredible house! We enjoyed having a home cooked rehearsal dinner at the Villa. My husband and his groomsmen enjoyed staying down at the Cottage where they had the whole house to themselves to play poker, be guys, etc.
The wedding went incredibly smoothly and we felt SO blessed to be married in such a gorgeous chapel. We had a sunset ceremony and enjoyed the beautiful sunset colors over the lake. How cool it was to be married at the foot of the cross as well!
The reception at the Stables was a dream! Barn style but luxurious, the Stables are a sight to behold. The blazing fire and incredible architecture set a gorgeous background for celebrating your new marriage. Also, the food is delicious!
The Integrity Hills team is wonderful! They are truly there to support you and help your dream wedding come together smoothly.
I highly recommend Integrity Hills!
This is a beautiful location with extremely helpful staff! Great place to get married.
Their is alot wrong with this place if the owner Rob is involved with everything. He knows nothing about weddings. First off he told a guest to tuck his shirt in WHO Does That???? Then the dj was limited what they could play due to he doesnt like that type of music... You shouldnt even be their. Then Kimberlee is just as bad she kept shutting guest out of the room before the reception as if it was a big suprise and she isnt that good of a cordinator. Honestly she needs some training bad cause according to her this wasnt her first wedding so must of been second. And rob needs to learn some people skills or remain invisible throughout the process. Their should of been red flags when your cake decorator and photographer tried to talk you out of this place... If you want the scnerey big cedar is great also chateau on the lake but if you want hitler and tweddle dee to ruin your wedding have it at integrity
The staff at Devil's Pool was fabulous from the first time we talked with them by phone, to the last goodbye as we left after our party!
They are kind, thorough, efficient and just made us and our guests feel extra-special and like they were more than happy to accomodate us!
We liked the customized menu option that they gave us, and our guests couldn't say enough compliments on how wonderful the food was!
We will visit again and again!
Thank you Devil's Pool at Big Cedar Lodge, for a lovely night to remember always!
We first visited Integrity Hills in December 2010 when we were first engaged and The Stables were under construction. However, we knew that this structure would be amazing given the taste level of the rest of the property. The Chapel alone is gorgeous, but we chose to be married in our family church in Branson. We still wanted our reception overlooking Tablerock Lake and The Stables couldn't be beat on any level. The end result in April 2011 was a breathtaking venue with great attention to detail and top-of-the-line everything - heavy, custom plates and silverware, and chiavari chairs with cushions to name a few! The menu choices were extensive, and we have since heard over and over again how wonderful our reception food was, and I agree! Rob, Nici, Whitney, and Angela were all so helpful throughout the planning process. They were always willing to answer any questions and help customize our reception in any way possible. Never did I feel like this event was going to be anything but exactly what I wanted.
This place does not need a lot of additional decoration, which is fantastic, because when you start from scratch in a banquet hall or the like, you can spend a TON of money on decor. It's just not necessary in a room as amazing as The Stables.
The staff at the reception were all top-notch as well. Clean-cut and pleasant all around.
It was seriously the perfect reception venue. I am still receiving compliments on how beautiful it was almost 2 months later.
Let me also quickly say that I have grown up about 2 miles down the road from Integrity Hills on Tablerock Lake, which is also very near to The Big Cedar Lodge. We of course looked around at various venues, namely the Big Cedar because we've spent so much time there, but the pricing was just so far out of our budget. The event rooms for a party over 100 people are really nothing more than your typical ballroom. Granted, the outside surroundings are gorgeous, but The Stables at Integrity Hills were all that and more - charming, enchanting, and affordable! Not to mention the stunning lakeviews that made for some amazing pictures (www.tiffanykelley.com).
P.S. A lot of our guests chose to stay at the Big Cedar, so they got that experience as well. The Big Cedar tram will take your guests to and from Integrity Hills too - just ask!
All-in-all I can honestly say my reception was the best reception I've ever been to and I don't even feel bad about admitting that! We got so lucky with The Stables, and I know anyone else that chooses any of the Integrity Hills venues will say the same.
I just wish we could do it all over again!!!
This place is stunning and I had an amazing wedding. However, this venue is very poorly run because the owner doesn't comprehend weddings or hospitality. This is a problem, because much of his staff has left his establishment due to their struggles working with him. He was repeatedly rude to me, my family and my guests who were nothing but respectful to him and his property.
Integrity Hills Chapel was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL place to get married!! We had the perfect weather, so that helped too! The only complaint I have is they didn't really seem to care about us as a couple - It seemed more about the money. When we first booked the Chapel, they were not very well-known and we had our choice of weekends. By the time our wedding came around, they were booked every weekend and even double booking on some days. I also feel that because we didn't use their reception facilities (which weren't built when we booked the chapel) they did not care much about us. It was a beautiful place and I would still recommend it to anyone, I just feel our families weren't exactly their cup of tea... and it showed in the way we were treated. The owners are still WONDERFUL and I have absolutely no complaints about them... just some of the other people they have running the business now.
I could not have done it without her!

You were a JOY to work with! Thank you for the wonderful compliments! :)
Wonderful staff and very personable!
We had a destination wedding on the lake at this amazing resort. It was GORGEOUS and the staff was great. They have an AMAZING wedding planner, she helped us with soo many last minute details. The resort is really beautiful (amazing attention detail) and top quality. BUT this dream wedding does come at a high price and they charge for every small detail. Highly recommend the venue and staff, just wish the prices were a little more economical.

We are in the process of building a new wedding chapel at Big Cedar and with that is coming new wedding packages where there will be an all inclusive price. We are excited for these upcoming changes!
What can I say. This is a beautiful place. Wedding in the winter in a cabin with a huge christmas tree and fireplace. Gingerbread cookies on our bed everynight. Honeymoon gift basket of all kinds of great snacks. Waterfalls that flow softly over the narrow roads. Looking across the lake and all the cabins are lit up with lights. White horse drawn carriage ride at dusk.Hay rides with hot chocolate and guitar players. Fir pits to stand by with smores. Staff was professional warm, friendly and accomodating. Great jaccuzi. Three restaurants. Great food, tasty drinks. Not too loud live jazz entertainment. romantic views. warm and cozy. We had a small intimate wedding with a few friends. It was perfect.
We were going to look at Integrity Hills as a potential wedding site and my fiance proposed in the Chapel at Sunset! It is such a beautiful property and the accomodations are amazing. Rob and Angie have outdone themselves with this little slice of heaven! We cannot wait to get married there this fall - it will be incredible! I cannot say enough about how wonderful integrity hills is - so excited to see the Stables completed!
What an incredibly beautiful place to have a wedding. We were blessed with great weather and the Voss's were more than accommodating!
When my fiancee (now husband) and I first visited Integrity Hills, we immediately fell in love with it! Angie was very helpful throughout the planning process, and it was a pleasure to work with someone so accommodating while we were trying to plan our wedding. The chapel itself is beautiful; it was exactly what we were looking for. My only complaint was that it was pretty expensive for us, but we were determined to make it work in our wedding budget! The landscaping outside the chapel is amazing, and it provided the perfect environment for gorgeous, outdoor pictures. I would definitely recommend this venue to others!
Integrity Hills is an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL location to have your wedding ceremony! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the owners are fairly strict on the things they allow and they've placed a 3 hour time limit on your time there from arrival to departure. It makes for a bit of a stressful or rushed time getting ready and getting pictures done on property.
