Very happy with our wedding rentals through Big D Party Rentals. We ordered the marquee sign without realizing just how large it is & we opted out the day before the wedding & received a refund with no issues. Also, there was 1 part of our order missing that my sister didn’t realize when she picked them up & the company did a rush delivery right before the wedding & were very flexible & accommodating. Everything looked beautiful & was also very affordable, overall a great experience!
The stage, facade, and dance floor transformed our venue! They let us know when they were ~30 minutes away & sent a photo when everything was set up.

Rented a stage for our wedding from here. Reasonably priced and great customer service. It's actually one of the lower-cost stage rentals we found. The ordering process was easy, and they even suggested changing the size of the stage pieces so they fit the hotel elevator. They arrived on time on the day of the wedding and had the stage set up within minutes. The delivery guys were really nice and made sure they had the correct spot before laying down the entire stage.
CHECK YOUR INVOICE!!! The products are quality and the prices are good but double and triple-check your invoice. We had to have our invoice corrected at least 3 times after we found random charges and price hikes at each payment date. The first time we assumed it was a mistake, but by the final invoice, it seemed negligent at minimum. Everything turned out fine but if we hadn't been paying attention they would have made about $500 off of bogus and superfluous charges.
I rented everything for my backyard wedding through Big D except for the dance floor. While they were easy to work with pre-wedding, sadly they did not meet my expectations day of. The silverware was 100% UNACCEPTABLE. The gold coating was coming off on EVERY SINGLE piece for 100 guests. It looked disgusting and awful. Some pieces just looked pure silver. Not at all what they showed me in the showroom. A few plates came chipped or dirty but thankfully I had enough extra I was able to sort out the bad ones. They didn't even try to level the stage even though the legs are easily adjustable. After they left my fiance and a friend spent hours fixing it. They had to crawl under the stage and bench press the entire thing up (12X20) so the other could unscrew the legs more. Would have been much easier to do in pieces as they were added but I guess Big D was too lazy to do their job correctly. A few days before the wedding they tell me the vintage goblets I ordered came back broken from someone else so I had to use a different style now. When they came to pick up everything they called asking where the plates were even though they were right next to the tables and chairs. They just seemed unorganized and confused. They dismantled the dance floor that WASN'T theirs, which that company was then very upset with us since it was taken apart more than what they normally do for transport so now they had to waste their time putting it back together. And finally, this is something I knew going into booking with them but they gave a 12 hour delivery window which is SO big and just kinda sucky. I think once they have their route planned out the day beforehand it'd be nice for them to let you know a smaller delivery window at that point. But no, they want to be able to charge you for that convenience.
All we needed to polish off our head tables was pink water goblets. Big D’s process for ordering, picking up, and returning was so simple and their prices reasonable. So glad they had just what we were looking for.
We rented King's Tables and Chargers from Big D Party Rentals and had a great experience! Both self-pickup and self-return were extremely smooth processes and the quality of their products were perfect! I also loved that they have a showroom to visit to really get a feel for the different designs!
Big D was so great to work with for my wedding! They were very responsive and flexible and worked to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed, no more, no less. I specifically worked with Emily who was very sweet. My mom and I went out to their show room to look at their items and got to play around with the table settings. I highly recommend Bid D for your wedding!
Being my first wedding as Mother of the bride I had a lot to learn and made numerous errors. This company was very competitive on initial price, but any changes except adding cost you money. Please read contract carefully. Always reserve under what you think then add the rat a few weeks before the wedding. They charge extra for what they call premium pick up and delivery - see if your venue will allow you to avoid the times. They also do not set up. Make sure your venue or coordinator sets up all your linens and place settings. We did have a few broken items delivered, it I had a few extra so I was ok. They did offer to credit back broken ones very quickly. They offer a large selection of everything you need & the staff in the show room are always very helpful! I would recommend to anyone , it just felt myike a little guidance would have been. I’ve . A little less nickel and dime feeling at the end.
Great experience working with Big D! Delivery and pickup were a breeze and the items were all in excellent condition for our wedding. Tables, chairs, plates, silverware, drinking glasses, linens, etc. all were beautiful. Thank you!

I had to call a few times to help my girlfriend with changes on our order and every person I spoke to was always helpful and willing to make changes easily. My girlfriend was extremely happy with the way things went so that made everything easier on the rest of us! Thanks Big D!
I cannot put into words how great this company has been to work with! From the first phone call to the very end when the crew came to pick our items up! Always courteous and treated me like I was the only one in the world having an event!
Simply put, Big D did not deliver as contracted even after visiting our venue for a thorough pre-event meeting. They blame their Associate that planned with us, but refused to take any responsibility.
Do not waste your time with this company!
When our venue was charging outrageous prices for upgrading linens and chairs, I went searching for another vendor. I found Big D and went to stop by their warehouse and was amazed by their selection on different rentals! Their pricing is amazing, they were super responsive, and were very prompt the day of on their delivery and pick up. I would highly recommend using them for chair, linen, or any other miscellaneous rental!
Big D was amazing to work with for our wedding! Jordan and Amelia were amazing through the planning process. They were quick to respond and more than willing to continuously update our quote/invoice as our rental needs changed.
On the day of, the Big D crew arrived right on time and even called to give a 45 minute heads up. They set up quickly and professionally. All of their items were in great condition and reasonably priced.

Our wedding was originally being held on a 2-acre plot of land and we needed to bring in everything for the ceremony and reception. We were renting tables, chairs, plates, linens, glasses, a free-standing bar, cocktail tables, two sets of chairs, etc. We even added a tent about five weeks before the wedding. They have a wonderful showroom where you can see and touch everything you are renting. Danielle, the event specialists we worked with, was great and answered all of our questions when we went back a second time to add the tent and make a few changes to the order. She even double-checked the original order to make sure the original order was entered correctly.
Less than three weeks before our wedding, we have to change our venue because of the non-stop rain we were having. As a result, our new venue provided many of the things we had to rent. We were able to easily make changes to our order without excessive cancellation fees (we had to make our changes 15 days prior to the event date).
On the day of our wedding, everything was delivered on time and clean. Our event venue required us to remove everything after our wedding, which ended at 11 pm. According to my wedding planner, they arrived on time and quickly picked up everything without any issues.
We highly recommend Big D Party rentals and will definitely use them the next time we need party rentals.

Great experience! I contacted big D and received a response with a quote for the items I was interested in immediately. Upon further review, I made a few changes to my quote the next day and received a response with a revised quote that same day. They were able to take my payment over the phone with no issues. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and easy to work with. I did not have delivery, as I only rented several chargers and tablecloths, but pick up and drop off were super easy and went smoothly. Everything went great and our wedding tables looked beautiful. Thank you!
I hired Big D Party rentals to supply tables and chairs for my wedding last month. We had access to the venue from 3pm to midnight and the ceremony began at 6pm, so I set the delivery for 3pm. I confirmed that this was the time on the contract and informed them in advance that the doors to the venue would be open starting at 3. The delivery driver called me (not the point of contact I gave them) at 11am day of to let me know he was almost there. Confused, I informed him that delivery was supposed to be at 3 and he said he wanted to drop them off early and that 3 was inconvienent because they were done with their other deliveries. I was rather taken aback by this. I repeated that the doors to venue would be locked and no one would be there to meet him until 3, which I reconfirmed was the delivery time on the contract. He finally agreed that they would wait until 3 to make the delivery, but then didn't actually show until well after 4pm. This meant most of the set up and decorating had to be done in a mad rush. They did pick up on time, and they delivered the correct supplies, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I wouldn't recommend them and won't be using the again.
Great experience with this company. We ordered a lot of stuff from here and they were so polite and patient even when I changed the invoice a few times leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, we set up the speaker we rented and realized it was not working properly. I was in a slight panic, but we called BigD and they offered to drive an hour out of the way to bring us a new speaker. They seem to really care about their customers and do everything they can to make your event special.
I used Big D for my wedding rentals... the linens, plates, napkins and glasses were clean and looked great. However, we had a call from them during our honeymoon saying they picked up the linens but the napkins were missing on the delivery truck... even though we had watched them take out and count each napkin when the driver picked up our order a few days prior. BUT they did apologize and say it must have been the driver's fault and even if they can't find them, they would trust us that we did give it to the driver. I appreciate the fact that they trusted my word and didn't charge me more, even though they hadn't found the missing items yet!
Big D Party Rentals was so awesome to work with! They made the wedding planning process a lot easier. At first we were going to have a pretty big dance floor. We booked it, put down the deposit; but months later our wedding date unexpectedly had to move, and with the new date…we wouldn’t need the dance floor anymore. I called thinking there would be no way they would budge, but they did! Instead of the dance floor, we were able to quickly and easily switch our order to tables, chairs, linens, and a few other things we needed. So nice! Everything arrived perfectly and looked beautiful. Such a great company. If we ever need rentals for an event again, we will definitely be using Big D Party Rentals!. Absolutely love them!
Big D gave my wedding Wine Barrel Tables, a bar, and a cake cutting knife. All very good and the wine barrel tables were amazing! Very sturdy and exactly what I wanted :)
It was hard to order what I wanted from their website, but eventually got it figured out. We originally expected to order smaller things to pick up and save money... but quickly realized we needed delivery. They accomodated this request very quickly and easily, but charged us an extra $200 for it. So dont make that mistake like me!
They have the best price i could find for wine barrel tables and they definitely delivered! we got many compliments on them :)

I got quotes from multiple vendors, and Big D was the cheapest for the items we rented, including round tables, linens, chairs and a chill table for beverages. The gave me a delivery window the day prior and called me when they were on their way. The delivery men were very nice and helpful.
We rented our dance floor from Big D's. They delivered it to our reception venue in Weatherford and still charged less than any other company I requested quotes from. The dance floor was the perfect size and great quality. They delivered at my requested time, were super friendly, and picked up at the time specified as well. Great service!
Big D provided two tents, tables, chairs, plates, flatware, glasses, and more for our wedding. They were always very easy to work with in the process of getting quotes. Anytime I sent revisions (usually in the late evening) they always sent a revised quote back to me early the next morning.
One of the reasons I chose Big D over other companies is that I really wanted a pole tent. I did a lot of research about pole tents vs. frame tents. Some tent companies out there (especially the ones that primarily cater toward the wedding world) don’t offer pole tents because, they say, the center pole gets in the way. For me, I think the center pole and seeing the interior tent structure is what makes being in the tent fun! Also, the center pole provided structure to connect our lighting.
The only minor hiccup was that the inside of the tent ceiling was a bit dirtier than I expected. I called and they didn’t hesitate to send a crew out to clean it the next day. The tents ended up going up on a Thursday, being cleaned on Friday, and the wedding was Saturday. They were able to clean the tent without spraying water everywhere. There was no mess. I was very impressed and it looked great.

The prices speak for themselves. Everything was delivered on time, the guys were so helpful and nice. I will always use these guys for any party rentals I have in the future.
Spent way too much with Big D. The ordering process was easy, the customer service was great. But when the guys came to deliver, they started arguing about how they didn't want to be there. The EXPENSIVE wood flooring for the 40x60 pole tent was some plywood nailed to 2x4s that they didn't even have enough of. There were gaps and holes, that they later came to somewhat fix after my mom complained about their work. Not worth it.
Good service, on time and everything but they were not the cheapest on the market. I chose them for their service!
Our rentals arrived in great quality and the linens were very clean. The staff was a great help in narrowing down exactly what rentals we needed.
We had an outdoor wedding and rented our tent, chairs, tables, and linens from Big D. I found their prices to competitive, and the service was top-notch. I changed our order multiple times as adjusted our headcount, layout, etc., and each time they were very helpful and sent out an updated invoice promptly. On the day of the wedding, their team arrived as scheduled and set up everything as planned. They arrived promptly for tear-down too, and did everything neatly and professionally. You couldn't tell there had been an event there. All of the materials they supplied us with were clean and in good working order.
