I had heard so many stories of how stressful it is, how many things there are to coordinate, recommended timelines, etc. I felt like I just didn’t even know what I didn’t know. Easily the best decision I could have made… and we all know there’s a million decisions involved. From the start, she was so responsive. Becca took the time to listen to what was important to me, and what wasn’t. She kept everything so organized and on track, and managed communication with all of the vendors and timelines. I didn’t have to use my brain once on wedding day, which I loved. I just got to soak it all in and enjoy every moment. ay and she helped figure out a lot of logistics I did not even think of yet. It was so nice to not have to rely on family or friends to handle the logistics and other planning on the day of. I had all my trust and faith in her and did not doubt that she would have us taken care of throughout the whole planning process leading up to the day and especially the day of. As we got closer to the day Rebecca did all of the remaining communication with all of my vendors so I did not have to worry about a thing and it was a big weight off my shoulders. One less thing I had to do! Another thing she was able to help me with was my seating chart, I DIYed some things but again I was so thankful to have her help with a bigger project like that. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is extremely hard-working, has such a kind and sweet soul and I can tell that she loves what she does.

I was taking on a lot and told myself I could DIY a welcome sign and seating chart but soon realized I was over my head. Rebecca graciously made both signs for me - they turned out amazing and exactly as I envisioned! On the day of the wedding Rebecca kept me calm and relaxed. She made sure we stuck to the timeline which allowed my husband and I to be present in the moment and not have to worry about anything. Rebecca was reliable, communicative, transparent and hard working. We were so lucky to have found her and have her expertise!

We instantly knew that she was who we were looking for. Starting 3 months out from the wedding, we had monthly meetings with her regarding the ceremony timeline and details. She brought things to our attention that we would've never thought of. In addition, she even attended our final details meeting at the venue with us. Starting the day before, she helped my wife and her parents bring our vision to life. Rebecca knocked out setting up the tables and it looked beautiful. She also coordinated our rehearsal and made sure that everyone was on the same page heading into the same day. She helped us stay composed when we had to fire our photographer the morning of our wedding and hire a new one. The day of, Rebecca kept everything in order. She ensured that our day went off without a problem. In all, Rebecca is highly skilled at what she does. She brings a wide range of prior experience to the table and is a delight to work with. Even better, she's a great communicator and planner. Thanks to her, our wedding was amazing. Our decor looked incredible, everything ran smoothly, and better yet, our family and friends were able to enjoy the experience without the stress of setting or cleaning up. We can't recommend Big Designs enough. Out of all of our wedding costs, Rebecca was worth every penny, and then some. In addition, her mom (who used to own a flower shop) did our flowers for our welcome party and her dad picked up a champagne wall from our house and took it to our venue. She had everything covered from communicating with all my vendors so I did not have to, drawing up the itinerary for the rehearsal night & the wedding day so the order of events was crystal clear, organizing the events of the day & making sure everyone & everything was where it needed to be, setting up at the venue, packing up everything at the end of the night & bringing it to our hotel room, to keeping me calm which is a rough task on its own! She is my JLO…(most brides I’m sure can relate to this reference😉) Of course there will be a bump or two in the road the day of & Rebecca handled this so professionally & calmly that I did not have to have a worry in the world. She literally saved the day when a very important item was missing. Thanks to her, it was retrieved & all was well with the world again. We truly do not know how we would have managed to get through our wedding day without her. I cannot recommend her enough to any bride out there who would love to have the most relaxing, stress free, & unforgettable day. We were able to feel this way on our day because Rebecca exceeded all of our expectations in a wedding planner. Our guests were even asking, “Who is that? She is on it!” I’m like…I know! I can truly say our wedding would have not been as great and seamless as it was without Rebecca's help. Rebecca handled our wedding day timeline and went back and forth with vendors totally behind the scenes. This was a HUGE weight off our shoulders. She kept everyone on the same page, including myself and my husband. Another important task Rebecca handled was transporting, setting up, and returning all of our personal and rented decor. It was so nice to not have to worry about these small but very important details because we knew that Rebecca had it handled. I would recommend Rebecca 20/10 to any bride that is get married.
