Becca was an incredible help planning and handling the details of our wedding, including communication with vendors. I cannot imagine dealing with all the details, transportation, etc. on our own. If you are debating investing in a planner my husband and I highly recommend Becca! She was so amazing throughout the entire process.

From helping us make decisions, finding vendors, creating a timeline, communicating with everyone, her advice and guidance was invaluable. She was there to help our rehearsal run smoothly and made sure we were able to practice in the actual space. Day of she handled every detail. We did not have to worry about a thing. She made sure every detail was perfect and at the end of the night had everything packed up for us. We truely had our dream day thanks to her! She is the absolute best!!!

She was patient and aggressive enough to make sure we had the pictures we wanted and additional ideas for pictures the made lasting memories. She did our wedding my wife and I are pleased with her services. Professional and prompt. No complaints

Rebecca was so incredible to work with! I hired her for her Day-Of Services and she was such a big help in all areas. We met a few times a couple months leading up to our wedding day and she helped figure out a lot of logistics I did not even think of yet. It was so nice to not have to rely on family or friends to handle the logistics and other planning on the day of. I had all my trust and faith in her and did not doubt that she would have us taken care of throughout the whole planning process leading up to the day and especially the day of. As we got closer to the day Rebecca did all of the remaining communication with all of my vendors so I did not have to worry about a thing and it was a big weight off my shoulders. One less thing I had to do! Another thing she was able to help me with was my seating chart, I DIYed some things but again I was so thankful to have her help with a bigger project like that. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is extremely hard-working, has such a kind and sweet soul and I can tell that she loves what she does.

Rebecca went above and beyond for our wedding day! A lot of time, work, and stress went into planning the wedding and it was so nice to have Rebecca as my day of coordinator so I could be stress free and enjoy my wedding! Rebecca took over vendors about 3 months before the wedding and helped with any remaining planning! I was taking on a lot and told myself I could DIY a welcome sign and seating chart but soon realized I was over my head. Rebecca graciously made both signs for me - they turned out amazing and exactly as I envisioned! On the day of the wedding Rebecca kept me calm and relaxed. She made sure we stuck to the timeline which allowed my husband and I to be present in the moment and not have to worry about anything. Rebecca was reliable, communicative, transparent and hard working. We were so lucky to have found her and have her expertise!

My wife and I had been to countless weddings where the wedding party and family had to do all the setup and cleaning at the venue. We didn't want that, so we decided to hire Rebecca as our day-of wedding coordinator. 100/100 times, we'd hire her again. She was phenomenal from the moment we met with her during the hiring process. We instantly knew that she was who we were looking for. Starting 3 months out from the wedding, we had monthly meetings with her regarding the ceremony timeline and details. She brought things to our attention that we would've never thought of. In addition, she even attended our final details meeting at the venue with us. Starting the day before, she helped my wife and her parents bring our vision to life. Rebecca knocked out setting up the tables and it looked beautiful. She also coordinated our rehearsal and made sure that everyone was on the same page heading into the same day. She helped us stay composed when we had to fire our photographer the morning of our wedding and hire a new one. The day of, Rebecca kept everything in order. She ensured that our day went off without a problem. In all, Rebecca is highly skilled at what she does. She brings a wide range of prior experience to the table and is a delight to work with. Even better, she's a great communicator and planner. Thanks to her, our wedding was amazing. Our decor looked incredible, everything ran smoothly, and better yet, our family and friends were able to enjoy the experience without the stress of setting or cleaning up. We can't recommend Big Designs enough. Out of all of our wedding costs, Rebecca was worth every penny, and then some. If you're looking for someone to guide you through the wedding process, bring your vision to life, or ensure your wedding goes smoothly, Rebecca is your person.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for Becca. She was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Not only is she a talented and diligent wedding planner, she also has a background in graphic design and was able to do our entire invitation suite. In addition, her mom (who used to own a flower shop) did our flowers for our welcome party and her dad picked up a champagne wall from our house and took it to our venue. Every step of the way, Becca helped with the wedding planning process and made sure no detail was forgotten. We had so many people complimenting us about how smooth our wedding day went, and that is a true testament to her hard work and thoughtfulness. We cannot recommend her enough and will continue to do so moving forward!

I really don't think we could have done our big day with out Rebecca! She was so attentive and was willing to help in any way she could. Our venue was a little unconventional in terms of logistics, so having her there to coordinate with all of the vendors was a life saver. She was super responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding, which definitely helped me enjoy the process. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a coordinator. She was worth every penny!

Becca was absolutely THE BEST! My favorite person to work with and made EVERYTHING PERFECT and so easy!!! She coordinated everything to perfection and was on top of everything! Cannot recommend her enough!!! Made the weeks leading up so much easier and the day was completely covered by her!!! Outstanding!!!! She did so much and was on top of everything! From the beginning, Becca relieved the stress of wedding planning. From thinking of all the small details to handling all vendor relationships, I knew everything would come together perfectly. Not only is her attention to detail outstanding, she is organized, professional, and so kind. I could not have imagined a more perfect day planned and so much of it is due to Becca's skills.

Rebecca is an amazing wedding coordinator! She was a huge help on our big day by putting together our center pieces and "herding cats" so that we didn't have to. It was amazing to have an industry-insider on our side in the 90 days leading up to our wedding. She made recommendations, gave us advice about tipping vendors, and created our day-of timeline. What's more she was friendly and responsive throughout the planning process, majorly reducing my stress. I highly recommend her to any couple that wants to take their day to the next level!

Rebecca was literally our life saver, game changer, & hero the day of our wedding. When we met her for the first time there was not a doubt in our minds that she would be amazing, & that she was! In the weeks leading up to the wedding she was reliable & available for anything & everything that I could want or need! She answered all of my questions before I even asked them. When it comes to the business of weddings, she is truly an expert. She had everything covered from communicating with all my vendors so I did not have to, drawing up the itinerary for the rehearsal night & the wedding day so the order of events was crystal clear, organizing the events of the day & making sure everyone & everything was where it needed to be, setting up at the venue, packing up everything at the end of the night & bringing it to our hotel room, to keeping me calm which is a rough task on its own! She is my JLO…(most brides I’m sure can relate to this reference😉) Of course there will be a bump or two in the road the day of & Rebecca handled this so professionally & calmly that I did not have to have a worry in the world. She literally saved the day when a very important item was missing. Thanks to her, it was retrieved & all was well with the world again. We truly do not know how we would have managed to get through our wedding day without her. I cannot recommend her enough to any bride out there who would love to have the most relaxing, stress free, & unforgettable day. We were able to feel this way on our day because Rebecca exceeded all of our expectations in a wedding planner. Our guests were even asking, “Who is that? She is on it!” I’m like…I know! That’s my wedding planner! She is the best! We are actually very sad it’s all over & our work with her is done because she is so wonderful! We cannot sing her praises her enough!

Rebecca was a true LIFE SAVER! I never thought I would need a wedding planner as I am a pretty Type A person and felt that I was in control of what I needed / wanted for our big day. I ended up hiring Rebecca after there was some turnover at our reception venue and I am SO thankful that I did. I can truly say our wedding would have not been as great and seamless as it was without Rebecca's help. Rebecca handled our wedding day timeline and went back and forth with vendors totally behind the scenes. This was a HUGE weight off our shoulders. She kept everyone on the same page, including myself and my husband. Another important task Rebecca handled was transporting, setting up, and returning all of our personal and rented decor. It was so nice to not have to worry about these small but very important details because we knew that Rebecca had it handled. I would recommend Rebecca 20/10 to any bride that is get married. She is not only an amazing planner but a great friend that made planning a wedding so easy!
