We loved working with Rebecca!!! We used her for day of coordination and she started exactly 3 months out from our wedding date. She is efficient and highly organized. We loved having someone thinking about all the details we probably wouldn't have thought of. She helped us make our timeline and had a final walkthrough with us at our venue. Having someone be the contact point for vendors, put out all our decor, and keep the timeline running meant my mom and I were able to fully enjoy the wedding day. Rebecca is so professional and made our whole wedding day run perfectly!! I could not recommend her enough!!

I don't think I can give a higher compliment than to say that our meetings with Rebecca were our favorite part of the entire wedding planning process. She was a constant reassuring presence for us, always there to be a sounding board, and helped us to think of things that we would have never realized there was a need to plan for. A personal connection is so important to have with your wedding vendors which is why I always ask the couple “What are the most important things for you on your big day?”. If I can make sure those important details are executed, then I feel I have done my job. I pride myself in being ultra organized and detail oriented, which will allow you to enjoy your big day. I love seeing other people happy and that reaffirms my passion for this career.

a about a year and a half before our wedding day, and from the very beginning she made the entire planning process feel organized, manageable, and exciting instead of overwhelming. During our very first call, she asked me what I hoped to get out of working with a planner/coordinator. My answer was simple: I just wanted to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day. As a very anxious, type-A person, I was worried that even after all the planning was done, I still wouldn’t be able to “turn off” and fully be present during the celebration. Rebecca immediately reassured me that together we would get me to that point — and she absolutely delivered.
Throughout the planning process, we met regularly to make sure everything stayed on track. Rebecca helped coordinate vendors, think through logistics, refine ideas, and problem-solve details we never would have considered on our own. What stood out most was how collaborative the entire process felt. It genuinely felt like we were partners on a team, and I always felt supported, heard, and taken care of.
Her organization and attention to detail are incredible. By the time wedding weekend arrived, I felt so much calmer knowing she had everything under control. On the wedding day itself, she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes — keeping vendors, family, and the wedding party on schedule while making sure every detail was executed perfectly. Most importantly, she gave my husband and I the ability to be fully present and enjoy the day exactly the way we had hoped to.
Despite all of my usual overthinking and anxiety, I never once felt stressed on our wedding day. Rebecca completely took on the stress of the day for us, and because of that, we were able to spend the entire day fully in the moment with each other and with our family and friends. That is such an incredible gift, and something I will always be grateful for.
We received so many compliments from friends and family (and even other vendors!) about how beautiful, smooth, and well-run the wedding was, and so much of that is thanks to Rebecca. The entire day truly went off without a hitch, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a planner or coordinator who is organized, thoughtful, calming, and genuinely invested in making your wedding everything you hope it will be.

Becca has the perfect temperament to be the go to person for your wedding day- kind, calm, detail oriented and direct when needed, and completely adaptable.
When it came time for my wedding, we made the easy decision to hire her as our coordinator and she went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. My mom and I were the main planners of our wedding and are both easily stressed- in the days after our wedding we talked about how grateful we were to have Becca as a huge part of our team to truthfully be able to shut off our brains and just enjoy the special day. very other month starting a full year before the wedding, making sure every single detail was covered and nothing was overlooked. She gave both my daughter and me such peace of mind throughout the entire process.
Becca was incredible at brainstorming with us whenever challenges came up—she always had solutions and guided us in the right direction. She helped us find vendors when needed and even attended multiple vendor meetings with us, including tastings, venue walkthroughs, and florist appointments. Her support was truly above and beyond.
As the wedding approached, she handled all vendor communication, which was so incredibly helpful and took a huge weight off our shoulders. She also created the perfect timeline for the day and was always open to our input, making adjustments whenever we had questions or changes.
On the wedding day, it poured rain from start to finish, but Becca remained calm, organized, and completely in control. Her presence reassured all of us, and she handled everything seamlessly so we could simply enjoy the day.
Becca is professional, flexible, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. We are so grateful for her and cannot recommend Big Designs enough!

myself, but boy I am so glad that I changed my mind! From the initial stages of planning, Becca thought of everything. It made both of us feel at ease knowing that we had someone so organized helping us plan all the little details, especially ones that I would not have thought of myself! Her attention to detail was incredible and so thoughtful. Because of her, I felt completely relaxed throughout the wedding planning process and especially on the actual wedding day. It wasn’t just the two of us that noticed, my wedding party and parents commented on her attention to detail and helpful tips as well! I honestly can’t imagine how things would have gone without her. I had heard so many stories of how stressful it is, how many things there are to coordinate, recommended timelines, etc. I felt like I just didn’t even know what I didn’t know. , Becca helped from get the most basic of logistics together, to helping me articulate and brainstorm options throughout the vendor selection, executing the day of and even thinking to nominate us for bridal features after our big day!
Becca guided us though the in’s and out’s of our wedding day timeline – making thoughtful recommendations that only an expert would know. She listened and encouraged creative thinking and helped shield us from the stress day-of!
Despite my type-A nature, Becca was along for the journey with all our ideas. She helped connect us to vendors, created a massive disco ball chandelier for our reception, sourced resell items from other brides and let us utilize décor items in her inventory, just to name a few.
Weddings are a BEAST and I truly cannot imagine doing this process without an expert “tamer” by our side. Becca was calm, cool and collected throughout the whole process. I remember a point in our wedding reception where timing got off… Becca came up with a plan to adjust, quickly ran it by us and then handled it – allowing us to just enjoy the day.
We got to be present at our rehearsal, the morning-of getting ready and during all the events of our wedding day with peace-of-mind that Becca would handle everything. That was such a gift!

orts to keep us organized and coordinated well before the “day of” were so helpful. Every meeting made us feel less overwhelmed and more like we could actually pull it off. Neither of us live in STL anymore so there was a lot to get done the week of and she was so accommodating - coming to my parents to pick things up and always having such a positive attitude. Day of she handled every single thing - coordinating so flawlessly with the other vendors. She was a massive comfort to me (virgo perfectionist control freak trying to relax and be chill and glamorous on her wedding day). I know others who have worked with her and felt the same. Highly recommended any bride working with Becca.

ay and she helped figure out a lot of logistics I did not even think of yet. It was so nice to not have to rely on family or friends to handle the logistics and other planning on the day of. I had all my trust and faith in her and did not doubt that she would have us taken care of throughout the whole planning process leading up to the day and especially the day of. As we got closer to the day Rebecca did all of the remaining communication with all of my vendors so I did not have to worry about a thing and it was a big weight off my shoulders. One less thing I had to do! Another thing she was able to help me with was my seating chart, I DIYed some things but again I was so thankful to have her help with a bigger project like that. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is extremely hard-working, has such a kind and sweet soul and I can tell that she loves what she does.

could be stress free and enjoy my wedding! Rebecca took over vendors about 3 months before the wedding and helped with any remaining planning! I was taking on a lot and told myself I could DIY a welcome sign and seating chart but soon realized I was over my head. Rebecca graciously made both signs for me - they turned out amazing and exactly as I envisioned! On the day of the wedding Rebecca kept me calm and relaxed. She made sure we stuck to the timeline which allowed my husband and I to be present in the moment and not have to worry about anything. Rebecca was reliable, communicative, transparent and hard working. We were so lucky to have found her and have her expertise!

a as our day-of wedding coordinator. 100/100 times, we'd hire her again.
She was phenomenal from the moment we met with her during the hiring process. We instantly knew that she was who we were looking for. Starting 3 months out from the wedding, we had monthly meetings with her regarding the ceremony timeline and details. She brought things to our attention that we would've never thought of. In addition, she even attended our final details meeting at the venue with us.
Starting the day before, she helped my wife and her parents bring our vision to life. Rebecca knocked out setting up the tables and it looked beautiful. She also coordinated our rehearsal and made sure that everyone was on the same page heading into the same day.
She helped us stay composed when we had to fire our photographer the morning of our wedding and hire a new one.
The day of, Rebecca kept everything in order. She ensured that our day went off without a problem.
In all, Rebecca is highly skilled at what she does. She brings a wide range of prior experience to the table and is a delight to work with. Even better, she's a great communicator and planner. Thanks to her, our wedding was amazing. Our decor looked incredible, everything ran smoothly, and better yet, our family and friends were able to enjoy the experience without the stress of setting or cleaning up.
We can't recommend Big Designs enough. Out of all of our wedding costs, Rebecca was worth every penny, and then some. If you're looking for someone to guide you through the wedding process, bring your vision to life, or ensure your wedding goes smoothly, Rebecca is your person.

e also has a background in graphic design and was able to do our entire invitation suite. In addition, her mom (who used to own a flower shop) did our flowers for our welcome party and her dad picked up a champagne wall from our house and took it to our venue. Every step of the way, Becca helped with the wedding planning process and made sure no detail was forgotten. We had so many people complimenting us about how smooth our wedding day went, and that is a true testament to her hard work and thoughtfulness. & that she was! In the weeks leading up to the wedding she was reliable & available for anything & everything that I could want or need! She answered all of my questions before I even asked them. When it comes to the business of weddings, she is truly an expert. She had everything covered from communicating with all my vendors so I did not have to, drawing up the itinerary for the rehearsal night & the wedding day so the order of events was crystal clear, organizing the events of the day & making sure everyone & everything was where it needed to be, setting up at the venue, packing up everything at the end of the night & bringing it to our hotel room, to keeping me calm which is a rough task on its own! She is my JLO…(most brides I’m sure can relate to this reference😉) Of course there will be a bump or two in the road the day of & Rebecca handled this so professionally & calmly that I did not have to have a worry in the world. She literally saved the day when a very important item was missing. Thanks to her, it was retrieved & all was well with the world again. We truly do not know how we would have managed to get through our wedding day without her. I cannot recommend her enough to any bride out there who would love to have the most relaxing, stress free, & unforgettable day. We were able to feel this way on our day because Rebecca exceeded all of our expectations in a wedding planner. Our guests were even asking, “Who is that? She is on it!” I’m like…I know! y. I ended up hiring Rebecca after there was some turnover at our reception venue and I am SO thankful that I did. I can truly say our wedding would have not been as great and seamless as it was without Rebecca's help. Rebecca handled our wedding day timeline and went back and forth with vendors totally behind the scenes. This was a HUGE weight off our shoulders. She kept everyone on the same page, including myself and my husband. Another important task Rebecca handled was transporting, setting up, and returning all of our personal and rented decor. It was so nice to not have to worry about these small but very important details because we knew that Rebecca had it handled. I would recommend Rebecca 20/10 to any bride that is get married. She is not only an amazing planner but a great friend that made planning a wedding so easy!
