I'm sorry you feel this way. Cancellation notice was given 24 hours prior to the event. An Offer to reschedule the event or a credit was made with no additional cost. I'm sorry you dis-like our policies, but it's the same for every rental co...

My order was never delivered. My coordinators called the afternoon of my wedding. Nobody answered or followed up. Three weeks later not a single person has reached out or offered money backs. Poor customer service!

move start times on short notice (like, less than 12 hrs lead time). We were really grateful for his help and patience. Also - Big Easy Event Rentals was a terrific value. We were 100% pleased with their prices and quality. I'm legit surprised they don't have more reviews because it seemed like they were on everyone's preferred vendor list.

st had the best time drinking premium liqour, sitting under beautiful lit up tents, and dancing the night away to two great DJ's. The uplights and strings light really created a romantic and elegant environment at our outdoor wedding on the river. Big Easy Rentals was also great in helping me with the smaller details that I would have forgotten. They also worked well with all of our other vendors. I would highly recommend Big Easy Rentals for bar service, wedding rentals, luxury restroom trailers, and DJ services. A+++

Jeffrey L. Rizzo is a native New Orleans resident and member of multiple organizations & non-profits, many of which he sits on the board. He has over 20+ years' experience in the hospitality industry. From starting NolaOut.com to creating the city’s first and only mobile bar to Big Easy Event Rentals (2010) which was created from his DJ business he started at the age of 14. Now Jeff has expanded Big Easy Events into what it is today with adding in Big Easy Catering & Events, Shenanigans, the Rendon & the Hangar which hosts several private events, weddings and live music/DJs.
