I recently had the pleasure of using a photo booth with a gold glitter backdrop, and it was an absolute hit. Big Hugs photo Booth is the one to hire! They were very easy to communicate with and professional! Our guests at my daughters wedding loved their experience. It added to the fun times and memories! I like the size shape and layout of the template too, it’s not like all the other companies with just a small strip. Stop looking and hire Big Hugs!

We loved having a photo booth at your wedding! It was so much fun for us and our guests. I am not giving 5 starts, however, because this companies communication needs improvement. Our original phone call talking with this company was very awkward. In addition, communicating back and forth with the graphic designer was difficult because they hardly responded. In the end though, we loved our design! Last, the company says you can email your pictures to you phone at the wedding, but when you do, they are blurry. Now you are forced to purchase the photos when I thought that’s what we paid for.

We booked Big Hugs Photo Booth for our wedding reception and they were a hit with our guests!! They were also really easy to work with during the planning process, even through a covid postponement. They also designed a custom template for us that matched our invitations and color scheme! Great package at a great price. Glad we booked them.

Everyone loved the unique mirror photo booth. It came with a background, props, and printed and texted copies of the photos. The attendant was also very nice.

The props, the backdrops are nothing like I have ever seen at anyone's party. Professional and very courteous, I emailed them many many times with questions and changes. Everything was perfect, better than I expected.

Excellent customer service. Very quick setup and take down. We had a small issue with my wifi not extending all the way to the back yard but we solved it with a hot spot. Everyone loved the Big Hugs Photo Booth. I picked the option that pretty much ran itself which was really cool. Would definitely use them again!

We used a Big Hugs Photo Booth at our wedding reception in a restaurant . Couldn't have been happier. They showed up on time, weren't in the way, the operator was friendly and they brought props everyone enjoyed using. We got access to the online photos 2 days later and were able to share them with all our guests. Plus they sent us a flash drive of the photos and we opted for the print album as well. All in all everything we could have asked for.

Having a quality photo booth was one of my top priorities. I've been to plenty of weddings with terrible ones, so I was determined to be an exception! After a bit of research, I stumbled upon Big Hugs and I was instantly impressed. Big Hugs beat a competitor's offer financially, and also included so much more for the price, including choice of backdrops, custom print design, 4x6 or strip print options, etc. Stanley was very responsive and all of my requests were met. What truly blew me away was the gorgeous custom design print that Christina from Big Hugs created for us. I sent her a sample of my other stationary, and her design matched PERFECTLY. It was beautiful and truly exceeded my expectations. I LOVE that Big Hugs gives the option of 4X6 prints instead of just strips, so my guests walked away with something they can frame! The photo booth itself was perfection. I chose the Party Photo Booth, which comfortably held up to ten people, while still providing a curtain for privacy. The props provided were great, and I was also able to bring my own custom props as well. My favorite part of the booth was the fact that it gave you time to re-pose in between frames, with a countdown, and you can see yourself as the photo is taken, so you know how it will turn out! There was even the option to print in color, black and white, or sepia, although I wish the attendant had made that more clear to our guests. Unlimited prints allowed all of my guests to walk away happy, but what truly impressed me was the gorgeous guestbook our wonderful attendant Paolo assembled on site from guest photos and signatures. It is one of my favorite souvenirs from our wedding day. Paolo was so friendly and accommodating to our guests, and was so approachable and patient! One of the biggest perks was receiving digital copies not only of all of the photo booth sessions from our wedding, but also the individual photos from each session, in extremely high quality. I can't stop looking at the photos, they are AMAZING! Big Hugs is the best photo booth out there from what I've seen, and the value is incredible. I wanted some sort of entertainment, which could indulged all the guest and make the day more special. My wife suggested photo booth and made all arrangements, I wasn’t sure if this will work out. But to my surprise, they created a personalized design print especially for my wedding, with various props and a few personalized ones based on my wife’s guidance. My wife’s was overjoyed with the surprise and all the guests also enjoyed the photo booth to the core. Everyone went home along with a copy of their photo booth snaps with them. My contact throughout the process was CJ and he was very responsive and patient with me. He shared several mockup's of the print with me and took my feedback into consideration.
