The team does a great job ensuring that they can provide you with the vendors and catering that will make your night perfect. The food and drinks were beyond delicious and the best I have had of any venue. The staff at the venue were beyond attentive and professional, making our night stress-free and beautiful. completely seamless. It could not have gone any better. The food was fabulous, and from set-up to tear-down we didn’t lift a single finger. We hosted an 80-person brunch at my family’s home, and they hit it completely out of the park. Truly, any party after this one without the Bill Hansen team would be a miss. Bravo, 5 stars.

and wonderful. We used Bill Hansen for food, alcohol, tables, chairs, diningware, cloth_things, and the dance floor (and this is what I can remember - there’s prolly more). Before the wedding: We settled on Bill Hansen as a friend of mine had used them in the spring on 2019 and they had great reviews. They were immediately wonderful at iterating through and replying to our requests and were very transparent about what changes would cost. Valentina was really fast with a reply and the communication was wonderful. The tasting was also great. Further, whenever we weren't sure where to get something, we’d reach out and they’d either give a good price price (e.g., we went with their dance floor) or they sent us in the right direction. Valentina was one of the most on-top-of-it people across most business I’ve seen - she’s a rockstar. During the wedding: The food was the bombdotcom.com (that’s right, two “dotcoms”). We did the surf and turf and the steak and the salmon were both incredibly well made. Everything else was also great. We went with a Caipirinha as a custom cocktail and they were really really good (my aunts leaned in on them maybe a little too much?). Finally (on thing things), they let us bring in a couple cases of Sam Adams to match the hometown drinks feel (did the Boston (Sam Adams) and Sao Paulo (Caipirinha) thing), and that made it that much more special. On the service thing (not the things thing), it’s been a year, and I don’t remember one interaction with the staff outside of the bartenders being amazing. I think this speaks to how amazing they all were - this was a highly effective staff who got the amazing food out quickly and whose bartenders never had a long line (something I was worried about beforehand). I can’t endorse Bill Hansen enough - the food/drinks and the service were all phenomenal. A special shoutout to Valentina - she was really great to work with.
