My husband has found that the excellent service and quality is consistent with each experience, as he has been a groomsman in several other weddings that used Biltmore as well. We highly recommend them!

years later! The groomsmen and my husband looked very sharp and unique as we ordered charcoal gray suits. The charcoal was completely different from the typical wedding look, but still looked very elegant. The customer service was great at Biltmore and I definitely would recommend them to others.

msman arrived for our wedding on 8/18/16 since he was coming from Poland we took him straight from the airport to get fitted and not only did they fit him he walked out with his tux an hour later! I really couldn't have asked for a better place! Definitely recommend them!!!!!

few should be ashamed of their prices. Biltmore was actually recommended to us by a friend and we're glad we went! I initially spoke with Rich. He was great! I spoke briefly about what I wanted and price range I was looking for and the next thing I knew, I was trying on my tux! It fit well and was comfortable. It was such an easy process, I was shocked. I couldn't believe we were in and out in under an hour. I set up everything for the groomsmen and fathers. (If you can't have the party go to the shop, they have an online form where you can put your measurements in and they can cater to that). Before I left, I was told that we were able to get our tuxes 2 days before the wedding. I was nervous about that but Rich assured me that they have onsite alterations performed while you wait. We went to pick up our tuxes the day before the wedding. Most everything was good outside of a couple small alterations that needed to be fixed. However, they were small and most people would not have noticed if they were performed or not. We had to pick up two other tuxes for my brothers that weren't able to pick them up due to work. Everything seemed ok and we left. Day of the wedding: We put on our tuxes. They fit well and everyone was comfortable in them. There were two small issues that occurred though. One was that one of the ties was off color from the rest. We didn't catch it because it was one of the tuxes for my brother who wasn't there to try it on initially. Another issue was that two buttons fell off of two different suits. Outside of those issues, the tuxes were perfect. As if I wasn't mostly satisfied with their service and professionalism, THIS is where they separated themselves from other shops. When I dropped off the tuxes the day after, I spoke with the owner. He was GENUINELY concerned about the buttons and tie. He did offer to drive the hour and 15 minutes on the day of the wedding to sow on the buttons (actually called me the day of the wedding and left a message). He even told me they try to pull the buttons off of the tuxes (QC check) before they leave the shop just to make sure they are secured and that this problem doesn't happen. He was very apologetic and seemed remorseful for the issue. He was also concerned about the wrong colored tie and said they would pay for any alterations the photographer might have to do to make sure the pictures look good. His concern solidified what it means to take pride in your business and their customer service cannot be beat. Try them. You will be blown away by their prices, service and attitude.

d it we enjoyed the local, family owned aspect of the business as compared to a huge men’s wear chain. The price was very good compared to other tuxedos my husband has had to rent for friends’ weddings. We had a large wedding party- 1 groom, 8 groomsmen, 2 fathers- and they were able to accommodate everyone. All the men looked very handsome and elegant! They have an amazing cufflink selection there as well!

The owner was involved from the first fitting through the return and did an incredible job making sure that all of the guys were fitted perfectly. I had two younger boys who needed tuxedos, and they were awesome about letting them come in 2 weeks before to get fitted so that they had the best fit for the wedding. I also had two larger guys and since all alterations are done on premises, they were great about custom sizing vests. It wasn't an issue for me, but they will even accept measurements taken by other stores if you have people coming from out of town who cannot make it in to get measured.

that decision. Out of the six tuxedos rented, five of them needed to be altered upon pick up and unfortunately they still weren't right. All day my husband complained because one of his jacket sleeves was too short. Once we got the pictures back, he was even more upset since it is extremely visible in all the pictures. And if that wasn't bad enough, he found sticks of someone elses gum in the jacket pocket.

They made it very easy for the groomsmen to go in on their own time to get fitted. They have some evening hours that let the guys go in after work. He also gave the guys plenty of time to come in. When we picked up the clothing, everything fit great and was in excellent condition. It was a pretty good price, too. We were very happy to support this local business. We know several people who have used Biltmore in the past, and along with them, we will continue to do so in the future.

They looked great, decent price, just watch the measurements and leave plenty of time to pick up. This place does a lot of business and they are a small shop that gets pretty crowded.
