Natalie and George were so amazing to work with! My [now] husband was really against videographers as he thought he would feel like there were cameras in his face the whole time but after working with Birdhouse he was a changed man. We never even knew they were there! When they did prompt us for certain shots, it was like hanging out with friends since they are such kind and lovely people -- we never felt uncomfortable around them. They truly have a gift in making you feel instantly at ease even after just meeting them. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We loved them!

Working with Birdhouse was a dream come true. Some of our best friends used them for their wedding, and not only were they wonderful on the day of but we were blown away by the finished video. In fact, we were so impressed that we really didn't consider working with anyone else when we were planning our own wedding. Natalie is so kind and thoughtful. She really gives special attention to each couple, making a concerted effort to get to know you on a personal level and understand your visions for your wedding. On our wedding day, Natalie and her brother, George, were our videographers and they were excellent. They worked seamlessly with our photographer, and were so much fun to spend the day with. They put us at ease, kept us smiling, and felt more like family than a wedding vendor. We are so excited to see our video and cannot recommend Birdhouse highly enough.

Long story short: BOOK BIRDHOUSE AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!! I am going to be honest, we have not even received our video yet. But given the wait time, I felt it a disservice to wait until we got our video as there would be a lot of brides missing my review until then! I cannot say enough good things about Natalie and George. They were one of the first vendors that we booked and they truly went over and beyond for us. We knew from the get go we wanted wedding videographers who crafted a story, not just a video with music in the background. Natalie and George were with us for 3.5 days capturing all of the wedding festivities and throughout the weekend posted some sneak peaks on social media. I can tell you those 10-15 second clips on Instagram are exactly why I'm writing this review. They are truly magicians (just stalk their previous wedding videos and you'll understand why). They focus on getting to know you and emphasize the importance of human connection and spirit. I know for a fact when we get our video we will be brought back to our glorious wedding weekend and the emotions and feelings we felt that day. We could not be happier with our choice and I encourage you to book Birdhouse ASAP if you can. PS: They love dogs....that was an added bonus. :)

PERFECTION! We recently received our wedding video and it blown us away. We can honestly say LOOK NO FURTHER because their artistry, craft, vision is impeccable. They truly captured all the details on our wedding day which created such a beautiful story telling. We received so many compliments from people that seen it and were amazed saying it was the best video film they seen! It gave us chills, tears and just made us relive the moments all over again. Not only is George and Natalie talented but they are great genuine people to be around great smiles and energy they bring - its the best of both worlds. We highly recommend them for your wedding. Also if your debating to use a videography and investing in one - please don't hesitate and get a videography its just as important as a photographer. We are so lucky we invested in birdhouse films!

Natalie and George were so much fun to work with! They had a couple Skype meetings with us, had us fill out a few super detailed questionnaires that we reviewed during one of our meetings, and really worked to get to know us better. We will be getting an 8-10 minute film from them in a few months (plus all the raw footage) and cannot wait - her movies are true works of art, which makes the somewhat steep price tag well worth it. They even use a roll of Super 8, which is so fun. On the wedding day they were unobtrusive but there for every minute of the day, on time, professional, and with giant grins on their faces. Natalie's personality is contagious and we really loved working with her. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

The Birdhouse team is fantastic: they are professional, responsive, talented, and very easy to work with. They made sure we were comfortable working with them, gave advice on any timing and planning items, and made sure they knew us as a couple and what was important to us. Natalie and George were very friendly and approachable throughout our wedding day and put us at ease in front of the camera (no small task!). They took great care to make sure they didn't miss any special moments and that they understood our priorities for the day. It really felt like two of our close friends filming us vs some impersonal cameraman jumping in and out of view! All of their videos really bring out the story of the couple, and their work is beautiful and emotional, clearly grounded in who the couple is that they're filming. We can't wait to see the final product!

From the very first Birdhouse video we saw, we knew that we had found something special. Prior to finding them, we had sifted through video after video of formulaic, cookie-cutter films where the only difference between each one was the name of the couple getting married. It’s hard to even think about the video without tearing up. People who we barely know have gone out of their way to tell us it is the most beautiful wedding video they had ever seen. When friends and family get engaged and ask for recommendations, Birdhouse is at the very top of our list. 

I was SO happy that I was able to get Birdhouse Productions for my wedding. They were absolutely amazing! Their filming is so unique and beautiful compared to others. I did multiple video chats with Natalie, George, and James. They were all so nice! We connected really well with them which was key when choosing your Videographer since they are with you a lot. James and George were the ones that filmed our wedding. On the day of my wedding, they made me feel natural and comfortable. I really didn't even know they were taping a lot of times. They also had us do unique things that I loved. Like writing in a book and reading it to one another on the day of our wedding. I haven't got any of the footage back but I know it will be amazing! They even offered super 8MM film which I know will turn out so awesome! When emailing Natalie, she was always so responsive which is key when planning a wedding. Also their prices were right on point with our budget. I would highly recommend Birdhouse Productions for any event. Everyone was amazing to work with and made me feel so comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you book with them.

Myself and our entire family could not be happier with the results of our wedding video from Natalie and her team. For someone who was not fully convinced video was necessary, Natalie's work has by far been the best memory and keepsake from our wedding that we could have asked for. The quality of the work exudes absolute professionalism, talent and creativity. She worked closely with us to ensure that we were 100% happy, both with day of services and post-production editing. We chose Birdhouse Productions to film our June wedding & could not be happier with the results. Through what must have been countless hours of careful editing, Natalie & Mark created a work of art that reflected the wonderful emotions & memories we experienced on our wedding day. Natalie was in constant contact with me both before & after the wedding, & she was always quick to respond to any questions I had. On our wedding day, Natalie & Mark blended seamlessly into the landscape, yet they managed to capture all of the most important moments. When we received our wedding DVDs in the mail, we were impressed once again when we saw how beautifully they were packaged. From a personality standpoint, Natalie & Mark were instantly likeable & we felt as comfortable with them as if we'd met a dozen times. They are both kind & hardworking, & their dedication to their art is apparent in the beautiful films they create. We would (& will) HIGHLY recommend these talented, professional filmmakers to anyone.

We used Birdhouse for our Civil Union ceremony in August. In our search for videographer, we found Natalie and Mark's work to be far superior to any others we looked at. Prior to the ceremony, Natalie walked us through some of her creative ideas for capturing the best video possible, and on the day of, effortlessly merged her thoughts with some of the ideas we also had. At the ceremony and reception, Natalie and Mark blended in with the crowd, and were barely noticed, yet they seemed to capture all the elements of our day. Since we were married not too long ago, we only have the trailer, but if that is any indication of the video we will get, it will be out of this world! We watch the trailer almost daily, marveling at its superior quality and creativity. Everyone we have shared the trailer with are amazed at the job Birdhouse has done. Natalie and Mark are a very rare talent, and we couldn't be happier or honored to have had them shoot our special day.

Birdhouse Productions is the place to go for all of your videography needs. Natalie and Mark are a lovely couple and we were so honored to have them be such an important part of our wedding! They captured so many special little moments that would have otherwise been forgotten and were a lot of fun to work with. I am in the events business (thus a major perfectionist) and Birdhouse Productions lived up to my every expectation. They are flexible with their "filming" hours and do a great job in capturing as much as possible throughout the day. I also received my highlight DVD a month after the wedding (we were the first wedding of the year, but still - they are speedy!) I watch my highlight video everyday and am so happy to have our wedding day captured on DVD. Take a look at their website and hire them ASAP. Birdhouse Productions is top notch photography. Very original and creative ideas executed so smoothly without the 'barking of orders'. They are extremely non-invasive yet capture all the details of your special day. The video they made was just the right length and put to music that i absolutely loved. We watch it A LOT, showing it to everybody we can because we are so proud of how they created it. I printed every picture they gave me because not one of them was bad.
