Birmingham Limousine Service

We used Birmingham for our wedding transportation. Those in the office were fantastic, they answered every question I had in a timely manner. My drivers however were very rude and refusing to run the shuttles I had paid for. Our last driver of the night told us he was in a hurry.. told us he was done working after a certain hour although we were right on schedule with what we discussed with those in office. He made abrupt stops, refused to let us play music, cussed out guests, frequently turned the lights on. I cannot confirm if all of the trips I paid for were ran throughout the day. I would not use them again simply because of the drivers. The busses were very nice however, not worth the headache of the drivers.

Birmingham Limo was a fantastic asset to our wedding! During our wedding weekend, we had to shuttle around many of our guests and wedding party, as most of them were from out of town. Over the course of the wedding weekend we had about 6-7 buses/shuttles. The quality of the buses and shuttles was incredible! They were comfortable, spacious, and all were outfitted with air conditioning and exciting lighting for our guests. The chauffeurs were all very professional and sent text messages detailing their trip time and arrival time. Emily, our representative from Birmingham, was extremely responsive in the planning process and even on the day of! If you have any special event with large groups, we highly recommend Birmingham Limo to take care of your guests!

We booked the 16-passenger party bus for our wedding party while we were going around to take pictures before the ceremony. The party bus was so much fun! Very clean and nice. Wish we could have spent more time on it!! It was stocked with water and napkins, and had a built in trashcan which was nice for easy clean up. Our driver was very friendly and accommodating.

For the most part I was happy with Birmingham Limo Service. We had used them for getting the water party to the wedding ceremony, the party bus and then shuttles for the guests. The only disappointment was the shuttle was contracted to run until midnight and we had guests waiting outside for 45 minutes (around 11:15) and when I contacted Birmingham about this (at 11:57) they said the time was over, but there could have been at least 2-3 more shuttles that ran in the 45 minutes that people waited. After arguing they finally sent somebody but this was very inconvenient. We had guests who ubered and my mother in law ended up driving people home which really was besides the point of having a shuttle. I'm not sure where the confusion happened but they did not stick to their contracted time.

We had a party bus for our wedding and it was AMAZING!! Very clean and the lights and music were perfect. It was one of my favorite parts of my wedding day. The driver was also very professional and was right on time.

Birmingham limo was who we used for my 7/13/19 wedding. The company had fantastic customer service and offered a great low rate. Our driver was very flexible and allowed us to add two more stops than originally planned. He kept one a surprise from my niece as requested. I would definitely book them again. Our driver helped us carry things into the bus as well as into our venue.

Birmingham Limo Service is a great choice for a wedding! The driver came dressed professionally and was very courteous. Always would make sure everyone got on and off of the party limo safely. The quality of the newer vehicle was amazing - felt a little like a Hollywood tour bus! Thanks Birmingham for a fun ride from our Findlay ceremony to our Bowling Green reception!

I emailed the generic email on the website and was put in touch with the owner! We only needed transportation for the bride and groom from the church to the reception hall and he was able to give us a custom order for that short of a time. The car and driver were prompt and professional and the experience was exactly what we wanted. Would very much recommend.

So happy that we booked with Birmingham Limousine! They were easy to work with and very professional from the beginning. The girls at the office were knowledgable and pleasant to talk to, always accomodating and able to answer all of my questions. They called the day before the wedding to confirm and I realized I had made an error on the arrival time, this was changed without any difficulties what so ever. On that day the driver arrived on time. The limobus was amazing, far better then expected. There was a table with booth style seating, captain chairs, and benches/couches. Everything was clean and well maintained. The style of the bus was updated and looked brand new, my bridal party was very impressed. They had an area for our bevarages and provided champagne and glasses. The driver was very professional, got us where we needed to be and got us there on time. There was a port so that we could connect our phones to the stereo and play the music of our choice. We had a great time on the bus and do not regret booking Birmingham for one second, I was apprehensive in booking transportation because I didnt think it was necessary but I am so glad we did, it was the first moment we had to sit back and relax as a newly married couple and we had a blast!

While I have mostly negative things to say about this service I will say that the limo was on time to the church and the limo itself was clean and well maintained. The driver was supposed to take us to a park to take pictures and then from there head to the reception. Getting to the park was fine (as everything was only about 5 minutes apart). However, on the way back to the reception a 10 minute drive turned into a 35 minute drive. We should've been tipped off when the driver called us by the wrong names and thought he had two weddings at the same place (which is impossible because our venue holds one wedding only). However, we felt that we confirmed the address and he had a GPS so we should be fine. When we finally noticed we were headed in the wrong direction he turned around only to get lost for a second time. To add insult to injury, instead of politely apologizing the driver came up to me as I got out and made a joke about all the wrong turns. I wasn't too happy about that. At the end of the day, being a little late to the reception did not ruin anything. Most people said they didn't even notice. However, when your ONE job is to get people to the right place you should politely own up to your mistakes instead of making a joke to the bride. I would NOT recommend this service.

We used Birmingham Limousine Service as a shuttle service for our guests to and from the wedding and reception. The price was incredibly reasonable, the driver showed up on time and did a great job driving our guests around, was very friendly. It was perfect for the wedding.

We needed a shuttle bus to take people to/from the hotel to/from the wedding. Birmingham was easy to work with, they helped up plan out the best schedule for the buses to get us the best prices. I was pretty content with their services.

I was able to drop off all drinks ahead of time. They were very flexible with the schedule and reliable and easy to work with them. I recommend them to anyone.

We used the 16 person bus and it was very nice, stocked with ice, trash bags and glasses. Music playing and the air conditioning pumping. It was a fun driver and good company to work with.

Overall, the limo was very nice and clean. However, I was told by phone that they would not count the drive time in my 3 hour rental because we were close by, however, once the limo driver arrived he said we were already on the clock and had to rush through pictures after the wedding so that we didn't go over.

Everything turned out better than I expected! I was more than happy with the service and completely impressed with our driver, Jason. I had never used Birmingham's transportation services before, and thought I would give them a shot after my sister in law recommended them. There have been many other times I have been on party buses and limo's from other companies, and have always had some sort of issue with the driver, whether it be not knowing where a location is, or being unprofessional. Jason, however, was absolutely the BEST chauffeur I have ever had!! He was completely professional, and was very familiar with the area, and had NO problem getting us to where we needed to go. Thank you so much to Birmingham Limousine Service for making that part of our wedding day so perfect! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing limousine services, and will absolutely contact them for any future occasions transportation is needed!

We had a great limo driver!! We got the Hummer Limo and loved it! The only problem was there isn't a lot of leg room and we had some pretty tall guys in the wedding. Everyone had a great time in the limo. Any place we wanted to go to he was more than happy to make a stop. He arrived on time and got us to the reception on time. He also went inside to get the DJ to let him know we had arrived to start the party. Great service!

We rented the Hummer Limo and we had a blast traveling through town and going to a park for more pictures.

I booked limo service for my wedding day to transport myself and my bridesmaids to the salon and to our venue. I was impressed with many things about this company, including their pricing (very competitive), their friendliness (even though I was booking at the last minute), and their professionalism. Everything was communicated clearly and accurately and they confirmed my reservation both via email and with a phone call the day before service. The limo driver was prompt, friendly, and drove very safely and smoothly (important!). He even agreed to an unscheduled stop for lunch and patiently put up with our giggling and excitement. One fun sidenote- we were actually able to rent a pink limousine for the same price as a black one and even better, a portion of the proceeds from the pink limo go to breast cancer research and awareness. We had a great time and also helped a good cause- a great overall experience!

Our limo bus was perfect for our wedding party. We had 15 people and it fit us all well. They provided champagne for us and treated us very well.

We used Birmingham for everything! We got a party bus from them for my bachelorette party, we got their pink limo for the morning of the wedding for the girls to ride around to the salon, and we used the stretch escalade for the wedding. All 3 drivers were very professional and reliable. It was a great experience.

When looking for a limo service, I paid attention to little details, like if the drivers smoked... I was very surprised at the amount of limo services that not only allow smoking in the limo, but who allow their drivers to smoke. Birmingham has a NO SMOKING policy, and none of their employees smoke. This, on top of the fact that everyone was courteous, on time, polite, etc made me very happy that I chose Birmingham. I'd recommend them, and use them again in the future!!

We booked Birmingham Limousine after finding them online. We were planning our wedding from out of town, so this was one of the ways we had to find vendors. I have to say, from the first phone call to their office, through the wedding day, they were very professional and great at following through with what they said they would do. We had the Chrysler 300, which fit our wedding party of 8 (including us) just fine. Our driver was very accommodating, driving to several different locations for us between ceremony and rehearsal, and was just a really nice person! The confirmation call the day before the wedding helped to allay any bridal jitters I may have had that our vendors would not be prompt. The limo was there and waiting as we left the church. Perfect!

The limo ride from the ceremony to the reception site was quite possibly the BEST part of our night. We rented the limo bus because of our large bridal party and fit 21 people in it comfortably. We cranked the music, had a couple drinks and enjoyed the ride. Our driver was great, and we felt safe the entire time.

We had the super land yacht for our wedding so we could hold not only our wedding party, but our significant others. It was the perfect size and I was still able to sprawl out in my wedding dress. They were happy to coordinate napkins in wedding colors and provided 2 bottles of champagne with their services.

We used Birmingham Limousine for our day-of transportation from the wedding ceremony to pictures and to the reception hall. They did an AWESOME job and our driver, Mike C., was very professional and courteous. We orignally had a count of 18 people to have with us in the limo (we wanted our friends to come around with us for pictures, not just the bridal party), so they recommended a stretch Hummer H3! We ended up only having 12 people and we had more than enough space for everyone. The Hummer even had a FIREPLACE in it!! It was VERY nice! The price was awesome, too - it was only $680 total for three hours! We got a free wedding package with colored napkins (in our wedding colors), ice, bottles of champagne and glasses and a "Just Married" magnet on the back of the limo! The driver was on time and knew his way around Toledo very well. Someone even joked about stopping at a local restaurant for some burritos and he even drove to the restaurant while we were wasting time after the pictures! Mike was a great guy and a good sport.

It was exactly what we asked for on time friendly driver who worked with us to get all the rowdy people in and delived without going over our time.
