Poor communication. We attempted to contact him multiple times and each time it felt like pulling teeth. My wedding coordinator contacted him for a final head count and the day of he stated no one told him the head count so he didn’t bring enough food. Luckily it worked out but all my guest complained of how the food tasted.

Do not book these clowns for your wedding or any other event! From giving us stained and damaged tablecloths 2 days prior to our wedding, to not showing up on time the day of the event, the catering aspect of our wedding was pretty much a disaster. My husband had to reach out after they did not show up on time for our wedding. David claimed “medical emergency” and sent a colleague and his wife who showed up just as I was about to walk down the aisle and seemed pretty clueless regarding our expectations of the day. Food was not ready on time (mind you, they were over an hour late), was cold and nothing like the food we had at the tasting. I literally could’ve gone to Kroger and bought the appetizers myself. No sweet tea or lemonade was available for my guests during brunch and we later found a gallon of Kroger sweet tea and a half gallon of Kroger lemonade in the fridge- was this suppose to serve my 50 guests? David did schedule a meeting with us to “make things right” but later canceled and has not returned emails or phone calls since. I want to be clear that if it was in fact a medical emergency, we totally understand that things happen. However, after reading other reviews from the past month, poor quality, tardiness and ghosting all seem to be common themes. Also, if your health is poor or in question, you need to have a better plan in place in case of your absence. Please do your homework and go with literally anyone else for your big day!
